Room wasnt clean, sheets were stained & with cigarette burns. They did a really good job of making up for all of that. So why did I give one star. The damn housekeeper who claims to speak no english knocks on the door at 0958 & says it is time for check out she has to clean the room. Mind you check out is at 11 a. M. She says, Good bye and hit her watch. I laughed at her & closed the curtain.

We are staying next to. These people who have 8 children a family who live here. They ride bikes and throw balls in between my cars. The rooms are good however found a cock roach and they did come down and sprayed… them and bed ️ bugs. Not bad place to stay if you. Want a. Cheap place to stay the beds are hard to sleep on but I can live with back pain. No breakfast, no. Coffee ☕. Use to be a motel 6.

Had to switch rooms due to broken tv. The 3rd floor is DIRTY. Very cheaply kept. Towels are old, burn holes in covers, and pool was closed due to being shut down for being dirty. It is affordable with a jacuzzi in your room. Very few patrons. Used to be the local homeless hang out.

No smoking room reeked of stale cigarette smoke. There was makeup all over the pillowcase, and the room itself was just dirty in general. The staff was so friendly, its unfortunate they work at such a dirty hotel.

The room was very basic and holes in bathroom wall. Little kids working as housekeepers (child labor law? ) The housekeeper working near my room was very very rude. I had a non smoking and my room smelled so bad and everything looked dirty. Worth maybe 45 a night but not 70. The plus side was the front desk girls both days were awesome. It is close to lots of places and my dog loved having his own bed.

We asked for non smoking room but our room had a light smoke smell, the shower curtains were dirty. Bed was comfortable, TV was nice, and A/C worked as should. This was a last minute reservation.

It was a nice place, didnt walk in to a dirty room bed/beds, TV there's only basic cable not that many channels to pick from. Cheap rooms to rent.

If you need a quick place to stay and dont care about sleeping in someone elses bex. This place is for you.

Worked this place 7 years not worth the price rooms need cleaned better.

Not very handicap friendly. Handicap rooms are located in the very back farther away from the office and the side walk is thick and easy to fall off of. If a person with a wheel chair was to get close it would be dangerous. Shower head in my bathroom wasn't easily accessible and there was no bench to sit on while showering.

My toilets flooded, rooms were dirty. I was blacklisted and kicked out for filing a police report for finding drugs, needles, and a pipe in the room. My daughter cut her feet on a glass pipe used for drugs. The front desk workers were nice, but the owner/managers was not.

It's a motel great if you're looking for something cheap, quick, and easy. It's located right off the Beechmont/ Amelia exit. There's restaurants, gas stations, and convenient/grocery stores. Rooms come non smoking or smoking two beds or just one bed. Service is friendly as well.

Kinda dumpy from outside compared to some places but nice inside and safe neighborhood.

They don't change the blankets, sheets or pillow cases. Rooms have roaches and horrible smells. Only good for sleeping a few hours and are limited on funds for a room.

If I could give a rating of 0, I would. Filthy! Mold all over the shower curtain. Floors were so dirty that the bottoms of my feet were black and the only time I walked barefoot in the room was at night going to and from the bathroom. Toilet was disgusting. I was in a non smoking room, and was out in front of my room in the morning having a cigarette and observed the house keeping staff acting as if she was cleaning the room next to ours. She didn't even take the vaccum cleaner or any cleaning products into the room. When it came to the bed, she did change the pillow cases, but nothing else. Made the bed with the sheets and blankets from that night's guest still on it. Linens and towels we're stained and had numerous burn holes in them. There were several police officers there making an arrest that night. The only thing that was clean and maintained were the flowers outside. No "do not disturb" signs, so the maid knocks on your door at around 9:00 when checkout isn't until 11:00. Thank goodness for the extra locks on the door or she would have just walked in while I was showering. I suggest bringing your own soap because the bar they provide is only big enough for a couple of hand washings. I could go on, but I think I've made my point. I will never stay again.

The front desk clerk was kind but not overly friendly or inviting by any means. That being said, I'd have to say, service was mediocre. The room was beyond disgusting. Starting with the putrid smell of beer and dirty carpet greeting us upon entry, the room seemed to have recently been a party spot. The table lacked proper cleaning and the toilet was disgusting. There were stains in the bottom of the bowl and streams of dried urine covering the outside of the bowl. The tub looked to be dirty and had a stained curtain hanging outside of it. After removing the bedspread and pulling back the blanket the fitted sheet had a burn hole on one side of it. All that being said, a woman housekeeper, who didn't have a name tag, was very polite when we inquired about extra towels. Due to all of the above, we chose not to stay all night after already having paid to check in. We only came back early the next morning to pick up items we left in the refrigerator and watch a little TV while sitting in the chairs.

We were given this place on Hotwire. Absolutely horrible! We were going to a concert at Riverbend and just needed a place for the night. We pulled in the parking lot I was immediately apprehensive. It's an older run down place, but I have stayed in some pretty sketchy places before so I was willing to give it a try. We walked in and the room was a smoking room and it reeked of smoke and frankly, dirt. The bedspread was pulled back, there was dirt on the floor and the furniture was beat to pieces. I pulled the bedspread back and pulled a corner of the sheet back and the mattress cover was filthy! It looked as if it had been in a crime scene and never washed. I walked back out to my car and we immediately booked a new room. Never again will we get a 2 star room! It was a huge waste of money.

