Wonderful place very clean.

Very nice hotel with recently remodeled rooms. Dinner from the restaurant was also very good. The rooms are well decorated and comfortable.

We got our room via hot wire and got a really good deal. The review is not for hot wire however, but the hotel. When I picked up our keys at the desk and took them upstairs, they did not work. When I brought them down to the desk the younger kids working at the counter was courteous and professional and not only issued new keys, but upgraded our room to a suite, which was going above and beyond ensuring that we had a pleasant stay. The breakfast the next morning was really good for this type of hotel, and they kept everything stocked throughout the mealtime. I recommend this hotel for the staff, service and amenities.

This place is slightly above average conveyed to the Motel 6's in the area. Not as good as the Marriott or Crowne Plaza. However, the staff is nice. Rooms clean, but some in need of repair.

Pretty good hotel. Nice and clean room. Good breakfast. Only concerned about strange noisy people around the parking @ nights. Getting a Parking spot is difficult in nights.

We stayed in a two room suit. It was ready for us when we arrived and check in was quick and easy. However, I did request some extra shampoo and soup and it was never delivered. Overall I was happy with the stay.

The hotel is conveniently located by a private airport and right off the highway. Check-in was easy and breakfast was filling. The rooms are spacious but could use some updates and a good cleaning.

I don’t know even know where to start. Room was moist you could smell the wetness in the room. Bathroom was not clean. Didn’t have a good experience. Breakfast was good tho.

The stay was alright, the room was clean, but the continental breakfast wasn't the best and the BEWARE OF THE BATHTUBS. We had to lay a towel down in the bottom of ours because it was so slick half of us fell at least once. I will not be returning to a country inn until I am assured they've either changed the bathtubs to have some grip on them or I have my own bathmat with me to put down. Luckily we're all fine after falling, but I hate to think what would happen if an elderly person had fallen and busted something and hadn't been able to call for help.

First time in Chicago and I love this inn, Awesome staff and really friendly I'm extremely happy for choosing them I would do it again in a heart beat.

Nice rooms and lobby. Very friendly staff. Excellent shuttle service and driver.

We love this hotel for the park and fly option. Mark the shuttle driver is the best and we are so glad to see he has a new shuttle van. We will be back for our next trip from ORD.

Not a bad place to stay. The bed was terrible. Felt every spring and woke up with sore back. Other than that, decent hotel for the value of your money.

Nice, clean hotel. Their park and fly worked great for us. The shuttle service was awesome. No problem getting us to the airport at 3:45am. Also, the shuttle back from the airport was on demand and he was right on time. Mark, the shuttle driver provided us with great service. Definitely recommend!

I dig the place it's close to a bar I love. But 2 years ago I checked out left my watch and when I called back same day they told me the watch wasn't there. So I like the place but don't trust em.

Nice clean room-very helpful staff-good breakfast choices-and within walking distance of most everything you would want.

This hotel was absolutely perfect for our needs. Free shuttle to the train station every day, free hot breakfast with different variety daily, coffee, tea and cookies all day, bar downstairs, and perfectly clean and updated room.

It's a good option against the other hotels in this area. We had never a problem with the reservations, the cleaning or anything else.

I have stayed here a few times with my boyfriend. Never had a bad stay yet. The beds are great, sheets were always crisp and clean. Some times the bathrooms weren't 100% clean, but the front desk is very helpful and they sent someone to clean our room right away. If you needed something, they were there to help out. Every time we got a nice little care package to take with us to our room. When the restaurant is closed in the lobby, Rockys is 5 minute walk from the hotel, they have great food there. I will definitely be coming back here again.

Excellent location. Staff is very helpful. We stayed overnight before catching our international flight. Timely drop off & pick up (within 30 minutes of the call) from the airport.

It's a good hotel in a good area. Rooms are very neat and clean so do the washrooms. Breakfast, parking and Wi-Fi are included. I have not used the room service but if we need anything we get it from front desk. Staff is also very friendly.

I have stayed here many times and typically have a great experience. The rooms are large and well-appointed. The beds are comfortable. I have not had problems with noise or odors. Breakfast options are plentiful. On the rare occasion that I've had an issue, the front desk staff has been very accommodating. Highly recommended.

After reading some reviews on trip advisor, I was a little bit skeptical and didn't really have my expectations set high. But wow, I must say I am super impressed! First, the lovely woman at the front desk, Marbe, was so accommodating and welcoming. She was extremely professional and explained literally everything available to us. Second, in terms of the actual room, it was spacious and clean. Some pros: free breakfast (which I have yet to try but I'm sure it's decent), free Wi-Fi, UNLIMITED COOKIES AND COFFEE 24/7, and free shuttle service to any location within 5 miles. All in all, I would most definitely recommend staying here (especially because it's so affordable)!

Location was very easy to find. Staff was very helpful in accommodating an extra person in the room. The windows were open when we got there for some reason.

We chose this because we needed long term parking while we were out of the country. Our stay was definitely below average, and the hotel staff and facilities are sub par.

The breakfast buffet was awesome, tons of bacon, ham and egg omelettes. Cookies at tge reception desk for the guest. Pillows, bedding, kings size bed were soft and we slept great.

Awesome facility. Great looking long size rooms… Full continental breakfast. Drop to me even around 7+ miles to office.

I travel for work on a weekly basis. This my worse experience at this hotel. The hotel is owned by Hispanics, which I don't have a problem with. The customer service was so bad. Hispanic music playing very loud. I had a broken toilet and was moved to a different room where the room was never cleaned. I was then moved to a third room. I went down the next morning and spoke with a woman at the counter and explained my experience. I asked to speak with the manager and was told the manager will contact me which he never did. This hotel is not under construction it is a dump!

Two men just walked into my room at the Prospect Heights, IL Comfort Inn when my husband and I were completely naked. All of us were mortified, obviously. They had just checked in and the idiot manager gave them keys to our room (which we had checked into earlier that evening. ) This should NOT happen! It doesn't take a degree in hotel management to realize how much of a violation of standard practices this is. To make it worse, when I went to reception to demand an explanation, all I got was an off-hand, insincere apology to the tune of "Ma'am, I'm sorry, but you can see how busy we are. " Are you kidding me?! Your guests were just totally violated and your excuse is that you're busy?! Also, internet is terrible and if you have a flight before 10 am you can forget about the free breakfast, which starts too late for you (nevermind that it's an airport hotel). They won't even put a bagel in a bag for you. Worst experience ever. Would sleep in my car on the side of the road instead of staying at another "comfort" inn.
