Excelent customer service, fast and efficent check in. Has a floor for club members 24hrs coffee tea juice milk fruit nice quiet relaxing and computer and printer. Plus shuttle to airport.

Had a wonderful time last with the girls. The staff are the the friendliest.

We lost power in our home in Arlington Heights from a horrible ice storm, the Sheraton accepts small dogs and has an indoor pool, it was a perfect retreat for my family while we waited for Com Ed to fix our power. The staff was so nice and hospitable, the indoor pool was great and the grounds accommodated bathroom breaks for the dogs. Each room is a suite and we took advantage of the tasty room service, kids approved the cheese pizza with 5 stars! They had a bar on premise for a night cap after a long stressful day. Thank you Sheraton for making our stay GREAT!

DO NOT STAY HERE They don't care about the every day travelers. We stayed June 15-17. Girls weekend getaway. We arrived at 10 pm after driving 5 hours to find our room NOT ready. We were shocked and exhausted. They're excuse was they had some late departures. Not our problem! After waiting a hour we noticed other people getting keys to their rooms. All airport employees. We ask why and they said they have a contract with the airline so they come first… ARE YOU KIDDING ME! 11 clock at night and our room wasn't ready and No I'm sorry for the inconvenience or discount on the room. They Don't care about you all they care about is there contract with the airline. Unless you're able to check in early I wouldn't stay here.

Some infrastructure looks dated but all of the rooms seem to be throughly modern and we'll appointed. Bed is comfortable and water pressure is very good. Wished the buffet opened before 6:30 for breakfast but that's a very picky complaint… overall enjoyed my stay. Will book again.

The stay was pretty nice. Lobby was very modern and pretty. Check in quick. The room was lovely with couch and warm duvet on the bed. It was also really quiet. The tub and sink looked a bit worn and even when I turned air temp up very high, it still felt cold. Maybe it was an operator error? I just shut the fan off and that seemed to work. In the future I would definitely stay at this Sheraton again.

I checked into your hotel for business 4/8/18 to stay until 4/20/18. I was staying in room 606 and on 4/12/18 I was greeted by 4 bugs in my room. Two on the curtain, one on my pillow and one in the bed. I called down to the front desk and there was no concern that there was bugs in the room. I was questioned like I brought the bugs in the room and did I leave the window open! When it was 22 degrees outside! Then when I asked to move rooms. I was told they had to send maintenance up 1st to kill the bugs. He shows up with a hand towel. What is that going to do? Soon as he saw the bugs after I caught them asked did I want to move rooms!? Why wouldn’t that be the 1st option for a paying guest in your hotel? Then they move me to 411 and there is an infestation of bugs in that room. I caught a total of 10 on my own then they sent up maintenance to catch 5 with probably the same face towel that he tried to catch the last bugs with. I had bites all over my arms and there was still no concern about my issues. They didn’t come spray or offer another room. I had to complain more than once to be moved. I WILL NEVER STAY AT THIS BUG INFESTED PLACE EVER AGAIN! All I was offered at the end of my stay was 2000 spg points!? It takes over 100000 to get a free night stay! Thanks for nothing! I will be reporting this to my company to see if they can take their business somewhere else!

Hotel was clean and comfortable. Very convenient to the Wrigley Express Pace bus that leaves from near Woodfield Mall. Staff was very friendly. Hotel shows some wear and tear. There was water damage along the ceilings in the hallways and the air vents in our room were caked with dust. Other than that everything was clean and neat. Can't beat it for the price and very convenient for everything we needed.

Spacious suite-rooms, welcoming friendly staff and well equiped fitness centre make this place a great choice as middle-of-nowhere airport hotel. They also run limited shuttle services. Be aware there is nothing in walking distance.

Our year old reservation got screwed up and we undead up with twin beds! What a terrible establishment. I'll never stay here again and would never recommend it.

Decent rooms. The mini fridge in our room didn't work and we had to ask for linens for sofa bed. Also we had a double room it was fairly small. I expected more space.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, the amenities and service at this location. The pricing for a room block were reasonable and we'd definitely book again. The rooms were spacious and modern. The king size bed was the most comfortable sleep I've ever had at a hotel. Sheets felt nice, soft and cozy. The breakfast buffet was enticing, and included fresh eggs, juices, coffee and tea. The bar area has been updated and worth stopping for a drink. We also loved the gym, pool and hot tub! This place is super clean and tidy with cleaning crews seen working all around the clock.

Seriously one of our best hotel experiences to date. Recently remodeled and the friendliest staff! The rooms are also ALL suites! We'll be back!

