Large and clean rooms, friendly staff, convenient location.

Extremely clean room. The room was much larger than we expected. The staff was very respectful and helpful. Breakfast was excellent. Located in Wilder, KY. Close to everything, Walmart, restaurants and the hospital if needed. Pool was very nice and my wife loved the hot tub. Will definitely stay there again and will recommend it without hesitation. Great place.

We are very pleased with this hotel. We actually left the Hilton in Cincinnati, and came here. The Hilton was horrible. This hotel is very spacious, the pool is open from 8-11:30, the front desk people are very nice and personable. We are so glad we left the Hilton and came here. There is a mini fridge, microwave, and coffee available to use in the room. Breakfast was good also. We will be coming back to this hotel!

Staff was really friendly and helpful. Location was easy to get to right off the exit from 275. Nice breakfast and room was clean and comfy. They offer digital key, which made getting in and out of the room very easy and convenient.

Very clean, very comfy beds, great friendly staff, good breakfast, nice pool area. The only thing missing was a bar for a quite drink in the evening.

Attended work related training event in a conference room at the Hampton. Staff was friendly and helpful. Outside noise level was a bit loud, and restrooms weren't stocked or tidy. Good atmosphere that could use a bit more attention to detail.

Awesome accomadations. Great prices. Grandkids loved the large indoor pool. Our room had 2 Queen beds with plenty of room for a roll away bed. Professional friendly staff. Very clean!

Clean hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful. The 2 Queen suite with sofa bed was spacious. The pool was on the small size and was packed. We stayed here two nights and both mornings the breakfast area was packed. They kept running out of seating. Otherwise the stay was nice.

The hotel is great. One of the nicest ones I've stayed in. Real clean and really great staff, onsite parking, free breakfast, there's even a pool. The low rating is due to the location. If you're driving in, you might miss the entrance which is about 1/2 mile down from the actual location. That and there's absolutely nothing within walking distance. You gotta drive a bit to get a bit.

I stayed here for a weekend when in town for a wedding. The room was great! Very clean. The breakfast area was always clean and had a variety to chose from. Staff seemed friendly and helpful.

A work associate stayed here and we met for each morning for a working breakfast. He said his room was nice and clean. The free breakfast was better than most.

I've actually only been here to deliver pizza. But I've spoken to the employees a whole lot and they're wonderful.

Very clean. Nice staff. Decent ammenities. "City view" is more of a power line/construction/storage facility view. Also we could clearly hear the people in the room above and in the neighboring room banging it out, so getting to sleep took a little while. Breakfast was pretty good…

Everything about this hotel was exceptional with the exception of the swimming pool. I don't know if it is typically the temperature that it was while we were there, but the water was very cold. Other than that everything about the hotel was wonderful!

Location was good on the outskirts of Cincinnati. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good and well stocked. Rooms were clean, but I did find a couple hairs in the shower. Unfortunately, there was no microwave or frig in the room. There was an indoor pool and hot tub although I did not use them.

Room was spacious, plenty of open space for 1&2 year old grandsons to play. Very clean and nicely decorated. Staff was excellent on all shifts. Pool was clean and warm like bath water. Breakfast was excellent. Only issue was with room key card. Had to get it reset twice when it wouldn't open doors but staff quickly fixed. Will stay again in the future.

Accommodations were very neat and clean. Check in staff was very friendly. Would have appreciated a later check out.

I was staying at a Hampton in to attend the national math association meeting the following day. Breakfast was very nice, the service at the desk was prompt and friendly. I enjoyed my stay.

The room was nice. It did a a funky oder though due to the new mulch outside. We told the front desk about the oder and the manager cane in with some febreeze which pretty much fixed the problem. Also, the room did not have a mini fridge which was disappointing. Another thing that was weird about the stay was that there were no trash bags in ANY of the garbage cans. The pool was nice, kids had fun.

Everyone was very friendly. It's a really clean hotel and everything was great. It's close to fun things to do in the area. The pool is very nice. Extremely family friendly. I live within 15 minutes if the place and I stay there because it's a nice place to take the kids for a stay-cation.

It was a great place for my mother to stay overnight.

Only problem was the shower. The temperature was either arctic tundra, or face of the sun. Everything else was great.

Our stay was very enjoyable! The room was lovely. We had an issue with the water temperature in the shower (it was very temperamental and was hard to get to the temp you wanted), but other than that it was great. I'd stay there again.

On par with other Hampton Inns. Used for business trip. Pros. Not busy, off by it itself, well lit parking lot, clean and well attended breakfast, heated pool and hot tub, decent TV listing like fsn and hbo. Very good A/C, Knotty pine restaurant nearby. Cons. Smelly hallways, tricky cable TV, some channels listed but not available, over chlorinated pool Overall. Would stay again if in area.

It is near no food, so u will have to drive to get it. Good clean room though. Good price.

Clean, nice place to stay. More importantly, when our stay wasn't what we expected. Front desk manager Allison made it right! Perfection is difficult, rarely attained. But good customer service is just good business and these guy's are working hard.
