I m huge on customer service and this place goes out of their way. From the restaurant, to the front desk, everyone is fabulous. In the Covid era, I brought my own disinfectant (sorry, the nurse in me) and wiped my whole room down with white cloth and was amazed to see not one speck of dirt on it. This will be my go to place when I stay in Peoria. Thanks Mary Pat!

The staff is great and the rooms are clean and pleasant. They go above and beyond to give you a pleasant stay. The fried strawberries are delicious!

I cannot thank the staff enough for their kindness and willingness to help. Taylor, Daryl, and the young man from dining were my saving grace.
The house keeping staff were gracious and helpful even with dogs in the room. Not once … did I encounter a negative employee.
The hotel is very clean, easy to access from the highway to the individual areas in the hotel.

The rooms are super clean. The restaurant and bar downstairs is excellent! I recommend the spinach artichoke dip. The workout room is a little small but I was the only one in it so it was fine. It’s super close (walking distance) to shopping and dining. Highly recommend!

Just stayed last night and this is the best hotel I’ve ever been too! Rooms are immaculate, everyone is so so kind, and the restaurant is the best! Thank you so much Holiday Inn! We can’t wait to come back!

Brand new, modern, and great beds. Not sure if all rooms are like this, but kind of cool that our 2-room suite had tile floors throughout. No carpet.

Can't beat a great happy hour with patio seating. One view could be the Cubs game or you could rotate around for the sunset. Last Thursday of every month has happy hour all night long.

Great location for those visiting the Louisville Slugger Sports Complex. Only 15 mins from downtown Peoria. Clean and New with a couple nice gathering areas including a bar and restaurant.

I am in a customer service business and I tell my team all the time people will forget the issue but never how we take care of it. Taylor Luna with this location gets it! I called over the weekend when she was out and she not only promptly got back to me on Monday but she had already researched my issue and had a solution in hand when she called. The property was great and my family that stayed with them were treated great add to that Taylor's excellent customer services skills and I could not more highly recommend staying with them on your next visit to the Peoria area! Kudos to you Taylor.

Such a great hotel! It's beautiful inside. The restaurant is delicious! The chef does a great job preparing the food to your taste.

The staff IS VERY NICE, KNOWLEDGEABLE AND PROFESSIONAL (the housekeeping staff is very proficient). My ONLY complaint is that the "Comcast" service on the tv's DOES NOT come with a channel guide in the individual rooms (you have to channel surf to find a program worth watching). Please keep up the good work in hiring excellent employees.

Hotel very nice. We had a suite. They have a saltwater pool and kids enjoyed it. There is also a bar at the hotel but we did not go to it.

This Holiday Inn is so nice! The hotel is brand new and it is amazing! The room we got was a suite and we had a lot of space! We had breakfast at the restaurant inside the hotel and the food was really good! We will definitely come back to this hotel next time we are in the area!

Newer hotel and was great. Comfy beds and friendly staff. I especially appreciate the proximity to the mall.

Rooms are clean and have laminate wood floors, not carpet. Could hear through the walls, but was not too bad. Overall a comfortable place to stay.

Great location as it is by a big shopping area with restaurants. Rooms are very clean and service was nice. Only a 10 minute drive to Bradley.

My husband, coworker and I stayed at the new Holiday Inn & Suites in Peoria, IL for the last two nights for a corporate meeting we were attending, and we loved it so much that I wanted to write a review — something I rarely do, unless I feel compelled to do so. Well, this was one of those times. I was beyond impressed! It had been a very long time since we had stayed at a Holiday Inn, and believe me when I tell you that this is not your daddy’s Holiday Inn! It was brand-new and very well-appointed, impeccably clean, and had everything you could want — from a fun (and inexpensive) pretty hip little bar, a fabulous lounge area complete with fireplace and current magazines, and a great convenience area. Our room was, like the rest of the hotel, immaculate and well-decorated, and once again they had thought of everything we could have wanted or needed in the room. And, finally, the staff was sharp, friendly and knowledgeable! From someone who has stayed at hotels such as The Four Seasons and the Ritz, I’m telling you this was an awesome experience for the very reasonable price!

