The rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff was very nice and acomadating. We had three suites booked so there was a lot of us but nobody complained. I recommend this place to anybody looking for a fairly cheap and comfortable place to stay!

Very nice staff & good breakfast. Outside pool looked decent. 1st room had broken shower & a. C. Wasn't working properly so very musty. 2nd room smelled much better but a. C. Worked too well & had to just turn off. Slightly run down, but doable.

We decided to stay at this hotel on our way home from a weekend getaway as a surprise for our kids. We thought they'd have fun swimming and eating pizza halfway from home. We stayed here because it was one of the cheaper, pet friendly hotels in the area and we had our dog with us. We didn't expect anything spectacular but the room felt dirty the second we walked through the door. The carpet felt sticky and moist, the bathroom had dirt in the corners and the tub that I bathed my kids in was absolutely disgusting! Also, the TV was missing it's remote. The bedding had stains — I was glad we brought a few blankets and pillows from home to use instead. The staff at the front desk were nice and upgraded us to a "suit" for only $5 more. The suit had one full size bed, 1 king size bed and 2 bathrooms. When I took my kids to the pool area staff memebers were outside having personal conversations using inappropriate language while kids were present. I'm not usually one to complain about language but I was just put off by the unprofessional-ism by the staff around my toddlers. Overall, I will definitely NOT being staying here again. I got home and felt the need to bathe all my children and even the DOG after staying here!

A little difficult to find and definitely not a five-star hotel, but a great deal for what you pay. Only annoyance was the faucet in the sink — I guess it's designed to reduce water flow, but it makes it a little more difficult to wash your hands. Also had trouble adjusting the direction of the shower head. Other than that, it was great. Front desk gave me free toothpaste when I forgot mine, service was friendly, room was clean, internet was plenty fast.

Front desk were very nice. Breakfast was good. Room was filthy. Obviously short on cleaning staff. Smelled. There was a sponge on the floor of the closet.

Clean but dated. Lots of road noise. Nice breakfast. Difficult to find.

Four stars for the price. Comfortable bed, great shower, good linens, fridge, microwave, coffee maker, flat screen TV, iron and board, friendly service. Didn't try breakfast, but looked good with supposedly extras. Could be just a little better on the cleaning, but overall good for price. Definitely recommend.

Needs some TLC! Staff is courteous, but can't say I'd stay there again. Bathroom needs an uplift. Toilet is so close to the wall it's inconvenient.

Google maps did not provide accurate directions. I received a warm friendly greeting and a speedy check-in. One key card did not work, and had to make multiple attempts to enter the room with the key card that did. Heater was set to 86 degrees upon entering the room. Door was drafty, and I could smell each time one of my cigarette smoking neighbors went outside to light up. Apart from the drafty door, and the smoke smell, I was satisfied with the quality of the room for the budget price I paid. One star mainly because I received a fraud alert, for $1200, in the middle of the night, on the card I handed over for incidentals. I was also automatically signed up for the hotel network's rewards program. In the past, at other hotels they ask me first if I am interested in joining. I will be avoiding this hotel in the future because of the smoke smell and the possibility of a credit card skimming device. This place should be investigated by the police. Will file a report on my way out of town.

A pretty decent hotel, in town for work, would stay at again. Could be 4 stars if staff would pay a little more attention to detail. Found a wet towel in my room upon check-in. Didn't bother me, just tossed it off to the side.

The price where good for a one night stay. Double Room fit me an my whole family of 8. Front desk was friendly. Bathrooms were small. Rooms were cold upon walking into room. Refrigerator was not empty.

Very sorry to say this is not a clean place to stay. There were crumbs all over the floor, under the edges of the bed and even a child's tee shirt from a previous guest left under a bed. Really?! The housekeeping staff and management needs to up their standards significantly. Only thing good was the price and the young woman at the front desk. She was competent and very friendly.

One of the better hotels for the price. Rooms are small and a little outdated, but easy to look past that when u consider price paid. Breakfast is very good, hot food. Staff had always been great.

Rooms were not very clean, there were bagels in the bedside drawer. The breakfast wasn't very good, the eggs were watery and the sausages were bland. Poor selections of cereal as well. No toppings for the waffles and dry biscuits. The staff was very nice, however. I really think there are some great people working there, the problems are mostly the maids and the food. Also there were Tide Pods on the snack shelf. Not even joking about that, I hate that meme.

The rooms are clean and comfortable. The prices are very reasonable. The staff is excellent. The manager, Ravi, goes out of his way to make sure your stay was exceptional. I'll definitely be back.

Google navigation does not give very good directions and won't get you here. You have to go through the parking lot of the adjacent mall to access the road that actually leads to the motel. This was the first Baymont motel (rooms with exterior doors) I've stayed at; most are hotels. This one looked like it may have been a Ramada in a past life, although all the trim is blue now instead of red. There was so much salt on the stairs and walkways, we tracked a ton of salt into our room before we had even realized it. The toilet had a slow leak so it kept running every few minutes. The shower was lukewarm at best and I had to crank the shower faucet really tight to get it to stop dripping when I was done. The door was hard to open and close, and the key card reader took several tries before it would unlock the door. My room had several cigarette burns on the carpet and mattress protector, but the room fortunately did not smell like smoke. Breakfast was good, with a waffle maker, scrambled eggs, biscuits & gravy, and all the usual cold breakfast items besides. Staff were very friendly. Although the room was not up to par compared with other Baymonts, it is very cheap if you book through an app that has hot rates.

The unit itself was clean. A lot of the furniture was dated. There was a pretty bad draft under the front door. Some of the semis getting off of the interstate woke me throughout the night. It was a pleasant cheap accommodation.

