We paid for 3 nights, but I got sick. So we left the last morning. They would not return our money. It definitely wasn't because they were turning people away. The room was small the beds are small. You had to hold your arm up in the air to change the channel on the TV. We will never stay there again.

Their staff is a bunch of rude liars. I'll never stay here.

Best place to stay when visiting Cincy. Great location, reasonable price. Rooms always clean and nice breakfast selection. Staff has always been welcoming. This is my go to place hands down when I come to visit family.

The Best Western Clermont is consistently a great place to stay. It's my first choice. Staff is terrific, price is affordable and it's always clean and bright. Convenient, has everything I need and then some… love the breakfast!

Except for the breakfast, our stay at the Best Western Clermont was fine. The bed is comfortable. There is a selection of pillows for those who like soft or firm pillows. We usually stay at Best Western when we travel.

Amazing property in a great location. Awesome staff and outstanding rooms. Azar was knowledgeable and humorous. And kept the hotel very secure and quiet. The hotel has very clean and tidy rooms. And I was very happy to feel a great night's sleep on a very comfortable mattress. Keep up the great work and I look forward to stopping by again. I absolutely love this property!

As a Diamond member, I was very pleased with this Best Western. Sure, its not the nicest I have been to, however with a family of 6 it suited our room needs (their family room) for four nights at less than $500.00. A real bargain, and we will return again.

The interior of this hotel does not match the interior. It's obviously been remodeled recently as the rooms are beautiful! The carpet is not worn at all. The beds are comfy and the rooms are clean. I would definitely stay here again!

Everything was clean. The staff was great. They have a nice secluded pool. The morning breakfast was what made us choose this hotel again. Eggs, waffles, bacon, biscuits and gravy, cereal, yogurt, several kinds of juices and fresh fruit. Close to Riverbend for concerts.

The hotel staff were extremely accomodating, friendly, and efficient. Although this is an older hotel, the rooms have been upgraded and were very clean, spacious, and comfortable. This was our first time at this hotel, but would absolutely stay there again!

The room was clean. The staff was friendly. The breakfast was good. Our only complaint is with the cost. The room was outrageously expensive for what we got. We stayed as part of a club soccer tournament, so that may have added to the cost. Overall, our stay was a positive experience.

Everything about this hotel was great. What I liked the most was how we didn't have to use elevators or walk through hallways to get to our room. It made it easy for us to have our car right beside the hotel and the view outside was pleasant. The service was good and the great breakfast was another big plus for me as I do love to eat it up:) The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. I don't really have any complaints. It's one of the nicest hotels I've been to in terms of cleanlyness and it's location.

I am editing this review and giving more stars. We had to go back and visit family they had a great price and I didn't realize it was the same place. In a just a few months they cleaned this place up really well. Worked perfectly for my family of four.

An older hotel that's been through a couple of ownership changes, but is the best one available in the immediate area. It is clean, ownership seems to try to keep things as nice as possible and kept up, and the beds are good. Some traffic noise if one is in the building adjacent to I-275, so try to avoid that location.

This hotel has a very good breakfast selection and the beds were fairly comfortable. The comfort of the room was ok. The heat did not seem to be working the way it should.

Comfy bed, clean room and crispy bacon on the breakfast bar! What more could you ask for? :D.

This was a remodeled motel that was right by the interstate and a pocket of restaurants. We got it for $75 per night, which is a reasonable price for the quality. The breakfast is the same every day and fairly goods, bacon, sausage, bagels, fruit, etc. The Wi-Fi was fast enough for streaming, and the TV had an HDMI in. You have to unplug the clock for charging your phone by the bed. There is thermostat controlled A/C & heating.

Exceeded my expectations. The staff upon arrival were super friendly and checked me in very quickly. The room even though basic was very clean and well maintained. Internet was slow at times but everything else was well worth the money. Not overpriced for a good night's sleep.

Good clean hotel with amazing service. I stayed at this place because it was one of the only reasonably priced pet friendly hotels in the area, and I was at the halfway mark of a move to Chicago and had my two cats with me. My cats hid inside of an armchair in the room overnight and I was in an absolute panic because I couldn't find them in the morning. Two guys from the front desk came to help me out and they were incredibly nice and helpful. One of them found my smaller cat who had climbed up inside the frame of the chair. Never got to try the breakfast that everyone else seems to love, but the service at this place is exceptional and I wholeheartedly recommend it.

