Crooks, I paid for the room, reserved it 4 hours ahead of time, then got there, told me there were no rooms available then wouldn’t refund me back my money. Do not waste your time with the workers there. Place was trash.

The last time me and my fiance Andrea stayed there they screwed us out of our deposit.

This place was actually a nice stay for the price we paid (70 including taxes). The mattresses may have been the cleanest I’ve ever seen (I always check the mattress before putting my stuff down in a hotel room) plus they had laminated floors throughout. As an allergy suffer carpeting in hotels always transpires to a rough night of sneezing for me. I’m not big on hotels with outside doors but I would definelty stay at this one. Also, Katrina was really nice and helpful.

Very nice budget motel. Nothing extravagant, but perfectly fine to get a good night sleep when traveling. Clean rooms that look recently updated. Comfy beds, TV, mini fridge, microwave. No pet fees makes this place a crazy good deal.

My husband and I booked a room from 7/11/18 to 7/12/18. We were initially in room 109, but my husband found a bed bug on the mattress (we have picture proof). The gentleman in the lobby moved us to room 112, but that room had a rip in the bed bug cover, rips in the pillow case, yellow stains on the pillow case… So much wrong that we didn't feel comfortable staying. We didn't even stay the night. I would appreciate getting my money back since we couldn't even stay because of these conditions. We took the room keys back to the lobby and checked out around 11:30pm. I had to drive back home after my event (which is a 4 hour drive). I don't appreciate having to do that and also losing out on a night sleep because of the conditions of their rooms.

The room was clean, well decorated and spacious. It was very nice for the price. I have never had problem at Red Roof Inn. I am always impressed. Staff was nice as usual.

Decent motel in a safe location. It's a bare bones type of place, don't stay here if you're looking for amenities, but if you just want a place to sleep for the night especially if you are attending a concert at Riverbend which is very close by. It's also close to a couple restaurants and several pizza places nearby deliver.

This gets a 2 Star only because it is no hassle pet friendly. But honestly I was so unhappy with this place. The air conditioner did not blow cold air, the sink light turned on and off throughout the night, the bed springs made loud noises, the sheets and towels had stains, and the bed covers and sheets had small holes. It’s very unfortunate since this was my first Red Roof experience. Hopefully they will get their act together.

Poor place. They walk in on you with no warning, early in the morning. My man and I went and the person behind the desk gave a complete stranger a key to our room, when we had the actual key. Also, they had no reminder of when we were supposed to check out of our room. Nothing worked, barely any soap in the showers… Don't stay here, whatever you do.

Some kind of event was going on in the area, and every hotel was fully booked. After calling in a 50 mile radius, this was the only hotel that had a room available. We had a room with a king size bed and a desk area. The room was decent, for something last minute, and on a Saturday night. The TV was nice and there was a small fridge. The bed was lumpy and not comortable. The employee that took our reservation was not the friendliest. He may have just been having a busy night, as the parking lot was full upon arriving. The air unit worked well. I would only recommend this hotel as a last resort. The location is convenient off of 275 and has many restaurants within a few min car ride. There's a McDonald's next door and a Speedway gas station.

We had a nice visit. The staff was nice. Our room was clean. The bed was comfortable. We stayed two nights and had no problems. The only thing that was annoying was the seat was a little loose on the toilet and the shower nozzle when turned on made a high pitched sound. Other than that everything was nice. The hotel was very quiet. We had room 239 and I will definitely be back.

We had low expectations going in and those low expectations weren't even met. Room was tiny, had a distinctive odor, and the bathroom was in a bad state. We ended up cutting our losses and staying at another hotel entirely. You get what you pay for.

Located within a 15 minute drive of the Riverbend Music Center and several eateries. The staff was friendly and helpful. Our room was spacious, confortable, and clean. There was a hole in the wall next to the AC and its outlet. The showerhead had low pressure which made it challenging to get adequately clean. And there are no ramps or interior stairs. The staircases are exterior. Also, turning left into or out of the parking lot is challenging. A decent place for the price.

Room was clean and staff was helpful and friendly. The power socket was hanging out of the wall which was weird, but it did work. Otherwise, no complaints.

Customer Service in Lobby was very friendly and helpful. Pro — The room was clean. Nice king size bed. Cons — refrigerator wasn't working. A bit clogged shower drain (hope they fix it).

Good for a quick stay. Not the best place if you want a nice room. If you just need a place to sleep this is for you.

Stayed there for five days and never had a bad moment. Staff was great, everything worked in our room.

