No access for people on disability, using wheel chair! Old and unreliable equipment such as fridge, coffee machine, stationary phone in the room, THE BREAKFAST IS GOOD! Unfriendly personal! Especially manager Thakkar Aksay! I lived there for 20 days. Trust me, I know… Can support my statement with official Elk Grove Village police report.

I had booked my reservation, and was given the option to cancel with a full refund, as long as I did so before 4 pm. The booking agency which I booked through failed to mention that the room he was working on was a smoking room, even though the person who works at the hotel has constantly reminded them to inform us that it was. The reason my wife and I were convinced that the person constantly reminded the agency to tell us, because upon arrival, he repeatedly mentioned that it was a smoking room, and that he was genuinely concerned about our well-being since we had a 7 month old child with us. Naturally, we were surprised because we were not aware of it and kindly declined and attempted to cancel the room. The hotel worker was apologetic and straight forward. However, as we were about to leave to search for a different hotel the worker chased us to the parking lot and offered us a bigger room, which was a non-smoking room. He really saved us from the hassle of looking for a different place. This is a perfect example of someone going above and beyond.

I love it here! The rooms were beautiful! I wish we had a small electric stove so we could cook. Or microwave oven. All in all, it was very nice. Staff were friendly and welcoming to us. The parkinwas "! Located in Elk Grove Village Illinois.

It's a good place to sleep at but not to stay in at if you just want to hang out in your room. Its smells on the first floor of cigarettes and some towels still had stains on them. The mirrors in our room freaked me out because they were on all of our walls. It made me feel like someone might be watching us on the other side or something very creepy halls like the shining. You just feel like the twins will appear out of no where telling you to… "come play with us… "

I have been coming to this location for 10+ years now. This once was a great place. Unfortunately, these past few years the owners (I assume new owners because of the deterioration) have really let the place go, especially this last year. Every room smells like a smoking room. When you first enter the lobby you are hit with smoke as if people are in the common area smoking. I had two different rooms this last trip and both consisted of sheets and blankets with burn holes. Such a shame. I hope they turn this place around, but I won't be coming back to see.

Workers were very nice, I appreciated that. The bed was very clean, and bathroom was as well. However, the hotel had an awful odor. I was staying over a week and had to wear a mask over my mouth when in the room or else I would get very nauseous. I'm not sure why this was, perhaps they use very strong cleaning chemicals. Some of the furniture in the room was very old and dirty. I would not stay here again.

My new go to place. Loved the morning guy. Wonderful customer service. Older man with glasses. Indian? Mexican? Whatever. Nice man. Nice clean rooms. Overall great experience here. Love this place.

First time staying here. The room was clean and furniture was comfortable. Breakfast is very basic. There is a McDonalds across the street though plus a Shell gas station with a Dunkin Dounuts on the corner. Price was right. I will come here again.

Clean, nothing fancy, reasonable. Only negative was the smell of cigarettes in the halls. Non-smoking room was fine.

Rooms are on the smaller side but this hotel provides the basics needed for a cheap price. It's a bit out of the way from downtown. The area is mostly industrial. Staff are friendly and accommodating.

Decent place to stay. The rooms are a bit small but clean & quiet. Breakfast is pretty average but the pancakes are a nice feature. I appreciate the 2:00 checkin time. Staff seems nice. Lots of TV channels, though the signal is not HD. There are some fast food options and a gas station but no grocery store in the area.

Clean and nice. Several fast food places within walking distance. Breakfast is all carbs, but it's free, so I can't complain and I really liked the pancake machine. Rooms are a good size and there is also a cushioned window seat so you can easily sleep five people in these rooms.

We stayed here one weekend a couple months ago for a "staycation". We had Wyndham rewards points we needed to use anyway, so we thought "why not"!? The outside of the building is very nice and the property is kept very clean. The hallway smelled like marijuana because someone was smoking in their non-smoking room. I hate the smell but didn't complain because it was just in the hallway, it didn't get into our room. The rooms are OK, ours had a cool little "bonus bed" on the bay window. It was a really nice spot to sit and read. I didn't like that the TV was small, so high up, and in the corner of the room. It made it uncomfortable to lay in bed and watch tv. They did have a mini fridge and a microwave in the room which was nice. Breakfast was great, they have a really cool make your own pancakes machine, and the pancakes were delicious. The juices were fresh as well as the pastries. The front desk attendant was very helpful and showed us how to use the pancake maker and showed us where everything was. He was super friendly. Overall it was a good stay, and we would consider going back in the future.

The room was clean but the bed was not very comfortable. The complimentary breakfast consisted of some pastries, bagels, and pancakes. No complaints, but for the price it may not be the best value.

Had a very good night, room was clean and quiet, breakfast was minimal but for the price it was an excellent buy for a night stay.

Stains on the sheets and extremely poor Wi-Fi! Definitely not worth the price!

The people are friendly. The bed in my room was lumpy and the sheets had big stains on them. Their was a funny smell in the whole place.

The room was very clean. The pancake machine was great and was lovely that they had blueberry bagels. Not luxurious but great for the price.

Nice clean comfortable spot close to the airport. Breakfast included, but our early AM flight kept us from partaking.

Da place was clean except for da GOTDAMN BED BUGS dat ate me up like 10 fat bitches atarving in the jungle! plus da Wi-Fi didnt work at all.

The staff is really nice and helpful. But the hotel was kinda old and smelly. Booked here for a couple of nights on our recent vacation to try to save some money, the rates were very good and they offered free parking. It's located 15 miles from the airport and about an hour or more to downtown chicago area, really not very convenient as we later found out. The check-in process was very easy and staff was very helpful. However, the hotel is just old and run down. Our room smells like urine, carpets are nasty, dirty and smell like old socks. The bed sheets were old and the blankets looks like they have never been washed. I was itchy the whole time we were there. Definitely do not recommend!

The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. My only complaint would be the water pressure. It was a little weak. But I would stay there again. We were on the second floor and could not hear the people above us.

Rude young receptionists, bad behavior. Bed bugs. Breakfast was awful! I booked it for 3 nights. However, because of these problems, I left there immediately after the first day.

This hotel definitely has stepped up in service and attentiveness since the last few reviews. Service was great, breakfast was substantial (bread, cereal, muffins, oj, apple juice, milk, waffles, bagels) carpet in the elevator was a littlw drab but not bad. No odors, our room was very spacious. Only issue with odor was the small "mud room" there is no air flow and it was raining so I understand that. No five star only because I like eggs for breakfast and they did not have them, and the bed was a way too small for two adults.

Terrible, they are liars and the toilet was broken when we arrived the owner offered us a plunger and did not help.

Great folks. Basic OJ/Muffin/Bread/Cheese breakfast, but great deal if you just need a place to hang out near the airport. There's a McD's and a few other fast food joints near the hotel too.
