The Hotel Is Very Clean And Quiet. Breakfast was good. Eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, waffles, yogurt, cereal. Housekeeping was on point as well. Plenty of parking. Staff greeted me and made sure I had everything I needed. I would definitely stay here again.

I love a swim at the end of a busy day. Comfy rooms and very friendly staff. I felt like family.

Quaint and preserves the feeling of a lodge. Good value for a two-star hotel with the free breakfast. Nice pool and hot tub.

This is a motel in Peoria. Nothing fancy, but got the job done. The people who worked there were nice and went out of their way to make sure we felt well taken care of. Breakfast was included and appreciated, but there was a bit too much styrofoam and processed food for my tastes. If this doesn't bother you, you will likely appreciate that you can get eggs, cereal, waffles, breakfast meats, etc. The gym is mainly a treadmill, exercise bike, etc. Pool seemed great for kids, might be hard to do laps. The motel is on the edge of an outdoor mall, so quite convenient if you needed to pick up supplies or a quick bite.

The staff were outstanding, the room was nice and clean and breakfast was so yummy. Highly recommended we go every summer and stay there for about 2 nights just to relax.

Location was perfect for attending Summer Camp Music Festival. Customer service at front desk and room were exceptional. Would recommend.

Staff was helpful and kind. They found us a room for a last minute reservation. Breakfast was good. Lots of options: oatmeal, waffles, eggs, biscuits & gravy, etc. Room was clean. Only downside was the carpet in the room felt moist when you walked on it and so did the bedding. It could just have been a temperature difference between the room and the outside. We enjoyed our stay overall. Would come back.

Excellent Theater, outstanding customer service. Food is superior. Saw Avengers there today. Relaxing atmosphere.

Was not happy with the staff. They were not willing to help us with our situation at all. General manager and front desk manager wouldn't even budge a bit to us out. Disappointed by this hotel and the lack of human compassion by the staff. It's a sad day when people just refuse to help another in a time of need. Thank you for nothing.

The hotel is quiet, comfortable, has friendly staff and in a convenient location. The Wi-Fi is fast, pool is nice, and work out space is decent. Sometimes they prepare hot food for dinner time. Breakfast is good. I will stay here again.

Stayed here with my husband, march 2018, and had a horrible stay. We live local and booked a hotel because we are moving and were overwhelmed at home. We needed a break. We walked in the room, I immediatly sat on the bed while my husband opened the window curtain. As he did so, the heavy wooden box trim fell and hit him in the head. I immediatly called front desk to tell them. (thinking she would make an accident report and apologize). She did not. Instead she came up and took the wood no apology. Just nothing. We continued on with our evening. Went to bed woke up with a call from a woman named jan who claimed to own the hotel. Telling us we were rough housing and the boards don't just fall off. Well it did jan. We are in our late 20's with children. We don't appriciate being woken up at 8:30, on a kid free night, to be told your hotel is falling apart because of us! rude btw, officially the rudest I personally have ever benn spoken to. I would not recommend this hotel. Not only bc it is falling apaprt but the managment staff is rude, disrespectfull and down right unprofessional. Good luck to the next patrons!

After stayed here I will be giving more independent mid priced hotels a chance, this place really exceed my expectations, each staff member is personable, desires to help and went thr extra mile for me. The breakfast was real eggs sausage in addition to all the normal hotel breakfast stuff. Fresh baked cookies in the afternoon and pop corn and chex mix in the evenings. I really noticed how hard they worked to be of service to me and it was noticed. I want to say an extra special thank you for my week long stay, Matt was amazing, the breakfast lady was amazing, sweet little house keeper girl who smiled when I gave her the day off from cleaning our room, Mr braids hair and evening desk lady who helped my look for my phone. :-) you guys are great.

I had a very nasty comment said to me Quote “Your dressed like a Hoodlum” by an employee. I was treated with poor customer service. I booked my room for Valentine’s Day and get this that night they told me they didn’t have any toothpaste! And if I wanted some toothpaste there’s a CVS across the street. I already paid for the most expensive room I’m not doing that! I got salt to brush my teeth n still said thank you and that’s when the disrespectful remark was made. When the manager realized I was recording she called the police and then some time after they told me to leave. I paid top price to have a pleasurable stay and I had to leave 4 hours before my check out time due to this matter! Like how can they judge me on How I’m dressed and when for the record if I was a Hoodlum the situation would of blown way out of control.

Brought the kids for an overnight stay to swim during the winter. The pool is really nice, clean, warm, and large. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The staff is wonderful, the woman working the desk when we arrived was very friendly and helpful. She turned lights and music on for us in the pool, and was overall a really nice representation of the hotel's staff. Would stay again.

Solid moderately-priced motel. Clean rooms with modern-ish decor and a flatscreen TV. Some little foibles typical of these types of places — tub spigot that drips etc. Hot breakfast is on the low end of hot breakfasts with steamer-tray cooked egg beaters, microwaved sausage and a small selection of pastries. Best thing was the biscuits and gravy. Not extravagant but filling and included in the price of lodging which saves a family of 4 maybe $40. Would stay here again.

No butter at breakfast bar. No place to plug in diesel truck. Had to scroll through TV Channels one at a time (next channel, next channel, …). Clean and comfortable, but will avoid in future. Not up to usual AmericInn standard.

