Nice, clean and remodeled rooms! The new rooms look fantastic. Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this place to stay.

Stayed there last weekend… All the rooms are newly renovated. Very clean. Hotel staff was very friendly and helpfull. Good selection of breakfast. One of the best Laquinta I have ever stayed at… I was very surprised for how good our experience was … Will definitely stay here again and would highly recommend this property.

Was in town for business. Stayed at this place for a week. Nice new rooms, clean beds, towels etc. From what I am being told, they have renovated this place inside out and lobby reno is in progress. Would definitely recommend this place if someone is looking for clean new rooms and a friendly staff. Gerry was amazing and helped us with local food options and places to go nearby.

Staying here for a couple of nights for work. Lots of construction, 1st room I went too had not been cleaned, 2nd room AC not functioning, finally got into a room after 1/2 hour run around. Staff are good. We have a corporate account and direct billing, and this is the first time we required a credit card for a $100 damage deposit at a La Quinta. Guy sleeping in parking lot in his car all afternoon and night is interesting.

There was a dirty towl left on the bathroom door and several bars of used old soap in the shower on the shelf. The outlet by the sink was barely usable due to the the plug constantly falling out of it because it was bad not to mention it tripping. We only stayed one night so we made the best of it. The staff at the front desk were at least polite. Would I stay there again? I would probably say no.

It would be a great place — nice staff etc. But dude — it's really under construction. Like a lot. I mean like getting in without a hard hat might be a problem. I'm sure this will pass which is why the 3 stars, but man — needs some help now.

Just stayed there during their current remodeling. Rooms look great with fridge and microwave in every room. Unfortunately, management failed to contact or talk with me after they got my reservation wrong. The manager had his employees tell me 3 separate times that he would contact me and that he was looking into it and this is while I was staying there. Still haven't received a phone call.

Nice place to stay. They were in midst of renovation. New rooms look great. Bed was extremely comfortable and slept well. Staff was polite and welcoming. Will stay again while in the area.

I was there very briefly, a good friend has been staying there do to a house fire. He said it's been peaceful, very professional staff and clean.

Terrible. Outdated facilities and not clean. The rooms need dehumidifiers or something. The room just felt moist and the carpet wet. Disgusting.

Matteson on Southwick, Had a family reunion in the area with family booked at this hotel, otherwise I would have changed hotels, some family members did change. Permanent ring around bathtub. Carpet filthy, dressers off track (gap), sink not working, peeling paper above air condition, elevator buttons taped with electrical tape, elevator floors very dirty, carpet in halls very dirty especially immediately in front of elevator, the bed was leaning, lowered on one side. The 39.99 hotels I've been in were cleaner. The staff was friendly and patient. One star due to staff, parking and free Wi-Fi.

We had a room with 2 double beds. We were in town for a concert and to visit Chicago. Room was clean and it came with free breakfast. Nothing to complain about. Overall good experience.

Hotel is a bit run down. Rooms not well cleaned, and the mattresses very worn.

Smelled like cigarettes throughout the whole hotel. My room was very hot even though I had the ac on. The bathroom looked as though it hasn't been cleaned in years. Spend a little more money and get a better hotel right across the street.

This hotel has the quality of a rundown motel with Hampton Inn prices! The rooms are completely overcharged for the service and quality of the hotel as a whole. The staff is unprofessional, the hallways and rooms smell of years worth of smoke, the rooms are outdated, the bathroom was not clean, the towels had visible stains on them. If possible, reserve your room at the Holiday Inn across the street so you won't feel like you wasted your money.

Tv barely worked, hallways were dirty, breakfast was ok.

Just checked in very nice place staff very friendly room is clean. Even with construction very clean.

Avoid at all costs employees rude and unhelpful!

Then staff is friendly. Don't mind staying there again.

This is a pretty bad place to stay. Mold in the ceiling. Urine smell in the rooms. Overall cleanliness is pretty low. There are a lot of staff that are staying here and like to hang out in the lobby late into the night. So if you're on the first floor you can hear everyone partying and it pretty much keeps you awake. So if you have to stay here, it's important to get a room above the 1st floor. Additionally the people that smoke, do so directly outside the door so the smell runs throughout the hallway. I give this place a 1 out of 5 stars. Just avoid it if you can, there's a Holiday Inn right next door; perhaps it's better.

This hotel needs a makeover! I can't speak for the other rooms, but I have mold just above the shower. TV's in this hotel are to dark and you can't watch the movie you rented for 12 bucks, because its so dark! Good place for a one night stop, bad for guys like me who live out of them.
