Great service! Wish I would have gotten the name of the lady working the front desk the evening of 7/9/21 and morning of 7/10/21. She was the best and deserves recognition! Very accommodating hotel!

Awesome experience for our softball team! Very CLEAN! Complied with all COVID regs!

Breakfast was horrible they had nothing in some and the other stuff looked like it had been sitting since 6:30 we got there at 9 then there wasn't anyone running it I had to go get the front desk and 2 ladies came 1 was complaining the whole time and burping that was the worst breakfast from any of the hotels ever.

It's not far from many fun vacation sites and restaurants, but isn't right in the middle with as much traffic surrounding it. The staff have been very helpful with little things that have come up.

Horrible experience at this hotel! Don’t stay. I think they’re rating is from years ago. The staff is rude from the time we walked in the door. No ac in the pool room. Room was dirty and nasty. Everything looked old and not taking care of. They denied my card. 30 minutes later they added it. Then charged my friend’s card instead when they said it had already been resolved. Never will I be back.

Hotel won’t answer phone. Tried and tried to contact at phone listed on their web site.

My family was treated very disrespectful at this hotel. I was told there was no corporate number and as a result had to find it on my own. I complained and was called by the general manager who was the reason for my complaint. He was extremely disrespectful and lied about the entire incident. From start to finish he refused to take responsibility for his actions even knowing several people witnessed his behavior. I will never spend my money to stay at this hotel or any one associated with it. When calling the coporate number again to tell them the nature of the phone call I received they still did nothing to rectify the situation. I would never recommend a hotel that treats anyone in the manner we were treated!

Loved my stay here! Convenient parking, quiet rooms, extensive breakfast options. Jennifer at the front desk knocks it out of the park with service. She remained so calm, in control & pleasant while checking in multiple people as rooms came available. The front desk manager, David, was above & beyond responsive to my only concern. He won me over & prompted a return visit. They have earned my continued business.

The room was clean and the service was exceptional. The facilities were well maintained.

Good price, very well connected to Chicago, restoration and fuels very close, very good parking, very quiet, breakfast lacked the option of salty food. But very good value for money.

Front desk was friendly but asked a lot of questions that I don’t think they need to know. Like what kind of work I do and where I’m going, etc… the bed was uncomfortable but not as bad as other hotels. Breakfast was nasty and old. The location was close to several other restaurants with easy walking or driving access too.

Stayed here for 2 nights with a cheap rate. The hotel was being upgraded. I rate very strictly for Holiday Inn because they are a higher up scale 2 or 3 star hotel and the rates you pay. My shower head was not clean at all. Full of lime scale. They need to clean it better but overall the stay was comfortable and nice. For a 73 per night cant beat that for this holiday inn.

The hotel is nice and the staffs are very friendly. The pool closed at 10pm so we didn't have a chance to try the pool since we got there around 9:50pm. The breakfast was good with many different choices. I will stay there again.

Decent hotel in a nice area. We are Holiday Inn Express addicts for all our family vacations and work travel but this hotel experience was a first for us. For one, no biscuits and gravy for breakfast which was a bummer and then that evening ended up discovering a deceased HUMAN looking out our room! Hotel was decent about this ordeal but not the vacation experience I wanted for our family and children. Was hoping hotel would at least call or check in with us after the ordeal with police and getting woke up in the night. Understand that it was absolutely not hotels fault but was disappointed in lack of follow up with us after this bizarre incident.

The staff is great, especially Tasha. The rooms are clean and comfortable. However, there are a lot of kids. So if you are not in to that, such as myself, a heads up you will not have a peaceful trip to the pool or whirlpool.

Comfortable room but they charged more in person than online and even higher rate for military. The pet fee is $50 instead of the usual $25 AND you have to sign a contract saying that if your dog makes noise and causes someone to request a room change that you will be responsible for paying for their room. If you have a dog or are military stay somewhere else. If you are looking for a good value for the room stay somewhere else. When I come back through Omaha I will be finding somewhere else to stay.

Free beer to hotel guests from 6-8pm Monday thru Wednesday! The pool and spa area is nice. Friendly staff and close to so much more in the city.

The location is pretty nice, though a bit hard to notice, and access is confusing. The entrance lobby was nice, and the whole place seemed clean and high end.

Night manager shea amazing so sweet and so caring. Place is always clean and if there is a problem or mess they work hard to fix or take care of it.

Location is great for events in West Omaha. Rooms are very clean and modern. The pool was being redone when we stayed, sobthey gave us complimentary passes to Lifetime fitness which was a 2 min drive.

What a wonderful Motel to stay in. They offered free wine, beer and snacks from 6-8 PM. Bed and pillows very comfy. Nice clean rooms. Very friendly staff. Outstanding free breakfast. Best Motel we have ever stayed in. Our room was even cheaper than our reservation stated. Highly recommended! You will not be sorry!

Comfortable and quiet hotel. Staff was friendly. Rooms were well furnished and extremely clean. Great TV, and free Wi-Fi. A+

This hotel has a very personal experience from the moment you step foot in the door. When I arrived we received an offer immediately to join in some fun in the dining area. There was your choice of free beer or wine and snacks. Some obviously homemade and debuting in crock pots. If we wanted something different there are an array of food choices within walking distance. Later when I returned to my room I realized I did like we all do at least once. I had brought my phone cord but no USB plug to be able to actually plug it into the wall. I went to the front desk hoping at best to be able to buy one and save myself a quick walk over to Walmart since I had no car. Instead I was offered a personal plug to borrow at no charge. Not one that’s held aside for such purposes but one that an employee lent to a stranger just to be able to provide the best experience. If I ever need to stay in the area again this is where I’ll be doing it.