I stayed there with my fiance he works in the area were three and a half hours away from home and the reason why we stayed at this hotel is because we love bringing our dog with us the first few stays here was awesome no problems no nothing until one day we look at our bank statement they're stealing money from us and we're not the only ones that they steal money from we wasn't even staying here one night and they took $150 from us Red Roof is a joke one of the workers told us that they take the money and pay for other bills and then they replace the money that they take from you as soon as they get it back like really if you don't know how to run a business then go do something that you're good at these people are rude they find a reason to complain about something you can't brush your teeth in the sink without the water overflowing the toilet will never flush you have bad shower pressure the heat barely works there's trash all around this place I've never heard of anybody living in the hotel that you work at all the workers that work at Red Roof Inn in Cincinnati live there they need to find people that can actually run this business im just sayin if you do stay at Red Roof Inn use cash don't use your card.

I rented a room 1 night over this past weekend and also 1night about a month ago. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. I needed a room with smoking and a double bed the extra bed being for my 16 year old daughter. The rooms are newly refinished and the atmosphere in the rooms are relaxing with free cable and Wi-Fi. They have a good cash policy only needing 25.00 for deposit which is returned upon check out time. They have a few vending machines and McDonald's is just across the lot followed by Speedway gas station. Has a great location for getting off and on 275, 125, and Mt. Carmel-Tobasco Rd. My stay there was pleasant and my car was visible at all times and they also have cameras posted. I really enjoyed both times that I stayed. No one bothered me or my daughter even when we went to get ice from their ice machine. Even though there was a baseball tournament in the area and they were more crowded than usual I felt safe and secure. As mentioned Before the staff is excellent and professional and seemed like they actually cared about the people who are staying there, I thought that was nice. I would recommend Red Roof Inn to anyone who needs a place to put their head a night or so. I like to have privacy away from all the rucus of the world once in awhile and I have found that Red Roof Inn is fairly priced and the staff is nice!

It's a cheap hotel so I didn't expect much. The only bad thing I can say is, the shower had no pressure, which sucked. The hotel is in a good area near a shopping center and like a exit or 2 is a mall.

Very nice clean rooms with a working TV which as a person that lives out of hotels 5 days a week becomes a great plus. Nice hot shower followed by a comfortable bed. Only complaint was loud people outside of the hotel but that can't really be something in the hotels control. Overall I give it a 5/5

Good for a one night stay. We prepaid online and found out that it was a total waste of time. We had to give all the information all over again. Spent over 45 minutes to get into our room after a long drive. We have never experienced this before with Red Roof.

Nice quiet area nearby plenty of stores and restaurants. Room had smoke holes in every single sheet but other than that just a normal room. Cleaning service was polite and so was front desk.

We have stayed at this hotel a few times in the past year. Most of the time it was ok, nothing great, nothing horrible. That is until out last stay. We checked in and when we went to our room it was a mess. The bed was unmade and the whole room was a disaster. We went back to the front desk and told them and they asked us if we were sure it wasn't clean. They did give us a new room and it was an acceptable room. That is until the heater quit working and the maintenance man came in drinking his beer and tried to fix it. He ended up blowing all of the electric in the room and we had to change rooms once again. After a'll of this not even an apology. Definately will NOT be going back here.

Red roof is the best hotel on this road I accidentally posted 5 pics of the days inn I left in the middle of the night but this room is great sorry bout those pics but stay away from days inn on tobacco rd.

Easy reservation online, check in simple. Friendly front desk, room not exactly as advertised, (no microwave or soaking tub) But late check out was easy to get. And a couple small problems that were addressed as soon as reported.

Filthy, a. C. Has not been cleaned in a while (mold), sink clogged. Towels can be used for sandpaper. Something positive… the bed was decent.

Great staff and clean room but we didn't have an iron, ironing board, small in room coffee pot, or microwave like it advertised. I know it doesnt seem like a big deal but I was looking forward to these things. This is the fittest time I've e ever been at a hotel that didn't have these, and I travel alot and have stayed in many hotels. Red Roof INN is always my hotel of choice.

I was very pleased with my experience at the Red Roof Inn. Very nice place and no bugs of any sort and the people are very kind. The hotel is close to the highway and many restaurants. I highly recommend checking in at the Red Roof Inn.

Very dirty. Floors were pretty sticky. We found a bed bug the second might didn't see any more and we checked both beds. All in all it was fine.

Very nice budget room. Room was clean, smell of cleaner was a bit overpowering at first but we got used to it. Clean sheets, clean towels, floor had been swept, didn't see any bugs. Good range of TV channels. Reception guy was friendly. Well lit parking lot close to rooms. I felt safe staying here. Would recomend.

Entire hotel room reamed of smoke, there were burn holes in the sheets and comforter, our bathroom light didn't work. If there were any other choice at the time of my stay we would have gone elsewhere. But, Jason Aldean was fantastic and made it worth it!

Nice place clean rooms. Most stuff in the room works. The king size bed supreme rooms have a bigger TV than the double bed rooms. But has cable so thats cool. All in all I think it's probably the 3rd nicest hotel room in the beechmont area.

