We are here for work and this is a nice hotel. They have smoking rooms and that’s a must for me. Full breakfast and friendly staff.

I was very impressed with the hotel until I went to take my kids swimming after dinner and the pool was full of people drinking and smoking weed, glass bottles all over. When I told the front desk they said “well, we don’t really have a policy against that. ” Half of the people that were in here drinking broke in through a side door. So they don’t have a policy against a bunch of bottles being around the pool and underage kids drinking in here or around your children.

The staff is so awesome! Rooms are clean, and cozy :)

Just checked out of this hotel. August 11 thru 15. Mon and Tues my room wasn't clean at all. I mean the house keepers didn't even come into my room. When I came back to my room after stepping out. No bad change no trash change. No towels No vacuum nothing. I never been to a hotel when the house keeping. Didn't clean my room. Never in my life. One of mangers was very mean. Didn't care that the house keepers didn't come into the room at. Two days in a row. One night they gave me a free night. But when I came back to my room. It was the same thing. No bed change no clean towels no trash change. No vacuum. This particular manger. Didn't care if they got a bad review. Wouldn't refund the second night. But your house keepers gave really bad service. But Quality Inn supposed to be one of the best hotel. Never had awful service like this. This definitely wasn't Quality at all. Customer service is definitely gone at this hotel. Customer are always supposed to be treated good. Especially when your house keeping skills was this awful. And one particular manger. Was very mean and didn't care it this hotel got bad review. My stay was not Quality at all. My stay was very ghetto. It should be called. Ghetto inn.

Rooms are nice clean and spacious. Pool area nice with hot tub and patio lounge areas on both sides of pool. Pool temp itself is pleasant. Like the idea of open ceiling to swim under the stars. Would highly recommend this motel.

Service was great, front desk needs to share a bit more about the offerings of the hotel. Room was very clean and staff was super awesome. I would recommend to another person.

Convenient location with a pizza place right in front of it for a quick dinner. Room was as expected, we had both of our cats and paid $20 a night for each cat. Pool was phenomonal! Warm and bright. Our kids loved it! Hot tub was warm for it being 90 degrees but that was expected. Breakfast was hot and tasted great. Hotel is cute and clean. We would definitely stay again if we come through the area.

Our go to place to stay when we go home for a visit. Clean, moderately priced, safe, and friendly staff. They have a good continental breakfast, too.

The rooms were big and clean. They had everything you needed (coffee maker, microwave, fridge, etc). The staff was friendly and they got us our rooms in no time. The breakfast was fine. Lots of options for the healthy (and not so healthy) conscience. We visited Peoria on business but since we are in academia, we are always on a budget. This hotel was well priced for what we got. We will definitely stay here again.

Old but well kept. Came here again a year later, and its getting worse. Called 2 days in advance for an early check in, and got there and had to wait 3 hours. While waiting on the lobby you can just smell the pot rolling in. People in the parking lot smoking pot all hours of the day. Pool area is a free for all. Babies in the pool with diapers on. Staff did nothing. Kids in the pool with a pop in there hands. I think it's great we can bring drinks and food in the pool area, but this is crazy. If we were anywhere else the pool would have been shut down. This place needs some management with some balls to say something. Rooms were average. Clean.

I attended a baby shower in one of their spacious conference rooms. All of the staff was very accommodating and very pleasant to deal with!

Hotel is clean the staff is really nice, would have been a 5 star, but the shower in my room was horrible made a lot of noise and would be only extremely hot or cold I couldn't get it to stay warm. But over all had a nice stay there.

I stayed in Quality Inn and Suites with my family for a night to visit with other members of the family and we all disfrutabamos much. The location of the hotel is very close to everything — restaurants, grocery stores, and many shopping centers. The room was clean and comfortable, and the free breakfast had many options. There is an indoor swimming pool and a bath tub, both very good.

This place is clean with a friendly staff. Got a great deal online and they were very helpful S for as where to go and what to do. They had great recommendations on places to eat along with activities in the town. Will be staying again!

Compared to others, this Quality Inn is very clean and in great shape. Rooms were comfortable, modern and clean. Lobby was nice and staff was courteous and helpful. Breakfast was excellent, including flavored syrups for your coffee … a very nice perk! Would gladly stay here again.

My g-son had his 6th b-day party here recently… I really liked the pool & whirlpool was very clean & nice size! We had good clean fun!

