Not bad a place. Stopped by on my way to Colorado springs. It's really cozy. I liked the non smoking policy. It's also close to good eateries one can go to to grab a bite. I'd recommend it.

Great rooms. Clean. Morning coffee/tea grab and go breakfast — fruit/bars. Was out of muffins and few other items because of a student group trip. The front desk was friendly and accommodating when asked for cooking items. Would recommend to guests. Outside sitting area for smokers. Little gazebo with grill in grassy area outside parking lot towards freeway.

For the price, it was exactly what my family needed. Clean rooms with kitchens, laundry facility, nice employees. No breakfast, just a coffee bar with muffins and breakfast bars. But I brought food to make in the room so that did not bother me any. Clean grounds and well kept outside. The location is also great, tons of restaurants and shopping around. Also, the drive to St. Louis is not terrible.

Good prices, friendly staff, clean room. I would stay here again and recommend to others.

If I could give this hotel 0 stars, I would. We recently stayed here as a family while traveling for our son's baseball team. It was late when we arrived or we would not have stayed. Upon entering our room it reaked of marijuana, the room was filthy, there was no toilet paper, and someone had not so humorously left a condom on the stack of towels in the bathroom (we had to explain to our 9 year old what a condom was). My husband reported this all to the front desk clerk whom sent him back to our room with a roll of toilet paper and a bottle of febreze fabric refreshener… I would strongly discourage you from staying here. This was by far the worst hotel experience we have had and we spend most of our summers in hotels.

Clean and cozy! Some people complain of the breastfast that is oatmeal, granola, and coffee. I quite like it! it's a nice grab and go station. Which is what they are going for. Most people I've seen getting breakfast are construction workers needing to get out to work. Quiet rooms, nice little kitchen, and nice staff. This has been a very enjoyful and relaxing stay.

Never again. The hotel and room were clean and nice. However, we were lied to about several things to get our business. I called the local number to make a reservation but it automatically transferred me to the 800 number without my knowledge. I was quoted $20 less then they charged me and only after I asked, I was told I can get $10 refunded at check out if I ask for it… wth. Next, I had asked on the phone if I could pay cash at check in. I was told, of course, the card is only to hold the room. When we arrived, we were told they dont accept cash. During the reservation she asked if we wanted smoking or non. We said smoking, they don't even have smoking rooms. The entire hotel is non smoking. We were also told we would have a queen bed, it was clearly a double. It was the worst nights sleep ever. My husband's feet hung off the end of the bed and the mattress was like sleeping on a board. We had went with this hotel verses the one next to it because they advertise "free breakfast", so I figured we could at least save money on breakfast. We walked down to the lobby the next morning to find coffee (no decaf) and a packet of dry oatmeal… that was their breakfast. So we didnt save money after all since we later had to get dressed and go buy real food.

It's advertised as pet friendly and had a breakfast. It's an additional $25/pet on top of the room fee and the breakfast was just cheap coffee and a granola bar. I could hear everything going on in the stairway outside my room which upset my dog and me when we were trying to sleep. I do not recommend.

Good friendly staff that is very people friendly, and helpful. Located near some great restaurants and near the freeway.

Terrible accomadations. We paid for two queen beds (up charged $20.00), but the beds were just double beds. Advertised breakfast bar, but it was just a coffee bar with granola bars and oatmeal packets. A/C unit was so loud I though a train was coming into the room. We were mislead about accommodations. City of O'Fallon charges 15% city tax. I have never complained about a hotel in my life, don't waste your time on this "micro hotel".

This is a great place to stay on a budget. The room was clean and includes a full kitchen with dishes. The bed was comfortable if your doing the tourist thing and seeing St. Louis, it is close enough to give you quick and easy access to the attractions. The "extras" of more upscale hotels are absent. No breakfast, but hot coffee, hot chocolate, and pastries are available free in the lobby in the morning. Free Wi-Fi is available and if the manager on duty is Miss Precious (who lives up to her name), any problems you have will be addressed quickly and with a smile. She is the best. On top of it you save money as rates are half the rates most others in the area charge. The area is safe with lots of places to eat very close by. I will always stay here when in the area.

