They were absolutely amazing everyone was beyond friendly! they went out of their way and decorated our room for our 6 year old son for his birthday 🥳🎉 every single staff member was friendly and so sweet. We will definitely be staying again when in the area. Everything was so clean. Thank you to the entire staff❣️

We got there early and they were sold out for concert event and still had our room in 30minutes great service.

Close to airport and transportation routes. Shopping nearby. Great continental breakfast that is well stocked and continuously monitored and maintained. Coffee always available. The entire structure is non-smoking. Large outside relaxation area with grills. Rooms were clean and well-maintained. We will stay there on our frequent visits to the area.

Oh I would recommend this hotel to anyone. The staff there was extra nice. Was a very very clean hotel.

Within sight of downtown Cincinnati. Friendly staff. Great breakfast. Big room. Good Wi-Fi. Pool a little small, but gym was really big and nicely equipped for a hotel. Overall quite a good stay.

Used hotels. Com to book this room for our family weekend arrived and checked in everything appeared nice and staff were friendly, took the kids to the swimming pool that they say is heated well they must have forgotten to turn on the heater because it was cold. Probably an oversite from there pool technician. The next day we checked out and left thought the staff did a good job and stay was nice. Well here is the beginning of the scam they are running with hotels. Com see you pay hotels. Com for your room then you have to use a debit or credit card when you check in for what they call incidentals, they then charge you 10.00 and tell you that it goes back when you check out. After you check out they bill your card for the room rate and the incidentals but they don't tell you. I called their manager twice and every time they say that they refunded the card and there is nothing more they can do. So please beware so they don't scam you as well.

Pool was small, but everything else was amazing. The staff went out of their way to help. The rooms were very clean and had amenties for almost everything.

I enjoyed the room and staff very much. We swam in the pool and it was very clean. My only negative experience was with the breakfast. The food was great don't get me wrong, they even had Greek yogurt which was a big plus, my issue was with the kitchen ventilation, it was crazy Smokey and we all smelled like fried food and had to shower after breakfast. The smoke and grease smell filled up the whole lobby and the elevators, we where on the 4th floor and could smell it as soon as we got in the elevator.

Bed too soft. Room was clean. Quiet. However, continental breakfast was not set up for number of people who, were there. One girl working alone, couldn't keep up with the need to refill.

Nice, new hotel. Not far from Cincy & Newport. Front desk super nice! Pool was cold (for the adults… kids didn't mind. ) Probably only minor negative. Nice big rooms. Smelled good.

The only hotel that I've been in that doesn't have a vending machine. You have to go to the front desk and purchase water or soft drinks and they're $3 a piece. I was there with an organization that had sold out the hotel for the whole entire weekend. When we left the manager was so nasty to us and told us in so many words to get out of her hotel never again. Holiday Inn Express in Wider KY.

Great brand new hotel, new everything and the staff was excellent. The hotel Is located on top of a big hill which provides a great view. They also offer a full breakfast buffet with everything you could want to eat, that is complementary with your stay.

Room was great. Very comfortable. Staff is overworked. We stayed her for a soccer tournament. One would think the hotel knew who and why people were staying at their location and bring in more help. Just bring everything you will need with you, don’t expect the staff to help.

Clean, crisp sheets on comfy, firm but soft queen beds in an open flowing room. Mini fridge and microwave as well as a NICE TV. Heated indoor pool and hot breakfast, just made my stay complete! Everyone at the service desk greeted us with smiles and offered their assistance constantly. And followed through with their offers of help.

Food and beverage personnel was exceptionally nice, other personnel when they reached out were professional but not overly hospitable. Room was immaculate and housekeeping did a marvelous job with the rooms. We noticed the inside of the door on one of the elevators had a massive spot of what looked to be dried and smeared mud on it that was still there when we left 36 hours later. The pool area was very clean and maintained but a chair and table or two would be great additions.
