It's a cheap hotel. Just like every other Days Inn I've ever seen. Cheap rooms, relatively clean but musty smell, old appliances, sleazy looking customers, etc. If you're looking for a nice place to stay for a family vacation, definitely keep looking. If you're looking for a cheap place because you got in an argument with your girl, this will do the trick. Never seen bedbugs there and they have a bar that's actually pretty fun and busy some nights. I've stayed in worse…

Clean king bed. Clean quiet room # 232 above the office. Vending and ice in office area. The elevator is working. The grounds are clean and we'll kept. TV, microwave, fridge, safe, ac, coffee maker. Everything worked except the window wouldn't stay up. Hot shower, good towels. Breakfast until 9:30. Coffee, juice, cereal, hot oatmeal, bread, but no meat. 4 stars for value.

Pros: Cheap cost Decent AC unit Pool Customer service is nice Cons: Paint on the walls is chipping off Bathroom is very small. Comforters had a hole in them. Smoke alarm was missing a battery. Breakfast spread was small. Review: Safety 1 star Cost 4 stars Breakfast 1 star Overall safety is the most important thing you can have. With the paint chips and the smoke alarm I have to stay firm with the 1 star review.

I mean it is what it is. It's a cheap motel. But this place is prob the worst I've ever been in. And I've lived in cheap places. The room is always damp, the water is never hot, the beds are awful, nothing ever works right, it's very run down and unkempt. It's like the ghetto version of hotels lol. But the staff has been nice and the location is nice. The pool is not open. And the pics online are way off. But what do u expect for a cheap motel. Served its purpose for the days were here.

Quite possibly the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The bed sheets had cigarette burn holes in it as well as high lighter pen. The carpet had many burn holes in it. We wanted no smoking and the room stank of smoke. The carpet had a heater trying to dry it out (who knows what was on it) the room was boiling hot! The fixtures and fittings were damaged or falling part. The Wi-Fi was also poor. The breakfast was also very poor. The shower was good however. The room was filthy. The lady we spoke to at reception was nice and friendly. I did fill sorry for her as she had a barrage of complaints when we were waiting and I suspect she gets many every day. The only reason we stayed was no bed bugs thankfully and anything half decent for three nights was nearly $700. I would never stay here again. Avoid at all costs. The place is a disgrace to the brand.

Stayed here for 2 nights, now I can say that days inn is the shitest hotel/motel I’ve ever stayed in. First of all the place smelled like smock and liquor. Second, we stayed in a room where the key was seemed like a one time use keycard. We had to get a new key at least three times a day, bloody ridiculous. Third our room smelt like straight piss, the smell never went away it stayed there constantly. Fourth our shower didn’t work for the first day. Fifth there was hair and cigarette burns in our beds, only one plug worked, the toilet one the first day and bits of dry wall in it, we touched the headboard and it fell. All in all 130% do not recommend this place for anyone with a civilized family.

Got switched to 3 different rooms. 1st room had no cold water, hair in bathtub. 2nd room the carpet hadn't been vacuumed. 3rd room carpet had not been vacuumed and sheets did not fit bed and had cigarette burns on sheets. I would not recommend this hotel to nobody. The whole place was dirty.

It is what it is a cheap hotel. Hole in the wall, stain in the bathtub, bathroom fan makes a racket from all get up and go. But it had a microwave it had a refrigerator that was halfway decent and the beds were comfortable. Like I said you get what you pay for.

My family and I didn't even stay a night here. We checked in there was no hot water. The elevator didn't work and when we finally got by our room it smelled like straight up pot. When reached our room it smelled like pot and for being a non smoking room it had burn holes all over the comforters. The remote which my 1 yr old picked up was missing its back exposing the batteries. The place was filthy beyond words. What makes me laugh is that they worry about pets and your not allowed to bring you food from the breakfast to your room but they allow the rooms to be this poor. It felt like a crack house. If you value your families health and safety do not stay here!

Not the best place but okish for the price. Might take 2 or three times for them to have all the things you expect t9 have in the room. Pillows towels, working, heaters ect… But they will move you until your happy.

I stay in hotels all around the country for work. This is the worst room I've had so far. It's right next to the highway so you hear traffic all night. Hair on sink, cigarette holes in sheet, no hot water in the mornings between 6 and 8:30. I stayed for two nights and didn't even get a warm shower. Stay anywhere else, it's not worth it.

