Friendly staff and clean. The bed we had was kind of old and had indents on both left and right sides from it being used so much. This made it some what uncomfortable. But the pillows were very nice. And the mircowave was too close to the TV, when you used the microwave it would cause the TV to malfunction. But those are the only 2 things. Other than that it was great. And totally worth the price.

This place is absolutely disgusting. There were people walking around outside that were not even guests begging for money. The room rate being $119 and this hotel is almost 30 years old and not seen a renovation. The so called General Manager putting what I thought was a fake attitude to try and impress me after I voiced my concerns. Everyone save yourself the time and stay at the Holiday Inn at least they are remodeled, don’t have parking lot bums, and the staff is much more personable up to the General Manager.

A serviceable but ageing hotel. Air conditioner left a mildewy smell in my room. The warm breakfast was very limited. But, the workers were all very friendly.

Stayed 2 nights for granddaughter graduation. Such kind caring folks. Even loaned us a wheelchair for loved one to save walking.

Decent rooms, good service. Included breakfast was disappointing. Rooms are a bit dated. Great location. Minutes from shopping, a hundred restaurants, entertainment. Basic stay, decent price.

The rooms were comfy but not as big as one could hope and not quite as comfy and modern as preferred. Everything about the hotel felt like it was 20 years old.

Standard room, nothing flashy. Good breakfast though. Located close to many good restaurants.

Great hotel. Quite and clean. Plus my kids loved the pool.

Very nice accommodations. I especially liked the walk in shower and hand held sprayer. Definitely would stay there again.

Our stay was not great but a manager did go above and beyond to fix it so that's why I'm giving them a 3 star instead of a 2. I do think that our experience was out of the norm for this place and that most guest enjoy their stay. At least The guest I saw looked happy and well rested. And I will also say that the breakfast was very nice! So that did give us a good start to our day.

My stay at the Fairfield Inn was a great one. It was easy as pie to find. Also right off the interstate. The service was wonderful and the breakfast was great. The waffle bar was the best.

For a older hotel it was nice. Heater/air-conditioning worked well, convenient location, easy to get too. One of the best stays I've had in a hotel.

In and out for a single night, reasonable price, complimentary breakfast and a pool. I was very happy with my stay.

Older building but the rooms were not bad. The staff were on point and friendly. Heads up there is no fitness center. This hotel shares a fitness center with a neighboring hotel… which only has one broken tredmill and two other "cardio" items. They also offer a free day pass to the planet fitness about 4 miles down the road, which is an acceptable alternative.

It was an average hotel. Breakfast was about average with waffles, bacon, and sausage, along with other classic hotel breakfast foods. The room was clean and smelled nice.

We were just passing through the area and got a decent deal on this hotel through hotwire. The staff was pleasant and offered us free chocolate and other snacks upon check in, so that def got us on the right foot after a long day of driving. The room was good size and clean and the bed super comfy. The microwave and fridge in room was a nice addition too. Breakfast in the morning was pretty good with a decent amount of choices and hot eggs, omelets, and bacon def nice. Overall it was a great stay and I'd stay again if in the area.

Clean rooms, professional staff, great location! No issues during my stay. I will definitely stay here the next time that I visit Dayton.

Updated review… This place has gotten way worse. Used to be ok but adequate. Now, the front desk staff is usually rude, and still no remodel, so expect to see bubbling carpet, smelly rooms and horrible beds. It's gotten to the point where I'll stay further away just to avoid this hotel. Maybe Marriott will remodel at some point? And hire new staff?

Sub par at best. Stayed for a soccer tournament and it might have been the worst hotel I've stayed in especially for the price ($140/night). Smelly room, terrible temp control in the rooms, out dated… best two things about our stay was the water pressure and thy offered a decent breakfast.

Location was perfect. Room waa clean bed was comfortable and staff was very pleasant.

Great breakfast. Waffles, eggs, sausage, hot coffee. Lots of bread and cereal options. Staff was super friendly. Beds were clean and comfy. Room didn't have any stains or odors.

Great stay on 3rd floor and nice hot breakfast. Only thing I noticed could be better is soda machine completely empty and swimming pool had brown ring of scum along waterline which needs major cleaning. I could scratch it off with my fingernail… kinda gross.

Hotel has not been updated. Swimming pool is only 3ft, basically a kiddie pool. Building needs cleaned on outside. Carpet looks to be from the nineties. Had things that were either broken or not working first night. Entire hotel needs renovated. Not what you would expect from a higher class of hotels. Beds were clean. Staff is amazing. Best staff I've ever dealt with at a hotel.

The ambience is great, staffs are amicable and helpful in all possible ways, spacious and clean rooms with a lovely heated pool to relax…

Rooms are nice and service was very good but slow. Food made me gaseous.

Stiff beds. Couldnt have the right kind if sex.

The facility is clean and the staff are friendly. It is well located conveniently near Wright State University, Wright Patterson Air Force Base and many government contractors with easy access to the interstate. The structure is a little old and run down though. The floors are soft and creaky (stay on a high floor if you can) the bathrooms are dated and it lacks in small amenities when compared to other Fairfield Hotels across the nation. It's on my revisit list but it is not my favorite Fairfield.

Hotel needs maintenance. Heavy Signs of age. Dirty room carpet.

Not a terrible hotel, although the decor was pretty outdated.
