We used Holiday Inn Express & Suites as the room block for our wedding at Warrenwood Manor back in September. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, the rooms were very nice and the breakfast buffet was fantastic, especially the coffee. We were also very appreciative that they put us, the bride and groom, on a different floor than the other guests.

The manager and staff are wonderful and so helpful. Rooms large and clean. Quiet hotel with a great breakfast. The manager even remembered us from last year.

Great service; friendly staff, attentive staff, exceptionally clean rooms. I like that they seem to be "germ" conscious. They leave wipes for hard surfaces in the rooms and at the computers. Love the complementary cookies and water! Manager is great and makes sure you have what you need and her door is always open for help, if needed!

The manager lady or whatever she was had it out for me, my sister, and her friends. She was very rude, and I swear I thought I was going to have to fight her to get her to believe I was 18 and old enough to be in the pool area with them. 0/10 would not recommend. Especially not the one in Danville. (Go to the hotel next door, I’ve had excellent service there everytime. )

This place was new and couldn't have been better. The rooms were clean and neat plus their free breakfast was very good with a nice selection. We plan on stopping here again next year.

Newly Built, service was great, staff was nice and called to see if I was happy with the room after check in, room was clean and updated. No complaints at all! This hotel is what I expect from a IHG and they never disappoint.

The staff is very friendly. After I checked in my room, I received a phone call from the front desk to ensure that all was OK. I never had that happened before. The rooms are large. The breakfast was amazing with many options such as cereal, fruit, yogurt, pancakes, eggs, and several types of sausage. My only complaint was the WI-FI. It was never strong while I visited.

My Husband and I stayed here last night. As a local event planner, I decided to stay here before I recommend it to clients. I must say I am very impressed. Rooms are stylish, modern and very clean. The bed was roomy and very comfy. Staff was extremely friendly. I will be recommending this hotel to my clients for upcoming events at Back Porch Club House Venue.

The hotel and rooms are very nice but, not kid friendly or people friendly at all. One lady in particular I'm guessing the manager came to us very rudely several times over kids basically being kids during daytime hours.

Fantastic hotel. Would rate it 5 stars if if wasn't for the lady with the attitude mopping the lobby. She seemed very agitated that we had the nerve to check in right after she mopped the floor. Maybe someone should explain to her how Holiday Inn gets the money to pay her.

This place is one of the best hotels I have stayed at in the USA. It's very clean, very friendly & helpful staff. There was a huge party of us who were in the area for a funeral and they did above & beyond in accommodating us. Their breakfast is PERFECT and Bernice that takes cares of the kitchen was just the sweetest person & she kept the kitchen very clean! Highly recommend this place!

It sucked! I was given a room in between a restroom and the pool. Why would you even make that a guest room. Between automatic flushing and the noise from the pool pump, I got zero rest!

This is a BEAUTIFUL new property. Between my wife and I, we stay at probably 15 ihg properties per year. This one is top shelf! If we're rolling back through, we will definitely stay again. We'll done guys!

Great place for any length of stay. We have always been treated incredibly here. Rooms are extremely clean and meeting rooms are spacious. Right off the highway and easy to see on the top of a hill.

Great place for a great price.

What a great place to stay. The front desk staff, especially Martha,, were so accommodating and friendly. Those that helped with breakfast were exceptional and breakfast was better than most places that include a breakfast. Hadn't really stayed in a Holiday Inn in years but they surpassed my expectations. Usually stay at a Marriott or Hampton Inn, but plan on using Holiday Inn Express again.

Only one word can describe this hotel and it's staff. AWESOME! The hotel rooms were so wonderful and extremely clean. The service and food was wonderful. The pool was so clean. I have never stayed at a hotel with such friendly staff. They made our stay perfect. I very highly recommend this hotel. I rate it 10 stars.

Well I NB was really worried that my beautiful wife of 21years would find out. I think I might have mad a huge mistake. I have a history with her took great care of my children… I love her so much. She is a part of my life and soul 4evet. She will always be my BABY GIRL. **":

Wifi doesn't work. I am not sure the room was actually cleaned and bed sheets replaced from last people who stayed in my room. Housekeeping was banging on my door and other rooms around 7:30am saying she is doing her rounds. Who wants to be woken up and disturbed at 7:30am for this none sense?

The staff were nice, the hotel has a gym but the equipment needs to be updated, the pool was nice and clean but they don't have a guest laundry, a quiet hotel.
