I am gonna try to keep it short. I was expecting to get the best out of this hotel because I have experienced the best at other quality inn locations. Me and my husband were just very disappointed with our stay overall. It seemed like the cons out weighed the pros. Me and my husband had a 12 hour layover on our way home and this hotel was close to the airport and had a shuttle which was something that we were looking for. When we arrived to the hotel to check in the young lady at the front desk was very helpful and knowledgeable about everything that was going on in the hotel and about the shuttle. Once me and my husband received our key we proceeded to our room, the smell of smoke filled the hallway to the elevator which was very unpleasant. We get to our room which was all the way at the end of the hall on the top floor and we had 4 big bags so that was a hassle trying to fit it through the narrow doors. Once we enter the room and notice that the toilet in the bathroom was just a mess it look like someone tried to scratch the paint off the seat or something I don't know as well as it took fooreever to flush and the room just looked liked it was half done. The tub had hair in it we had to clean it ourself, the only reason why we didn't switch rooms was the simple fact that we were tired and had a very long day and didn't want to lug our bags to another room. Long story short next morning there was a lot of noise that woke us up, I believe it was due to the construction that was going on in the building. Next we go to check out and I told the young lady at the desk what we experienced she didn't really seem to care that much to me about my concern just by her demeanor. The breakfast was ok the bagels were not fresh at all. The only highlight to me was the shuttle driver he was very nice. I don't believe I will stay here again.
