They left my husband high and dry. He got a confirmation email for $59 a night for an extended stay, when he got there they upped the price to $89 a night and wouldn’t honor the confirmation price. I’ve never seen such horrible customer service at a hotel before.

1st of all this hotel has bed bugs! 2nd the employees are rude like everyone says, 3rd I checked out at 930pm because I couldn't stand the place or the service! But if you go here you better watch out for the bed bugs cuz they're there!

We thought we would checkout Motel 8 this time and it was a lot better than the Motel 6 across the street. The parking lot was clean. The room had carpet which made it nice and comphy. The room was super clean. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The staff was nice and friendly. Location was near shopping and food. We were on the bottom floor and never heard anyone next door or above. I will definitely use this Motel again.

It was one of the few places we could stop and sleep on our Cross country trip to move from Seattle to Pittsburgh. It was the only time we stopped and slept somewhere in the four days we were traveling because it was extremely difficult to do with our four cats with us for the move. It was nearly 100 degrees with random raging thunderstorms the whole trip and especially the night we were staying here. The AC didn't work so we just had a fan running pretty much and it was crazy hot. Some people were being evicted and we're hanging around our moving truck for like eight hours so it was very sketchy and we ended up only staying for about 9-10 hours so the driver could get enough sleep to not kill us on the road. But at least they had cat friendly rooms, a lot of vacancies, and was very cheap. Pretty sketchy area and tenants though.

They have hard boiled eggs at breakfast. That was super cool. They also have oatmeal, waffles, and sausage gravy and biscuits. The parking is limited when they are fully booked. Otherwise, it was a great experience.

The building is old and the free breakfast is basic, but we found everything clean and still enjoyed the free breakfast (there's also a McDonald's nextdoor). No pool. Refrigerator in the room. Easy to access and the deal we got was a great price. Room service was good.

Room was decent but could have used a good vacuuming. A/C only worked for a few minutes. Came back to a hot room when it was 91° outside! Had to sleep with the window open and it didn't cool down til about 7 am. Listened to the train whistle at different intervals of the night. Needless to say it was NOT a restful stay.

The lady at the front desk wouldn't honor the rate quoted on the phone earlier. She claimed it's $149/night but is now $99/night due to the late night discount. That's not the $89.10 Wyndham Rewards rate I was quoted and should have gotten. The front desk check in lady was a rude lair. I'm contemplating calling Wyndham right now, as this is BS. Let's recap: rude staff, they lie about the rate, the hallways smell like smoke and so does the non smoking room. Stay anywhere else. Even Motel 6 is better.

We stayed here before years ago and it was just as nice a place now as it was then. The staff are friendly and helpful. Our room was nice and clean. The complementary breakfast has a good variety to eat.

This place was by far the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. We stayed for a longer duration, about 2 weeks, and we could not have chosen a worse hotel. Since we were there for longer, we didn't need housekeeping everyday so we'd put the do not disturb sign on the door. The first day, the housekeeper walked straight in, no knock, no "housekeeping", nothing: though she did apologize, it was very unprofessional and startling. A few days later we decided that it was a good time for housekeeping to come by because we had run out of clean towels and our garbage had filled up. Housekeeping is said to clean from 11-3. Though they came by at 10. They're very loud, slightly obnoxious, and have no concern for the tenants. Knowing that they come by at 10 almost everyday, I was rushing to get out of the room so they could clean. I gathered up our laundry and went to the laundromat across the street because we didn't trust their laundry service. I stayed at the laundromat till around 11:40 and then proceeded to return to the hotel room. I came back to the room and they had not reached ours yet so I set my laundry down and headed for the McDonald's next to the hotel. I noticed when I dropped off my laundry in the room that they were about 3 rooms away from ours (they had started at the opposite end of the hall and worked their way down).

Breanna (? ) at the front desk was exceptional to check-in. The rest of the staff were excellent as well. Thank you for updating carpet and rooms. However, stained sheets and burn holes/holes in bedding. Overall great value for price.

I've had worse accommodations, but I've also had better. If you don't smoke or if you are allergic to it, don't stay here. They allow it in some rooms, but of course all rooms end up smelling that way. We closed our curtains for the night. Found quite a few red and brown splatters on it. Blood? And? Ew. The toilet sounded like it was continually running or gurgling and the fan in the bathroom sounded like a small plane taking off. The bathtub is no longer white. The double bulb lamp by the bed has no lampshade. The bathroom door requires an extra hard push to shut all the way if it needed to be locked.