The shower made a very loud buzzing sound the whole time you were in the shower. The clock made a buzzing sound. A toilet made a long-lasting sound after you flush it. And the blanket in between had dirt on it.

I give this location two stars for several reasons: 1. Service was acceptable but not pleasant or welcoming from the minute we walked in. 2:I paid for a king suit non smoking and it still smelled like smoke of some sort. 3. The shower had not been cleaned which was obvious from lookimg down at gunk and dirt. The floors where hard wood amd the bottoms of our feet were black. 5. It was a very hot day and the room woukd never get cool enough to relax.

Clean room, comfortable bed and quiet location. Easy interstate access and good selection of restaurants nearby. Only complaint is noisy air conditioner. Finally just turned it off. Not an option had it been hot…

Lucky enough to have stayed in room 222. The lights flickered on and off at their will. Our air conditioner turned on at 4 am for no reason as we lay in slumber. The phone rang promptly at 5:55 with an eerie silence on the other end. Lucky we all survived. Clearly our room was haunted. Would recommend to a friend 5/5 would spook again.

It was gross. Everything was dirty. The latch on the door was broken. The lock broke on our way out and we couldn't shut the door. Lights flickered. It was like a creepy motel room from a horror movie, but worse.

As soon as I walked in the room I stepped on an ant. There were stains on the sheets and burnt holes in the comforter. Will not stay at this hotel ever again.

Ripped us off, they have us a receipt for the room but is kicking us out today after we payed for a week, they claimed to have swiped the card but turns out they did not. My family is currently homeless and now we have nowhere to go, thanks red roof. I wish I didn't even have to give one star.

When we got there, the air conditioner wasn't in. They got it in within thirty minutes. The bed was comfortable and soft. No complaints, cheap and comfy.

BED BUGS, BED BUGS, BED BUGS! Stayed here, won't EVER be back! Won't EVER recommend this place either! Found BED BUGS in my room, killed one & took it up to the front desk & asked to speak to a manager, the lady at the front desk wouldn't let me speak to a manager and so I showed her the BED BUG and she flat out said "There is nothing we can do about this" She wouldn't give me a refund or nothing! After leaving this trashy hotel I called 3 days in a row to speak to a manager and every time I called & told them what happened, they would say "there is nothing we can do about it" complete BULLSHIT! DO NOT WAST YOUR MONEY HERE!

This is the worst hotel that I have ever stayed in my entire life. Our room was supposed to be non smoking but the second we walked in the smoke smell was overwhelming. There were dead as well as live bugs in our sheets and also strange yellow stains, cigarette burns and dog hair covering the sheets. I do not think those sheets had ever been changed off of that bed before. The floor was so dirty that our feet were black on the bottom just for walking across it and The next morning when I got up a homeless man was sleeping outside of the hotel rooms. I have never felt so uncomfortable in a hotel before. I will never go back. This place should be torn down immediately.

Our room was very clean. The house keeper was very nice and made sure we had everything we needed. All of the front desk employees were vey friendly and I felt welcomed.

I have stayed in a lot of hotels, this is by far my best experience. From the looks of other reviews this place has come a long way. I've been here a week and when I come back from work my room is spotless. The staff is very friendly and the room is newly remodeled. It is obvious they have had problems in the past and I'm not sure if these are new owners or not but this place has changed (the price hasnt! ) Your not going to find a better deal. Couldn't be happier, don't let other negative reviews sway you from making reservations. You won't regret your stay at this location. I don't even want to leave!

It is the experience you expect from Red Roof Inns. Clean, nice, but nothing over the top. Well worth the price. A little far from downtown, but not terrible. The clerk when I got there Kortney was really nice and helpful. The only issue is that I had a problem with the door to my room that took 20 minutes to solve. However, she was trying very hard to fix it the whole time.

This place is awful if only I could give a 0/5. Its dirty, theres stains all over the bedding and ciggarette burns too.

Only that my fur babies were welcome. This location is a joke. We have been here seven weeks. The office staff does not know what they are doing. I payed for 4 days and on the last day was informed by not staff but house keeping that I needed to get out. Turns out I ended up paying $61.00 dollars a night for 49.99 a night room. They have refused to pay me back or credit me what is owed. The do not honor red roof inns rates. We used a debit card to pay for two weeks and they not only charged us for the room but they kept putting holders on even more money. Then after that was all straightened out the tried to pull the same scam of making us pay an additional day. Always get a printed receipt. They do not offer it so make sure you get one so they can't do the same to you. The manager here does his best to protect his house keepers. He will go so far as to say they do not speak english. The male of house keeping does speak enough English to be rude. The manager is a flat out lair. I've reported killing 3 roaches nothing done. Now on one of our last two nights here we do not have any hot water. The reason I came to Ohio was to try and have a better life. We are now going back to Tennessee, the place we escaped from, because of how we were treated here. I would never stay at red roof inn again. It would be more relaxing and comfortable to live in my car. Is that not very sad.

