I was just there over the weekend and my stay was terrific. As soon as I walked through the door I was greeted by a very tall young lady. She was very polite and very informative. The room was very clean and the front desk was very patient with my requests. I will def be back.

I had a very comfortable stay here this past weekend. The receptionist at the front desk, Jedika was very helpful and patient. She catered to all of our needs and was very friendly and courteous. She definately deserves a raise or a bonus for being so sweet. Thank you again.

COCKROACH* Room 117 When we woke up a cockroach was crawling down the wall above the TV. My husband killed it and brought it to the front desk on the coffee tray that it landed on. They couldn't do anything for us at that time besides give us the number for the general manager to contact. Upon calling the corporate office, they offered 6, 000 points to make up for it. Not even enough to cover a hotel stay at any of the hotels. Which we wont be going back to anyways due to how this disgusting situation was and how it was handled afterwards. Besides this situation, the lobby was nice. The room was decent for the price. The mattresses were both clean. The hotel room looks like they never used the attachment on the vacuum to clean cobwebs or areas by the walls. Bathroom was in decent condition. The hotel warm breakfast looked like a hazard to even consider eating. Wont be going back to this hotel. Will gladly pay the $30 more for the Holiday Inn next time we go to visit family here.

Clean, comfortable rooms that prove true to getting good sleep. Front desk attendant and manager were very professional and personable, making my stay even better. Breakfast was filling and I appreciated the clean dining area.

Clean and well kept rooms that were modern and very up to date. Staff was very welcoming and quick to help with any of my questions. Would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area and I will definitely be coming back in the future!

I'm from Kentucky and me and my boss have stayed here several times in the past… This hotel is great. We've gotten to know Rodney very well, the desk clerk that checks you in, and he is great. The rooms are great, very clean, very spacious, and the beds are freekin awesome, so comfortable.! Great place to stay no doubt.!

Wonderful accommodations. Clean and the staff had a whole bunch of restaurant recommendations for us. They even found us a florist. True hospitality.

I cant believe my stay here this time around, it was horrible… The 1st night our heat went out so it was cold, that same night and for the remainder of our stay it was two rooms on our floor (3rd) that kept us up all night (yes even at 4am) with noise slammimg doors, screaming and hollering, kids running back and forth, weed smell it was just a mess… the manager was suppose to call me but I have yet to recieve the call I will be calling her. I have stayed at this particular hotel on a few other occasions when I come to visit but this was by far the worst expierence ive ever had here.

Great budget hotel for the area. Beds are comfy and the showers are spacious and fantastic (room for 2 :) ). Breakfast is every morning at 6am-10am and is free, so don't expect great things, but they usually have sausage, eggs, breads, bagels, muffins, donuts, and hot/cold cereals and fruit and breakfast beverages. All rooms are equiped with rather smaller mini fridges, but at least they have them, along with microwaves and coffee makers (pot, not single cup). Housekeeping is happy to hook you up with plenty of towels or anything else you need, very friendly people. Finally, to unwind in the evening, they do have decent cable with full HD lineups, unlike many hotels at this price which tend to have shoddy TVs with fuzzy pictures that are behind the times.

I was staying in this place the stuffs are friendly specially the night shift guy "Nabir" was very helpful and cordial. I will come back again. Great job!

I attended my sons graduation and I spent my night here. Service was friendly the rooms were super clean and I also found their rates to be competetive.

Beds were clean and room was spotless, free breakfast cable TV with hbo, Hooters restaurant, ihop, and Wendy's all in walking distance.

The rooms are comfortable. And have huge glass showers. Nice when you are a big guy. The free breakfast was good.

The room was average in size however the bldg had the ac running all night and it was only 60 degrees outside and the heater in the room looks like the very first hotel heater ever made and on low will have you breaking into a sweat in seconds don regulating the temperature was a challenge I couldn't surpass in a day. The bathroom was tiny and the shower was een tinier I kept bumping into the walls and I'm 5'3" so I'm not sure what someone of average or larger proportions would do. The TV was new but rather small. Overall, for the price it wasn't bad but I wouldn't recommend for a comfortable extended stay.

The staff was awesome! Especially the day shift front desk woman! Room was VERY clean… everything was just perfect. We had a great 2night stay.

The bed was comfortable, the room was clean, they had high speed Wi-Fi service, they had a good customer service, they had a clean bathroom, clean towls, and a television set with my favorite channels. Sleep INN is my new favorite hotel.

Not a bad experience. It was in an area that was a little run down but not scary run down, just older run down. The Walmart nearby was PACKED at all hours. However the hotel was clean, quiet and the beds were comfortable enough.

AMAZING! Absolutely loved my experience here! I travel a lot for my job, and this hotel made me feel as if I was at home. I would recommend you stay here if you have the opportunity.

I was very pleased with this hotel. If I ever come back that's where I will go. It was clean. Need some remodeling done for the bathroom but other then that I was pleased for a sleep in. There are no microwaves in the room only downstairs. They have great perks to staying there. It's in a weird area but the inside changes your view. don't take room 303 it's by the elevator.

Too close to Chicago. Not safe at night. Hot food was cold.

Me and my boyfriend stayed there about a month ago. He came from outta town to visit and I wanted to find somewhere that was close to my home and somewhere safe. This hotel met both requirements and some. Its clean, quite, and the room was a decent size. Will definitely be coming back soon.

Booked 5/27/16 til 5/31/16 4th floor room was filthy, bitten by bed bugs on my arms and owner refused to speak with me, shower was a trickle, asked to replace showerhead or move me could not be done. No one who clean rooms spoke english, dusty, dirty filthy room that I had never again at sleep inn lansing il never!

The location is great for someone who is working around the city it's right off the freeway. Service was really good and the hooters down the street has a fine selection of… food.

Service was friendly the rooms were decent for the price and clean. No issues and or problems.

Room was very nice and comfortable. The one thing that I have complaint on is the shower leaked a lot of water on the bathroom floor through the shower door.

Was on a trip from Ann Arbor to Chicago just for the night decided to book a room here and the staff was very friendly an accommodating. Room was very clean as well as the bathroom, the only reason I cannot give them 5 stars is because the pillows were so small. Other than that great place for a great price.

Our car broke down a few blocks away, which left us with little options (6pm on a Sunday…) checked into the Sleep Inn in Lansing, and had a very pleasant experience. The front desk attendant was very sweet and provided us with phone numbers for food, some amenities that we didn't have (all we had was the clothes on our backs). The room was very clean, bathroom was very clean, the furnace in the room worked great, and breakfast this morning was warm-a nice start to a very long day. Great rates and friendly staff helped make better an awful situation.

Its not the Hilton but still a great place to stay. Very comfortable… Very clean… Very happy to stay here again!

Very nice place to stay. You have pretty much everything within walking distance. My only complaint so to speak would be that I wished the morning breakfast was more impressive than biscuits and gravey or cereal. I would have liked to have a refrigerator in my room. The website says that every room has a coffee maker and refrigerator which isnt true.