We had our wedding reception nearby and meeting/corresponding with the hotel was easy and painless. The rooms are all suites and are newly renovated. That being said, at first impression walking into our bridal suite the room was impressive… but as we spent more time in the room there were many little details (I'll spare you from submitting a list) that just seemed sloppy. There were enough to drop the experience to just an average visit. The staff themselves were excellent and all the other guests in the wedding block seemed genuinely satisfied. Honestly, I would happily stay here again. Perhaps I am just nit-picking a bit because of higher expectations for a "newly renovated" suite for my wedding night… either way: 3 out of 5 stars.

I missed my connection so BA put me up in this hotel, the only food you are allowed with the $35 voucher is buffet food which is terrible, never worth $35, I think it’s a scam to rip of the airline. When I asked to order something different off of the bar menu I was told I couldn’t and the only option was the terrible buffet food which wasn’t even a good selection.
The bar was also over priced, one small bottle of Stella beer cost me over $7.
The room was ok but old and tired, I will be contacting BA to notify them that it was very unsatisfactory.

Nice clean suites. Attentive staff. Pay a little more to get the hot breakfast. We'll worth it. Nice indoor pool that is rarely used when my family has stayed here. Extra bonus. Bonus — hotel/entertainment taxes are very low in Elk Grove Village compared to other Chicago area communities.

Nice location & nice facility. The rooms are quite nice & well maintained as well. The only qualm we had, they won't let any food delivered up to the rooms! We got the room to spend the weekend in our birthday suits. I'm not putting on my clothes to go down stairs and collect a pizza! We did like having the suite that allowed for trying different location and/or positions for our purpose & just a little more room to spread the love ;)

Clean for the most part. Nice bar & restaurant. Pool area super warm. Felt like 90+ in there before you got in. Would stay again.

Was here for 2 nights! Thanksgiving night and day after. We had Holiday parties in Schaumburg both nights. Pretty nice hotel for a Hotel that allows Dogs. My room was clean and spacious. Don't get turned off by other reviews. Only problem we had was our cards to open the doors had to be reprogrammed twice. The Elevator situation is a little aggravating. I was on 2nd floor and couldn't use the stairs to go up. I guess only for Emergencies. Definitely will stay here again!

The restaurant had very bad service. We waited for 30 minutes to get drinks (had to reorder them after our waiter disappeared) and the food came after about an hour. This was on a Tuesday with just a few other occupied tables. The food was OK but not fantastic. The breakfast buffet had better service but the food was meh. Aside from that, I reserved a king bed (a month out) and ended up with two double beds instead because they “were out of king rooms”. Otherwise, the staff was friendly, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and I would stay again. However, I will not be revisiting the restaurant.

Was told by the front desk to shut the air off instead. — Room service order form did not have option of selecting multiple orders. Wrote it explicitly on the form on what we wanted; and they still got it wrong. — Room size was relatively small. We liked it overall. Will definitely stay here again.

Good hotel. The hotel is old and you can feel the age but but the rooms are in good condition and very spacious and clean. Location is good and ample parking available.

It is far from downtown Chicago but it is an excellent hotel with very good restaurant and rather close to the airport and nice residential areas outside of the city.

First stay at this hotel and my room had like 20 flies in it. Not the best first impression. Property is old, elevators feel like a wire could snap at any moment and the shower is pretty grungy. Bed was pretty comfortable.

Great hotel, beautiful location, nice suites. The bar was very expensive. Rooms were nice but the bathroom needed upgrading.

Not sure how this can be a Sheraton. Stains on the ceiling, bathroom door broken/doesn't close, no in room bedding for the sofa bed, stains in the bedding, in room only water for sale for $4 and two place cards with out water saying these are free. Rusted out bath tub, really not a great place to stay, certainly not worth the Sheraton brand. Place seems run down past its glory days.

The staff is excellent but the hotel suffers age-related issues. We stayed 2 nights and the toilet clogged twice. Linens for the hide-a-bed weren't in the room. When we requested them, they came quickly but they were obviously bed linens taken out of rotation for age. Both sheets had holes or tears and the blanket was thin and all the stuffing was shriveled. All of the linens were not very good quality; they were noisy and papery. The Club Lounge breakfast was basic but hot and filling. The coffee machine didn't appear to function properly; it didn't produce a hot chocolate when requested, just hot milk even though the chocolate dispenser was full. Overall, our stay was good but not excellent. Little things seem to be getting overlooked at this Sheraton.

Nice hotel. Suites were nice not sure if our king was a king but beds were comfy. Our shower head had a little leak but manageable. Staff was nice and helpful. Has a nice restaurant and bar in the lobby. Nice pool also.