I used to enjoy Red Roof Inns. But thus one is the pitts.

I stopped to stay at this motel back in February 2015 and when I checked in and went to the room I opened the door to our room and turned around and left do to the fact that the place was the dirtiest place I have ever seen. I went back to the front desk and told them I was not staying in their filthy hotel and for them not to charge my credit card. After leaving I called my credit card company and advised them of what had just happened, while speaking to my card company they called the motel to make sure that they were not going to send the charges thru and they agreed. I just received my june statement for my card and these low life thieves just charged my card for the room. I have contacted my card company and filed a dispute to the charge and the card company has it all on record the day I called in not be charged. If you want to be stolen from stay here in this filthy place. I will be making a call tomorrow to the main RED ROOF INN company office to make a strong complaint.

First day after work at five pm our room was clean and we had clean towels. The second day after I get back from work I have no clean towels. I go to the front desk covered in green dust from working on WATERSLIDES and all I want to do is shower. I say our rooms weren't cleaned and I need a towel really badly so I can shower. "Well if you were in your room all day, they can't just go in and clean with you there. " I said to this ignorant woman I've been working and left my room at seven am can I get that towel. She grabs towels and brings them to the counter then the rest of my work crew slowly makes their way down because none of their rooms had clean towels either. She says to me "Sorry I can't give you towels now because everyone needs them and I only have two. You have to wait while I call room service. " I left the front desk after waiting a half hour and hearing another customer who just checked in say "Lady, you sent me to a room that someone is already in, there's stuff in it. " So for the price you pay expect no clean towels, no room service, and your room might be given to a new person checking in. When I found room service myself I gave them my dirty towels and had to wait over an hour before I could get a clean towel off their cart. He said that the hotel cleaning policy is you have to be I. Your room or they won't clean it. Or if you are staying multiple nights, you have to pack up every night and leave your room with nothing in it for them to clean it.

When I walked in the office to check in, two other guys were sitting in the office with bare feet. Non smoking room clearly had smokers in it. It was bad enough that I was sneezing from it. Bathroom had hair in it from the previous stay so obviously was not cleaned. Black mold growing on the caulk in bathroom. Dirt on the bathroom floor from whoever had walked there before. Sheets had stains on them. I've had good luck with many other red roof inns so I'm guessing this terrible stay was related to the people running it.

We stayed from 03/18/2015 — 03/20/2015 Super fast Wi-Fi I sure was not expecting that, and the staff is awesome, very friendly from the time we got there until the time we left the staff was super awesome. I almost booked a room down the street I am so happy I didn't because I loved the staff there. For the price and location, and the view we enjoyed it very much. We will surely go back again. We loved it.

I had to stay in this hotel for work out-of-town. I've stayed in some cheap hotels, but this one was one of the worst! The rooms were dirty and run down. One week, we had a room that had an electrical outlet with no cover plate. Another week, we stayed in a room that had an ant infestation. The last week we stayed there, I got bit up by bedbugs! I had about 30 bites all over my body. Stay at the Days Inn and avoid this one at all costs.

The rooms of this hotel are very dirty. Also, the smell in the rooms are very bad. There are many insects in the rooms. I moved to other rooms two times ago. I recommend gusts find other hotel that is clean and has a good service.

Room is dirty, shower tub will not drain and the sink to. Worst Redroof I have ever stayed at, been traveling for 30 yrs.

The first and only time I used my bank card they charged me $150 on top of the one night charge. They stated it was for stealing pillows, towels sheets and blankets. First of all I'm not a thief! The girl in the office told me she told the owner she knew I didn't do that and refused to listen to her or even return my calls. I disputed this charge through my bank. Do not ever use your credit card here.

The worst hotel experience ever. Uncleaned, even the towels.

First room they gave me was uncleaned. Bedding in a pile in the middle of the mattress, uneatten food on the dresser, the key laying on the TV where the people before hadn't checked out, just left. So they gave me another room. This one was clean and after reading the reviews here I pulled the covers back and checked the bed. Wifi was slow. Real slow. Otherwise I didn't have the horrible experiences that other reviewers here have had. Of course the room was paid for by a customer or I'd probly not have chosen this one because of the reviews.

Worst hotel I have ever been too in my entire life, I really thought Extended Stay America was the worst but this place has it beat by a F****** landslide. Rooms are disgusting AC does not work and they refuse to fix it in 100+ degree weather. I travel for a living and I have been too some gutter hotels but this takes the cake. If work didn't pay for this place I would never ever pay for this. I really wish I brought my tent cause I would gladly sleep outside. The cleaning lady is walking around cleaning rooms in in a disgusting tank top and NO SHOES OR SOCKS F MY LIFE.
