Clean rooms and newly painted hotel make this a good value for the cost. Room had bright Led lights and room clean. Noise levels very low and acceptable.

Not bad for the price. The lobby restroom could be bigger for arriving guests and there needs to be an edit to the website about the pool (not available). I understand that it's not included in the amenities but its not un-included.

See picture before you book. You don't expect much from a budget hotel, but this just pushed it to an extreme. Small things like not receiving conditioner are understandable, but when it comes to the rooms, you want them clean. I don't know how anyone can let the ceiling of a bathroom that bad, but this is a room that is rented. I shudder thinking of what else goes unnoticed.

The location was relatively close to where I was going, but it was the best price hotel that wasn't fully reviewed so I gave it a shot. Now everytime I use a hotel in the area, I always go to this one. It doesn't have a pool, but I enjoy the cheap price, the clean rooms, the comfortable space.

Great price for spacious rooms nice bed. Got room location I requested and it was quiet. Staff is very accommodating. Continental breakfast and coffee/tea 24/7. Small gym. Well located for business or pleasure and convenient to alot of shopping and good eats. 4 stars only because the pillows are/were not clean or new, just the pillow cases were clean. (saw stains on actual pillows and they smelled unfresh. Is that a word?

It's nice. They responded nicely when needed. Breakfast is comolementry but nothing much more than bread, mini muffins, waffels, apple & orange juice, coffee, bagels. Rooms are big enough for 2 plus a kid, has closet, iron and ironing board, separate sofa chair, a reading table with reading light, big mirror. Bathrooms are tidy and cleaned daily by house keeping, bathrooms are big with enough mirrors, tissue box and towels are. Sufficient. Overall it's nice and safe place.

This place is racist and rooms are small not worth the stay unless you payless $50 and under, and had the nerves to have ants on the window ledge. The front desk girl that works evening think she is the manager and calls and tell us we can not have company. We are not from around here and have family stop by what is the problem. First tell us they have to leave at 11pm then 10 min later oh the manager ran the tapes back well why the manager couldn't call because it was her all alone don't act like the manager go apply for a job where you can become one. We only had 2 kids and 2 adults visit what was the problem. They had a better hotel at the Hampton and just wanted to give us the direction for tomorrow. So to me if you can't have company where is it in the rule that say that?

From what I understand the hotel is reasonably priced. That said the interior of the building is showing it's age. Biggest issue would be when exiting by the elevator control room it smells very heavily of metal and fumes.

Small rooms, small beds (comfortable though), not very clean (couple dead bugs behind clock cabinet). Breakfast was very slim for your standard hotel breakfast.

Great place to stay, Ramona at front desk was very helpful with our reservation changes and made our stay super pleasant. Clean, quiet rooms, house keeping is there at a moment's notice. But the best part is the location. Right off of hwy, with plenty of guest parking. Great restaurants all around.

Clean and comfortable. Incredibly helpful and kind staff! Mariza is the best! Couldn't have been more happy with my stay there. Was on crutches during my stay and I was given assistance without even asking. Would stay there again in a heartbeat. Best hotel experience in a long time!

We stayed 2 nights here and it was perfect for our needs. We stayed in a room with one king bed and felt we had ample space. The room felt clean and comfortable. The staff was also super warm and friendly. Would stay here again if we're in the area.

Needed a change to the reservation, and I was accommadated. Rooms were very nice.

I had made an online booking (with some mistakes) but the receptionist was very helpful and changed the booking as per my schedule and comfort. The only thing I dint like was the housekeeping came at 9 in the morning which was my preferably sleeping time (Although I forgot to put DND sign) …!

This is a fine little hotel conveniently located to the highways and a lot of local businesses. It is clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. It is definitely not state-of-the-art as far as their décor or facility is concerned, but a decent budget hotel nevertheless.

Bad beds bad breakfast and double charged us for the two rooms we had. Owner is dumb as a box of rocks.

Fairly comfortable and nice rooms with TV, just not always the best temperature.

Its old but clean. The pool is tiny and not very clean/cold smelled like cigarettes poolside ive stayed in wsy worse and way better no toothpaste or scope tiny bathroom shower head was at my chest old style dual faucet hard water meh stuck here for the nigh.

Very clean and comfortable. Staff is accommodating and friendly. Showers made for shorter ppl. Beds are comfortable.

My fiance and I rented a king room, smelled like dead people and was extremely small compared to hotels we've stayed at for the same price. Spend your money somewhere else.

Very kind, hospitable staff and flexible to your needs. Hotel was clean and all the amenities that you would want during a comfortable stay.

Hotel is in decent shape and the room was spacious. The chair in the room had some stains that didn't look like they came from any food. The room smelled strongly of aftershave or maybe disinfectant, except the bathroom that had a strong smell of cigarettes despite being a non smoking room. We had a king room with the pull out couch for the kids. We called the font desk to ask for extra pillows since the only ones were on the bed. You would think I was speaking a foreign language! The guy at the front desk was stumped and his response was "I'll see what I can do" followed by "I'll do my best". 20-30 minutes later he called back to say "sorry we don't have any left". Unbelievable! We stopped by the pool for a swim and found no towels on the rack. Another interaction with the front desk and the same confusion with an apparently baffled employee. It took a while but towels eventually were brought out. I don't think our expectations or requests were unreasonable but we were made to feel as if they were. We won't be back.

I can say that I come here often to I like it especially with Max or Josephin at the front desk, you're assured best stay, but I had two horrible experiences when these guys are not present, one was my account was charged 3 times for one night stay which I noticed the following day and alert the front desk then they give run around, like I don't permission to reverse it and the manager is out all week and find that to be ridiculous because there should be someone on-call and secondly I mentioned that I've a corporate account, give him the code and still asking me why my employeeID does not show my company name and I said for security reason. Dude still acting like he doesn't believe me. That was totally on call for.

Quick review just before we check out — great place. Clean, modern (just renovated, it looks like). No wierd smells or anything. Looks very nice from the outside in a nice suburban neighbourhood. Enjoy. $89 / nt AAA rate in August.
