The room was fine, other than I had to go get toilet paper because there wasn't any in the bathroom. And the remote for the TV doesn't change the volume, only the channels. Might be because there isn't a back on the remote, just some electrical tape. Even so, I like that model 6 is pet friendly. Saves me the hassle of finding someone to watch my dog while I travel.

Filthy would never visit again. Beware if you go bathroom filthy beds filthy. Service horrible. Two guest sleep in there car. They call the Police.

The motel was disgusting I didn’t know they allowed animals d*** dog in the next room wouldn’t stop barking wish I could’ve gotten my hands on the furry b.

Stayed here for the night on our way back to California from New York. The lady at the front desk was extremely sweet. The rooms looked updated but could have been much better. Our fire alarm was covered in a plastic bag, not sure if it was out of service or if the last guest covered it so they could smoke in the room. The toilet seat was warped and pitted and uncomfortable to sit on. The bath tub was stained and the grout dirty. The beds felt like the plastic mattresses you get a toddler. It was okay for a one night stay but you could probably find something better for the same price.

If you like smoking weed and partying all night long, this is the place. And last night a Friday a few were taking the saying "slapping the ho" literally. Women screaming and not the kind of screaming that was meaning she was having a good time til the wee hours of the morning. Very strong smell of weed (enough that as being an OTR truck driver, I'm wondering if I need to worry if I could pass a DOT drug screen) sure I'm ok but it's got me thinking. Was here for three days while truck in in shop and mention the weed to the staff a few times but Friday night was definitely the worst, and still really strong Saturday morning. I asked the staff if weed was legal here, cus it was definitely being smoked as it was legal. Towels are just like sandpaper. Long hair not mine in bathtub anbd on shower curtain. Staff was nice, but I understand them not wanting to deal with the issues I was having, them being the only person here and a woman at that most of the time. Will recommend to my company not to put any other drivers up here.

Nice place to relax an stay. Front Desk person His name was Donald. He gets a 10. He was very nice an very helpful. Grate job mr Donald.

Rooms are okay. I really like the fact that there is no carpeting in thr rooms, reduces some of my fears about bed bugs.

Not bad room service kept the room clean and I love that the room did not have carpet.

The clerk was prompt courteous and efficient. Motel was very accommodating and convenient.

There was a dog barking in one of the rooms nearby until 3am. I got no sleep. Strong Smoke smell reeks all throughout the facility.

Well… I must say I was like everyone else that booked here. Needed a cheap place close to family for the holiday. Yes it's right off the interstate. Yes there are plenty of restaurants and a Wal-Mart near by. Yes it is in a nice neighborhood. Yes my room had a fridge and microwave. Yes my room appeared nice at first. BUT a lot of the reviews I read were true! First off, this place is owned by Arabs. They never really care about their customers or cleanliness. I could deal with the motel smelling like smoke when I entered. I could deal with the towels being a bit "cheapy". The one thing I could not tolerate were the dirty/stained sheets and pillowcases! The lady at the front desk tried to explain and said they were clean and that she personally saw them get washed… I'm like "Well did they forget to add Tide and bleach? " I'm VERY understanding when I'm booking a cheap room, but I was looking at several grease AND makeup stains. The money I saved from booking this motel went straight to Wal-Mart for an entire king sheet set and two pillows! It's looking like a hospital bed in here now, but at least I will get a decent night's rest.

Not a good room for price. A light kept me up all night didn’t turn off. No carpet and the room stank. Can get better amenities for lower price elsewhere.

They have changed. Clean room, hard wood floors, very peaceful rest.

Had a really good stay the first night. I just wanted to thank you for being pet friendly. It means a lot to a lot of people out there being able to take their pets where they're welcome.

Unfortunately I cannot give a good review. The room was mediocre at best. The floor was so filthy the bottom of your feet would be black after walking on the floor. The mini fridge that I had to ask for barely kept anything cold. The bed was so uncomfortable I woke with a headache and back pain every day. There was almost no water pressure. And the Wi-Fi was so slow I couldn't even stream video. All in all this was a less than desirable experience.

At first everything was fine until the next morning and I turned the light on and roaches scattered. I couldn't let at first because the floor is dark wood color. But I definitely shook all my bags out a left.

Customer service was very polite but I have to say I thought it was a smoke free hotel but the blanket and comforter both had reefs holes and saw a roach. Just teaches me book early and get a 3 ur 4 star hotel at reasonable prices.

