Very out dated had lots of problems from check in to check out blood on the curtains ac not working to dry wall peeling off the walls refrigerator freezing pop the hotel falls back to the 80s I should have gone to motel 6 and stayed.

Our family loves this hotel. Easy check in, amazing & helpful staff. Pet friendly. This is our 3 time staying here, highly recommend Quality Inn and will definitely stay here again in the future.

My room was really nice. Clean and modern. Breakfast was nice also.

The Post Falls, Idaho location… Walked in and immediately noticed the musty smell and dirty carpets. But, we had faith the rooms would be better, after all, all we wanted was a clean place to take a shower. Our water pump broke 3 days prior and our house had no water. So we checked in and got to our room. It literally looked like it hadn't been cleaned in DAYS! The carpet wasn't vacuumed, the mirrors were dirty, the counters were dusty and the was hair everywhere! We went to the front desk and the mgr, Justin Whipple apologized and gave us another room. And, it was dirtier than the 1st. I'm not even exaggerating! I immediately returned to the front desk and told the mgr he would have to see it. He admitted it was dirty, yes there was urine on all sides of the toilet, the mirrors were dirty… but sadly he did not appear to be surprised. He apologized and said he would come and clean the room for us. At this point neither my bf and I felt comfortable to stay so he refunded the cost of ther room and we left. I was shocked not only at the filth but the fact that the hotel was busy. Couldn't believe it!

Poor customer service. Check in took 30 mins. Ran card multiple times. My bank showed card was approved and charged. I finally just booked online and was able to get room then. Due to rubbing card multiple times my card was then declined. Management was very rude when he called the following day demanding payment. Explained to him that it wasnt my fault that it was declined it was their fault for running card so many times. My card was charged 4 times and I had proof of that. Management was very rude and inconsiderate and would not listen to anything I had to say. Also, room had holes in the wall and the AC did not work appropriately. Due to the rudeness and poor customer service I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone.

We stay here two or three times a year when we visit family. Love the friendly staff and the love they share with our doodles. Owner is always cleaning and updating carpet, beds, lamps and decor. Best place in Danville.

This hotel is packed with great people to assist with any issues you may have while staying. Hayley was always available and insistent on going above and beyond to ensure me and my team had no problems. Wanda also was beyond great! She saw I had paint on my sleeve and immediately proceeded to make sure it did not stay. AMAZING! As long as Hayle and Wanda are at this hotel, my team and I will be staying at this Quality Inn Thank you Hayle and Wanda! Everyone here deserves a shout out! Keep it up!

This place deserves to have more than 2 stars. Great prices, great rooms, the employees are super nice. The food is good. This is also my first time getting a hotel room.

My only complaint about our stay was that they didn't have an elevator for my disabled mother to use and the beds were horribly firm. They were hard as stone. Otherwise, it was great! Very clean hotel inside and out, very clean pool, internet access, plenty of accommodations, very friendly guests and staff, great breakfast and wonderful selection. It was also very quiet during sleeping hours. Would go back if needed but because of the beds, it wouldn't be my first choice.

It was great stay everything and everyone were great. Even Hedi sign me up for rewards. The price was even better and the king size bed was to die for, told my husband I wanted one. We will continue to stay at others when we travel.

Amazing people, great food, amazing pool area. I don't know about rooms but I do know mine was big just small beds.

Very comfortable and pleasant place to stay. It îs undergoing extensive renovation at the moment, but they aŗe diligent about not disturbing their guests. Their breakfast bar is one of best I have seen lately.

The location is nice and in a good spot. The room we stayed we're clean and good. The complimentary breakfast was till 10 am and was a good amount of time. There were little more variety in breakfast than in a typical hotel. We had to late check in and glad that they accepted and had our room ready when we arrived. The hair dryer didn't work in the room and they provided replacement unit which didn't work either. That is the reason why just 4 star. Worth the price we paid.

Room was very clean, staff very friendly and price was very low for such a nice room. Continental breakfast was a lot more than sweet rolls. Plan to go back next time I am in town.

Stayed for over a month the breakfast will give you a new standard for lodging. Excellent.

It was very clean, has everything we needed. Quite as a hotel can be. The bed was very soft and comfortable. We didn't have any problems there.

Absolutely disgusting. The noxious scent they use to mask whatever terrible odors exist in the room kept me from having a good nights rest. Overall dirty all around the hotel (lobby, fitness center, public areas). The bed was old and uncomfortable. Do yourself a favor and pay a little more to stay someplace else.