Good breakfast. Basic motel with ice and vending machines. Microwave and fridge. Affordable.

There was roaches phone didn't work carpet stunk door wouldn't lock but they fix but been hear for three-day and phone steal dont work try to change rooms but they refused to so where moveing to anothet motel when are week is up.

The location is conveniently next to the highway with a lot of food places and stores nearby. The room that I stayed in is in relatively poor condition and things generally seem shoddy. Things seem to be falling apart or are clearly old and low quality. I guess that's what I should expect for such a price.

Rooms were musky, cirgaratte holes were in the sheets (in a none smoking room), the sink counter was broken, and they were low on basic supplies when asked (towels, toothpate, toothbrush, razors, shaving cream). But, you get what you pay for, and for $60 a night, I should've expected it, though I don't take it for an excuse.

Last time I was there was my wife n I n it may have been our senior prom! So yeah, it's been a while! But I may be wrong about that, in jus sayn that's the last time I REMEMBER bein there. Ahhhh! Good times!

Beware — junkie motel. Front desk clerk was rude and argued with us when we told her our room keys weren't working. The room smelled like cigarettes and the door separating our room from the one next door was so bent it took the effort of 2 people to lock it. We didn't really feel safe there.

I seen people saying “you get what you pay for”, completely incorrect. Despite the price, you should NEVER have to accept a complete inhuman place to sleep, which is exactly what this place is.

You get what you pay for! I read reviews of people complaining about this place. Whiny kids. $50 a night + free Wi-Fi with "very good" speed + free breakfast! TF do you want more in $50? LEARN TO COMPARE!

Prices were good, military friendly, pet friendly. Could've used more than one of each for towels. Furniture was kinda rough (worn down and kind of dirty), overall: not great, not terrible.

Cheap run of the mill kind of room. Staff however is excellent and always willing to go the extra mile to get you comfortable placed in your room for rest and relaxation. Save yourself some $$$$$ book online for best rate I use Expedia myself.

Avoid this place. Non-smoking room smelled like stale smoke, we had two TV's and two refrigerators because one of each was broken. A/C was hit or miss if it would work or not. Cable didn't work. Cigarette burns in the linens and the comforter clearly hadn't been washed in a while. Not worth the cheap price.

Friendly staff, but other than that not a very nice place. Lobby and non-smoking rooms smelled like an ashtray. Sheets had cigarette burns and some of the outlets had exposed wiring. Noisey from the highway next door. Also, the power cut out in the building for an hour or so.

Worst place ever, looked like a run down bedbug infested meth lab. Dont waste your time. Run… run away as fast as you can…

Quiet location even next to the expressway. Room is small but cozy. Great for our anniversary getaway.

Beds are comfy, super nice front desk employee. Only bad part is the slow Wi-Fi and janky bathrooms but I mean it's great for just one night and get back on the road in the morning.

Only thing that saved this from a one star is the pricing, parking and how close to the express way it is. Otherwise, I'd say wow this place could use a MAJOR update! The rooms are small all, extremely outdated, horrid smoke smell in and out of the rooms. Bed's were really stiff, bathrooms had the 90s style tiling in the tub/shower, bathrooms were small as well. Room had a Starburst blending into the wall, the window ledge was dusty and has pretzels in the window seal. The air conditioner filter was filthy.

Asked for non-smoking room. Walked in and the smell off smoke and nastyness hit u in the face. It was so overwelming just plain nasty. Was told that it was a non-smoking room. The room was nasty! I wouldn't put my dog in this room. It looked like a room nasty crackheads live in. Do not stay here!

I enjoy my stay. The people who runs this hotel where just sweet people. I am not sure if Days Inn will invest in this establishment. Being so near to the expressway. I could see a higher volume of guests.

This is the fifth time my husband and/or I have stayed at the Phelps in Cincinnati. We stayed for business the first two times because the hotel is convenient to the downtown area. We have stayed since that time for pleasure because the hotel has a great view, is comfortable, easy to get to, has a great bar and breakfast area, is clean, and has great staff. The hotel feels like it is in a residential area even though it is downtown. The hotel is also within walking distance of the walking bridge. Thanks for another great time and we hope to be back soon!

Stayed for a few nights. This definitely falls under "you get what you pay for. " Room was OK. Wifi was garbage. If you're not too picky or delicate, would work for you. Not so much for my wife and kids.

