Not happy. Treated like dirt. Had an issue with my credit card provider, which was not the hotel's fault, but when we were checking out they called us before 9 am, demanding that we come down with another card. We said we would be down in 10 minutes. In less than 5 minutes, they called again, asking where we were. We weren't dressed yet! I have never had a hotel not charge me the minute we checked in! I wasn't leaving without paying, but they acted like we would! The spa was broken for 2 days, they didn't clean our room 2 days out of 9. I will never stay in this hotel again. The pool was filthy, the spa was not hot enough when it did work.

The hotel is good for a good night's rest. Breakfast was good, there is a nice pool (indoors) and the king rooms have hot tubs in the rooms. It was a quiet night!

Quality in is one of the best hotels I have been at, the rooms are very nice and there is a really awesome bathroom and a pool.

We stayed here for 5 days when we were on vacation. It was a good deal for an extended amount of time, but was really not worth the money at all. I'm not super picky, but I do expect the basics when I'm away from home. The comforters, sheets, and floors had many stains. Not a huge deal but kinda tacky. The people running the counter were so disrespectful. Theres a 20 something that was always in the back room on her phone or outside smoking, and it would take her 5 minutes to even come back to assist you. She was eating chips when we called and asked for towels, and she was talking on the phone with someone when I asked her for something. There were 2 others that were also very rude and unhelpful. Breakfast was not good at all; egg patties, old undercooked bacon, and waffles every morning. Mold in the bathroom. And room service comes at 8 in the morning which I didn't understand so our room never got cleaned. The beds were comfortable though and we werent there enough for anything to be a huge problem, but I'd invest somewhere else. Emily at the front desk was the only pleasant person working here!

They should probably steam clean there carpets in the halls. Room was pretty decent and the breakfast was nice.

The staff at the front desk, specifically the young lady name Christina, was very rude. She didn't even greet us and approached with an bothered attitude. The rooms were horrendous. Dusty and dirty. Sheets were changed. Not a good enviroment for kids or with allergies, let alone just a human being. Even the walls have dust on them. Headboard are stained. I wouldn't recommend anybody to stay here and that's the God honest truth. Have a blessed day everyone.

The staff is fantastic. The breakfast is great and the rooms are always nice and clean very comfortable and affordable.

It's an awesome place to stay and check in was the fastest I have ever checked into a hotel. The rooms were clean and up-to-date.

Not very friendly at the front desk and when we asked for a blanket we were told they didn't have any? What? Same food every day at breakfast and never refilled. The entrance was blocked by construction in front numerous days too. I wouldn't stay again.

This place was just OK! Needs to be updated! They have a generic breakfast like waffles, eggs, bacon and orange juice! Pool didnt look or smell clean so that was a bummer! Nice comfy beds hotel just need updated espically for the prices they charge!

This hotel is great I just took a star away because even tho they supply handi-accessible rooms they still had a bath tub just with rails no hand wand even tho you can buy some for just $20 bucks and the pool didn't have a good way in and out for a partially handicapped person it needs a stair case to go down not just the ladders some people can walk but not that good like they can walk up and down stairs holding a rail but can't go up and down a ladder at all.

Beds are hard but rooms were moderately clean. Breakfast generic but free. No other issues whatever.

I have brought my family to St Louis over Thanksgiving for the last 11 years and stayed at this Quality inn, and have always had a great stay. This time was different the room was dirty. One of the beds was missing a blanket and when I went and ask for one they said they didn't any. We also found a pair of dirty underwear by one of the beds and toenail clippings on the window sill. This will be our last stay at this hotel. Guy Johnson.

We came in late (probably around 10pm) ready to go to bed. Person checking us in came in from their car to check us in. They had an attitude from the start. The police arrived and when we asked if there was an issue we were told they walk thru randomly for unknown reasons. Our room was ok but not as clean as we expected. Towels and bedding all seemed old and worn out. Lots of activity in the hallway until after 3am. Breakfast was cold and the eggs were freezer burnt and tasted horrible. We will not return to this hotel. Not worth the price paid.

Major nice hotel, great staff, friendly helpful and accommodating. Nice pool and hot tub! GREAT BREAKFAST TOO.

The rooms are nice, very clean and well maintained. However, the lady at the fronk desk knows no customers service. She's rude… I don't mean to be mean, but I've work in the hospitality industry for many years and that's plan not okay!

Only issue was a ball of hair in the bathroom. Gross but not enough to deter me from staying. Overall simple design and the staff was nice.

The room was clean. Just the right size for a king bed. Any smaller I would have felt cramped. Good breakfast and little pool. I liked the hot tub.

Customer service was fast and direct (needs improvement). Hotel room was clean and the beds are very soft and comfortable. The bathroom are very small, you have to hover over the toilet in order to open the door. Lastly the breakfast was limited and when asked to resupply it took for ever (over 20min). Overall it offer kid friendly atmosphere and the ambience was just right for a family getaway.

We stayed there this past week Saturday to Saturday I would never stay again I have bites all over my legs … I went down stairs to the desk this is More like a dog hotel
is so many dogs ther should be a pet hotel. I have nothing against dogs from a little dog to a lab was on that floor. House keeping sucks the new room and coke bottle under the bed that how good they clean the two chairs or room nd rips in them big ones ceiling was stain from a link I was smh!

When we checked in today, we checked our bed as we always do and there were bugs in both beds. Check out was early today. Gross other guests that were with us had blood on their carpet and dirty rooms as well. Would not recommend.

Seemed like a very clean establishment. Staff was friendly. I would stay here.

Very close to lots of restaurants and stores with good access to the interstate. Otherwise nothing fancy, smells a little smokey in some areas. For the price ($40) I really can't complain.

The hotel was good. The staff was great. The interior could use a little refreshing but overall it was a good stay.

Very nice and professional staff. Nice clean room. The bathroom was really small, but it worked for me. Pet friendly. The breakfast wasn't as nice as previous complenatey breakfast at other Quality Inn locations.

We came in from California last week and had booked our room prior to arrival. Having been on a red-eye flight all night, I called the hotel to see if there was anyway that we could check in a bit early before meeting with our family. The manager accommodated us cheerfully and gave us a room that was above and beyond our expectations. The room was clean, well maintained and very comfortable. The staff was awesome and personable our entire stay (3 days). Also, the indoor hot tub/heated pool was clean, refreshing and very appreciated after a long flight. Talk about "bang for your buck"! The price was extremely reasonable for the great room and perks we received. We will be returning soon to O'Fallon and will always make our reservations here! Thanks for the great experience, Guys!

I booked a room at the Quality Inn in O'Fallon, IL on Friday, May 16, 2014 for my out-of-town cousin. All was well until she woke up the first night of her stay with bed bugs bites all down her arm. Needless to say it was a very bad experience. My cousin contacted the front desk and was moved to another room. After the first night, she checked out of this hotel. Five days later, my cousin is still waiting for the Hotel to refund her money. I would not recommend this hotel…

The price was very reasonable. It was nice & clean &the Staff was very friendly. I also enjoyed the HOT breakfast in the morning. I would recommend & return. I will look for other quality inn hotels as I continue my trip.
