Good hotel friendly staff and clean no problems.

Very clean rooms and staff very polite.

My husband and I stayed there for 3days with a jacuzzin our room and it was the best that we have been to. We definitely will be back to stay again. Staff was really friendly and nice. I would give them 10/10 stars if they would let me. And it was to high priced either for all the nice stuff. And the room was really clean.

There is good service excellent rooms with yacusi.

Hotel stinks like a mix between cigarettes and body odour. Staff is rude and breakfast if you can find any is stale and cold. I’ve reached out 8 times to have the manager (Maya Panchal) fix the situation and I’ve been completely ignored. Good thing to see poor staff starts at the top. My highlight was the woman in the lobby begging everyone for money and cigarettes and the staff when brought to his attention said “Oh well she’s just trying to figure stuff out” Fantastic way to treat paying guests Never ever stay here it is by far one of the worst properties in the Best Western chain. Sleep on a park bench, you will enjoy yourself more!

The staff that checked us in, Sammie, assisted us that night and provided wonderful service. She was very polite & accommodating. However, the breakfast could have been better & the other female employee working in the breakfast room in the morning was very rude to guests, & was rather unpleasant, as she was constantly scowling & slamming the lids on the food warmers and such and provided very disappointing service & very much lacked professionalism. I have stayed here countless times in the past and always enjoyed it & considered it a favorite of ours, but it ruined our stay this time & our view of the hotel.

The hotel management did not keep to the agreement upon booking with Best Western. Jacuzzi room the jacuzzi was broken and coming up off the floor. They would not make accommodations double charged me and then took $480 out of my account without authorization which was not stated in their policy they have not returned the $480 nor have they reconciled the mistake of double charging me for the same night they refuse to reconcile the issue after repeated attempts on my part and management's promises that this issue has been taking care. No compensation has been made to me for my inconvenience. I am elderly and disabled this constitutes fraud and discrimination Against the elderly and disabled. To make matters worse I was evacuated out of my house due to flooding I went into the flood waters and my life was barely saved. I explained this to management. 3/14/2019

Be carefull of the tile in the bathroom, entryways & especially pool area. Extremely slick when wet. Kids had a good time in the pool area even with several slips & falls. No injuries. Also had a free floating tile in the room. Missing several areas of grout in room entrance. Lights from the west (car lot) were very bright in the room during night hours. Great location for our visit. Bedding & other room amenities were satisfactory. Price was fair, booked direct from website. Easy checkIn.

Awesome for the price for sure. First room bathroom door didn't close owner helped us move our things to a new room. Place has good beds nice furniture and very clean. Breakfast was better than average. Enjoyed our stay we'll be back if we go to Omaha again.

It was wonderful. The beds are huge and very comfortable. The location is kind of difficult to access from certain directions. Overall it was a great stay!

Check-in was a breeze, and our room was very clean and comfortable. We loved the layout of our room! The breakfast awesome! The staff was busy keeping the breakfast room clean and food/ drink stations full. We will definitely stay here if we need to travel to Omaha again!

One of the best, cleanest, friendliest, most reasonably priced hotels I have stayed at in 20 years of business travel. Extra bonus, after an exhausting and complicated day, was the unexpected Spa tub in my room! Staff was friendly, room was clean, check-in and check-out completely without drama. Absolutely recommended.

Maya was amazing during the entire process from booking our group to during our stay. We were in town for a baseball tournament with 11 families and this hotel was perfect for our group from a location, convenience, and quality perspective.

We reserved and prepaid for a room with two queen beds because we were traveling with 3 adults (one quite elderly) and several young children under 6 yr. When we got there they informed us our room was no longer available and moved us into a room with one bed and a couch hide-a-bed. This was a significant inconvenience for us in our sleeping arrangements. In the morning we talked to a manager (or assistant manager? ) about our stay and he was regretful — said the employee who had done that the night before was out of line and would get “talked to. ” He refunded us 50% and in general was so apologetic about what had happened which is why I gave 4 stars instead of 1 star.

Nice affordable stay. Pool and hot tub area were nice and breakfast was goid. Front desk staff was excellent but floor staff was rude to my husband which is why I can't give 5 stars.

Older hotel, but clean and accommodating. Location was hard to find even with GPS We are vegan and can not eat most items on breakfast bar (that is understandable) The one thing we can eat is oatmeal. They didn't have cooked oatmeal but had prepackaged dry oatmeal (which was appreciated)

Good-sized, clean rooms for the price. There is a small pool and hot tub. Out back, on the west side is a good walking/running trail. It is located in a maze of parking lots that can make access an adventure.

Very nice and accommodating staff. The room could have been a little bit cleaner. Overall, a good place to stay for the price.

As a Educator within the medical field I travel 90% of the year. What I encountered at this hotel would be substandard conditions. A gentleman was bitten by a spider while staying here and had several medical procedures done. He was offered to move to another room several days after the bite incident. I witnessed first hand the response from Maya and Hannah the unprofessionalism towards his injury. I have since remained in contact with him and after several months recovery is slow. Snow and ice removal were absent. I personally fell twice. The remaining hotel staff was great. My concern was that of the spider bite I observed that this individual had and lack of attempt to assist in expenses incurred by this customer. I personally relocated 8 days early due to this.

