Staff is exceptionally accommodating. Relaxed environment. Bedding is, in my opinion, most comfortable. Close proximity to an array of dining experience. And nature preserves, as well. Courtyard is relaxing, by gas fireside. Would definitely stay here again.

The room was clean and spacious, and when we checked in with four people (about an hour early) there was a room ready for us. However, we're now on night three of our four night stay, and today after our room was supposed to have been serviced, I had to hunt down the following myself:
1. More coffee cups
2. More stirrers for our morning coffee…
3. More tissues for our room
4. New bags for our ice bucket I do understand this isn't a five star hotel, however I do expect that at least the basics in each room should be replenished every single day, no matter if you're spending one night or four. I don't expect that they'd change my sheets or even fresh towels if we'd hung them up indicating we didn't need clean ones. But to not get a replenishment of the most basic of items that are provided at check in to every single guest is unforgivable. On top of that, I was taking a nap this afternoon and at 4pm (well after check in time at 3) housekeeping came knocking at the door, waking me up and asking if things were ok. Yeah, they are now because I took care of them myself, thanks a lot! I'll probably be back in the area eventually, and pricing for the area is decent, but c'mon people, basic service is a necessity. Pool looks nice, feels warm. Hot tub is small, very very limited capacity (3 people), common areas could use some work (dirty glasses and cups, newspapers messy on the tables) but overall ok.

We are returning guests to this Four Points. The staff is very friendly (even at 11:30pm when we got in)! The rooms are spacious and clean, and the location is great for when we're visiting our family in the area.

Hotel is in a nice area, easy access from the expressway. Great restaurant across the parking lot or fantastic pizza 1 mile away! A hot breakfast is included. Beds are comfortable, room is adequate size. Bathroom is small but shower is good. This hotel offers a pool as well as a beautiful outdoor gathering place/fire pit but the room’s lack of bright lighting drops my star rating to a 4. The price was good for very adequate accommodations. Will likely stay here again.

The pool and hot tub were nice, the breakfast was above average for most budget hotels but the service from the employees was amazing. The staff was not only helpful and generous but, they were also able to hold a good conversation and were very welcoming. Definitely recommending this place.

We were part of a large party and had a very good group rate. The rooms were spacious and clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

The hotel has a good atmosphere and nice amenities, but it’s missing a few perks. Breakfast is a joke here, I’m not fond of buying a $15 breakfast, and they have literally no complimentary food you can grab and go. I tried to grab a banana before work but they were charging $3.50. No towels in the weight room, and room only partially cleaned throughout the day.

Now for the price it’s an acceptable hotel. The staff are friendly the beds are nice. But don’t think you are going to come here and it’s a 4 or 5 star**** hotel however I paid $70 through priceline. I arrived early for the taste of Chicago and my friends do not come until tomorrow I needed something quick, clean and inexpensive and that’s what I got. Oh and the bartender is really nice.

2 beautiful court yards. 1 with a fire pit, the other next to the in door pool. Staff is very accommodating.

Very functional hotel. Nothing fancy but it's always clean, staff is polite, and gym, pool, and hot tub are generally empty. Would recommend.

Our family has been using this facility/hotel for events and get-togethers, well over 15 years. The staff is excellent and always accommodating. Very well kept up. We will continue to use this hotel whenever in the area.

Very nice accommodations. The staff was helpful. The meeting rooms were nice. Our Ladies Retreat really enjoyed our private, reserved time in the pool area. We had our own buffet for breakfast, which was a bit slim, but I’m sure we can adjust that for next time. There are grest walking paths in the surrounding area which we took advantage of also. Was there for a class so can't rate the rooms. However the entrance, cafe and conference room were very clean and well maintained. Also the customer service was spectacular. I would look into staying at a Four Points when I travel.

Very clean hotel, very inviting. We had a large group there and they took great care of us. Pool area was very nice. Workout room was clean. Breakfast was delicious and food was hot.

Horrible experience. Avoid at all cost. No hot water in shower! paper thin walls; I dont even need to turn my TV on as my neighbours got theirs on my same channel! You are charged for a full room while the bathroom is so tiny that you can not stand in it while door is open. Similarly, there is only 2 drawers and a closet that can not fit a weekender travel bag. Breakfast is a joke yet they charge you $12 although its included in the room rate. They claim they have a resturant to find that they closed it for that day as there are not enough rented rooms! I live in hotels almost 250 days a year, this is for sure a place I will not go back to. Its a shame they have a brand attached to it. Renovating a hotel does not mean the ball stops there!

No hot water in the hot tub by pool. No hot water in room for shower. I believe this owner is playing cheap. And doesn’t want to run the hot for the spa and it must be on same line as the showers. The Hyatt is way better.

We checked in late due to being in town for the Hollywood Connection convention, held at a different location. We had a great room and never did hear others in the hallway. We plan on staying here again but including more relaxing and not so much running.

The room was nice and clean, but very sparse. I liked that the bed was really comfy. The bathroom was really small and the shower liner didn't work correctly (water got all over the floor). Breakfast was not included, which was kind of surprising for a Sunday morning, and the food was pretty awful. All in all, I would ideally give it 3.75 stars.

