Great place for a wedding.

Checked into room 620, room was warm but we turned down air and expected it to be cool 4 hours later. Unfortunately, did not notice the grate was off the unit, distracted by unpacking and other plans. Got back and still 75 degrees. Told no other rooms available. We don't pay more than $500 a night to be sweaty. It's cool in the hallway and not hot outside so really no good exuse for sloppy service.

Beautiful hotel, great views from balcony rooms. Best part was the dog friendly atmosphere. Planning to make this a yearly stay. I high recommend.

Worst hotel stay of my life. Listened to people scream obscenities for hours between 8pm to 3am all the while my kids under 6 woke up. Hotel mentioned others patrons reported the people causing the screaming and simply would ask them to calm down. Disgusted is the nicest thing I can stay about my experience at this hotel. Rating should be 1 star and category should be 1.

This hotel might be very nice with plenty of amenities when the pandemic is not going on, but I am paying twice as much money to stay here and I think I would’ve gotten better service at a best Western or almost any less expensive hotel. They won’t even give me a wine glass or any glass. There’s a refrigerator in the room but I don’t have any utensils to use. I can’t get anything other than water to drink. There’s zero room service. There aren’t even vending machines so I could get something to eat. And unless you pay $300 instead of $200 for the night you’re not going to have a view worth having. I would like to see this hotel flourish, but not only do they remove the few amenities any hotel room should have, they charge you $29 for valet parking. And GET THIS, you have no other option than to valet park. So my $200 room Plus tax is now $229 plus tax. REMEMBER, if you’re just staying one night you are allowed to be in the hotel only from 4 PM to 11 AM. Only 19 hours for more then $200 and I’m hungry and I’m thirsty and I’m going to sleep that way.

Went to the hotel to have brunch at the restaurant Pussers. The brunch buffet was delicious. The View was beautiful on the water and our server Jim B was awesome. Orange crushes were pretty darn good too.

GREAT location, pretty good rooms (nice bed), we had a wonderful marina view. However, it’s a bit run down — probably from their ‘pets welcome’ policy and all the partying. I also had to correct 2 overages on my bill. In sum, I expected more for the price.

Brides Beware! Don't let the waterfront view of Annapolis cause you to jump into booking this venue for your wedding. For the price you can pay for this location you can get way better service. I will say that the planning leading up to the event was great, and the actual setup of the reception was beautiful. However, the rest of the evening had major hiccups:1) Check-in is at 4:00. Out of the hundred guests that were staying at this hotel, only a few got their rooms by 4. Others got theirs at 5, 6, 7, some even 8 — causing them to have to LEAVE the reception to bring their own bags up. Not to mention we had lots of babies/elderly people who wanted to rest in their rooms before the reception, and were unable to do this. 2) My wedding coordinator, Christina, was MIA the entire time. My bridal party waited a half hour in the front lobby until I finally led the group and the photographers out back myself so that we would be able to get pictures in before the sun set. I maybe saw her 3 times throughout the evening. Around 9:00 I had asked a worker where she was and was told she had "gone home". My reception ended at 10:00. I was utterly shocked. 3) Clean up: We were told several times that the staff would clean up the décor, centerpieces, etc. At the end of the night it was my husbands aunt and her friends who ended up going around and boxing everything. 4) We had TONS of leftover cake. We were told they could not refrigerate it over night.

Great place on the waterfront. As an old Navy man, it would be nice if coffee was available in the lobby. Keurig coffee makers in the room not that impressive. Rooms are very quiet and well maintained. Love staying here.

Beautiful place with nice waterfront view. I was attending wedding here. They have nice ball rooms. Parking is challenging on location, but I found public parking garage 10 minutes away.

Room on the fourth floor with a beautiful view of the city! Very nice, clean room. The folding bed, however, is not for an adult — it's much too narrow and rather short. Good service.

Rooms, view, location were perfect. The security for the club was atrocious. After attending a wedding, approximately 50 attendees relocated to the bar. I had my I can't with me sleeping in a stroller. Security asked us to leave as they expect a fight to break out and does happen often. I would be more inclined to leave promptly if I was informed of their lack of capabilities to manage a crowd of people. Or not even gone at all. So my friend spends money for a full wedding at the hotel, almost everyone stayed at the hotel ($330/night x 40 couples), and I cannot enjoy a little more social time with my friends.

Meeting space was helpful and service was great. Lunch was very reasonable. No major techincal issues. Great space for about 30-40 people.

We got lunch at the restaurant and had a wonderful time. The food was amazing and the service was great. It took a little longer than I expected to get the bill but overall I greatly enjoyed my visit.

The Waterfront is always a nice place to stay and has an active restaurant and bar. Only reason I gave 4 stars was due to trouble with the room temp but we made them aware. Price is also premium.

This is a large hotel by the waterfront looking over the harbor. It is also a high rise hotel with several floors. It appears like some rooms have balconies with 2 chairs each. The building has a beautiful architecture and from the balconies, you can get a perfect picture of the harbor. This hotel is also conveniently located next door to the Pusser's Caribbean Grille and Bar. There are also several other restaurants and bars nearby in the area.