Nice place with a nice pool and a nice workout area and plenty of room outside to walk around the pretty Lake. They took out the jacuzzi so that's kind of a bummer. The rooms are clean you have everything you need, housekeeping takes care of you very well, the front desk people are wonderful and responsive if you need anything. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone. It's a reasonable price and nice rooms.

Nice wide open lobby. Two elevators to service 7 floors. Wide hallway allow for separated rooms across from each other. Club rooms are spacious with a living space and a separate bedroom. Furnishing is modern and fits with the space. Food in the club Sheraton is always available and provides a variety of options. Beverages also meet different needs. Our weekend stay was a great time with this hotel being a key component to it.

Total disappointment. Our room had dead bugs, the shower was disgusting and stained, we had maybe half a role of toilet paper (I'm assuming what the previous guests left behind was refolded for us, maybe 5 tissues in the tissue box! And the best part, when we pulled down the hide away bed it only had a top sheet lying on it. When we called to get sheets and a pillow we were informed they had no more pillows… On top of that their shuttle service from the airport. After waiting for over an hour the man showed up (I called twice during this time and was given 2 different times in which he should arrive but he didn't show up in either of the times he gave the front desk). When he got out and I let him know I was the one waiting he pointed to the van and said "go". I'm 6 months pregnant and he didn't offer to help with any luggage, I packed it all in myself. Quite the disappoint when I've had nothing but great customer service experiences with other locations. I will try the airport Sheraton next time.

Very nice and clean room. Good pool and really nice workout facility. Only 3 stars because when we showed up at 10pm to check in after a day in Chicago our room wasn't ready. We had to wait an hour. Front desk guy said the room wouldn't have been ready if we had checked in even at 3pm! Not quite sure why we were able to book if that was the case.

The hotel rooms were priced in a very affordable manner. Rooms were clean and clear. Bed was clean and clear. During my 3 day stay, the room got cleaned once. Coffee ingredients got replenished every day. Overall good experience.

Hotel under renovation. New rooms are nice. There is nothing within walking distance. Very nice property. Slow free Wi-Fi. Quiet rooms and average sized for a suite. Hotel shuttles are older and worn minivans… But it's free. Shuttles only run on the bottom of the hour from airport and top of the hour from the hotel.

We reserved a king size bed. My wife called ahead to confirm the reservation, and we asked if they had a crib for our son and they said no. So we just said we would bring our own pack and play. Then we get there and they put us in a room with two double beds. We were too tired to ask them to switch so we just dealt with it. Then as we were trying to go to sleep someone walked in on us, turned on the light, and said "Of course, they gave us someone else's room! " And then they turned out the light and shut the door. It freaked us out! So we called down to the front desk to let them know and apparently they gave someone else the key to our room because their computers weren't working right. So the next morning I go to breakfast and come back to my room and neither of the keys work. So I had to call down to the front desk again and they had to come up and let me into my room and give me keys that worked. I'm thinking when they double-booked our room it cancelled our keys. I did call down to the front desk again and ask for late checkout and they gave me an extra hour. Then after I checked out I forgot something in the fridge, and I asked if they could bring it out to my car and they did. So that was nice. Overall though, a very bad experience. When I checked out they didn't apologize or anything.

Not the best Sheraton I've stayed in, but not the worst hotel either. Location is good, but the room was old looking and beat up. Wallpaper was peeling, carpet was stained and had burns. Bed was very comfortable. I swear one of these days I'm going to buy a bedding set from them. The shower took the better part of five minutes to heat up, and on top of that, the shower head was attached way too low, making the whole experience ackward. Everyone the the room worked as far as electronics. Free breakfast was pretty good for free. As I said, I've stayed in worse, so I'd give this location three stars due to the odd shower, and old and beat up nature of the room.

I was very disappointed with our room quality. The wallpaper is peeling, the carpet is frayed, there were big paint splatters on the floor of the bathroom (tan in color) and the mirror on the door in the bathroom has some sort of damage all over it. Very disappointed. The staff was very pleasant and the bed was very comfortable but for a hotel touted as "recently renovated" I would have to give this a poor rating. It also looked as if there was water damage in the halls.

The rooms are very nice. Some stuff like carpet is worn in places in the hotel. The staff is awesome.

I'm writing this review for Eva as she was what made the weeks long stay tolerable. There were issues but she fixed them. The service there was generally pretty good. There was an Asian man who was often present in the club room that was very helpful and did a great job too. Some of the maids were very good but some were not as they often forgot to put out the shampoo and other bath essentials. Some of the staff were just weird and strange and not friendly at all. Eva, however did a great job and made us want to come back to the hotel after the renovations are completed. The location is good and the rooms are fine but they do need updating. The food and drinks were decent. Thank you Eva, for making our stay nice.