Beds were fantastic. Nice newer motel. Check in people super friendly… no continental breakfast which we were surprised at because most motels have that. They have a restaurant and bar on site. Will highly recommend this motel to anyone.

Clean and very upscale rooms. The staff here are absolutely amazing. I've spent a lot of time in hotels and this Holiday Inn has some of the best. Front desk is always friendly and attentive. Housekeeping does a great job especially handling random requests. Coffee in the lobby is wonderful as well. The restaurant inside the hotel is out of this world! You have to try the fried strawberries! Breakfast isnt included but it's very reasonable and so delicious. The Eggs Benedict is my go to when staying here. The hotel bar has a great selection of draft and bottled beers as well as some specialty mixed drinks. Bartender is probably one of the nicest people I've met.

Very impressed with this hotel. The service is at the same level as any 5 star hotel. Excellent food for multiple meals. It is easy to see management has a great attention to detail. Hope there is a reason to return in the future.

This is the best hotel ever! Clean, spacious and the customer service is exceptional! The food is great and the location is literally across the street from shopping, movie theatre and golds gym. This is the only place I'll stay when visiting Peoria.

Amazing staff! Although the hotel was extremely pleasing to the eyes, the kindness of the staff is what 1st caught my attention! Friendly faces, engaging conversation, knowledge of the area… nothing overly special, just being everything I expect and doing it very well!

I travel quite a bit, staying in hotels all over the Midwest, and this is one of the best hotels. I'm in a suite, currently, and it's gorgeous. Wood 'like' floors that are nice. Staff is very attentive.

Attended an event hosted at the Holiday Inn's restaurant and gathering space. Food was delicious and served in a timely fashion by helpful employees. Gathering space for casual conversation was well-appointed and quiet.

The staff are absolutely fantastic, they went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. From housekeeping to management I cannot say one negative thing. The hotel itself is nicely designed, the rooms are roomy, clean. Hardwood floors, large bathrooms, and comfortable beds. The food is great. The location is great for all your needs; dining, shopping, and just three minutes from the Louisville Slugger Sports Complex which is also beautifully designed. We plan on staying here again when in Peoria and would definitely recommend the hotel to everyone.

Our entire baseball team stay there over the weekend for a baseball tournament. Most of the games were rained out, but the hotel accommodated us wonderfully! I don't think I've ever stayed at a more accommodating hotel. They provided space for us to hang out and areas for the children to play. They also brought us water and ice and assisted us with setting up the room, etc. We had an awesome time! I highly recommend this location.

Great Staff! Our Room was well prepped and the pool area was warm and inviting. The bar staff was exceptional and I will recommend this hotel to my friends and family when staying in the area.

I attended a luncheon at this Holiday Inn and must say the overall presentation of this property is clean and the decor is very well done. The staff was pleasant and helpful, parking and accessibility to nearby restaurants​ and retail convenient, and the catered lunch itself was well prepared and good.

A bit out in the boonies, but next to the shoppes at Grand prairie, an outdoor mall and very quick access to the major interstates to get you where ever you need to go. The room was very nice and the staff was really respectful. Would definitely return again! Only reason they got knocked a star was the food. No free breakfast, but the food served at the paid breakfast was heated up frozen food at "choose a diner chain" prices. We went to a diner chain for breakfast the remainder of our days there.

The staff was courteous, gracious and went above and beyond their job description. The food was excellent. I was extremely pleased with my stay and would highly recommend them.

We ate at Suite Fire for our office Christmas dinner. The good was fantastic and the atmosphere was nice — you could go there casual or dressed up. If you order desserts, the fried strawberries are AMAZING! My only complaint is that the restaurant acoustics were not very good, it was pretty loud. Overall, I highly recommend this place.

Jack and I couldn't have asked for more! Came here to celebrate our Anniversary and the staff here made it amazing. Our bartender Paul rocked, our morning breakfast was amazing and the rest of the staff were also so kind. Our room was excellent. Planning on coming back again next year!

The friendly staff will be able to answer any questions you have about the hotel and greet you with a smile. A great place to have a banquet or a party in the 6000 square foot banquet room, or just enjoy a drink at the bar. Overall this is the place to stay.
