I stayed here last week kind of a last minute choice. I had just left out of an abusive relationship with my two kids a day earlier and didn’t want to go home. Around 11 at night my door started to open and I heard banging coming from my door. My kids and I were so scared. Thank god I had the dead lock locked. But I got the nerve to stand up see who it was. It was my abused holding a key to my hotel room smiling… my heart dropped. I usually don’t do reviews but this needs to be known. My abuser went to the front desk and told them he is my husband and forgot his key and room number and gave them my name. They didn’t ask for an ID they didn’t do anything except GAVE HIM a key to my room. Police report was made… I have never felt so unsafe. As a single mom with two young kids alone I was already uneasy staying at a hotel but knowing that they give keys away to anyone is unacceptable and people need to be aware! All they said was give me that night free… and I didn’t even get the money credited in my account and it’s been over a week. Please choose carefully where you stay! That could have been my life and my kids life. I’m disgusted and shocked that a company allowed this.

It is very clean nice rooms has a swimming pool a workout room a laundry facility and so much more very nice staff I would stay here anytime.

Great place to Stay.

Friendly and comfortable. Remodeling and expansion underway 9/18. Road out of area backs up during commute hours and when games at neighboring sport centers end. Consider the motels on the other side of I275 to avoid this.

Clean room, great staff, and about 10 to 20 minutes away from a lot of stores and attractions.

First, the pool was under construction and we were not told this when we booked. Kids were upset. Second, the housekeeping apparently thinks it's ok to simply key into rooms without knocking and announcing they are housekeeping. The last day of our stay, they tried to help themselves into our room at 9:23am w/o knocking. Then they did it again about 30-45 minutes later. Thankfully we had the inside door latch in place and the door was only able to be opened a few inches. Isn't check out later in the morning?

The location was easy to get to. The rooms were very clean. The service was very typical. Check out time was 12 and not 11, so it gave us more time to get up and ready to leave.

Place looked great. Newly remodeled. Room was really nice. Neat and clean. Staff was courteous. Breakfast was a great way to start a day. The pool at this time was being worked on.

Great price, service exceeded my expectations, convenient location and clean hotel. Not much else I would ask for. The front staff was friendly and immediately offered a roll away bed for no cost when I mentioned we might have other people staying in our room.

Nice hotel rooms are quite and clean, friendly staff. The free breakfast isnt to bad. Nice that it is within walking distance to a gas station and several restaurants. My only complaint was the pool was under construction.

Clean, attractive rooms. Especially liked the photos decorating the walls. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was good. Would stay here again.

If you are traveling in the area and need a place to stay. I would highly recommend staying here. The staff was very polite and respectful. The room's we were in was very clean and spacious and the complimentary breakfast was fresh and tasty.

The location of this hotel is very nice because it's near a theater and plenty of food! I had to leave around 4 AM the next morning, so I didn't get to try the breakfast but the staff were very nice and the rooms were comfortable and just enough space for the four of us (my family and I) to lounge and sleep in.

Very nice hotel, but one of the noisiest rooms I've ever tried to sleep in. Staffwas very understanding and polite about it, but I would not sleep in that room again.

Clean, and comfortable but the elevator has been down for two days now. Wish the breakfast hours were longer.

Overall experience was okay. Cost was $99.11, received early check in. Room was clean and cozy. My only complaint is that they put a hold on your credit card for double, than when you check out, it's not returned yet. I will never use this property again for that reason.

Bed was very comfortable as advertised. Close to a few restaurants and gas stations. Only downside is the coffee and the mediocre breakfast. Overall not bad.

We have stayed at this hotel multiple times with our large groups who are visiting The Ark Encounter and this hotel is awesome! They know how to take care of everyone from check in to check out. I will keep bringing groups to this hotel because of their outstanding hospitality.

Clean and well situated. A decent place to stay for a concert at Riverbend.

Clean rooms and friendly service. Breakfast was hot and tasty. Beds were a little hard.

Very nice experience. The breakfast is not great for anyone interested in health. The people are nice and the facilities are well maintained.

The room we were in seemed clean enough to start with, but when we pulled back the comforter to go to bed both beds had sand or dirt in them, holes in the fitted sheets and lumpy, uncomfortable pillows. The breakfast was good, that was about it.

Room was very nice, clean, quiet refrigerator, nice microwave, comfortable bed which is very important. All bathroom fixtures worked very well which is another pet peeve of mine. Plenty of towels. Breakfast was included and had a hot breakfast, not just pastries like some other places. The staff went an extra mile in letting me check in at 11:15 AM. This is not normally the case, but it shows how friendly and customer orientated they are. I give them an A+.

A really nice, clean, comfortable place. Their continental breakfast is amazing. It's a great place to stay with your family. The staff is friendly beyond words. I live 15 minutes away and I take my kids there for the weekend to swim and just have some family time. Incredible rooms for a very good price.

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The TV was an ancient LCD screen with a grainy non-digital picture. I heard lots of noises at night from water gurgling down the wall to people pounding their feet on the floor above me. Overall, the hotel was acceptable. If I returned, I would request a room on the top floor.

I usually stay at the Hampton Inn up the street but tried the Country Inn. The rooms are much larger (suites) with a sitting area and the complimentary breakfast was very good. Good eggs served on china with silverware rather than styrofoam (Holiday Inn Express) or paper (Hampton Inn) with plastic forks. The room decor is a little dated but the shower is strong and towels are thick. And I really liked the complimentary chewy chocolate chip cookies upon checkin (and checkout). I will definitely stay here upon my next visit into town.

Pros: The room was clean, the staff was friendly and the included breakfast was satisfying. Cheap when compared to nearby hotels Cons: I could hear everything from the room above me.

I stay there for about a week and everything was excellent.

We recently spent 4 days here while in town for a wedding. I have to say I could not find one thing about this motel that was not top-notch. The rooms were clean, common area was clean, staff was great, (both friendly and helpful), breakfast bar we great, coffee all day if you wanted it, nice pool, hot tub and work-out area, location was perfect and it was very quiet. Perhaps the quietest motel I have ever stayed in. I noticed when I read the reviews that someone commented on a strange smell in the rooms and I will agree with that. I assume it was a cleaning agent they were using. That is pretty much what it smelled like. However, that was not a problem. The beds were very comfortable for motel beds. As a matter fact, I would love to have that mattress myself. It was that comfortable. So if you are in the Cincinnati area and don't want to stay in such a congested area, this is only a few miles away and you can't go wrong with Country Inn and Suites in Wilder, Ky.

Extremely quiet, clean and eager to please staff. Location is minutes from downtown Cinci, the zoo and aquarium. We visited during a holiday weekend July 4th and were pleased with how quiet and safe we felt. The Wi-Fi worked well — super impressed with the TV lineup choices, The breakfast was excellant many items to choose from all delicious the biscuits and gravy were quite good. Very impressed with room space, dvd, movies, fresh cookies and apples daily. I would recommend this hotel to anyone traveling in or near Cincinnati Ohio. I will definetly return to Country Inn and Suites upon visiting Cinci next summer.