While the motel rooms I stayed had some minor issues the staff was quick and efficient at making me comfortable to the best they could. Everyone was polite and professional. The one thing that I kind of resented was the way I was welcomed by one of the front desk staff. I am a Diamond Select member using my accumulated points to obtain a free night. She thought that the City sent me there to have a place to get in out of the cold. Disturbing. I try to stay at Best Western as often as I can on business trips. My overall opinion of Best Western for the hundreds of visits would be an easy Five-Stars. I am already planning my stay at Best Western for a 6-month project coming up in April. It’s my choice of where to stay when you can’t be home.

Jessica has us near the lobby AS WE ASK but when the Manager came out of the office she changed our room to far away. There were maybe 6 other cars the whole time we were there. They also put a loud family with 3 small children right above us. NOISE! There were lots of empty rooms! The room was nice, beds comfortable and breakfast extremely good!

The rooms were very comfortable and clean. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable about the rewards program. Breakfast was great! Good selection, fresh fruit, flavored creamer for the coffee. Yum!

Our room was clean and very neat. The only thing I can critique is the remote didn't work. Otherwise everything was great. Good area for our dogs to do their "business" plus poo bags. Will definitely stay here on our next visit. Thanks.

We did not have an advance reservation and were so relieved to find that there was still a room available. Receptionist was very friendly. Bed was comfortable and everything in the room worked well. Breakfast was a lovely experience in the beautiful room off the lobby — clean and bright!

I give this hotel a 5 star rating because of all the little things they did to make this the best stay at any hotel I have gone to in a long time. The whole experience far exceeded it star rating. I would not only recommend, but I would definitely like to stay here again. I also left a wonderful lasting impression to make me want to choose a Best Western hotel if they are all like this one. You would not be disappointed if you choose to stay at this hotel.

My husband and I needed a hotel last minute on our way into town for a concert. This Best Western was close to Riverbend Music Center and they didn't mind that we checked in late last night. It's easy to find off I-275. Lots of places to eat close by. You park right outside of your room. The room is very clean! Didn't take long for the AC to cool down our room. Beds were comfy. If we come back this way for something, we will look to stay here! Thanks for the hospitality!

We had a great stay at Best Western Clermont. For me, it's most important to have good mattresses and a comfortable temperature for sleeping. The mattress was perfect for me, and the thermostat made it possible to adjust the room temperature precisely. The breakfast (a typical hotel breakfast) was excellent, but the breakfast hours of 6-9 were too early for weekend travelers. This led to a lack of seating on Saturday morning, as families with small children rushed in just before 9:00. Our family members enjoyed swimming in the outside pool, which was clean and well-maintained.

I am from the area and have used this hotel several times over the years. It is well maintained and is very clean. We booked the family suite for our family of 5.3 of the kids are under 7. It has 2 baths and 2 TVs. A pullout sofa and 2 double beds are in the room. The a/c worked great. The bedding was fresh and clean. The in room refrigerator and microwave were a nice feature. We arrived a bit late to use the pool. I would not hesitate recommending this hotel to someone needing a decent, clean and comfortable night stay.

Good quality. Great experience. Quiet at nights tho right off the interstate. Shares parking lot with a Big Boy restaurant but free breakfast is more than ample. Staff is friendly and accommodating. No elevator. Outside rooms. Pool is shaded so cool even when 90degrees outside. Max depth 5ft. Great for children. Nice grassy area noted behind property where families were observed playing touch football and baseball. Great place to burn off energy after riding in a car all day. Fitness room on property as well. Ample vending and even a washer and dryer. Business center in 24hr lobby.

Overall we enjoyed out stay. The building/ our room was clean and well maintained. The asst. Manager who checked us in was polite, friendly, and professional. There was a good selection for breakfast. It is an older building, so the doors open to the outside (as opposed to an interior hallway), but we still felt safe. I didn't like that the pool was in a separate building. But that is a personal preference, and not criticism. I only mention it because it might be a concern to others.

I have stayed in this location on every trip to Cincinnati. I have never been disappointed. It's very clean inside and out which is one of my major concerns. The staff, to include housekeepers and maintenance are always very friendly. I would highly recommend this location.

