Anney at the front desk is incredibly sweet and helpful in anyway she can. She was definitely a breath of fresh air after being displaced by a house fire. It is so reassuring to come across people who truly care these days so I am grateful to have met Anney.

They do not pay there workers! They need to be shut down! The labor board will love to hear about how horrible they rungs business.

I had a family emergency today in St. Louis and since it was unexpected I don’t have the exuberant money for hotel. I called the hotel and asked if they would let me have a 15000 point room with my 11024 points. Of course they said no. I have spent a ton of money at candlewood suites in Spfld, Illinois not points, money! I can’t even afford the military discount they offer, today. So I will never stay at an uhg hotel again. I will also spread the word to fellow veterans not to use. It was just for one night but they’ll take 5000 points with 66.00 or 70.00 military rate? Really? You won’t take 11000 points though? Wow.

Friendly helpful staff, very clean and accommodating.

Reservation was cancelled by hotel before arriving and was unable to be reinstated by staff. Had to call booking to get room for the night. Overnight staff was very nice. Room was comfortable overall. Location was good and easy access to the interstate.

When we arrived we were informed that our reservation had been canceled without us being notified. They said the card was 'expired'. The date on the card was May 2021. When they tried to reinstate the reservation, they said the card was no longer on file and could only be paid for by swiping the card. The room was reserved with a company credit card and we only had a paper photo copy of the card. We had to reserve and pay for the room through a third party app to even be able to check in and go to bed at 11:30 at night! The girl at the desk was very friendly, and this wasn't her fault at all, but this was extremely inconvenient and stressful when all we wanted to do was go to sleep.

Clean, professional staff, nice gym, hot water, comfortable bed and lots of pillows. Provide lists of restaurants, shopping, cellphone stores, and more, make it easy for you. And they are right off the highway.

Good hotel. It is more for an extended stay and we weren't aware of that. We also were not aware that it didn't have a pool nor did it have continental breakfast. They only do housekeeping every 7 days and in order to get fresh towels, you have to trade out your used ones and sometimes there were not towels available. Although it sounds like a lot was wrong or that we weren't told, it was a very nice hotel. Louise and Angelina were the best! Great hospitality!

Parking is very tight. Front desk makes a copy of your ID I found it a bit odd given the fact that having stayed in numerous hotels I've never had one keep a copy for their records. My stay was short. Day use only. Rooms next to the elevator in which I was assigned was very unpleasant. For upon opening the door you allow a full disclosure of your room. If you prefer quiet and private request a room away from the elevator. Many workers stay here as well police/ peramedics.

Rooms are clean, plenty of dishes and silverware. Beds are comfy and clean. Staff is friendly and helpful.

The staff was certainly friendly. However, I stayed in 4 Candlewoods in a 2 week span and this location simply didn't compare to the others. The cupboard was lackluster with minimal selection and rather unkempt. The bathroom had cobwebs on the lightfixtures and the overall atmosphere wasn't very inviting.

This extended stay hotel was as expected. Had to wait for someone to come to the front desk for check in. Bed was comfortable. Kitchen was stocked with needed utensils. But frig was not cleaned out from previous guest. It had half drank milk and other items. Overall it was ok.

Super clean rooms, spacious. Seemed to have longer stays in mind. Our 2 bed studio room had a full fridge, small range stove, and a larger area than a regular 2 bedroom.

We had a great weekend stay. I will definitely be staying here next time in town. David was very helpful with a safe place to park and ride the metro into St. Louis.

Outstanding staff. The staff seeks to help you feel more at home. Took one star out because housekeeping is not as frequent as desired for those staying long-term.

Room was okay I judge a room on the bed and it was the hardest most uncomfortable bed I have slept on. I stay in Candlewoods all the time and the bed in this one was very bad.

The front desk person was great and the hotel was clean. However, the suite I reserved was much smaller than other Candlewood locations yet the cost was comparable.

I really enjoyed my stay, would loved a room with double beds. I will look forward to stay again. Happy Holidays!

The staff (especially, Mrs. Luis) was incredibly helpful and very caring. They went ABOVE & BEYOND to make our stay the best part of my Thanksgiving trip home. I'll continue to make this my FOREVER place to stay each time I visit.

Decent place, not to pricey, beds are tiny, needs some updating in the paint department, elevator has some noises, staff however is super friendly and helpful.

A great place to stay with your family. Clean rooms, a knowledgeable staff, and very convenient to restaurants (walking distance), a movie theater and a convienince store.

Staff was great and helpful, was in town for a funeral staff worked hard to put us all together on the end of a hall. Place was clean and comfy.

It's not bad the rooms are spacious. The gym is super small. You do get discounts at some restaurants.

It's very nice and got all the stuff u will need to make a good stay.

Rude staff, hung up on three customers that I saw. Had key cards stop working on first night, no check for I'd to get new ones. Someone "checked me out early" after a pounding on my door at 7:30 am.