Past reviews had me nervous but the room and the bathroom were clean, no stains or mildew in the tub. It's in a commerical area, plenty of shopping and restaurants within a short drive. We had a smoking room and there were a few burn holes in the carpet and blankets but I expected that. The beds were way too hard! I didn't like the sink being outside the bathroom but it was well lit and spacious so it was great for doing make up and hair. Staff is friendly. I could have paid a couple of dollars more for a slightly​ nicer room but we were happy with Motel Beechmont. I'd stay there again.

This place is DISGUSTING. If I could rate it less then 1 star I would. I stayed here for 5 weeks for a job I was on. Upon arrival I ran into a police officer and asked for his opinion on the location, I was told I was in the worst place in that part of town. After checking in I was approached by 2 different guys… 1 asking if I wanted to buy drugs, the other asking if I knew of anyone looking to get a tattoo. I was told free Wi-Fi but if you aren't within 3 doors of the front office then it doesn't exist. My room was filthy! I asked for my sheets to be changed because their were cigarette burns in the sheets. The towels were stained with makeup and whatever else (i dare not want to think what else). The wall in the bathroom next to the beer bottle opener was stained with I assume beer. I had dead spiders all along that same wall. I asked for my mirror to be cleaned, towels to be changed, bedding changed, the room to be vacuumed, anything you would normally receive at any hotel/motel. After 5 weeks not a single bit of this was done. I had 9 people with my company staying here. We are all told it would be at a rate of $40 a night, not a single person in my group received the same rate and only 1 of them received the above mentioned rate. As the time went on and as we complained and saw no care for our issues we all checked out with the exception of two. Then in the middle of the night a manager opened one of my employees rooms, woke him up and told him he needed to pay or leave.

We were given 2 stained towels for 4 people. Night clerk said no clean towels would be available until the next day. Had to ask 3 times before being given more stained towels. The room smelled musty, the tub would not drain, the shower curtain was moldy, there was one partially used roll of toilet paper, the power button on the TV remote did not work, the flusher handle on the toilet was dangling (I had to fix it myself), the bar soap provided was the size of a domino, the bathroom door would not stay closed, and the outside light made the room very bright at night. The night clerk was unfriendly/acted like she was doing me a favor by speaking to me. She also stood outside the office entrance in front of the "no smoking" sign and took frequent smoke breaks. The night clerk charged me the full amount of our stay for 5 days at check-in and when I asked about the possibility of getting a refund if we checked out early, she said no refunds were "usually" provided, but might be given if we checked out before 11 am. I would never stay here again and do not recommend this motel. There are no "Do not Disturb" signs for the rooms. The other customers shout outside at night and the traffic from I-275 and Highway 125 is extremely noisy.

I have been staying here for 4 of the last 5 weeks I have found the rooms to be clean and maintain. I will be continue to stay here. I want to thank the staff which has been both friendly and helpful.

This the worst place I have stayed. Ice box looks like it has not been cleaned in a month. Blood stains on my sheets and other stains. No remote for tv. I really would give it a zero.

The price was good. But my non smoking room smelled like smoke, the bathroom was in poor shape and there were coffee stains on one of the beds. The beds were very uncomfortable. At this price point I don't expect much, but I don't recommend.

The rooms are always clean, well taken care of and not to expensive. Pool in the summer time us always nice.

I wasn't terribly surprised by my first impressions of the Motel Beechmont. It was relatively cheap in comparison to other popular hotels, so luxurious living conditions were not my expectations. The rooms appeared to be clean upon first glance, but after further inspection I was terribly mistaken. One of the first flaws I discovered were the bedsheets. The sheets looked as if they were >20 years old which was ok because I found cigarette burn holes in multiple sections. In addition I also unearthed a case of empty beer cans underneath my bed. The cleaning service never came and our room seemed to contain an unnerving dank aroma. There were multiple instances where the keys would stop working even after caution was used to try and keep them away from my phone. It didn't end there as we were not provided nearly enough towels and the soaps were minuscule. Although all these factors may have cultivated into a terrible experience, there was a silver lining. The saving grace of this motel was my undoubtedly drugged neighbor knocking on my door asking for "chronic. " In conclusion, you get a little less than you pay for so buyer beware.

I like motel beechmont, I wish it was beechmont motel.

DO NOT STAY HERE! It was a terrible experience. We got into our room, and all seemed well. The staff was friendly and the rooms looked pretty clean. The bathroom was incredibly small, but that was alright. When we went to turn on the AC, it blew out hot air. We then noticed the soda we placed in the refrigerator hours ago, hadn't got cold. We called the office and they said "Our stuff is old. Just unplug it and plug it back in. " So we did… it didn't work. When my mother flushed the toilet, the TOILET OVERFLOWED INTO THE ROOM. We frantically called the office and the woman responded with "Well, we could bring you some towels? " We were pissed. She then offered to move us to another room. When we got to the other room, everything seemed okay. Our fridge was decent, as was the AC and the toilet didn't overflow. However, they didn't have many towels and the soap was really small. The place was noisy every night and it was difficult to sleep. It also has bed bugs. I woke up in the middle of the night itching all over. We also left during the day for a concert, and we asked the office to tell housekeeping NOT to come into our room. When we got back that night, they had been into our room and stole our camera and rings that we had on the table. We immediately left. This place is a dump. Do not stay here, please. I read the reviews and figured "Wow! Great place for a great price! " I couldn't have been any more wrong.
