Excellent staff. Nice breakfast and a shuttle pick up to/from the airport.

Great accommodations. Lovely personnel.

The walls are so thin that I was kept awake ALL night from the person room beside me tv. The beds are not comfy unless you prefer a firm mattress. The bathroom is small. I’m disappointed bc the reviews were so good about the comfort.

Pros: Friendly staff, good shuttle drivers, good breakfast Cons: workout room not great, TV often showed "no signal". Not great but also not horrible.

Horrible. Dingy. Gross. NOT family friendly. Party happening next door at 3 a. M. With people coming and going, doors slamming, a couple arguing: screaming, swearing at each other in the hallway right outside our room. Our request to switch rooms was denied. No security on premises. 5 a. M. The party next door turned violent to the point where we did not feel safe, cancelled our 4 night stay and left to go to another hotel. Zero comfort. Zero sleep. To top it off, BW charged us for a 4 night stay anyway even though we spent all of 5 sleepless hours there. Customer service hotline is of no help. Legally disputing this next. Ridiculous.

Extremely disgusting! I would never visit this place again for such a service. Found a cockroach in the room before going to bed and could not sleep that night. Informed the front desk about it but have not received no response! I have also requested the bed sheets to be changed the night I came over but when I came back I found it the same marks on the bed sheets indicating that it was NOT changed throughout my 3 day visit. The breakfast had also spoiled green egg that was not removed for two days until someone probably told them about it.

It's a rather nice place. Convenient to get to and get out of — plus out isn't too far away from the convention center in Rosemont. The room itself is good and the beds are comfortable. We'll be staying a few more days but so far the only issue we seem to be Gabi b is that the TV channels keep going out.

Excellent value for money, especially for a traveller caught with an unexpected overnight stay due to a delayed flight. Friendly, helpful staff and large, clean, comfortable room with good amenities. Just don't try the complementary cooked breakfast next morning! Not so good. Stick to the cereals, toast, pastries, yoghurt and fruit instead.

This is a great place with helpful and friendly service. The hotel is clean and the rooms are nicely updated. The staff is attentive and willing to help when given the opportunity. We look forward to staying here on our next opportunity. The price was reasonable and a good value.

The service was the only saving grace. The rooms were too small and the beds were doubles not queens as we thought. The carpets were filthy as if they had not been shampooed in at least a year. The water faucets were slow and in one room the ac unit smelled so bad it was unbearable. They were very accommodating and allowed us to switch rooms, but it was pretty much the same in the next room too. The towels were overused. First hotel I have ever stayed at where I did not want to use the towels. The breakfast was slightly below mediocre at best. If the staff hadn't been so nice, I would have given 1 star. I've never blasted any business before, but I'm just not sure how they were a 4 star hotel.

It's nice for a quick stay… Hotel was clean and staff were nice, there's no pool or microwave in the room. Hotel it self is small and couldn a better location, but was nice and quiet. I would stay again over night.

Very clean rooms. Updated. Great friendly staff. Breakfast was more than adequate. About a 20 minute drive to airport terminal. Route passes thru industrial parts of town. Overall, a great value.

Everything about this hotel is great. The rooms are very nice and clean. The bathrooms is very clean. The hot breakfast is excellent — eggs, potatoes, sausage, Waffles, fruit, Danishes, it's all so good. We stayed here two nights and it was the best hotel we stayed in a ll week.

Nice hotel close to I 90 and O'Hare International Airport. Traffic noise is noticeable on interstate side rooms but not too bad. Use even numbered rooms if traffic noise bothers you. Staff was polite and helpful. Breakfast was good and some hot food (waffles, burritos scrambled eggs and potatoes. Beds were OK. I would use again for airport needs. If you are dropping off visitors to terminal 5, you can sneak in off Bessie Colemann exit from I 190 and avoid going thru terminal 1, 2 and 3 and all the traffic.

We appreciate being less than 30 minutes away from airport. Thanks for the transportation. Only downfall only 1 working shuttle so the original time that we were promised over the phone that we would be taken was changed at check-in time leaving us little sleep but overall good experience.

The room was very comfortable and had a wonderful experience. We were given meal passes for breakfast daily. The pool was spectacular. Was clean and beautiful. Thanks for a lovely stay.

I spent a week here and it was comfortable the entire time. The bed was plenty big for the two of us. The breakfast was great (save for the fact that there was usually just pork with no alternative. ) The staff were especially friendly and helpful ensuring my girlfriend had her almond milk in the morning and always helping us find our way around the area. The staff were 5 star. Would go back again.

Really nice people and if you get room on opposite side of building from highway, it is reasonably quiet. Breakfast was either make your own waffles or pancakes. Maker switched out during stay. The other items also switched during stay from bacon and sausage to biscuits and gravy. Scrambled eggs available each day. Never left hungry. Would not hesitate staying here again.

Acceptable environment. Difficult place to locate. Something away from everything.

Good place for a quick overnight stay before a flight the next morning from O'Hare. Free shuttle service picks up from door 3 of the bus shuttle center. Call the hotel when you arrive to have the shuttle sent. The shuttle trip takes around 15 minutes. Oddly, this is not the closest Best Western to the airport, since the shuttle ride takes you past another one.