They have improved so much there rooms are very nice and clean I was surprised over the difference just with thin the year how nice there rooms are and most staff are real nice. Beautiful room with a fridge microwave nice China huch and flat screen TV. Air worked wat it should I enjoyed it as well as my family I will be going back…

No bugs. Cheap rAtes Get whAt you pay for. Better than any overpriced bullshit Holiday Inn. News flash people, all hotels have nasty secrets, thinking different it's insane. I've seen 5 star places that were the nasty nasty. This joint has privacy and you can smoke.

Stayed here 2 nights and it was dirty, there were holes in the walls, the carpet and floor siding was off the wall. Breakfast was a joke, some cereal and juice is pretty much all they had. I had to come back the next week BC I left my wallet behind and they refused to mail it to me so I stayed another night only to have a worse experience than before. First I asked for a late check out and they said no problem. So at 930 I get a wake up call even though I did not request one, then from 10 to 1045 the housekeepers knocked on my door 3 times. I told them all 3 times that I had a late check out. 1055am the front desk manager calls my room telling me I needed to check out. I told him I had scheduled a late check out for noon And the girl last night said that was ok. He apologized and I went on to take a shower before I left. There were black curly pubes all over the bathroom floor and shower wall. I didn't even want to be in there with my bare feet. At 1150am the maids come back knocking and I told them I was gathering my stuff. They came back a couple minutes before noon and stood outside my door waiting for me to leave. I opened my door and they were just standing there giving me dirty looks, I told them I will never be back and thanks for nothing. Its obvious they don't clean very well as there were pubes all over the bathroom and the room was gross feeling.

Booked a non-smoking. They argued we didn't, even though we are both allergic so I always double check. Vomit in the sink and black in the tub. Finally got us in another room where we paid extra to have non smoking. Still smelled like smoke. Had black mold in the room. Coffee filter from the last ones who used the coffee pot was still in there and stains all over the sheets.

I'd give a 4star but the service was overwhelming helpful. Thank You Days Inn East!

Stayed here last year. We have two kids they put us in a room close to the bar. No sleep the music was so loud. We went out for dinner and came back to no parking place. Had to park accross the main road at the other hotel and walk back. Wish we would have just stayed at that hotel instead. Not family friendly at all, a place to party, drink and sleep it off.

Good for the price, very clean for an older property, and definately not bug infested at all like previous reviews. If it was infested I would have bever stayed the first time, let alone the next.

This hotel is bedbug invested stay away manager is rude look at reviews online befor making a reservation. Bedsheet had blood on them and g. M said we cant change them rite now that they are busy.

This place is a dive but for 50 dollars we come, we party, we sleep for a few hours and go home. But the price has now gone up to over 70 dollars and that was with a AAA discount. No thank you. Never again.

#@& dump! The bar attached stays open til two, playing some of the most crappy local bands this town has to offer! Rooms are a nightmare! Locals are just as bad as the bed bugs! Would definitely stay here again. If I developed a crack habit on a budget and only cared about crack. And bar flys.

Wish I could give 0 — stars nasty stinky disgusting! run! do not stay here. It was loud, everything is stained and smells. We went through 3 rooms trying to find one that was even remotely clean and they couldn't find one. Scary people hangong off balconies screaming. Water leaking all over the floors, cracked walls, mattresses from 1970 and stained sheets so thin you could see through them. I wouldn't let my dog stay here. RUN AWAY go across the street to the Best Western. Pay a little more, in this case well worth the money. Days Inn should be ashamed.

Oh where to begin. Upon arrival, we were dismayed to find that there was a bar attached to the hotel which seemed to be attracting an unseemly crowd (complete with cop cars). Air conditioning was present, but upon turning the conditioning all the way up, the unit mysteriously shut off (you basically had to rig the device in order for it to work). The room had a faint smell of mildew (may have been due to the STANDING WATER on the carpet under the sink by the bathroom). We stayed here at the height of the "bed bug scare", and thus many of us decided to sleep on top of the sheets in our sleeping bags. We made sure to lock ourselves securely into our rooms for fear of drug deals gone bad in any neighboring rooms. The next morning, after a rousing game of "guess that stain" (in better light), we headed of to the "continental breakfast", the highlight of which proved to be the colony of ants living in the Sunny Delight dispenser. Basically, sleeping in a truck stop bathroom maybe be cleaner and possibly even safer. This place needs a MAJOR overhaul.
