This is a fitness based hotel, first and foremost. I really want you to understand that. There is a bounce ball in the room touching a wall that says “A good work out does wonders. ” The TV is set to all night work out channels (you can change them of course, but still), and the “Do Not Disturb” sign is shaped like a weight and says “I’m working on my core. ” This is a FITNESS HOTEL! Weird, right?! And nowhere did it specify that at all! Okay moving on. It says pet friendly, but there’s leather chairs in the room that my cat would honestly love to rip up. I think by “pet” it means little purse-sized dogs? Not really sure. Also, it says family friendly, but like I said, it’s a gym that you can live at if you have the money; I wouldn’t bring the kids here if they’re under 13 and/or can’t run a full mile. This place is just weird. I’m all for healthy living, but I think if you’re this geared towards one specific group of people… you should probably advertise as such! Right?! I came here to stay for one night on my cross country road trip and I was blown away by how hard my room tried to pressure me into working out. It’s just… weird!

This place is great! Especially if you like to maintain a healthy lifestyle while on the road. The rooms are equipment with yoga balls, blocks, mats, cycling bikes and resistance bands. The restaurant has a healthy focus for meals. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

This is a very modern hotel. I enjoyed my stay tremendously. It is a hotel that has one's health in mind. There is exercise equipment in each room, you receive a water bottle when you arrive, and there is water of different flavors available on all floors. The room was clean and very cool looking. The shower is was awesome! The only suggestion I would have is they nheed to have chocolate available for those guests that may need a chocolate fix!

Stayed at Even Hotel in Omaha this week. It was wonderful. The staff was really helpful and informative. This hotel has a really unique feel to it. I loved the yoga and exercise equipment in the room. The bed was AMAZING. The sheets some of the nicest I've slept on. I would TOTALLY recommend Even. Thanks.

Convenient location and beautiful decor. They had spacious rooms with high ceilings. The bathrooms were well designed as well. The pool was a little tepid and being an older building, the soundproofing was not that great. The staff was super friendly and we enjoyed our first visit to Omaha.

I had a wonderful two night stay at EVEN Hotel. My girlfriend and I enjoyed the quiet and calming atmosphere. The staff was exceptionally friendly! We dined at their restaurant inside the lobby and were pleasantly surprised with the results of our drinks, appetizer, entrees, and dessert. The food was health conscious, portioned as such, and delicious. Our bed was highly comfortable and every square inch was clean. This hotel was specifically selected by my girlfriend for its high cleanliness rating and it did not disappoint. The cleaning staff there is quite commendable! There was a pool and workout facility but we did not spend time with these amenities. A yoga mat, foam roller, exercise ball, and resistance bands were present in our room as well. Continuously streaming workout guidance is available on television to assist you with these features. The walk in shower and selection of shower gels, shampoo and conditioners were deeply satisfying. Parking was also free here too and I appreciated that. Five stars! Looking forward to my next stay!

Thank you Kathryn for all your help. The hotel was clean. The rooms are spacious, clean, and well stocked. All even numbered rooms… Interesting. Heavy emphasis on exercise with an exercise bike, resistance bands, and a yoga mat in the room. Our family of 6 was well-accomodated and comfortable. The staff was super friendly and met all of our needs.

The staff here are incredibly friendly and the rooms are perfect. Traveling for work and neither one of us feel on top of each other. Great pool and workout room. The shuttle is nice and will do you off anywhere within 3 miles of the hotel and pick you back up!

I guess I'll be on of the few reviewers on here that wasn't really "wowed" by this hotel. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful, and the hotel is very clean. But that's where it ends for me. I feel like some guys from Globo-Gym decided they should start a hotel chain. The first problem I have is the location. It's not really a walkable area… especially after dark. The nearest good eating options are about 1/2 mile away through some pretty run down areas. The shuttle will take you to locations within a few minutes, though. Inside, the decor is very sterile with weird motivational type sayings painted on the walls of the hallway. The lighting in the hallways is so bright that I had to put a towel on the floor in front of my door just to sleep at night. The alarm clocks in the rooms consist of these weird glowing orbs with the time in the middle… except there's no way to turn off the glowing portion without also turning off the clock! The rooms seem very sterile and cold… no decorations, just flat walls with cheap accent paint and more motivational sayings over the beds and mirrors. The workout stuff in each room is a unique idea. Overall the place feels like it's trying too hard to be trendy… when they should focus on a more relaxing feel.

It seemed a bit pricy for Omaha, but it’s comfortable and the staff is friendly. The room was smaller than we expected and smaller than some other chains, with no separate living area like another hotel in a similar city chain on the same trip. Breakfast wasn’t included but they have a nice food setup. The pool was closed around ten or so but opens at eight. The room was clean. The fitness theme is interesting and different, they really do provide a bunch of fitness equipment standard including a yoga mat and block, foam roller, and bands. They have a guest laundry room.

Hotel is very nice and clean. We stayed in bunk bed family room, our kids loved it. Beds were comfortable and clean. Staff was very nice and. Attentive we had a couple falls in the shower since the floor gets really slick not much traction. They are having someone come in to fix all showers since issue is an issue. New hotel so still working out some bumps in the rooms. Pool was nice but a little cold. Definitely will stay again. Great location for many attractions.