Clean room. Huge pool and hot tub, wasn't crowded at all. Nice breakfast spread in the morning. Free Wi-Fi, but dropped connection a couple of times.

The rooms here were nice with a fridge, armour, TV, and desk. There was an iron & ironing board as well as typical toiletries expected at a hotel. The check in and check out process was very easy. The breakfast in the morning was nice.

Clean rooms, free beer in the afternoon and early evening. Free breakfast had a good variety, nothing special. Staff was friendly and helpful.

The hotel was clean and friendly. The hostess by the name of Jessica was very helpful with drink and food suggestions. She made the stay much more pleasurable.

I love this place. I stay here when I come to town for work training. It's clean, quiet, the beds are super comfy with lots of pillows, and I feel safe and secure which is important since I am usually here by myself. I highly recommend it.

Overpriced for services offered and overall comfort of room. I would describe this as an old hotel, trying to look new. Felt we could have stayed at a choice hotel for less and have much newer ammenities and nicer room. Friendly staff… but we had family emergency and owner not Very flexible with checkout time. Would find cleaner and newer hotel for less next time.

The front desk staff acted like it was their first time renting a room. They could answer no questions. Just saying "That's the delima. " At that point we changed our two day to a one day stay.

It is a very nice place to stay at, the attention from the staff is great. The rooms are comfortable and clean. Recommend 100%

Rooms are basic, but the lobby is comforting and the staff are friendly. If you're looking for somewhere to spend the night (especially near 3MY airport), it's a good choice. The free breakfast buffet — with fresh waffles — is an especially nice touch!

When I checked in the ladies at the front desk greeted me with a gift bag with snacks and drinks in it. I went down into the breakfast area in the early evening and they had ordered pizza and had beer on ice for free. I am very happy with this place.

We are from Peoria however this hotel is out north. We rarely go this far north of Peoria so when I chose this hotel close to home yet far enough away from home it was amazing. The hotel gave us a sense we were actually in another town and felt like a real get away from work, kids etc. But close enough to get back home if the kids needed us. The hotel staff were amazing and very accommodating. The hotel is clean and refreshing. The bed was comfortable and the water pressure was great in the shower. We stayed in a suite and had lots and lots of room. The only downside was that the drinks from the vending machine were barely above room temperature, the small refrigerator did not work really at all, and the breakfast was nothing special. But I knew the breakfast was nominal before booking. For $115 this hotel was better than expected and we will return for a short get away :)

Worst experience. People at the front desk try to question you on every little thing that you ask for, such as "why do you need extra shampoo" for example. Their free breakfast is a joke. I thought I was eatting a month old bagel with how hard it was and their omelettes are absolutely disgusting. Advice to management, make it a friendlier experience for the guests and don't dare to question people on simple requests that take you five seconds to get for them.

Pretty okay motel. Gets the job done. Not high quality at all but beds were comfy and the shower was clean. Here for a wedding and it went smoothly.

Nice, clean hotel. Friendly staff. The pillows are too soft though! Maybe that's why there are FOUR per bed?

Staying here for a little while for work. The rooms and service are great.

I stayed at the AmericInn Peoria for two nights while attending a robotics competition at Bradley University. I was very happy with my stay. The room was well appointed and clean, the hotel staff were incredibly friendly, and the hot breakfast in the morning had many options. The beds in the rooms were some of the comfiest I slept on, and all of the rooms have concrete walls for quiet nights. If you're ever in Peoria and need a place to stay, I couldn't recommend the AmericInn more highly!

I stayed one night in the jacuzzi room. Super clean. Great staff. We had an amazing visit. An will be back.

Decent hotel. Nice that they have hit breakfast items. The knob to the heating and cooling was broke in our room so the room gor uncomfortable. Then the shower made an insane screeching noise. It was bad when taking a shower but so loud and annoying you could hear it outside the bathroom over the tv. I recorded it from the farthest bed and showed the front desk. Seriously awful sound. For the $125 or so we paid it would have been nice to be comfortable tempature wise and to be able to shower in peace without waking everyone else up.

Overall a fairly typical experience.

Stayed here 2 nights with 2 college soccer teams. Staff was fantastic. Rooms were large & clean. Breakfast was quality. We will stay again.

A nice, clean stay with friendly staff.

Clean hotel, but for the price you would expect a 4 star hotel. With the cracked/chipped paint on the walls and ceilings, the chunks of the bathtub missing and room service knocking on the door 3 times over the course of the day, it's more comparable with a Best Western, but for much more money. Room service knocked once to see if we wanted room service (sure), but they were not going to perform it now. The second time was to perform room service 4 hours later. And the third time was to ask if someone had performed room service. So if you are in town and expect a down day relaxing in the room, really leave the do not disturb sign up, because housekeeping over-does it if you do not. Simple breakfast of cereal, very sugary sweets, apples, oranges, bananas, and fake eggs and sausage, along with a waffle machine if you are up for it.

Hotel staff was friendly and helpful. Room was clean and nice. Bed was very comfortable but could use a thicker blanket. Internet service was very slow to start but eventually picked up a bit. The continental breakfast was good. Overall a very nice hotel and we would stay here again.