Staying for 2 nights on a business trip. I'm in a king suite and am pleased with what is offered. The 2 room suite has a fully equipped kitchen which is a great option. Wifi connected with no issues. Did not partake in the breakfast but it looked delicious.
Parking was adequate and front desk staff was extremely welcoming. A few things I'd suggest to Management: a few of the walls were excessively scratched/scuffed up and could use a touch up paint. The fan in the bathroom in the bedroom was so loud, I refrained from turning it on to avoid bothering other guests. The fan on the AC was also a bit loud but didn't come on too often so it wasn't an issue.
I will certainly stay at this location on future visits to Peoria and would highly recommend this hotel to others.

The beds and pillows were uncomfortable. One of the rooms was infested with ladybugs and we had to vacuum them up ourselves. Would not stay again. Good breakfast.

Rooms were clean. Staff was super friendly. I was able to get a shuttle to/from the airport. Location is a few minute car ride from restaurants and shopping.

Stayed one night in a very clean room with all amenities. Food was delicious and staff extremely polite so much that I booked another staff member for a 30 day stay — really a 5 star hotel! Keep it up.

A nice, well-run hotel. For the price it would be hard to beat. Nice pool area and breakfast. I didn't see a fitness room anywhere which would have been nice but it was a good night's stay regardless.

Other reviews noted that the beds were firm but I found the bed to be quite comfortable. I had a great night's sleep! The doors and walls are not the best at soundproofing, so you do hear conversation (or kids running) from these hallway. Otherwise, the room was nice and the breakfast was sufficient. I did not visit the pool, but the kids sounded like they enjoyed it!

I stayed at a Quality Inn on the Southside of Chicago recently, it was so incredibly comfortable and clean that when I needed to rent another room for a party I was attending in Peoria, naturally I chose Quality Inn. The price was a little high but I figured for the quality it was worth it. I had requested a room on the bottom floor close to an exit which they did accommodate. The staff was very friendly. Unfortunately the room was on the old and dingy side although the beds were very comfortable. Another downside was the place was completely packed to the point where we couldn't use the pool due to somebody throwing a birthday party. Another bad part was I noticed the smell of marijuana through the entire floor. I was staying in the hotel alone with my 12 year old son, try explaining that smell to your 12 year old. I might also mention that I was staying in a non-smoking room, although I smoke myself, I do it outside and would of expect even the people smoking weed could have taken it outside. I stayed two nights and the hall was rank with weed both nights.

Room was comfortable and breakfast very good with a fair amount of choices. Hot tub was not out of order, but did not seem to be working properly. Great hotel for professional travel, as it offers plenty of meeting/conference rooms and a nice business center.

Reserved the room online through their own website, easy enough. We did receive a phone call a few hours after completing the reservation confirming out information, which was nice piece of mind. Checked in nearing 9pm, host was helpful in finding a restaurant open and what we were interested in. Got up to the rooms. We weren't impressed nor disappointed in the condition. *Bathroom was small, couldn't access shower without closing door most of the way. *Air conditioning worked well, outside was about 95f. *Carpet and upholstery looked like it was in desperate need of steam cleaning. *Basic hotel TV, local + Showtime. *Bed was firm as we're the pillows, got a decent night sleep. *Breakfast buffet consisted of waffles, sausage patties, eggs, and various cold foods. We were happy with it. Overall, pretty standard 3 star hotel, maybe on pricey side. Only real drawback, no fault to hotel, was the area. We went out for food and drinks and it quickly became a rougher part of town with little to offer in casual nightlife.

Rooms, service, experience were great. Everything you would expect or want at a Quality Inn are there. Incuded breakfast. With was not continental. Full blown hot and cold options including proteins eggs etc even biscuits and gravy. A 3 star rated motel and 5 stars from me.

Was here several weeks ago for training. My room in particular could have used a touch of paint and a new bulb over the coffee pot. Unfortunately for me I received the room right next to the elevator so I woke up several times through the night by the use of the elevator. Lots of items to choose from for the free breakfast.

Rooms have been updated, the pool is in great condition, and staff has been friendly. I've stayed twice, one was great, the other I had a couple unpleasant issues (unscheduled wake up calls, odd smell in the room). Still, for the price and location and previous good experience I'd say again.

We stayed at the location in Peoria. It was newly remodeled and looked very nice. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We were on the first floor and it may have been the quietest hotel visit I can ever remember. I'd highly recommend it if you're in the area.

Location of the hotel was near the hospital. The rooms were pretty standard and included a mini fridge and microwave. The breakfast was nothing special but providing breakfast was nice. People at front desk were nice and accommodating.

The Peoria location is good. Staff is nice and friendly. Rooms are decent. Price is good.

Very reasonable rates and friendly staff. I appreciate the complimentary hot breakfast (and Wi-Fi! ) 24 hr coffee is pretty cool too!