Great newly upgraded hotel. Third floor locked indoor entrance, second & first floor are outside entrances. There's a Jacuzzi Suite that is Amazing with seperate living room & Kitchen. A filling breakfast and coffee is included. A good hotel choice.

Great rooms. Excellent breakfast. Friendly staff. Accommodating for request of transport. Definitely would go back.

Bambi at the front desk was amazing! Working alone with 8 guests checking in and people on the phone. She did not miss a beat. Baymont inn better take care of her as well as she does the guest.

Husband and I stayed here over Labor Day weekend. Definitely had issues with malfunctioning door that kept us out of our room 2 out of 4 nights. That was frustrating, however the staff was phenomenal from manager, front desk, maintenance, housekeeping, to the breakfast attendant Dee. Very warm, helpful, and accommodating. Bed very comfortable, great tasting coffee, warm tasty breakfast (much better than many higher priced chains), clean, warm well maintained pool. They do a good job with this older property. We will definitely come back to Baymont Hotel. In my hotel experiences, I have never met a kindier or more friendly staff. Keep up the good work!

Sevice was good. Room was nice, except the TV remote, which barely worked and the filter to the air conditioner/heater unit was filthy. Great location. Pool looked nice, but we didn't have time to get in it.

Room 221 was a bad impression for me. The furniture such as the recliner, and a couple of the lamps were very in the way. The chair in the way of the AC and the lamp shades were too large, which made for awkward accidents. The speakers on the TV were blown and the phone was extremely dated. I asked about the phone and they offered to send maintenance. Other than that the living space was bearable. The bathroom lacked 2 very key, necessary things — a functional exhaust fan, and a tub that drained. I knew any attempts with the fan would be in vein but the drain was easily fixed. Twas only clogged. I didn't want to raise an issue about it around check out time the next day due to such a large group up for breakfast, which was a positive since it was open till 10 that day. And even if those things changed, not staying there again.

Very helpful staff, clean and comfortable. Hot scrambled eggs n sausage, biscuits and gravy along with standard rolls, cereal, apples, refrigerated items for breakfast. Staff and or manager accompanied me to my room when there was trouble with the key. I mentioned any early flight out and the night staff said he will have fresh coffee at 4:30AM for me. The room was well kept and they did not intrude on my sleep. EVERYTHING worked as it should. In room coffee maker and coffee 24/7. Pool n fitness equipment.

The staff members were kind, friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good. The floor had 2 soft spots that made is nervous to walk on in fear of our foot falling through. The air conditioner was very old and noisy. They all dripped outside the rooms so there was standing water all along the walkways. There were yellow stains on our sheets. Due to the price, our short stay, and the fact that there wasn't really anything they could do except move us to another room which I assume would have been similar, I didn't complain or mention anything to employees. I would not recommend this motel to anyone or stay there again.

Love this property! Rivi at the front desk, is the best. Nice breakfast for a motel and lots of rooms. Walking distance from the mall and a ton of other eating places. Short drive to down town, close to the highway. Friendly staff.

I was just there to sleep and get on the highway early in the morning. I asked for a room on the top floor so my door would not face outside. I felt safer that way since it was only my daughter and myself. The bed was fine and clean, as was the bathroom. The breakfast was not very impressive, but other people were eating it. This hotel was adequate for what we needed but nothing special or spectacular.

Our lab group has come down with a case of serious food poisoning, two are in the hospital. The last meal we shared was the continental breakfast at this hotel. In my room, the toilet did not flush and the shower made a very very loud high pitched whine whenever I turned it on. One of our group found bed bugs in their room. They had to switch rooms and wash all their clothes at 11pm. Rooms looked good, and were recently updated. Beds were like sleeping on a cloud. Staff was nice and helpful. But I'd never stay in this hotel again, or recommend anyone do so.

The rooms are clean and the front desk staff is very polite and helpful. Pretty sure they have the loudest vacuum cleaner known to man, but the breakfast is good!

I didn’t book enough rooms for my group and called the hotel to beg for another room at the same price I booked it at 5 months ago. This was two days before we arrive! I was so impressed to find Greg able to help me out quickly and effectively! I cannot wait to spend the night!

Price was great but I at least expected a clean room. The shower was dirty and didn't drain well. The shower curtain had stains and holes. The carpet needed vacuumed. My bath towel had different colored spots on it that reminded me of play doh.

He was clean but it took almost all night to cool it down enough to sleep without putting on the a/c and waking up freezing. We were on the second floor and there is elevator Accesss.

I found the Baymont to be a reasonably priced, clean hotel with an excellent breakfast.

Decent continental breakfast. Building/room was mostly clean. Bed was nice and big, TV was terrible, TV signal is terrible (think grainy old school rabbit ears quality). The hotel was hard to find via Google maps — directions don't get you to the door. You have to go through the mall parking lot to get there. You will see signs in the parking lot, lift your head up from your phone or GPS and you will have a chance at finding it.

This place is great. I travel here monthly for work and always stay at this hotel. The price is always great for what you get, which is hard to come by these days. They have a full breakfast, not just pastries (eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy. ) They are also working on some good updates. They have updated their internet, and have had no problems since, and new carpets in the rooms! This is a hotel that cares about their cleanliness, and stays on top of their hotel maintenance. Great staff!

Beds are a little small. Close quarters if you plan on sharing them. Heater tends hotter but it can be set to a specific temperature which is nice. Breakfast was decent. Main annoyance was that the doorknobs would jam and it could take half a minute to open the door.