Room was clean and quiet. Pet friendly was a huge bonus. Check in and out was quick and painless.

Clean comfortable room. Helpful friendly staff. Dog friendly. Good location near Map Brewery. Great view from breakfast room.

Really solid choice. Beds were decent and service was wonderful. Good location, and breakfast included! Rooms could be cleaned a little better, but I get that you're bound to miss something from time to time. Would stay again if traveling to Bozeman.

When my wife and I first moved to Bozeman we were unable to find an apartment. We lived at this Super 8 for a number of months and although my wife lacks the nostalgia I have for this place, it was home. We miss you Fawn and all the others. Thank you for your hospitality, your kindness, and keeping us in a place we loved so much.

Outstanding! This place exceeded all my expectation. The room was very clean, organized and the bed and pillows were extremely comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and the staff was amazing, especially Mrs. Iris. Thank you Super 8 for the outstanding customer service and for offering such beautiful rooms.

Friendly staff and always willing to go the extra mile for you. They appreciate your business versus the attitude of they're doing you a favor. Definitely stay here whenever I'm in town.

The halls were dirty, the parking lot was dirty, the staff was unorganized, and rude. The guests were extremely loud, the staff did nothing about some running, yelling and trashing the hallways. The night staff suggested we pay to have our dog in the room, we paid filled out a form and they accused us of not paying and tried to charge us an additional fee. The carpets were very dirty. You get what you pay for.

The hotel had missing ceiling panels everywhere, and the public areas were not in great condition. The rooms were good. We left a wallet there, and it took hours to get somebody there who could give it to us.

The room was quite small. We were in an accessible room which should have been large enough to accommodate a wheelchair, it was far from that. The bathroom was larger, but again bars were all low at tub height with no support to exit the shower except by the shower head where the toilet is. Room was cleaner than some, didn't have breakfast so can't comment on that.

Price rate for room with three queen size great and the light breakfast good for the morning start.

Comfortable bed. Hot water not all that hot. Thermostat on heat didn't work. Coffee maker leaked. Best price in Bozeman.

Don't stay there because when they don't clean room the frount desks answer is to blame you that you have put out do not disturb sign didn't happen day one by day two it was very disturbing. Once again manager was not available. Not sure they actually have manager only cards to give out. To date have never received response to two complaints. My response is negative stars but won't let me list that. Good luck if you stay there. One corner smelled like something died. Other smelled of urine. They obviously have a nitch as they have smoking rooms. But they treat you badly. But charge you but don't respect and treat you like a paying customer. Proof is the credit card charge.

The room was clean, nice decor, staff was great. The reason it only gets two stars is because my rooms smelt extremely strong of weed. They changed my room due to it, but my second room was no better. Then it was discovered that it was coming from the heat duct system. Very disappointed that I was exposed to illegal drugs and no one tried to discover how it was getting into the ducts. Won't stay there again, nor will I recommend it to others.

Super 8 in bozeman Montana the employees were friendly and helpful we felt right at home and welcomed much more than the rest and the wkly rate is very reasonable.

Room was nice and most the staff unfortunately after my boss and sales staff stayed there 12 weeks the manager Andrea was a total witch and wouldn't honor the rate we had been paying out of spite and made us pay full price the last couple days of our stay. Unprofessional you needed to rob us of 20 bucks a night that bad. I stay in hotels all over US and never got treated so rudely as by her. And don't leave anything valuable in your room cuz they come in even if do not disturb is on your door. I was also questioned about my service animal even though I gave them her paperwork from the ADA which reminds me also I was the only one who cleaned up after my dog there so watch where you step yuck!

Location was perfect. Just off the freeway. Room was nice and clean. Breakfast was good. Staff was great. Very friendly.

I've had good experiences with this Super 8 in the past, but was not happy with my most recent room. It looked like someone had forced the door open and the metal security lock was broken. The carpet was stained Ann's didn't look like it had been vacuumed in a while. Curtins and chairs were just dirty.

We went to Super 8 for a rugby game at the University. We got 11 rooms total and they were very accommodating to our group. The beds we're very comfortable and the breakfast was as expected. Great place to stay!

Location is pretty convenient. It's near I-90 and Wal-Mart. Plan on driving into Bozeman proper unless McDonald's sounds like dinner. Room was perfectly adequate and fair for the price. Furnishings were basic, but comfortable. The hallways were soon and depressing, smelling of cigarette smoke. The room, though non smoking, still smelled of years of cigarettes. Side doors were unlocked, which is worrisome.