I picked this hotel because they have a Park 'n' Fly option, and are close to Ohare. The front desk was responsive and friendly, parking close and easy, the airport shuttle ride prompt and included in the room cost, and the room/bathroom comfortable and modern. I would stay there again.

Best Western was a welcome Hotel choice, we had just arrived from Rome, couldn't get another flight out till morning, they shuttled us to their very nice Hotel and had shuttle service in the morning at 5:30 am. The staff were great. I like Best Western, they served up WOW customer service.

My mom and my brother had to spend a night at the hotel because weather didn't cooperate and a big airline company had to cancel the flight from Chicago. Neither my mom nor my brother speak English… Long story short, I was very impressed with the personal skills and the way how she is able to manage the work load of the hotel's employee Karolina (or Carolina? sorry) that worked at the hotel's reception on October 26-27, 2017. She was able to check-in the entire flight (cancelled flight by the airline company), while at the same time she was able to help my mom and my brother to complete their paperwork and to find their room (both don't speak English). I would definitely recommend this hotel just because the people that work at the hotel do make it great. Thank you!

Not only are the rooms very nice and clean with comfy beds. The front desk is so nice. I want to thank April for all the help and the awesome customer service. We had left a item in our room an not only did April locate it she shipped to us. Thanks again :)

Im really pissed off with Best Western hotel. Fist the AC was broke then I asked someone to fix and never came. I went downstairs and asked the lady so finally someone came up and but nothing could be done so I asked to change room for another lady she was rude and said it was sold out but it was a lie because the first lady had offered to change rooms. So I spoke with a third person and this person changed my room finally! Seriously this lady lied to me and wanted to let me in a room sweating like a pig without AC?! I paid for this and it is not for free so I want all the service they said it is included and the amenities. SECOND PROBLEM when I get to the second room the hair dryer burnt in my hands, its so old that they don't even change, how this hotel can be 3.5 to 4 starst? Everything is old and staff are rude, if you want a cheap hotel try another one because this a HEADACHE HOTEL. This hotel DOES NOT deserves 3.5 stars or the price they give.

This hotel was excellent. The staff were extremely helpful and attentive to my needs while I was there. Not to mention how clean the place was. The sheets were fresh and they brought warm (just out of the dryer) towels to is when we needed more. I highly recommend this hotel.

Been here for over a day and still have couple more to go so might update this review. So far it's been a good budget hotel. I got everything I expect from a hotel at that price so no complaints. Only reason for 3 stars is quality could be better in terms of overall experience.

Beds were very comfortable. Rooms were very clean. Management was very friendly and accommodating. We had to leave before breakfast started so I asked if I could have a banana and a glass for water. Management was happy about helping me and gave me a bottle of water instead of a glass because I would be driving.

Looking for a sleep and ride hotel for O'hare. This hotel worked great. Staff very helpful. Easy process. Nice place and reasonably priced.

Stayed at this property because they offered a park and fly package for O'Hare. Park and fly description said parking is in an enclosed, gate area, but it isn't. Shuttle service in both directions worked well. If you are going to the airport on Saturday plan ahead as the shuttle only runs once an hour. Lobby was nice, check in staff was friendly. Breakfast was decent, typical hotel fare. Hot food was hot and cold food was cold. Room was clean, but shop worn. The bed was comfortable. There were strange, unexplained lumps under the carpet and the water faucets in the sink and shower both leaked. Thin walls and doors so noise was an issue, particularly from the hallway. Certainly not the worst place we've ever stayed, but we will seek another option the next time we need park and fly in Chicago.

We stayed in July 2017. The receptionist was nice and accommodating. The room was clean and the bed was comfy. We had a good sleep. There's free breakfast and Wi-Fi. Money well spent.

The hotel staff all deserve raises! The front desk staff was VERY kind and helpful, and the rooms were clean, and comfortable. They could use another airport shuttle in the rotation, but this was definitely a great value!

My girlfriend, Cindy, and I stayed here Friday before the 4th. We loved our stay here, and decided to stay an extra day. The staff was very courteous. Our stay here gave us the much needed rest that we desired. Great Job!

It was close to a location I needed to be at for a meeting the next day.
The shuttle driver, Johnny, was very nice to instruct me on how to get around in the area.
The room was good enough for a 1 night stay. I actually liked the set up and the furnishing.
The WI-FI connection was reliable enough to get my work done. Breakfast was far more decent than the other hotels I have stayed at this week.
I'd say it's an option for who needs to crash for the night.
Being in the hospitality industry, I find it lacking in customer service, when the check in clerk engages in personal conversation with other staff members while checking a guest in.

