It was comfortable and clean enough to tolerate for the price. One of my biggest issues with this location was the wash cloths and towels. The wash cloths 2 out of 3 were rags, literally if you've ever used old towels as rags around the house, that's what the wash cloths were like. Some of the towels were dingy too. They did provide shampoo, conditioner, soap and lotion, always a nice touch. I didn't have breakfast, but it smelled good. Lots of filth in the place, from the entry doors and windows to the elevator tracks, window seals, lampshades and carpet. As stated earlier, tolerable but filthy.

Mark at the front desk was very nice and helpful to me. Clean room and grounds stayed 4 nights and coming back next time in town for work.

The people were very nice and accommodating but the mattress was bowed and uncomfortable and the pillows were lumpy. The fan in the bathroom made a noise but did not actually do anything. The room was nice. It was clean.

Cedar rapids hotel was comfortable. Nice TV & fridge. No extra frills but it was a pleasant stay.

Dirty room, peeling ceiling in bath, breakfast attendant failed to clean up, wipe tables, replenish coffee because her cell phone was more important. I give it two stars for a decent bed.

Me and my girlfriend stay at the Baymonts when we go on our trips. Usually we have no issues, but this time we did. Water backed up in tub and hot tub every time of use and didn't drain for hours. Breakfast was very disappointing, not alot of choices and eggs were cold, everything else tasted old. This was the only Baymont ever so far that we have had a bad experience with. Don't get me wrong, it's a nice place, decently priced, but not what I had expected from a Baymont. Everything else about the hotel is great, great attendants, great location, soft bed and nice room.

Room was clean, safe and quiet. Can't ask for much more than that. Breakfast was good, attendant friendly.

Great hotel, nice rooms. I smoke so I asked for a smoking room and when I opened up the door the smoke smell bout knocked me over. Just a suggestion, spray room with fabreeze, that would help a lot. Other then that great place to stay. Keep up the good work baymont…

Checked in and the bathtub was running with the drain closed, about 3 inches of water in tub. Also found hairs in bathtub, towels we're stained and gross, the timer on the microwave still had time on it from the previous use. The walls were nasty with several spots that were easily wiped off. Not sure if we just had back luck but it did not appear this room had been cleaned very well if at all. We opted to stay because it was late and didn't want to look for a other room but would not recommend this hotel! I'm just glad I travel with chlorox wipes!

This is an overpriced Super 8. They remodeled the public areas on the ground floor and changed the name to Baymont, but the rooms are the same old Super 8 quality at a 20% higher rate.

I was very happy with everything stayed 2 night and I will stay there again. Everyone there was very nice. Thank you all for a very nice stay.

Wasn't bad, though there was a strong smell in the hallway that we couldn't place.

The room smelled musty and Mark was very rude and he cut me off when I asked about the Wi-Fi password and he got an attitude when I asked about extra pillows. Then when we got back the third floor smelled like marijuana and when I called the front desk again Mark was very short and rude. He didn’t even offer to move me and my pregnant wife to a different room. We got charged for a room that we couldn’t even stay in. VERY DISAPPOINTED with that hotel.

Very friendly and helpful staff, many breakfast choices, exercise room, great location for easy access to Amana Colonies and Czech Village and a great value!

Clean and beds were really comfortable. Great price too!

It was fine. Room was on 3rd floor just off elevator. Very convenient.

The check in was smooth and clerk very nice. The room was clean and hotel welcoming with cookies and coffee out. Breakfast was a step up. Water pressure great with HBO on tv. $15 reasonable pet fee. We will use them again.

Would've given higher rating but pool water was freezing cold and shower didn't get very warm. Nice new and clean hotel with decent breakfast.

Nothing fancy. Just your basic place to sleep. Clean and quite.

Desk clerk brought up personal issues about her long hours and no sleep for days. She was flustered, confused and unprofessional in my opinion. We were tired ourselves and just wanted to get to our room. I noticed the tub had had a ring around it but was tired and needed a shower to unwind. Afterwards I discovered the pipe under the bathroom sink was disconnected and water ran out all over the floor. We had to pack everything back up and move down the hall to the opposite end. Was not happy about it all.

I drive all over this country for a living. I stay exclusively at Wyndham Rewards motels. I have reached the diamond level which is supposed to a give benefits including late checkout. I called the office the day before I was due to check out to advise them I wanted to use my late checkout the following day. The young man was friendly but uncertain of what the late checkout time would be. He told me to call back the next morning. It is now the next morning and I just got off the phone with the front desk. The lady working begrudgingly gave me a whole extra half hour and told me I needed to be out by 11:30. Either participate in the rewards program or don't advertise that you do. Tired of these Wyndham motels picking and choosing what member benefits they choose to honor.

Got the room at a cheap price, and it and the hotel are definitely good for that price. It's not the sort of hotel that's super luxurious and has stuff to do inside (eg, no swimming pool or bar or anything like that), but if you just need a place to stay that's comfortable and has basic amenities, then this is your place! We got a room with a single queen size bed and a bathroom, and the place was clean, quiet, and comfortable. The staff has been very nice and pleasant, and they took care of our questions and requests without a problem. The room itself comes with free cable and internet, and they do offer free breakfast every morning. The location is also very convenient, it's within walking distance of a convenience store and McDonald's, and it's a mere few minutes away from the interstate.

Pretty average hotel. Rooms were clean with newer TV's. However, breakfast was average at best, so plan to go to Dennys.

Cleaner rooms would be nice.

Staff friendly, $60 for a room, clean, safe. Would stay again.

The place was clean and the staff helpful. We had a normal breakfast included in the price. They have a basic Wi-Fi connection. There are two Super 8's very close to each other. One looks more basic and the other one that is more away from a main road looks better. I stayed in the second one and I am likely recommended to everyone.