Rooms weren't bad. They were clean and smelled nice. The beds were a bit hard I did not like the beds. It took some figuring out with the shower that didn't work very well when u first tried to cut it on. Heater and air conditioning worked well. The staff were nice and very courteous, the breakfast the next morning was very good. I would stay there again.

We had four people in our party. My husband, myself, my daughter and stepson (both 15). The only choice for rooms were two double beds for $76/night or a king bed and sleeper sofa for $126/night. So we took the double room. The beds were so small we had to sleep on our sides. The beds were very comfortable though. The A/C worked great. Fridge would freeze your drinks if you didn't turn the thermostat down to 4 or 5.
The staff were very nice. We had to stay an extra night and we didn't have to change rooms. I wasn't hapy that our room smelled like cigarettes even though it was a non smoking rooms. It was pretty bad.
In all the stay wasn't terrible, but I won't stay there again unless it's just my husband and I.

When we visit Cincinnati and some of our kids, grandkids, and great-grandkids, we always stay here. Friendly service and good rooms at a location that's very convenient for us.

Was very nice stay. Came in from Pittsburgh to have a family reunion! Really good breakfast! I would definitely stay again and I highly recommend!

This hotel has been better equipped than some four stars we have stayed at. The AC and Wi-Fi work great! The breakfast was satisfying. The only thing we don't prefer is the outside entry.

Well, we confirmed our room early in the day & around 6 pm (as we were 20 minutes away from the hotel and more than 5 hours away from home) the hotel called and said they did not have a room for us. So, naturally I start panicking. We arrived and apparently we weren't the only couple to have issues. JuSt standing in the lobby, we overheard one guest talking with the employee and they could not get into their room because their room key had already been reprogrammed. This guy still had all of his things in his room and the employee then proceeded to tell him that she did not have his name registered to the hotel. This place was an absolute crap shoot and no one knew what they were doing. Do not stay here. Pay the extra 40$ and go somewhere else. Seriously.

Really one of the best motels I've stayed in over the years. The rooms are immaculately clean, nicely furnished, with comfortable beds. The grounds are manicured, trees and shrubbery mulched. Obviously, the owners and friendly staff take pride in their motel in providing a lovely, peaceful, and comfortable Oasis for the weary traveler. This is my second stay, and I would definitely return when traveling through Cincinnati again.

Had a great stay and everything was pretty typical for a best western. There were no issues and we would stay there again.

Came in late and stayed one night. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Nice facilities. Had a pool but was closed during our visit. Beds were OK. TV and other amenities seemed updated and nice. Would stay again.

The people at the desk were so nice, the lobby was in great shape and the room was very clean every day I was there. I never got up for breakfast but I know they had it daily. Easy to get to, had AAA discount and a laundry facility. Would definitely crash there again. :)

Getting desk was very nice and helpful. 4 states due to the room having a very strong odor to it. Everything else was fine.

I stayed here over the past weekend for business, and was very happy with the accommodations. Checked in Friday night, around 6:00pm with ease. I checked out with the same ease on Sunday morning. I was in a non-smoking room, and it was beautiful. I loved the television, refrigerator and microwave. Fully stocked bathroom with everything you'd need, plus coffee and a hairdryer. Although I did not need them, there were plenty of clear instructions and directions on all of the amenities (ice, vending, laundry, pool, Wi-Fi, room service, etc. ). This was great, because I checked in late, after a long day, and had all my answers right there in the room. I loved the fact that I was able to take full advantage of my company's meal allowance because of the great continental breakfast they served. Great biscuits and gravy, sausage, French toast, along with the other staples: boiled eggs, hot and cold cereals, yogurts, juices, milks and coffees. And of course, they had plenty of great bagels, which I toasted and ate with cream cheese. I ate a supple meal (two days in a row) and was loaded with great carbohydrates and protein, which helped me have some great 12-hour days opening another store in my company. Even though I was staying here on my companies dime, I thought the price was great for the services rendered. My background is in the hospitality industry and I recognize the genuinely polite and professional attitude of the staff. I thank them very much.

The more expensive place than the days inn across the road, but definitely worth it. This was a very nice place.

I loved the drive up check-in late at night. We were so tired we just hit the room and crashed. Upon waking up I did my usual walk around and the room, property and staff were absolutely PHOTO READY! Not one cigarette butt, piece of trash or errant gum wrapper was noted in the parking lot. Our room smelled like a properly cleaned room should. The down and out style layout is perfect for the serious traveler.