Room was nice and health club very good, but 4 issues: 1. When construction work is happening on the roof at 7 am don't book people on the top floor. I woke up at 7 am after going to bed at 2 am (out with friends). Giving me $20 credit doesn't make up for losing 3-4 hours sleep, I was on vacation plus I found out you had lower floor rooms available because we were all moved down 1 floor immediately after I spoke with the manager. 2. When we are booking 3 rooms for 3-4 days don't automatically tell folks they can't check in until 3 pm, we were accommodated 'after' I called the manager and complained about this issue of being awoken at 7 am after going to bed at 2 am. The young lady at the front desk was not helpful at all, though, 'after' the manager talked to her her tune changed. 3. Replace the keyboard at the computer terminal, you can't read the letters, they are gone on 8 or 10 keys? Keyboards are very inexpensive and I can tell this has been this way for a while. 4. When the vending machine ate my $2 without allowing me to purchase an item. I was reimbursed by the front desk, no problem. However I asked the young lady (another receptionist) maybe you should put an 'out of order' sign on the machine', I could tell she could care less and no sign was posted over the next 2 days. It's all about caring about what you do, obviously the keyboard has been that way for a while. The manager at this Best Western was very accommodating and the hotel is nice otherwise.

Stayed one night to catch an early flight from O'Hare the following morning. Check in was quick, room was clean and staff was friendly. We did not eat breakfast or use any other amenities because we left on the shuttle at 4 AM. Shuttle service was quick, reliable and friendly. Car was parked in their lot for 4 days while we were gone. Everything was in order upon return. Will definitely use again.

We had purchased the package were we would park our car at the hotel while on vacation at another location. The package included shuttle service to and from the airport. When we arrived back last night, and made our call for pick up (after midnight) we were told it would be 25 minutes. After waiting 1 hour with other people whom were also waiting and several calls to the motel, we were told it would be another hour before we would be picked up. I see that this seems to be a pattern for this motel (see comment from Julie Neuens, March 28th). We ended up spending another $50 for a taxi to take us to the motel to pick up our car.

This is where I have to layover when I go to Chicago. Check in went smoothly thanks to ladies at the front desk. Pretty decent breakfast buffet. I loaded up on the waffles. King size bed was waiting for me. Lots of TV channels to watch compared to other hotels. Slept well during the day. Check out was easy too. Thanks. Be back soon.

Didnt like the location. Very noisy. Conference room was very nice and staff was very courteous, attentive and accommodating.

The room they gave us initially was on a floor that was under construction. It was also occupied as we first entered. They reassigned us to a room on the first floor that smelled like wet paint. Air conditioner broken.

Stayed overnight for morning flight. Okay breakfast and comfortable rooms.

I stayed here a week while working up here, bed was very comfortable, room & hotel very clean, staff very helpful I would definitely stay here again.

False fire alarm at 2 AM had us all scrambling — false alarm caused by a sticking elevator door, so they say. Once it sprung loose, the noise was so loud, it set off the alarm. Had the distinct feeling it had happened before. Worse, once outside, I discovered the building side exit door locks had been disabled! Was advised due to an ongoing construction project on the 4th floor. Very dangerous situation for hotel staff and guests! Even more aggravating — motel General Manager MR. PATRICK TRIVEDI will not return my phone calls nor emails after several attempts. That says a lot about management attitude at this Quality Inn. Motel marginal in many respects. Best to choose another.

I am gonna try to keep it short. I was expecting to get the best out of this hotel because I have experienced the best at other quality inn locations. Me and my husband were just very disappointed with our stay overall. It seemed like the cons out weighed the pros. Me and my husband had a 12 hour layover on our way home and this hotel was close to the airport and had a shuttle which was something that we were looking for. When we arrived to the hotel to check in the young lady at the front desk was very helpful and knowledgeable about everything that was going on in the hotel and about the shuttle. Once me and my husband received our key we proceeded to our room, the smell of smoke filled the hallway to the elevator which was very unpleasant. We get to our room which was all the way at the end of the hall on the top floor and we had 4 big bags so that was a hassle trying to fit it through the narrow doors. Once we enter the room and notice that the toilet in the bathroom was just a mess it look like someone tried to scratch the paint off the seat or something I don't know as well as it took fooreever to flush and the room just looked liked it was half done. The tub had hair in it we had to clean it ourself, the only reason why we didn't switch rooms was the simple fact that we were tired and had a very long day and didn't want to lug our bags to another room.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE DO NOT STAY HERE I never write reviews but I wouldn't want anybody else to have the experience with this place that I had. The hotel itself was fine for what you pay for but I had so many issues with the service. 1) They canceled 4 of the 8 rooms I had booked so we had to cram into 4 rooms 2) They charged me for 8 rooms 3) No help trying to get my money back 4) Was told the "manager" would call me just to get me off the phone 5) Hung up on me when I called back and demanded to speak to a manager 6) Charged my company card and my employees card that was left for incidentals STAY SOMEWHERE ELSE there are a bunch of hotels for similar prices in that area and the headache of dealing with guys isn't worth it.

I had many problems with this hotel. 1. There were ants EVERYWHERE! In both beds and they didn't even clean up the room until I throughly requested. 2. Front desk clerks were really rude. There was a mishap with my booking from Expedia, but when it was fixed I was not informed. 3. There were renovations going on, but I was not informed until I arrived. Long story short, they were very unprofessional, and I regret staying there. When I go back to Chicago, I will definitely go to the LaQuinta down the street or the motel.