Great location, easy access to the interstate and wonderful staff. Very quick access to old market and the convention area without being right in the middle of everything, so it is fairly quiet. I love the extra space in the room and all of the amenities are excellent.

Hands down the best hotel I have stayed at. Rooms are clean, Huge!. Bathroom is amazing. Great facilities if you are wellness minded. Amazing shuttle service and very friendly staff. You gotta stay here.

Very fun and Hyundai hotel staff was very nice it was very clean. The room was great very spacious nice TV comfortable beds and pillows. Has nice black out blinds. Also came with resistance bands, yoga mat and a couple accessories. Pool was nice and warm but still refreshing. Location was an $8 charge to everything.

Love the gym and equipment available. Super friendly staff, large room, tons of options to workout. Liked the map with running routes in the area. Came back to the hotel several times already.

Wellness is definetly not a after thought with this hotel. One of the best hotel in my mind to stay in a healthy mindset when traveling. Each room has exercise equipment so you can stay fit anytime of the day. However, if you are a gym junkie you will love the hotel state of the art fitness center. You also can rejuvenate with a freshly made smoothie after a workout in the Cork & Kale eatery located adjacent to the hotel lobby. If you are looking for a hotel that assist in rejuvenation, comfort and tranquil, this is the place to stay. I will definitely be back.

One of the coolest hotels I've stayed at. I loved the health conscious design of the hotel. The bands and yoga mats along with workout instructions from the TV or a book provide a great way to get some exercise in from the comfort of my own room. The fitness center was exceptionally well equipped. To top it off the staff here was exceptionally nice both at night when I checked in and in the morning when I was leaving. I can't wait for my next opportunity to visit.

I have found my new favorite hotel! The staff are absolutely top notch customer friendly and sincerely assisting. The rooms are are spacious, comfortable & modern. Well thought. The food is outstanding and healthy! NOT greasy, processed bar food. The availability and overall focus of health/fitness, all natural toiletries (wonderful btw), comfortable bed, and did I mention the spa like bathroom complete with 4 head shower! Very happy! Will be back! Highly recommend!

I was just there to block out rooms for my wedding. I had them give me a tour and the place is beautiful! The suite my fiance and myself will be staying in the night of the wedding is HUGE! Tons of room for the wedding party to meet up and to get all of the ladies hair and makeup done. The staff was very helpful!

What a cool hotel. It seemed almost overkill with all the “workout” equipment in the hotel and in each room. But with a hotel that’s so healthy, I was dissatisfied with the breakfast selections. All the eggs were fake. It’s okay to have real bacon. But I will definitely stay here again, through work or pleasure.

EVEN is a new, modern hotel with a fitness theme. There is a yoga mat and block, a balance ball and resistance bands in the room, complete with a book of exercise instructions. The beds were very comfortable and the bathroom is very modern although the shower design tends to leave the floor wet. All in all my experience was good although we were denied free shuttle service because the driver was only accommodating patrons of a specific event that we had not attended. We were just a few blocks away from the event but were not given a ride.

I stayed at EVEN hotel for a wedding. I was impressed with how much floor space there is in the rooms. Everything in the hotel is very bright and welcoming. They have a culture centered on wellness and the rooms include space and supplies for working out. I was only there for a night, but EVEN is my first choice of hotel the next time I'm in the Omaha area.

This place is called the 402 hotel. It's still under renovation but some rooms are done… Mine is one. If you get past the fact that there are parts that still look rough, this is a great spot. Flat screen TV, coffee and fridge in room, nice tiling. I had a shower issue and the AC is a bit loud. However bed is comfy and the staff are very nice. When the renovations are done… It will be even better.

Hotel rooms were new and clean. Staff was super friendly. Complimentary water bottle in each room and water on every floor was great. Bar was lively, as was breakfast. Board games, ping pong tables, yoga and workout equipment. Every detail adds up to a perfect experience.

I truly am at a loss for words. EVEN is a very calming, yet invigoratingly designed hotel. You walk in, and you're not sure if you want to relax after an 11 hour drive from Michigan, or walk over to Cork and Kale to unwind with a tea. I had worked an 8 hour night shift the night before my drive, and left straight for Omaha. After making said 11 hour drive (on one hour of sleep), I had Bethany greet me with a smile and high level of professionalism. She was informative, courteous, and helpful. The room itself was sleek and modern, yet so calming, even the most stressed of guests could manage to get some shuteye. I don't know what I liked more — the clock with ambient mood lighting, or the guest bathroom with the invigorating mint body wash. Upon checkout, I had an employee who was concerned about how my stay was, and wished me well on my travels. Next time I'm out in Omaha, I'd frankly be a fool to stay anywhere other than EVEN. (side request — can IHG build an EVEN closer to me in Michigan? )

Healthy theme, best execution. Gym has a rower, treaded treadmills, punch bag, free weights, assisted lift. Pool is spacious. Ping pong table and bar in the lobby. Extremely friendly front desk. Shuttle service is within 3 miles for 6am to 11pm and 24 hrs to the airport, which is extremely convenient. Rooms are spacious as hell, with a yoga ball and mat, resistance band workouts. TV is on a cool swivel. Shower has a removable shower head and plenty of shower amenities so you don't have to order more small bottles from front desk. Extremely soft beds. Hands down best hotel experience of my life insofar.