The location is great the rates are reasonable. The rooms are showing some age. Finish on bathroom doors is wearing off. Shower curtain needs repair and also the plaster wall needs a vetter repair. The facial tissue is terrible, very rough and low, quality. Not what I would expect from Holiday Inn. The staff is fantastic and the breakfast was great. The place is very clean. The TV does not have a sleep timer. Limited choice of TV channels unless you like sports. They must have 10 or 15 sports channels.

The room was very clean and updated in detail. The bathroom was extremely clean and detailed. It was fully stocked with plenty of towels and rags. Unfortunately, the heater or air didn't work very good leaving the room rather warm during the sleeping stage.

This hotel was quite near where I was working for the week. Wifi is speedy. The rooms are nice and the staff is friendly. The evening reception is a nice way to pass some time. There are a number of restaurants nearby, though it is a couple of miles to the expressway.

Location was good and staff was really nice. Cleanliness was about a 3 out of 5, but not nasty.

Nice enough hotel that was just about what I hoped for and expected. The room was clean and in good repair. The pool was small but adequate. Breakfast provided that was good by hotel standards.

This is a great location. This was my first stay here. The staff was great. The room was clean and comfortable, and there's all the amenities I need. I will definitely be staying here again.

This place is really nice don't get me wrong, but I can't give anymore than 2 stars from my experience here. The room was warm and comforting but as I started to sit down and relax my bed was full of black hair… I am a blonde short hair guy. OK that was pretty gross… so I decided to take a shower. In my shower was black hair, long and… yes pubic hair on the walls and drain and base of the shower. At this point I don't feel like my room was cleaned at all. I had a two say stay and I am still here as I write this review on probably the worst internet connection I have ever been on. They claim they just upgraded to fiber… yeah… fiber doesn't run at 1-2mb constantly and falls off every 3-5 minutes. Besides my "personal experiences" the facilities were very clean and nice. The rooms were modern and if my room was clean I would give it 5 stars. But there is no excuse for what I had to experience. EDIT: Taking it down to 1 star as your cleaning lady decided to come in at 8:30am on her own without knocking. What's wrong with you people? Never been so embarrassed in my entire life!

Nice hotel, but in our room carpet was little bit old and not too fresch, otherwise was ok, quiet, and good breakfast, a lot of good restaurants around.

Excellent facility, staff is great as well. From the front of the building is typical West Omaha, but behind the building is beautiful, you could take a nice hike and almost forget you're in a developing part of the city.

Staff was great, but had a question about a charge, and had to call three times before "the manager who could answer" would return calls over a week.

Room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Concierge was helpful and the free breakfast was good. There were lots of Pokemon, which was a nice plus! Our only complaint was that the walls were super thin. We were frequently woken by children screaming in play through the night (what the heck, parents). We were on holiday so it wasn't a huge deal.

Check in was quick. Pool area was clean. A good variety for breakfast. Room was very clean. I would stay here again.

Location was good, and service was decent. The A/C in our room was malfunctioning. There were ants all over our room! Complimentary breakfast was subpar. I will not use this location again.

Nice hotel in West Omaha. Pool and hot tub are clean and well maintained. Fresh cookies in the lobby are a bit undercooked for my liking, but I digress. :)

Room was clean. Front desk personel were friendly. I did not appreciate housekeeping knocking on the door at 8:30 am on a Saturday.

My husband and I had a wonderful weekend away here. We were accommodated when arriving early with an upgrade. Hotel and room were very clean and love the colorful theme. Breakfast was hot and comfortable. Pool was warm and hit the spot. Perfect location close to shopping and eating. Best holiday inn I have stayed at.

Clean room, decent TV, friendly staff. Person above us sounded like a heard of elephants and kept us up late. Seemed to get louder on purpose after I called front desk. Woke us up early being loud as well. Otherwise nice place.

Over the years we've stayed here. THE BEST HOTEL IN OMAHA! I will have to say that Tasha was SUPER friendly, staff was very nice, and this hotel is in my opinion in the best location. Not to far away from my favorite restaurant too, which is Arby's. If I had to, I would give this place 10+ stars. If you are ever in Nebraska, live the good life, and Go Big Red! :)

We needed rooms blocked for an event, they were very considerate and helpful. We've blocked rooms previously at this location and the guests were pleased with rooms and staff.

We checked in tonight and the front desk receptionist was extremely friendly and welcoming. Not to mention the room is amazing. I have been traveling cross country for the military and this has been the nicest Holiday Inn I have been to thus far.

There was some construction but overall friendly staff. Very accomodating and wonderful atmosphere.

I travel a lot for work and try to always stay at Holiday Inns. THIS one is my absolute favorite! The staff is the BEST and gets to know you by name. They make a real effort to get to know you. Warm gooey cookies at the end of the day. Reception with free appetizers, beer, and wine during the weeknights. Filtered water station is a nice extra. Exceptionally clean. Great area around the hotel with many restaurants and shops. Everything is always perfect there. Thank you!