Great front desk staff. Precious was incredibly friendly. Clean room. No real breakfast just coffee, tea, muffins, granola bars and oatmeal.

Room is clean and quiet. Hotel staff is friendly and helpful. We've stayed here several times, and we'll continue coming here. It's nice to have a full-size refrigerator in the room. We can actually have groceries in the room and not spend a fortune eating out. Major plus!

Booked thru one of those secret hotel at a secret price thru priceline, which I have gotten some not so great but this place deserves 10 stars! Cleanest rooms I have ever seen from a place and the service and staff is great!

I tried to give this place a chance but too many things rubbed me the wrong way. You can hardly call what they serve breakfast. Free Wi-Fi was terrible, you had to reenter info every day to log in. The only "dog Friendly" aspect about this plce is that your dog can stay in the room, other than that they do not make it easy for you to have your dog here at all. The walls are extremely thin. Though they claim to be smoke friendly, the rooms stench of smoke and mildew. You have to pay for laundry. The positives? the location was decent and the staff was relatively nice. But for the same price and even better location stay at the Candlewood Suites, or any of the other 5 hotels next door. You will get more amenities and at least that extra money your paying to house your dog will get you a walking area and poop bag… I (obviously) was not impressed or pleased with my stay here.

After traveling almost 2 thousand miles I welcome this place for some good rest. Friendly staff and wonderful beds.

Front desk staff was fantastic! Check in was streamlined and took all of 3 minutes, Brittany was smiling, cheerful, and helpful explaining the amenities, and the room was spotless! Thanks so much!

Exactly what I was looking for. Simple clean studio setup with kitchenette. Super accommodating and extremely hospitable staff and management. The grab and go breakfast is simple and convenient, especially for non-morning people like myself who never have time to sit down for breakfast.

We needed an overnight stay while our bathroom was being repaired. I never knew how hard it would be finding somewhere that accepted pets. Extended Stay advertises pet friendly, and they were. We were given a pet room with nice vinyl flooring, very smart idea on their part, and on the first floor near the outside door close to the grassy pet area. We were asked to clean up after our dog which we assume is a normal activity for pet owners. Unfortunately, that's not the case. Obviously many dog owners felt it wasn't necessary. Maybe staff is supposed to to do this, along with cleaning rooms and laundry. Fortunately, rude dog owners are not the fault of the hotel. The room also featured a king sized bed and small kitchenette along with other typical hotel room features, TV, etc. We were only there overnight but could easily been comfortable for a longer time.

The staff was very friendly! The room itself has no cups or pans but a trip to the front desk handles that. The room itself is decent but I admit it's not my absolute favorite. It's hard to get at the right temperature and there's just a hint of an odd smell everytime.

Looks good from the exterior, spacious rooms, but service leaves much to be desired. Cleaning is on a weekly basis, but asked at the front desk for a couple of extra towels so I wouldn't bother anyone later & felt like I was bothering the staff. ~Loved~ the full kitchen. Bathroom was the most (yellowed) dated-looking part of the room, but still looked clean. However, hotel is pet-friendly and it doesn't seem like the clean well between guests. : — (I have a mild dog allergy and had to take 2 allergy pills after having issues breathing.

We had a non smoking room. Staff very friendly. (Also not the first time to stay). Clean! Only complaint is only a cloth shower curtain. They shower has nice water pressure! GPS friendly easy to find. Close to a lot of neat places.

I was a little afraid of what to expect from the other review on the site about this hotel but I was quite impressed with it. Looks like they've under went a major remodel in the last year cause everything looked great.

It's pretty GROSS! I didn't walk in my own room without flip flops. Seem like as much you cleaned it was never very clean. The first scare. The rat trap under my sink. The bathroom faucets were old and gross. The smell in the hallways were awful. The staff was friendly and helpful. Overall I doubt I'd ever go back.