Decent hotel, pillows need replaced and the elevator smells like weird food all the time, other than that no issues.

A bit hard to find, even with GPS — no clear signage at, around, or near hotel until you were practically in front of it. Front desk person was not very welcoming and made was they thought were funny comments, when in fact they were just rude. It didn't help in the first place that he demanded ID, like we were criminals or looking to hide out. He also made a point of telling my husband in a snarky tone that he looked much better now compared to his ID picture, and upon handing us the room keys, told us to "go read the signs" with a shooing motion to find our room. Hardly ever looked up and sure never smiled, nor did he get up from his stool. He also spent a great deal of time telling us what was not offered in ameneties, such as ice machines and pool, because they focused more on "extended business type stays. " Room itself was small and sounded like water was running almost 80% of the time, even though we could never figure out how. Air conditioning panel hung on its hinges and there were clumps of exposed wires underneath. Roll out chair to desk was covered in black sticky substance rendering it unusable. All in all, would not stay here again.

First time staying in a studio I would come back and stay anytime real nice clean.

We went to stay two nights and it was very nice, the room had everything we needed plus extras such as a full size refrigerator, full size dishwasher, the ice machine in the freezer that you have to turn on which would be nice if the front desk would let you know since they do not have ice makers in the hotel other than that, there were also dishes and a pan so you could cook in your room on the stove if needed. We did have a handicap room and the shower flooded the bathroom when you turned it on because they don't have something blocking the water from pouring out onto the floor, I did let the staff know that it is a potential hazard for handicapped people. We would stay here again.

It really felt like home. Dishes, stove, cups, full size refrigerator, DVD player, etc. Thank you for the experience. I love this place! I have stayed in a lot of hotels and THIS ONE BEATS THEM ALL SO FAR! From the "4 star" to the resorts (Which were not so fancy) I'm sorry I don't remember anyone's names BUT THE LADIES WERE AWESOME!

This is a fine value. It is a cross between apartment living and hotel living. Seems safe and clean, but heavily used… think well kept up used car.

Great extended stay hotel. Clean room, friendly and professional staff, comfortable furnishings, grill and pantry available for guest use, plus a kitchenette in the room.

Fully working kitchen was a surprise. Ice maker, coffee maker in room. Was a good time!

We booked online and drove an hour and a half just to get there and find out that they were over booked. We didnt even receive an apology or anything. We will never go there again. We ended up staying at Extended Stay America. We were greeted by friendly staff and our room was great!

Very pleasant staff, rooms have kitchenettes, and close to restaurants. I will definitely be choosing candlewood again.

Very friendly staff, clean rooms. Very nice, but the beds were hard for my taste.

The rooms are spacious and clean with a separate bedroom with a door. The location is close to restaurants and a movie theater. The service was friendly and efficient. The only issue we had was a slight odd odor in our room.

Had a great experience. Customer service was excellent, mostly due to Anthony Suarez who made sure our stay was awesome. Only issue was that my room was equipped with a DVD player, but no remote. Will definitely stay there again the next time I am in the area.

Our visit to Candlewood Suites was ok. There are a few updates that could be made. The carpet in the room was coming apart and when we first entered the room the chair in our room was scratched up as if a cat had got a hold of it. The plus side of this is the staff was incredible. Joe at the front desk immediately took care of the issue and was very accommodating. Even your housekeepers were very friendly. I had a very pleasant chat with Barb in the elevator, which also left a great impression on me. Because of your staff I would return to this hotel again.

Had several issues, such as phone not working, corkscrews breaking, bathtub clogged. However, the customer service was great and it was still a Candlewood.

Seriously disappointing. There pet fee was so much higher than every other hotel we've stayed at ($30 per night). We asked at least 5 times for a cot. Neither the day or night clerk knew how to put in our Holiday Inn rewards number. Our room was right next to the housekeeping laundry room that apparently washes linens day and night. And they wouldn't move us. They had no parking for bigger vehicles. And they had no security cameras for the parking lot as theirs were "taken out in a haul storm". Over a year ago! The Wi-Fi was a joke and the only thing slower would be not having any Wi-Fi. Terrible.

Slow Wi-Fi, u have to ask many times for the same thing, I tried to ask for changing my bed sheets and no response till I did it myself, no Breakfast, business center has only one old computer even software is old fashion, coffee machine always not working, I went to other candelwood places it better than here. I hope they can be better.

My Wife and I recently stayed here for 30 days whiel we were looking for a place to live. Great place, awesome staff! Anything we needed, they took care of it smiling! Only one real complaint about the place, no pool on the premises. They have a deal worked with the Holiday Inn a couple blocks away to use their pool with your room key if you need a pool that bad. I'm glad that we stayed here, and would reccomend it to anyone that needs an extended stay in the area.
