Good location for where we need to be. Staff was friendly and cordial. Having a microwave and fridge was a nice bonus in a room. Room was clean and functional.

Stayed over night for a wedding. We got there and our room wasn't ready, Anthony got us another room without hesitation. Breakfast in the morning was better than most hotel breakfast. I watch an employee help a guest with getting her breakfast so she could take it back to her room. A definite return trip here.

Nice, clean hotel that used for a very quick overnight. Everything was clean and the AC worked well. We didn't use any of the additional amenities, but breakfast smelled good at least. They gave us a couple of complementary bottles of water too.

Room was nice. Toilet didn't flush all the way, shower only got luke warm.

Pillows nice but room outdated. Curtains would not shut. No coffee in lobby. Kerrigan did not work in room. Halls too loud to sleep. And no breakfast for a room I paid 150 a night for. Never again. Comfort Suites could teach Hilton a lot.

Nice big bed. Great shower. Lobby coffee was impossibly bad. Great Indian restaurant right across the street.

The hotel was nice at first glance, but we went in and there was a a very strange smell in he elevator, the lobby and the hallway where we were staying. When we went to the room we noticed that the bathroom door, which had spring loaded hinges that are supposed to be set up to close the door automatically, actually opened the door. So if you did not secure the bathroom door, it swing open, and it made it so that you couldn't open the door to exit the room. His is a HUGE fire hazard. We had mentioned these things to the front desk clerk, and she gave us "points" but that wasn't the point. The safety of us, and of future guests was at risk because of that door, and I would put money on it that they didn't fix that issue. Otherwise the hotel was decent, and the staff was friendly.

Stay was fine, rotten rewards app had me call the hotel to attach my my rewards to the stay. They told me once checked out they could not help, call rewards number. Rewards number told me they could not help either, the app should show it attached in three days, if not call back. What a run around!

This hotel is a bargain and it’s very well run. Don’t expect upscale or close proximity to downtown Annapolis and you won’t be disappointed. It’s a “plain Jane” like most HGIs. But it’s clean and quiet and all staff members we encountered were professional and caring.

Clean accommodating hotel. Centrally located to everything in Annapolis. The hotel is inviting from the second that you reach the main entrance. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable of the area. Our room was well stocked and very comfortable. We even had a Keureg coffee maker. The hotel has a restaurant, you can get breakfast, there is an outdoor pool (seasonal) and an exercise room.

Really nice hotel. We stay here when we travel quite frequently and the rooms are always spotless, beds super comfortable and check in staff are nice. Also good choice of channels on TV and Wi-Fi is spot on!

When you consider the name Hilton you have certain expectations when it comes to comfort. While the rooms are clean and spacious with plenty of parking and a breakfast bar that has an ok breakfast bar it was not a luxurious sleep. The bed was too firm and the pillows were to squishy. We were moved to another room in which the bed wasn't that much better. Customer service wasn't bad.

Normally love Hilton Gardens. This one was shabby, worn & not up to the normal standard. Asian restaurant across the street is excellent however.

The staff was so great; friendly, polite, and so willing to go out of their way for you! Plus, the breakfast was amazing!

Ok now this place is a very affordable stop with super friendly staff and very well kept up rooms however if you plan on ordering from the kitchen anything it's going to take a while lol the food is ok but their process of who takes the order and what happens with it is a different story hope they will work on that…

Very nice. I don't normally eat dinner at hotels. Tonight eas one of those rare occasions. I'm the only one eating in their dining area. Treated very well, I ordered the smothered chicken, with mashed potatoes and grilled veggies. Very good, very tasty, and only $16. As in all my stays at Hilton vrands, I find the staff courteous, personable, and friendly. I enjoyed this stay here in Annapolis. You should try staying here too.

Everything was great but this is the only hotel I've been to that makes you pay for breakfast and I won't pay 10.99 for a bowl of cereal.

Great rooms and service. I especially liked how high up the shower heads are. Very good for taller people.

We were very warmly greater by Anthony. The hotel has been renovated and is clean. Comfy bed.

Fail — zero on maintenance. Bed had a huge divot from endless guests and not being turned or flipped. — totally uncomfortable — bathroom maintenance non-existent — gross floor from missing grout between tiles. No excuses for such shoddy care. This hotel is on the path to extinction. Reported to hotel with no satisfactory response. Corp needs to investigate.

Hilton garden inn was great! Hotel was cleaned and smelled fresh upon entering our room. They had water, cookies and coffee available at the front desk as well. Also, my stay was very reasonably priced.

My Wife and I LOVE this property. When we need an overnight escape from the kids, this is the place. Not only is it a beautiful facility, but what keeps us coming back is the staff there. They are always friendly, helpful, and very personable. We have had seven years of good experiences at this hotel!