Our second time at this property in two years… it laid out like a maze, both times we had rooms furthest from the lobby & both times we had issues getting hot water in a reasonable amount of time. BTW, it was less than 10 degrees in Chicago this morning, tough taking a cold/cool shower with an outside temperature that low.

New Year’s Eve weekend we had a bus load about 50 people they did a great job free breakfast food was great the employees were friendly good job thanks will return!

Hotel is in a quiet location the is very friendly and helpful, rooms are clean and up to date I would definitely recommend it and stay here again.

However, I do not appreciate the misleading advertised amenities in the ad…     The restaurant is closed, the laundry room is out of order and when I called to make my reservation I asked the front desk person specifically if breakfast was included in the price rate that was quoted to me and she said that it was indeed included…   The reason I chose this hotel was because of all of the amenities that were advertised for the rate that was quoted…   When I woke up this morning to participate in morning bfast the food attendant told me that I needed a bfast coupon from the front desk…   When I went to the front desk to attain this coupon, she then tells me that bfast was not included in my room rate and said that I needed to pay 13.99 if I wanted to eat. I do not like when businesses will use trickery or any other means of deceit in order to lure guests into chosing their establishment over the many competitors in the area…   I paid for 3 nights but I will be checking out early due to these practices…   Be sure to ask lots of questions when making a decision on who you choose to spend your money with.   Many places do not mention that the most important amenities that they offer are actually not available…   Shame on this hotel.

Very disappointed in our stay. The hotel itself is just fine however, housekeeping well does the hotel have it? Was in town for a Naval graduation at Great Lakes. Upon returning the first night the beds were not made and had to go to the front desk for towels. They apologized and said our room would be taken care of promptly the next morning. We left early the next morning to spend the day with my son. We returned late the second night to the beds still not made and had to go to the front desk again for towels and toiletries. I was upset at this point that housekeeping had skipped our room for the second time. I explained to the clerk at the front desk upon check out the next morning that I was extremely disappointed in the lack of service. I was assured the manager would be told and would call me asap. It is now five days after check out and still no phone call or email. Hopefully if you stay at this place they will provide you better service.

Celebrated our granddaughter Birth Day Party, kids like the pool, the rooms, the food. Very clean and very friendly atmosphere. Neena Mendoza from sales department was very helpful and took all my worries about celebration away, because we had a lot of guests and I was not sure how its be handled. Also Michael Powell was very nice with the dinner served. Definitely will be back again!

Great place to stay About an hour from down town Chicago. Quiet good facilities near a great eating spot Buffalo restaurant and ice cream parlor. Great breakfast and dinner menu.

Lodging at the Four Points by Sheraton Buffalo Grove was GREAT. This was the hotel booked to accommodate all of us attending the BEAUTIFUL wedding of my nephew and now niece:-). The hotel and rooms were clean and the breakfast was delicious and good service too. It was also a BIG plus that shuttle service to the wedding venue was offered as there was a cocktail hour immediately after the ceremony and then a 4 hour open bar. Neena did a good job coordinating and unfortunately I did not have the opportunity to meet her in person to thank her. So thank you Neena!

Upon check in "Front desk manager" was snotty, not the most welcoming. As our stay continued he became nicer and nicer, all other staff was great. Room was entered once without a knock but person immediately left when they saw occupants. First room we were checked into the floor was soaked in front of the air conditioner. About 4 square feet of drenched carpet. Room was moved next door and all was fine. All rooms looked alike, pretty basic, small bathroom. Stayed here with a large group for a wedding; bride and groom could have been accommodated better. Priceline booking was easy and a great deal.

Only stayed for one night. Check in and check out was quick and easy. Front desk staff were friendly and accommodating. Hotel/rooms were clean but lacked basic toiletries (disposable shower cap, qtips etc) the bathroom.

A typical four points property. Clean and comfortable rooms. Nothing too fancy.

Nice hotel, decent location for travelling to manufacturing sites. I enjoyed the room I got too, everything was pretty decent. Roof leaks though, since we got here under a severe thunderstorm so hopefully they get that fixed, it's not in the rooms just in the hallways.

Miss Jennifer is the best bartender I've ever had. She worked well with what the bar had on hand and she made sure we were well tended too.

Some staffs are not friendly, ignored my questions, ignored my request. Interrupting my sleep twice even I had agreed to pay for my extended check out. The lady who helped me to check out is very friendly. I uplifted the review from 1 star to 3 because of her good services.

Excellent location for our needs, beds were comfortable, and staff was good. But there is only one elevator for the four sided building and the ice maker wasn't working on our floor.

They are currently renovating, but it's a lovely hotel. The bed and the water pressure were fantastic. Bathroom was small but I believe they're making them bigger. 10/10 would stay again.

Clean room and friendly staff. Thin walls and woke up early from hearing people in the hallway.

We had a Groupon so we decided to stay for fun and so the kids could use the pool. The water to the hotel wasn't working when we checked in and it wasn't mentioned, so the toilets wouldn't even flush. The pool area had moldy walls. The room carpet was grungy. We wouldn't stay there again.

Rooms were dirty. Same with bathrooms. No housekeeping the days we stayed. Breakfast cost money where most places its complimentary.
