We stayed over the weekend and reserved the executive 2 room suite. It was gorgeous, as expected but the best part of staying at the Ritz is the staff. Everyone goes above and beyond and is professional, helpful and friendly. We love staying here and will be back soon! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Cleveland’s gem. Great location, great valet and staff, great bar and restaurant with Morton’s Steakhouse right across the way.

Decided to splurge at the ritz this weekend on a suite for my son’s birthday. It’s been nothing short of a dirty nightmare since checking in. We requested pillows and this is how housekeeping left them.
@ritzcarlton is this how they operate hotels now? Broken blinds, dirty bathroom and pillows left in the hall. How much worse can it get? Unbelievable since check-in. AWFUL experience!

The best service! We were there for a wedding over the weekend and everyone immediately became our friend, from the valet guys to the receptionists to the wait staff and maids. Exceptional service and staff. Thank you for an amazing weekend.

Impeccable service from the Gentlemen and Ladies at the RC Cleveland. A definite must-add to anyone who enjoys visiting as many different RC as possible, like me.

Fantastic service, from being greeted at front door by George you feel like the most important guest. Majority of the staff address you by name, even ones who you haven't spoken to. Room is impressive with comfortable bed. Location allows you to explore Cleveland by foot. Impressed for sure.

I stayed the other night, and at around 3am I was on my way down to have a cigarette and when I stepped out of the elevator the gentleman at the valet desk greeted me by name. Never met him or saw him prior to this. I dont know what magic is at work behind the scenes at RCC but it's the little details like that that seperate the Ritz-Carlton from ordinary hotel chains. Not to mention, absolutely every second of my stay blew my expectations out of the water. I've been Ritz-Carlton'd for life!

Would love to give a big shout out for Hollie Ksiezyk we had family in from out of town and Hollie was amazing. I would highly recommend staying here. The rooms were state of the art. Every single employee was unbelievably outgoing and comforting. From the front desk to the the valet gentlemen. I cant say enough good things about this hotel I can always go on and on. I will forever stay at the Ritz if I ever need a hotel to stay at. Thanks ritz for making this a great weekend. Until next say Great job everyone.

Room itself was fine, except the beds were too soft and we never got the temperature down to stay cool. Biggest issue is the construction around the hotel, (not the hotels fault I appreciate), but it rendered their typical greeting hospitality into a back alley help yourself. On the plus side was the bartender (Joseph), who's attitude and graciousness was a shining example of what makes me continue to book the Ritz.

An amazing hotel! Had every amenity you could think of, not to mention extremely friendly staff. The room was high end, gorgeous, and spotless.

The hotel itself is super nice. The staff was friendly, and very accommodating. There was a bit of a weight issue with one of our rooms, but overall well worth the money.

Great food, great service. We went to a private event for the Cleveland clinic graduations and they were completely accommodating. We has a surprise extra guest and they were able to prepare extra food for her. I definitely would set up another event here!

Turn bar and restaurant at the Ritz-Carlton Cleveland. Marilyn gave us excellent direction and advice on reservations and was waiting at the hostess stand when we checked in. Mary gave us excellent service throughout our dinning experience. A little pricey so don't forget your wallet. My wife and I have checked another experience off our bucket list… we ate at the Ritz!

Worth every penny! Everyone that worked there was extremely friendly and helpful. The room and amenities were amazing. We ordered room service for dinner and it was incredible. Thanks for making our five years of marriage memorable and extra special!

I was only there for a brief meeting for an upcoming regional event. We have a rather large group. From the moment I walked in, there was nothing but professionalism and warmth at every turn. I noticed there were some physical changes made to the property. The hotel was still exceptionally elegant and modern at the same time. I always enjoy going to the Ritz and look forward to our next meeting there.

We absolutely love the experience of the Ritz Carton Cleveland. First class the rooms are always nice, but they have finished remodeling the rooms and they are beautiful! Modern, clean lines with details to make the experience memorable like build in reading lights in headboard of the bed, night lights in the bathroom, gourges marble bathrooms. Good food, friendly and cheerful staff. I can go on and on, but do yourself a favor and treat yourself to the experience instead of a material gift! The Ritz Carlton way-My pleasure!

Com Booked a room on there and they had the best rates around… Recently remodeled, the Ritz Carlton in Cleveland is as nice as it gets if you’re looking to impress or to really treat yourself. The rooms are spacious and the beds are extremely comfy, with pillow top mattresses. Consistent with the high expectations of the Ritz, the staff at every level is helpful. The restaurant seems to buy as much as possible locally at the West Side Market nearby. The fitness room is designed by the Cleveland Cavaliers’ coaching and fitness staff since visiting NBA teams usually stay there. If you stay there on the day of a home game, it’s likely you’ll see the team and their staff all over the hotel.

My friends and I had a reservation at the Turn Bar. From the time the waitress found out we were eating dinner and not just there for cocktails we received bad service, were ignored multiple times and were made to feel like she didn't want to service us. A few dishes came out wrong, came with bacon on it my friend doesn't eat pork. The servers response was "well it says it on the menu" in a snappy tone and rolled her eyes. When my food came out and was not good. I tried to tell the waitress. She ignored me. Once I called her name she said " I will get that later" with an attitude. After more disappointment we asked another server to get the manager. The manager came over telling us what we should have done and going back and forth with us. I told her I was done speaking with her because she had poor customer service. She never made it right. Today I received a call from the general manager after she spoke with another guest who she asked how to make it better and she was told a dinner and a 1 night stay. However my call said she was refunding me $23. What a waste of a call and apologizing after the huge inconvenience. We left there still hungry, $24 valet and so much disappointment.

Really nice hotel with updated rooms and a modern feel. Probably one of my favorite hotels to date. Only con is the walls are insanely thin. The TV was sweeeeet!