I stayed because it was close to my family and I got a good rate for it being a Saturday night. The room was spacious but the bed and bedding and mattress was not clean. I was in a non — smoking room on the first floor the sheets & pillows had burns spots and they smelled like smoke. I took all the sheets off the bed and the mattress had burn marks on it. So I went and got the manager and showed him and he brought me back some clean bedding but it didn't fit bed. I could leave because all the other hotels was booked. One of the worst hotels I ever stayed in.

The front desk policies have changed since I last stayed (last year), were not clearly explained and the price went up; a little inconvenient and annoying, but I stayed nonetheless. You cannot make reservations over the phone (but can online — hope you have internet service). If you walk in you can only hope to get there in time to get a room — they fill up pretty quickly on the weekends. Pros: Ms. Sharon (one of the front desk staff) is always kind — I am grateful for that. The room was clean. Upgrades/repairs were in progress. The bed was comfy (can a queen/king please have 4 pillows? ). The back door actually worked for entry/exit this time (thanks! ). The walls were not paper thin (I could hear a television, but not people, except in the hallway). Cons: The water pressure was super low. It would be nice if coffee was available after 10 am, since that's all that's provided in the morning. I didn't know you had to request a room with a microwave/fridge; not all rooms have them. It would be great if cleaning staff actually did NOT entire your room when you have "do not disturb" on your door, or when you say that you don't need service. I know I'll likely end up staying here again: the location is conveniently off the freeway and close to where I would usually be interested in going. Please try not to increase the price again.

I've been staying here since it was the Super 8, my hotel pick whenever I come in town. Never had complaints, but over the weekend was my worst stay. It was freezing cold Friday, and Saturday not finally getting warm til maybe 2am Sunday morning. We paid for a jacuzzi suite but since it was so cold the first night didn't use it, and by the time the room warmed up the last night we decided to not let our money continue to go to waist so we go to get the jacuzzi started it was broken called front desk constantly tried everything she said and all I got after it was a sore thumb for constantly pressing the button for it to come on. So now we're pissed and to top it off we had to let the hot water run for an hour before it finally got hot in the shower. Housekeeping beating down the door in the mornings and getting smart with me I mean this was by far my worst stay at any hotel I've ever been to. I complained and asked to speak to a manager and was told she doesn't return until Wednesday I live in a whole other state why should I have to wait. Called corporate they told me they'll get back with me still haven't heard from them nor the manager. I feel I was beat out of my money I could have paid for a cheaper room and would have been warm and comfortable and able to enjoy. So I'm still waiting for a call!

I was really pleased with motel. The staff was very helpful and kind, the rooms were very clean. I would recommend staying here, you will be pleased.

Prostitution going on in the hotel, drug dealing. No shampoo and I don't mean in the room, no shampoo peroid. Floors peeling up. Not a good place, dangerous.

Previously I rated this motel 6 a 5 star. Because of the events that unfolded when I tried to stay there about a week ago made me change my rating. I'm a 19 year old soldier who was able to stay because I was in military service until last Tuesday. The clerk that night Brandon Wright would not allow me to rent a room and threatened to call the police on me because I calmly asked to speak to a supervisor or have the supervisors number so I could call in the morning. I will not lie, I was a little irritable because I just got done driving 14 hours and was unable to go home because. I got off so late. I felt disrespected especially because I was told I have to walk around in full military gear to rent a room and that I just stayed at a motel 6 in northern miliwalkiee WI. A month prior.

The room was very nice and clean. Linens were fresh an clean.

I have stayed here multiple times and never had an issue with staff. The only problem is if you happen to wake up and take a shower on laundry day it takes a while for the water to warm up.

Overall the rooms are really nice. The suite could have been better if there was an additional light in the front room. People should bring their own towels because the towels were hard and paper thin. The rooms were better than expected though overall.

Great hotel to stay in. My room was VERY clean and the staff exceeded my expectations very friendly and considerate. If your looking for a great hotel to stay in when you in Lansing, IL I highly recommend this hotel.

My key card didn't work to my door the only time it worked was during check-in after that the staff had to continue to open the door for me I'm diabetic and my meds were in my room which I couldn't get to when I needed to! The staff was nice actually the staff deserves to work at a better place a 5 star hotel even? But my toilet didn't flush HBO had a lot of static. I didn't get the refund I should've gotten from them. Overall my experience was horrible. My family yelled at me when I told them where I was staying. I was there for a funeral. And it don't even have a complimentary breakfast? NEVER AGAIN WILL I STAY THERE OR RECOMMEND ANYONE STAYS THERE. You actually get what you pay for I knew the price was to good to be true. If it weren't for the nice staff I would rate a zero.

Good safe location but room quality below standards. Laminate floor water damaged and buckling and building had a musty smell.