Great service at the front desk… kailyn and haley and rosey (husekeeper). They help with everythng in ur stay. They going thrugh renovation now but so far everythng is looking excellent n cming togther great… a wonderful place to stay… thank u quality inn.

Friendly staff. Washer didnt fully spin, left our clothes drenched, however I spoke with the lady at the desk she gave me the $ back for the wash. Was told about a room available for our 3rd night stay but they wouldn't allow it unless I cancelled 1 night in my room prior. So it would've actually cost more to cancel my room n then re book for the king size room for 1 night it would have been ok but not for 2 nights bc there is 4 of us and we would've been crammed. I did see several bugs, holes in the curtains. Dirty carpets. But the guest service was friendly. So it makes it enjoyable!

Wonderful place to stay clean and friendly. We did not have any complaints. Front desk staff were very sweet and kind will stay there again next year. Even made new friend there. I recommend this highly great location.

Slept well, clean. Little things that definitely need attention. No toilet paper holder, air conditioner turned off when we arrived extremely hot added to new paint smell, door had gap so you could see the hallway plus letting hot air from hallway in.

My husband and myself were here during the 500 mile sale on Thursday August 3. We had stayed at this hotel several other years and was always happy. Unfortunately this year was not the same. We called a few hours and made the reservation. We arrived about 6:00pm. We were given room on the first floor across from a roomthatwas being remolded we opened the door to the room and was met with a odor of musty and mildew. Carpet was stained and felt damp. We opened the door and window and let the air circulate. There was what looked like black mold going up the wall across from the bathroom and in the track of the floor going into the bathroom. The remodel work went on untill midnight and the noise was annoying. The next morning as we checked out we informed the desk person and I actually showed her the room. She was very personable and tried to get hold of the manager to adjust our bill. She was in unable but assured us she would do what she could and contact us later. Much to our surprise she did contact us back and from what I could see from the bill the manager paid for the state tax and guest tax. To back up our unpleasant stay I tried two different places on choice hotel to send a review and NEVER received any reply back. We have been members of choice hotels for some years will think about moving on to another reward hotel properties. My husband and I do not travel a lot. But do believe we should get some Quality when we do.

Very poor room condition. Carpet was soaked in water. Air conditioning did not work. Customer service was poor. Be careful if you stay here.

This was the best Quality Hotel that we have stayed at. Even though there was construction going on in the hallway, the electrical contractors were very gracious and made every effort to accommodate our numerous trips up and down hall to retrieve clothes and our cat from our car. They even moved their drop clothes so we could take the wheeled cart to our room. The check in was speedy, the room was clean and the housekeeping lady was very pleasant and helpful. I would highly recommend this location. Great value and accommodations.

There was no curtain that would close completely and had no way to close the thicker curtain. I was on the first floor and had nothing to cover the window. I had to dress in the bathroom. The staff was great.

Choice upgraded us to a suite.
Room was huge, (combined 2 rooms) but not completed yet.

No light switch for the lights over the bathroom sink

The rooms were clean and nice, however the hallways and entry area smelled quite a bit like stale smoke. I was at the Danville Quality Inn to prepare for a banquet. I had a friend staying in the hotel and used her room to get ready.

It may have been a Holiday Inn in the past, the phone number still may be registered as Holiday Inn, they answer the Holiday Inn number that was listed on the iPhone maps app. HOWEVER, the expected quality of the Holiday Inn has long since worn off. The room smelled like someone used an entire can of cheap air freshener to cover up some funky odor that I wasn't able to smell through the air freshener. The carpet was stained in multiple places. The picture on the "cable" TV was as snowy as when I was a kid and had to get up to turn the knobs on the TV. The "Quality Shower" was barely lukewarm, and the shower head was spraying all over the place at the threads and the shower head itself was pretty clogged up from mineral deposits. Two floors, no elevator. Have to ring a doorbell to get someone to get off their butt to come to the front desk. At best this is about a $60 a night hotel.

Bed bugs call the front desk he just said "oh… you want another room? " then there was dirty towels left hanging in the bathroom.

I called less than 24hrs ahead of our stay and they booked a room with a King bed at a bereavement rate with no problems. The room was clean with one small exception. The grout in the bathroom floor was very dirty. I don't think this was as much a housekeeping issue as a maintenance issue. I made the front desk attendant aware of the issue and she immediately filled out a maintenance ticket to have it addressed. The breakfast was also reasonably good. I'd definitely stay here again in the future.