The hotel of located in an office complex area. Nice lobby and rooms. The only thing I would say is I didn't feel I am welcomed at this place when I checked in. The 2 front desk people didn't greet me, there wasn't any smile throughout the entire check in process. I don't think I can recommend this place.

Great room with two flat screen TVs on the sixth floor! Warm, cozy need t with great water pressure. Definitely would start again.

We have family in the area and always stay here. The staff is very friendly, the rooms are comfortable and the kids love the pool area. The rooms have a divider between the bedroom and the hide a bed sofa. Makes it great for families. Overall it is the best value in the Northwest suburbs for sure.

Wonderful, efficient service. Decor is a little dated but who cares, when I'm just there to sleep! The TV didn't have the best reception either. Comfy beds, amazing water pressure in the shower. As an spg member, also had access to the club. Breakfast was yummy. Would definitely stay again.

The staff was friendly the atmosphere was cozy the amenities were great and the food selection at the restaurant was fabulous and the room was up to date and spacious.

Sorely needs updating. Yes the carpet stains are still here. My suite had peeling wallpaper and chipped paint. HDTV never worked right. I say if you can get for under $85 per night you will like the room. Seems many airline employees call this home away from home.

Do not go to Sheraton! I had the worst experience by staying in Sheraton. Sheraton housekeepers in elk grove are thieves. I checked out the hotel at noon on 13th of June. I realized I left my gold belt in the hotel and called them right after. They said the room is getting cleaned and they will let me know. I called them 10 times after that and as a result they could not find my belt in the room. I told them I know where I left it in the room. It's gotta be there. All they told me was the cleaning lady who cleaned the room could not find anything and she has been working there for years she did not take it. Just wanted to complain about this because if you are staying in a hotel full of thieves housekeepers you might want to reconsider it staying in there. I cant believe Shereton works with such a terrible staff.

It's a nice spacious room basic pool area.

We arrived to the hotel late on a Friday. We had two rooms reserved, one for my family (including a 7 week old) and one for my brother. It looked clean in the lobby. We got to our rooms and they also looked clean and the pillows were nice. The issue was with the fridge in the room. I unpacked all of our stuff including pre pumped breast milk. I put it into our fridge. The next morning I opened the fridge to find that it wasn't working properly and 15 ounces of breast milk was completely spoiled! I was so upset. I went to the front desk the where the clerk told me he was sorry there was nothing he could do. He then told me he would send a new fridge to our room. About 20 minutes later a worker came in and said the fridge wasn't broke, the dial was turned down. He turned it up for us. The fridge still never worked the rest of the time we were there. From that point on I had to store my breast milk in buckets of ice. I was very disappointed in this being that we were on a vacation I wanted to have expressed milk while we were in public. Another problem was the pop machine, it took my money and didn't dispense anything. I went to the front desk because my room phone didn't work (how convenient). The lady at the desk was nice and gave me a pop out of the cooler at no charge. When I walked away she said to another guest at the counter, "She doesn't look like she should be drinking that, does she. " Insinuating that I was fat, I guess?

The room was fine. There was water damage all over the hall way. It was really just suitable. That said. I booked through Priceline and requested the wrong date. Priceline was not cooperative, understanding, or forgiving of my mistake at all. I was very frustrated and Gigi (I think that was her name) who worked at the front desk was WONDERFUL. She was empathic and kind. She did everything she could to help and when we got to our room she called up to make sure everything was to our liking. It is always so reassuring when a human being works at places that can be so rude, stingy, and lack even an ounce of compassion.

Porsha is awesome! Though I didn't book the rooms this visit, She makes Customer Service what it's supposed to be! You go Girl.

Attended a 50th wedding anniversary celebration. Beautiful location and excellent support staff.

One if my favorite hotels to visit for one of my get out the city weekends. Great place for girl's night out shopping spree with its close to Woodfield mall location. The suites are comfortable, cozy, romantic and very clean. Does not provide free Wi-Fi cost $9.95 per device but does provide for their guest free internet on their up to date computers in the lobby private computer areas which worked well for my business needs. Their food service was excellent. Strongly recommend.

We stayed at this hotel after a concert and found it a very upscale change from your basic motel for not too much more money. It's location off the interstate is perfect, outside the hustle and bustle of downtown. The room layout is great, clean; bed is comfortable; shower was clean, and drained well. We stayed here mostly to break up the drive from out of town. I was very happy with every amenity we used.