A very pleasant surprise. The hotel is modern and comfortable. Each room has workout equipment in it and I had some fun doing yoga to one of the exercise channels they have looping on TV. The room we got had two king beds, which have everyone plenty of room. There's also plenty of free parking. Really, the only thing I can find to complain about is that the pool seemed to have a lot of chlorine in it, and my eyes were sore after swimming. A great hotel. Will definitely stay here again.

Absolutely loved it! Love their concept. The room was amazing very large with 2 king beds. Very unique to have some workout equipment in your hotel room. Love that. Especially since I can't get to the gym when traveling due to having a toddler. But loved the convenience of having it in my room. Natural products was also a huge plus.

Best service I have ever experienced in my life! Very clean, great gym I love the atmosphere. The second you walk in you feel like the most important person in the world… we need more EVEN hotels.

All the staff were Extremely polite and professional. Neat, clean rooms. Beds are beyond comfortable and to top it off RJ, the guy that drives the shuttle dropped me off at the airport. He even stop so I could grab food before my flight. Best Hotel stay ever, 10 Star rating if I could!

THE best hotel, hands down! From the friendly front desk staff to the excellent night sleep in the comfy bed the experience at EVAN was great! The bar, exercise room, fabulous view from our room, clean, modern accomodations, exercise equipment & programs in room, filtered h20… I could go on and on. This place is awesome!

The staff was as friendly as could be. Very relaxing atmosphere, super comfy beds, and exercise equipment came with the room. Even sanitizing wipes and a workout guide were included with the equiptment. Only downfall was that the people above us were quite noisy.

Spent our 28th anniversary here. The staff was very sweet and friendly. Huge corner room with a view… floor to ceiling windows. The beds were very comfortable (& we have a sleep number at home), as we're the pillows. In fact, I have a question… are those pillows available to purchase? I have a spine condition and have drug my pillow all over the world with me, but I could've left it home this time! We wanted a snack… got meat, cheese, cracker plate that we enjoyed. We loved it!

I had a fantastic night with a VERY disappointing end. I really liked the room, it was spacious and clean and the bed was very comfortable. That is the reason I rated a 2 and not a 1. I paid extra for the "continental" breakfast. Honestly to call this a continental breakfast is just unfair. The $10 extra on the room got us $20 worth of food from the menu. The only thing even remotely appealing was the toast which ended up being two small 2.5 inch slices of toast cut diagonally into even smaller pieces of toast. This had a menu price of $6! I also got an 8oz glass of orange juice for $5. My wife got a $3.25 cup of coffee, and that was breakfast due to anything else would have put us above our $20 limit. Love the room (we will be back) hated the food (next time i'll save my $10).

I love this hotel. Very inspired to be healthy and active, I was blown away by the workout gear, workout space, and workout book in my room, the workout videos on the TV, and the gym in house. Bed was gloriously comfortable. Hotel still smells brand new, is spotless, and is very refreshing. The shuttle is very handy. Wifi works great. Beautiful bathroom and shower in my room. Only things I found a bit odd: There is no room service for food as far as I can tell. No bathrobe and no luggage stand in my room. I do love the words on the walls everywhere. Fairly close proximity to restaurants. The neighbourhood can be a bit interesting.

EVEN was a fantastic place to stay in Omaha. It was less close to all of the places we wanted to visit and offered a friendly, helpful staff. The lobby was very bright and welcoming. They did have a small coffee/convenience area with some snacks, a bar and a restaurant but I didn't use any of these services this time. The room was very spacious and the bed was incredibly comfortable. I would definitely stay again.

This is hard to review in some ways. So my wife and I stayed here with our 2 year old for one evening last week. The hotel itself was pretty great and we would stay again. Super modern. Clean. Comphy. Friendly staff. Now the worst part of the hotel… the food! And the bar. Okay so my wife and I enjoy healthy food. Healthy food does not have to suck. First of all this is not a restaurant. It's a little market that will do some things made to order. What that meant for my wife and I is this… I got s BLT ($14), it was precooked bacon and super tiny. Really nasty tasting. Not even warm bacon. Next my wife got a burger ($15? ) this was microwaved! It was so dry and gross. Then we got a burger for our 2 year old ($7) his was veggie?! For a kid?! Yes we want our son to eat more veggies, but I took a bite as well and it was gross. Also microwaved and super tiny slider. Best part of all of the meals was a side Kale salad. We spent $37 for really crappy food. Then I got a glass of wine at the bar, just a house red. Nothing special. I got the bill and it was $14! For a small glass of crappy wine that had been opened a while ago it seemed. I can't tell people enough to not get screwed over by ordering "microwave to order" food here. Salads and smoothies would be a good choice though.