Enjoyable location with lovely views of the bay. Outdoor seating is especially nice in good weather. The food will not disappoint. The price is average for the location. Some may think it pricey. This is Old Bay country and in season the crabs are good. Otherwise, a very American menu is offered. Check with your server for the Chefs choice of the day.

We stayed at the beautiful Annapolis Waterfront Hotel for my birthday and had a great time. The rooms are simple but nicely appointed and the staff was quite kind and cheerful. They even gave us a bottle of wine for my birthday. The location can't be beat in terms of convenience to walking around downtown Annapolis. I would certainly recommend this hotel to anyone taking a weekend in Maryland's capital.

If you want a stellar view for big events like fourth of July or New years this is the place to stay. Weddings are in the ideal location downtown and they take care of all of their couples. If you are planning a hotel wedding this is the Annapolis spot!

The only real waterfront hotel in downtown Annapolis. If ur visiting for a wedding this is the only place that u can walk to all the bars and restaurants in DTA There is a bar and restaurant on the ground level they have valet parking. The rooms aren't all that but the location can't be beat. There is a outside bar open in the spring and summer and u sit right up on the Annapolis harbor. Pricey but good.

I got married at the Annapolis Waterfront Hotel at the end of October. Melanie was our coordinator and she was awesome. She responded to all of our questions leading up to the wedding day and was available the entire day of the wedding to help with set-up and make sure everything went smoothly. We were planning to have an outdoor ceremony, but unfortunately it poured rain all day, so we had to change plans and have it inside. The AWH was very accommodating and helped us smoothly transition to an inside reception. We had an amazing time and definitely recommend the AWH if you're getting married in Annapolis!

My parents and I dined at the restaurant (Pusser's Caribbean Grille) for Christmas dinner this year. All of the food was well prepared and flavorful, even if the crab cake was shredded rather than lump meat. Service was very good until the end of the meal, when we waited (and waited) for desserts and eventually the check.

Went here for a nice night cap over the weekend. Was very crowded and musty of sweaty college kids. But the bars were well staffed and the bartenders did their best to take orders and get drinks out quickly and effectively.

Nice Autograph hotel at the Annapolis Waterfront. The hotel itself has a nice nautical themed interior, appropriate for Annapolis. The staff are great and seem very attentive. They have valet parking, but there are parking lots around the area. You could really park your car and not need it until you’re leaving because it’s so conveniently located to everything. The hotels restaurant, Pusser’s is decent for a hotel restaurant. It does have a nice outdoor area and even in the winter seems to attract tourists and locals for their happy hour. They do have a good happy hour with drink specials and half off apps-goes until 7pm As a Platinum status member they do provide you with breakfast coupons and it includes tax and gratuity, for select breakfasts, since they do not have an concierge lounge. Nice hotel, I’ll stay here again next time I’m in town for business.

Nice waterfront view while having a meal. Walk to downtown is a few minutes away. Safe and clean. Good mix of people.

Friendly staff greeted us upon arrival. Took care of all our needs. Had drinks and food in the resturant, which was also excellent.

I went here for a wedding and the outdoor space had a nice waterfront view. The reception had good food and facilities too. Parking can be pricey in the surrounding area but they offered valet parking for a competitive rate.

If you are planning a wedding and need a room block DO NOT use this Marriott! Their "team members" on the wedding side of things DO NOT return phone calls. We pulled all of our guests and moved up the street to a hotel that had AMAZING customer service! My husband is a platinum member and this place was VERY disappointing!

For what you pay there you would hope things would run smoothly, but room service, emphasis on service, was pretty bad. We ordered breakfast, and got hash browns as part of it. No ketchup, or salt and pepper. They sent someone up with just ketchup. We then realized that the did not give us silverware either. The person then came back with salt and pepper, no silverware. Next he came with one set of silverware. By the time we had everything we needed our food was cold. Complained to the front desk, and all they offered to do was to make room service aware.

Great Marriott hotel. Property is located right on the water within easy walking distance to downtown Annapolis shops and restaurants. Check out the US Navy Maritime School old photos on display in the lobby. Great breakfast overlooking the boats. Rooms are, spacious and decorated in a maritime inspired look. Ourroom was an allergen free room "Pure".

We choose this hotel because we heard so many wonderful things about it from friends and family. We had an amazing stay! The service was great from all the staff, the room was beautiful, the beds were comfortable, and the location was very convenient to downtown. My family had a great time and we are looking forward to staying at this hotel again.

I love this hotel for its location and hospitality. The rooms may not be as lush in decor as other hotels but nothing beats the water front view from your balcony and windows. We had all of our guests stay here for our wedding and they all loved it and being able to go down to Pussers for drinks and oysters on the water. I love our view of Ego Alley. This is my favorite place to stay in Annapolis!

Everything was in close walking distance that we wanted to do. Staff were helpful & pleasant. Oh & the view was amazing. Just sitting on the balcony made the trip worthwhile.