Competitive price for this area, property was nice and the cookies were a nice touch at check-in. However the mattress needs to be replaced it has two indentations were people sleep, also there is no fan in the bathroom to vent that are. And there is no complementary breakfast, cost 10.95 for eggs, or cereal. No sign telling you no free breakfast. If in the area again would stay some place else.

Quiet and comfortable Hotel.

Stayed here on my wedding night before my honeymoon. Very comfortable and cozy. Friendly staff and comfy bed. Only downside is wish the bar was open for a longer period of time.

We enjoy our stay at the Hilton Garden Inn in Annapolis! The staff is awesome and very helpful. The accommodations meet our needs and the location is perfect!

The hotel was wonderful! if you've stayed at a Hilton Garden Inn before then you know they strive to make the experience pretty uniform across the board. This stay was no different. The front desk staff were very nice and restaurant was accomodating when I needed some things for my carry out that I brought back to the hotel. One thing of note for the room is that they provide a DVD player which was a nice touch. the hotel itself is close to one indoor mall and three outdoor properties so there are plenty of options for food and shopping. It's not near the annapolis waterfront but that's only a short drive away. I'd definitely recommend this location!

Stayed here a few times and the rooms are nice. Fridge and micro included in each room I've been in. Beds comfortable, breakfast is good but not worth it unless you get it for free as HHonors member. Quality has declined over the years. Still would recommend this hotel to anyone looking to stay in Annapolis.

Generally I prefer a Hilton. These beds are hard. The pillows are too soft. You can hear everything that happens in the hallway. The Wi-Fi never connects or prompts you to put in complimentary code. Phone signal much faster. I'm pretty sure I saw a homeless guy hanging out around the back of the building.

I Stay at this Hotel regularly for work. I enjoy the staff and cleanliness of this hotel. I would recommend it to a friend.

Such a great hotel. We locked our keys in the car and staff gave us a $60 credit to their restaurant, which was excellent by the way. The room was nice and clean. Will definitely be staying here again and I couldn't recommend it more.

The staff is amazing, Veronica who works @ the front desk is amazing in every way. She is professional, makes you feel comfortable the minute you check in if you have a reservation or not. The hotel is spacious, clean, beds are very comfortable, room service is friendly, prices are reasonable, housekeeping is just right! I am from out of town, will visit this hotel again! Thank you.

Booked this hotel through Priceline's Express Deals. Got a good price for a King room. When I arrived I requested a non-smoking room which they said they had us placed in. We got into the room and I immediately knew someone had been smoking in there (I have an insanely strong sense of smell, and trust me, it's not always a good thing), so I went back and requested a new room. The next one smelled like sanitizer and I'm ok with that! The front desk staff was super nice and accommodating. I appreciate that they switched me with ease and didn't question me once. The location was great, about 10 minutes from downtown and just a few from the mall. We enjoyed our stay here and would stay again.

Come here every once in a while as a little "staycation" with my boyfriend and I love it every time. Very nice and clean rooms, very pleasant and helpful staff and it's in a somewhat secluded area compared to the busier part of Annapolis near the mall but only about 5 minutes away from everything. Also the breakfast is GREAT for a hotel breakfast, blew my mind away. Can't wait to come back for another little "staycation" lol.

This is a super great hotel. I know that no matter what happens, when I stay with a Hilton Garden Inn, it's going to be great! The staff gives 110%, rooms are clean and upgraded and I sleep so well! Customer for life.

I am truly not hard to please regarding hotel service, I feel on travel that I'm more interested in the area than the hotel. Unfortunately, no stars is not an option — but this hotel does not deserve a single star. I felt compelled to write to Hilton regarding my recent experience at the Hilton Garden Inn Annapolis. I had booked the room well in advance, and it was part of a reserved block of rooms for a friend's wedding. We confirmed our reservation and arrival time a few hours before arriving at the hotel a little before 5:00 PM where we planned to dress for the wedding. The wedding party had coordinated a shuttle in coordination with the hotel to leave the hotel at 5:30 PM to transport guests to the Chesapeake Beach Bay Club. When we arrived, it was incredibly difficult to identify Hilton employees. There were people behind the front counter dressed in casual clothes without name tags. Finally, someone noticed that we were standing at the counter and stared at us expecting us to begin the exchange. I explained that I had a reservation for the evening and would like to check in. We were told that there were no rooms available at that time, the cleaning crew was still working on cleaning them. This was at 5:00 PM. This seemed absurd to me, especially when it was known that a shuttle was leaving at 5:30 and the room was booked through the block reserved for the wedding.