I always need easy access to the parking and I need semi truck parking. This is why I like to stay here. Great truck parking and access to food. The place is clean and comfortable and quiet. The staff is wonderful. I always stay here when I work in the area.

I stay at alot of Best westerns. Was more than a little disappointed with this one. First was told that they don't give reservations for clc. I'm sorry but after driving for 11 hours I like to know that I have a room. Then when I get my room the bed was made but the bathroom wasn't cleaned at all, dirty towels on the floor some kind of residue in the sink, and pee in the toilet. The attendant at the front desk got me another room and it was okay.

Excellent hotel with a very friendly staff. The rooms are very well maintained and clean. The bed was very comfortable. Because of a disability that I have, I require an accessible room. This room met and exceeded my expectations. I will definitely stay here again when I'm in Omaha. The only drawback is that it's kind of difficult to get to, as you have to drive through a parking lot of a shopping center. It is visible from the road but difficult to get to.

The suite was spacious, affordable, comfortable, and clean. Hotel staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious and nice to see hot options every day of our stay before heading out to sightsee!

A very nice hotel. The rooms are a little smaller than normal but very cozy. The property is very well maintained and the staff is friendly and attentive.

Phenomenal word class service at a price you can truly afford. The front desk staff was amazing! I am truly sold on this hotel chain, clean and comfy accommodations, excellent ammeneties, and an out of this world staff who went above and beyond. Thank you for a truly wonderful experience!

Nice motel. Room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was good. Pool and whirlpool area clean and orderly. Would stay again. I have paid more for much less.

After three days of our room not being cleaned even after the staff came by and asked if we needed our room serviced, we had to check out a day early and stay at a Marriott due to my wife waking up scratching bug bites. Pet friendly hotels need to treat for fleas and ticks. I was bitten in my feet and arms as well. With three kids we did not want to risk it so we checked out. Staff was never at front desk. Will not come back to any Best Western. We just want our money refunded.

I loved this hotel! It is very beautiful and the staff is extremely nice. The only thing that bothered me were the curtains are see through and you can’t close the thicker ones. If you want to go somewhere with pleasant staff and great amenities you should stay here!

Very clean, very courteous and an excellent hot complimentary breakfast. Stayed there after a flight got cancelled in Grand Island. Immediately upgraded. Tell Rose I said hello. She and I recommend Cunningham's across the way for very good beer and very good food! Shout out to the owner of Cunninghams! God bless from Texas man!

What a great hotel! The staff was very friendly, helpful and accommodating, I got early check in at no charge. The room was spacious, quiet and nicely cleaned. I stayed on the 1st floor and enjoyed the stay, bed was very comfortable and cozy. Room was large enough, 2 TVs, desk and the coffee maker, microwave and refrigerator. An indoor pool & Spa was very clean and appealing, exercise room with all new equipments, I loved elliptical. Very clean appearance. Breakfast had many tasteful options and the staff maintained the food stations topped all the time. I loved raisin and cherries in cereals. Wifi, was superfast and free, I used guest computer for printing boarding pass. I would highly recommend stay at Best Western hotels.

The most important thing to me is cleanness. This place gets a 5 star rating for that. The thing is we did get a room at a discounted price because I am a consumer who searches for the best bargain. The room is advertised having a nice jacuzzi. I'm excited but when we get into our room there are two paper signs that tell you because you received a discounted room you cannot use the jacuzzi. The water is turned off to the jacuzzi! This I think this is false advertising. There is a tub/shower combo in the bathroom but I wanted a little bit of enjoyment from that jacuzzi. Nevertheless the beds are comfortable. Staff nice. Breakfast very good quality. You can have pets here for $15 dollars each a night.

Friendly staff, hard to get to from freeway, in a weird "Loop" could use more "Signage" by roads to lead people to the hotel in Omaha, Increase Bathroom size, Vanity sink should be in same room as the toilet, needs more horizontal areas to set down shaving kits, personal items like glasses and watches while showering, toilets need to be further from wall or tub on either side to properly to be able use it without injury to one's self in such a confined area, people are bigger, recommend that ob-longed toilets be used with at least 24 to 30 inches from any adjacent walls or other fixtures for a full grown adult! I had to go use the public restroom in order to fully and safely complete my "business" this is no joke! Other wise I would of given this room a higher rating. Showers need "flexihoses" with higher water pressure with settable "jet" or mist pressure. Not just for Handicapped persons (which I am one), but for normal people. If people cannot adequately clean themselves privately, safely, and comfortably, then what is the point of paying for a hotel? Breakfast was good, needs things like salsa, cheese, and green onions for the eggs. Increase area around toilets away from wall or tub! so people who are full sized adults can properly attend to their bodily functions without injuring themselves!

Wonderful staff. It was an experience getting there the first time. But after that it was easy. Nice rooms. Very clean. Only public bathroom was in the basement. Would definitely stay again.