Really nice but you pay through the nose for the location and the amenities. A nice splurge for sure but high season rates are exactly that and I can't give it 5-stars because it isn't a good enough value. Location and staff are top notch and it would be 4.5 because of that if I could.

I'm not a very big fan of the restaurant bit the food is okay. We did the breakfast buffet. I liked the omelet station and the options aren't terrible. Parking however sucks. Unless you are a hotel guest or are very familiar with the area expect to have to pay to park and eat there.

A beautiful hotel right on the Waterfront of Annapolis. Walk into a nautical themed hotel offering tidy, clean, spacious rooms with a large bathroom and exellent shower. The staff are friendly and offer too notch service. Clean sheets, towels, hot water and great views. You're a short walk from downtown, the naval academy, or just a nice walk across the bridge to the suburbs. You get exactly what you pay for and more. Highly recommend.

The location was the main reason my wife and I stayed here. Its right on the dock area with a lot of stores and restaurants right accross the street. The valet service made the stay worth it. We were in and out several times throughout the day and they were extremely accommodating to my requests. The rooms were clean and we'll kept. Really nice TV in the room! Would stay here again but next time I'll get the Waterview room.

Had my wedding reception here, and the Waterfront Hotel took great care of us. The venue was beautiful, staff were super friendly and accommodating, and the food was the best wedding food I've ever had. I cannot recommend this hotel enough.

Great location and views. Mediocre food; poor service, few amenities. Certainly not worth the cost. My husband and I are Platinum Marriott members, having stayed hundreds of nights at Marriott hotels in all size and price ranges, across the US and around the world. Sadly, this was the worst.

Arrived late Saturday to be greeted to the site of a 1000 adolescents all over the lobby being assholes. I'd never stay hear again just based on that. Supposed to be a full service marriott but isn't room service ends at 11pm even on Friday and Saturday and there is no lounge. Front desk clerk on a Saturday has no bank so can't make change.

Above Average Hotel with Slightly Below Average amenities. It's a nice hotel with very nice interior decorated rooms and a very nice, new TV. The room didn't have a mini fridge, and staying in a street side room (vice water side) we were subject to loud partiers across the street that liked to scream every 3-5 minutes (until midnight) and bar hoppers walking by on the sidewalk. It's valet parking only for $23, and NO complimentary breakfast (only room service). The front desk ladies were great and there is literally a restaurant with dock side bar directly next door. The location is absolutely stellar for down town Annapolis and that makes it an easy 4 star rating.

I used the Annapolis Marriott Hotel for a happy hour with a client, and it was a DISASTER. We had previously done a happy hour here in 2012, and we asked that everything be done EXACTLY the same as it was then. After spending $6, 200, they put us in the wrong room (we should have been on the deck, and they had us in an inside room). When I called to complain, the person I dealt with was hostile on the phone, and rather than listening and providing good customer service, became defensive, raised her voice, and came up with excuses, rather than trying to help me arrive at a solution. She tried to tell me that I should know what the room names were and that it was my fault we were in the wrong room, even though we made it explicitly clear that we wanted to be in the SAME room we were in in 2012. It was the same lady we dealt with in 2012, so this was simply unacceptable. I put a call into the GM and got one call back, but after speaking with him, he told me he would return my call early the following week. After not hearing from him by Wednesday, I put in a call on Wednesday, two calls on Thursday, and another call on Friday, and never got a return phone call. I will NEVER use this venue again, nor will I ever recommend anyone hosting a happy hour to use this event. The customer service here is HORRIBLE.

Though more expensive than is justified, we have stayed in and enjoyed this hotel a number of times, primarily because of its convenient downtown waterfront location. The service and housekeeping are commendable; the in-house restaurant, Pussers, and its bar are consistently recommendable. Unfortunately, and not in keeping with our other stays in this hotel, we unexpectantly had to spend the night in Annapolis and, without reservations, approached the front desk clerk and asked for a room. She stated the room rate and then just stood there in silence. We were puzzled and asked if there was a problem, and she responded, "Well, do you want it? " We generously assumed that she meant no insult and let it pass. Then the room we were provided was disappointing, because we could clearly and easily hear normal conversations being carried on in the next room. All in all, we recommend this hotel but caution you to establish that you will reject any such room as described above. Our rating takes all of the above into consideration.

Nice place to visit. On the water — a great location. Can get booked in prime months with limited availability so try and book early.

This place has a great view, and the bar behind on the deck is fun. The rooms are a tad old, and the price is high. Next time I will go there for the entertainment and stay somewhere else.

Friends gave us a night at the hotel for our wedding night and since I planned to sail to my wedding, I called a day before to ask if I could get ready in our room and board the boat at their dock. They said yes. When I arrived, dressed in a white gown with my bridesmaids and with our boat pulling up to meet us, they would not let him dock long enough to load, I had to run up the street in my wedding gown and jump on the boat illegally at a Yacht Club nearby. We would have docked for 3 minutes. After our wedding, the room was horribly noisy, like being in a plane engine. We both wore earplugs to drown out the droning. After the fact, they tried to charge us an extra $40 for nothing.