Read the review of Turn in the Plain Dealer and decided to bring our friends to try it during Downtown Restaurant Week. Assuming we would be credited since we ate at the restaurant, we valet parked the car. The food? Amazing… the trout was the best I and our party ever had. The delicious fresh bread made it impossible to finish my meal. Our server, Mary, was fantastic and delivered the Ritz-Carlton experience we’ve come to expect. On to the disappointments: A DJ spun the tu…nes; however, it was exceedingly loud and made it difficult to hold a conversation. My main complaint, however, is with the cost of parking. We validated our parking ticket, but were still required to pay $20 for the valet. There was apparently an “event” which caused the price of valet to increase. I’m sure The Ritz-Carlton doesn’t have a problem getting customers to visit their establishments, but that’s a ridiculous amount to pay for parking for a night out. Because of this, I won’t be suggesting it as a downtown place to go for dinner, despite the food and the service. There are reasonable amounts one should pay for parking for a 2-hour dinner. $20 isn’t it for me.

The place is gorgeous inside with the recent remodeling they’ve done. They still have the most comfortable beds that I’ve ever slept in. The showers are amazing and the city views are breathtaking. The employees go above and beyond for their guests. I love staying here and will continue to stay here when I’m downtown. The Ritz-Carlton Cleveland is the best of the best.

Its newly remodeled the staff was very helpful. The rooms were very comfortable. There was easy access to all the things I came to Cleveland to visit.

Everything about this place is good! Recently remodeled check on lobby and restaurant and bar TURN on the 6th floor is very nice. Live music on the weekend evenings.

What one has come to expect from the Ritz-Carlton brand — world class service and luxurious accommodations, down to all of the minute details (short of one long black hair on my toilet seat at check-in! ). Excellent stay overall, as exemplary service always overcomes small housekeeping mistakes. A warm thank you to the ladies and gentlemen of the Ritz Cleveland.

Got a room for the Christmas party that work was hosting. Called to see what time check in was, was advised it would not be til closer to 4pm Sat. Arrived at 4:15pm, was told “we are behind, your room will be ready around 8pm best case scenerio. ” So I contacted a friend who was staying as well and they let us use their room to get ready. After contacting the person at work who arrainged all this, I came down to the front desk to be told they still dont have a room, but will do what they can to get it ready. After getting ready, and getting all of the stuff figured out, I get a call “did you get your keys yet? Oh, you didnt get them cuz we still dont have a room”. At this point, I canceled the room and decided to just drive home.

You better make sure to arrive at least 4 hours early if you have any time specific commitment. The rooms are nice but if a room is supposed to be done by 3pm you might get lucky and get in by 5pm.

Only complaint was a. C. Ran constantly. New decor nice and check-in area plea sant to the eye.

Located on Huron Road, in the heart of Cleveland Ohio, the Ritz-Carlton Hotel is a Crown Jewel of the booming hotel scene in downtown Cleveland. During my experience there, I was treated as an honored guest with excellent attending staff.

Not the best or worst Ritz I've stayed at. The small check-in desk makes for a very cold welcome and a long wait when I arrived. I must be spoiled by the other location because I wasn't offered water on arrival or (if I get lucky) champagne. The room itself was nice and bed was exactly what I expected; amazing and comfortable. Slept like a king. Pizza and desert room service was okay. I believe the dough might of came out of a bag. Room was missing coffee condements. Over all the staff is friendly, the updated rooms are nice and very clean. However, I will probably try the Renaissance if I'm ever back in town.

I visited the Cleveland Hotel on Saturday 7/22/2017 and had a fantastic experience. The Hotel was beautiful and very clean and the staff was amazing. Thank you for the hospitality. We will return.

The hotel was very nice and clean. The location is also great. The internet TV features in my particular room did not seem to work properly. Overall I really enjoyed my stay.

Very nice staff but dinner was just ok. I prefer a more modern and spacious hotel experience.

The staff was extra friendly and helpful. The room was clean, but the toilet paper holder was broken and the bathroom did not have a fan. The elevator situation is a little strange as well because you have to take two different elevators to get to your room.

As always the Ritz was a wonderful experience and my thanks and praise go to the entire staff but most especially to Mrs. Amy Lange who was both extremely professional and helpful.

Always a great place to stay when I'm in town for the Cavs game. Love the 24 hour fitness center, steam room and spa. Great food in the lounge and at Muse.

I have stayed here many of times with my soon to be wife and we love it. The service and room service is amazing. The French dip and burgers are to die for. The pizza is great as well. Great location for sporting events and casino.

WHAT A GREAT STAFF My family and I stopped in for a short stay while visiting the Rock N Roll hall of fame as part of a road trip. We were treated very well by the staff and our suites were very nice. Although the hotel could use a little upgrading in terms of furnishings etc (there were stains on all of our sofa's) the rooms were spotlessly clean. When we checked in the hotel made an error in booking and did not tell us they could not connect our two one bedroom suites so that we could be close to our kids. In fact the suites were completely around the corner from each other. Never fret, Ritz service standards were exceeded, when the manager move the room next door. Although the room was only a king room and still could not connect at least it was next door. The manager also reduced the rate, threw in some free movies and club lounge access for all of our guests traveling with us. This served as a real benefit since the kids were able to enjoy all of the treats available throughout the day. People like Ms. Alice and Demetrius made our stay so enjoyable with their friendly demeanor and helpful tips that we would make this our first choice whenever visiting Cleveland. The location is perfect, within walking distance to the stadiums downtown and a short trolley away from the Hall and Science center. Also, there are quite a few nice restaurants within walking distance as well. Room Tip: The corner 1 Bedroom suites have the best views and great space.