This place can be a little hard to get into as it's surrounded by other buildings. You can see it, but you must navigate through some parking area to get there. Worth the effort though. Good room, decently priced and a short drive to loads of stuff in the Omaha area.

Most was great hotel staff was nice room was nice and big. Breakfast was terrible cold and biscuits and gravy were not edible and there were blood stained towels in our room. Just check out this morning.

Very nice place for the price. Desk staff was very nice and helpful. Room was clean and large. Swimming pool was nice and warm. Loved the ding room. Very large to accommodate a lot if people. Clean and well kept. There were eggs and sausage as well as biscuit and gravy. A great value for your stay.

I was only here for a night, but it was a great experience. Staff was friendly, the whole place was very clean. Pretty good location, it is a little wonky to get to, though. Also, this place had the best shower I've ever had in a hotel by far. Also had a vending machine that a credit card can be used at, always a plus. Finally, the express checkout worked super well-turned in my key and I was on my way.

I was quite satisfied with my experience at the Old Mill Best Western. It was about 15 minutes from the downtown area. The price was reasonable and it had all the amenities I needed. My room was very clean and simply but nicely decorated. I appreciated the clean breakfast area and the staff was friendly and helpful. The food was a little above average for places that include free breakfast and always had hot dishes of eggs, biscuits, as well as waffles. The weight room was small but had a variety of machines. It was nice to have the pool and hot tub as well, but twice they had run out of towels when we were there — not a big deal though. For my purposes this place was great and I would recommend it.

This place was great! Everything went smoothly and the staff was very helpful and friendly. The only down side was a smoke smell in a non-smoking room. The pool, breakfast, and fitness center were nice as well!

Every one was so nice. I did not have a shower curtain but tried not to make a mess. I would stay there in a heart beat again when I come up for classes. Perfect Diana (from Lincoln)

Our stay at the Best Western was great. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Our room was very clean and supplied with necessary items. The breakfast was also good. We never had to wait, everything was well stocked.

Room was very nice. Good set up and room amenities. Hotel amenities were fine. Breakfast was a little lackluster but we did get to breakfast late which may have made a difference. Overall a good place to stay.

Very spacious and well maintained rooms, fresh repair/equipment. Pleasantly pleased with the "Clean remote" (once read that the most bacteria-rich place in the hotel-a remote from the TV-because they are not cleaned, so this hotel-a special washable remote! ).
Very nice price (it is definitely worth more). 's is mostly for something that is not trivial to find — but you only need to see Google in advance.

Pros: clean room, plenty of towels, quiet, friendly employees, good parking, free newspaper, free breakfast with many choices, price seemed fair at $110/night plus tax. Cons: hard to find, location good though because not terribly far from desired locations.

Clean but hard to get to… parking lot is hidden and it's kind of a labyrinth. Once you are there though, it's great!

The room was in fair shape but upon arriving we noticed that there were no water or coffee cups in the room. After looking around I noticed there was no coffee for me to make in the morning. I had to go down to the front desk and get some on my own. After I got back to the room, I had to blow my nose and there was no tissues to use. The box was empty and there was no spare so I was forced to go back downstairs to the front desktop to get some. As for the breakfast it was good, just a little on the colder side then what I'd like my eggs and sausage at.

Had a room on the third floor. Noticed there was what looked like blood on the tub. Told management and it was cleaned immediately. Came back from our job site today and they had replaced all the beds in the hotel with super comfy new beds.

Could not use the computer to check my email because an employee was on it all night. Floor was slanted in the room. They did not want to give me a receipt. I left a shirt in the closet and it was stolen by the cleaning crew. I will never stay there again.

I asked for a late checkout of 12:30 they said no problem… left room for 30 min came back housekeeping threw away all my food and liquor from the fridge. When I complained at front desk they said sorry and made the housekeeper give me $9 of her own money. I said it wasn't her fault and he said there's nothing they can do. No current license in elevator. Breakfast sausage was pink in middle. I did lose 3 pounds in the fitness room, but it was due to vomiting at the smell. Unethical and dirty… will never return.

Big storm comes through and the hotel loses power. Why don't they have a backup generator I look out the window and all around us has power. This is very poor planning may not stay here again and may just get dressed and go even if it is 1 o'clock in the morning wanted to give this place a great review but unfortunately I can't.

We had a wonderful stay at this Best Western. It was such a delight to have Lucky and Paul to greet us in our coming and goings for the five days we were there. The breakfast was always delicious and fresh. The rooms were clean and the service was great. Thank you for a great experience while we were in Omaha. We will be back. Sheila Haywood.

Terrible place to stay! was wrongly accused of smoking marijuana in the room. Refrigerator didnt work, air didnt work, bed is uncomfortable and the second floor smelled of cigarettes even tho all rooms on that floor are non smoking.

Very clean. Rooms are refreshing. Beds are amazing. Staff is pleasnt. Breakfast is very nice alot to choose from. Newly remodeled with more remodels being done at the time of this post. Definitely recommend and will stay again. Close to dining and shopping.