It's a great place! The staff works so hard and it's always nice and clean. Breakfast has a lot of options. Wonderful job guys!

First things first, the room was great and the provided amenities were sufficient, but there was one caveat in the placement of our rooms. We had called a month before hand to ensure that it was handicap accessible and non smoking, but at the last second they switched the rooms. No prior asking. They just did it. Very disappointed. I will not return to this hotel again. Would not recommend.

A reasonable rate, even though we arrived quite late. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good.

The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, breakfast was great. However, the hotel is very noisy at night. Doors slamming, people yelling, people noisy in the hallway. That made it difficult to sleep. I don't think I'll stay there again.

Worst hotel experience of my life. I stayed at Super 8 for over three weeks, and not only was the neighbor constantly snoring, but another tenant attacked me with their own dog on numerous occasions. I asked for a refund when the lady threatened to shoot me, and then on my way out housekeeping decided to steal my Christmas present from me, which is the item in the pictures. They told me it was in the dumpster, and when I looked I found nothing, and injured myself on the way out. Cindy and her live in employee Keith were incredibly rude to me this entire time. They stole from me, disrespected my family, and were the most rude people I have ever experienced in my life.

I liked the location of the hotel and the breakfast attendant (I believe her name was joyse) was extremely helpful with my little toddler. She even cut up his waffle so I could eat! I miss customer service like this! Great job!

Nice and clean. No weird smells, and friendly staff. A doable walk to and from Main Street, but I wouldn't recommend it! I'd stay here again.

Had to get a smoking rooms because all the other rooms were taken. Smelled so bad. Room was nasty. Bed cover was stained and tub was dirty.

This hotel severely messed up my sister's wedding hotel block. The hallways smelled like smoke even in the non smoking rooms.

Staff were very attentive and helpful. Pullout couch was missing the mattress and they quickly found one and offered to make the bed. We just did it ourselves as the room was pretty full with the six of us. The only complaint I have is that the beds were very old and sagging in the middle. Breakfast was great, staff were great, beds. Not so much.

Avoid this mess. The room was filthy and seriously needed renovation. The carpet was almost sticky it was so old and dirty. The blankets on the bed were filthy. The bathroom didn't look like it had been cleaned and the tub was grimy. Half of the TV channels didn't work. The only good thing was that the front desk attendants were friendly and tried to help, but there was nothing they could do to improve the situation.

Great front desk very helpful and had a general knowledge of all the attractions in the area. Its a must stay.

It was a place to stay. They say "the award winning super 8 hotel". I don't know what the award was but I imagine it was for having bad pillows, a uncomfortable bed, a small bathroom, or maybe for the whole second floor smelling like smoke. On the upside it was fairly clean and the TV was nice. It was a place to stay nothing more or less.

We spent only one night here and it wasn't terrible.

Update 5-11, general manager called and stated they had found my pillow on the housekeeping cart and it never made it to the front desk, even though the front desk staff told me they had looked for the pillow during my phone conversations with them. I was impressed that the manager reached out to me when the pillow was found and offered to mail it back. I have since changed my rating. I wish the front desk staff showed more customer service skills, but still found the rooms to be clean and comfortable. Don't leave anything in the room. You won't get it back. I left my memory foam pillow in the room and called back just a couple hours after checking out to return to claim it only to find out it was not there and hadn't been reported to the front desk as being found. Very poor customer service at the front desk.

Great room if not the best value I've gotten from Super 8. Very comfortable and clean, and the staff are absolutely fantastic. Solidly above par for a budget hotel.

It's a newly constructed motel and our room was very clean. Minor things that needs improvements, like coffee which tasted like boiled water and uncomfortable pillows, but overall it's a bargain.

If you leave anything in the room when you leave kiss it goodbye. You wont get a call back from the manager Matt Sease because he doesn't care. The owners name is Larry Lambert and I will let you know if he cares enough to call a customer or not in a couple days.

People complain way too much. Maybe just personally miserable people? I stayed here for a month on business. Friendly helpful staff, clean room. Couldn't ask for more.

Passable. Barely. Pay a little more and stay down the street at the Fairfield. This hotel needs a reno. The new flat panel TV in the room was the only thing that wasn't from the 1960's in the room. Place was packed. But really. Stay elsewhere.
