We really enjoyed our stay. The rooms were clean and the A/C worked amazingly (which was very nice on a hot July night). The breakfast was delicious and the shower had very good pressure which is very important to anyone with thick hair. It is close to Walmart and many restaurants.

My only complaint was that the hot tub was out of order. The beds are super comfortable. Service and amenities were great and instant. I wish they would keep up with breakfast items until breakfast is over, because there wasn't much left after the first wave cleared most items out before we got to eat. Overall, a very good experience.

Great place. New beds, newly renovated, great breakfast. Great place to sleep and leave again.

Not sure why but this location had no closet space to hang your clothes. I asked why they told me (that is the way it is) i do not recommend this business. bad for business.

Paper curtains,, no dresser furniture, only 1 small 2×2 table, no closet,, used love seat to lay hanging items, used straight chairs for suit cases, searing on bed only,, not cool at all. … disappointed.

Comfortable stay, hotel was under renovation but they made sure we knew ahead of time.

We knew going in that they were renovating. I think they’re doing their best to make lemonade out of the current basket of lemons. Even dressed up the paper shades as they await real drapes We were greeted very cordially morning and night. Thank you Sheridan and Dezarae! The bedding was clean and the mattress was wonderful. Nice breakfast bar. The price was very reasonable. It should be a terrific addition to the community when completed.

I recently (03/24/17) stayed at red lion inn in ontario. They do have construction going on but I am pleased to say that a friendly housekeeper jenesa took the time to have me focuse my attention on how clean and comfortable the room was. Yes they have paper blinds but its not the housekeepers fault, by watching her she took the time to greet me as well as many others in the morning and set a postive outlook on customer service. Great job!

Although they are under renovations I gave this place 5 stars because of the customer service. We tried to turn our move from WA to FL into a road trip with our family of 5 (three under 8). But our car broke down In Fruitland, Idaho. Our transmission seemed to be going out and so I searched for local hotels… we saw a deal online for Red Lion but when I reserved I realized the dates were wrong. I called the actual hotel and the manager gave us the same rate I originally reserved for and after we checked out we found out we were going to be stuck there for two mored days since U-haul and Budget where closed for the weekend she gave us the same rate for two more nights! During such a stressful time the staff there were the sunshine in the midst of a storm. They all were so kind and helpful! The Rooms were clean and I was so glad that there was a lot of options nearby that we could walk to for eating. They also have a washing machine and dryer that I could use for a reasonable price. 1.25 per load and they fit larger loads. And we all appreciated the free continental Breakfast that was there every morning! It was the bed free hotel breakfast I have ever had, seriously. Thank you Red Lion of Ontario!

So I booked a hotel room online and it booked for the wrong day… so I tried to call the hotel directly. The phones were down and the receptionist could barely hear me… so she was able to get my phone number and she called me on her personal cell phone. Her name is Dezarae. SHE WAS AMAZING… she changed my reservations for the correct day but I ending up having to cancel because the freeway was closed so I tried calling the hotel again… phones still messed up. So I texted Dezarae again on her personal number and she took care of everything for me again on her personal phone and on her personal time. Her customer service was outstanding. Even though we did not get to stay in the hotel I gave this a 5 star review because she was so incredible and went abouve and beyond to help us out.

Rooms are nice. But be careful of one very young desk clerk. She took my husband's phone number off he paperwork from when he register and started texting him non stop. No teenagers should be texting inappropriate thing to a guest. Specially to a 40 year old man.

This is the worst place to stay! The ladies are supper awsome but im sorry but I will never stay there agin! Can't even rate it for one star So sadwell couldn't post if not put a star so its for the girls!

Under construction. Pet room on 2nd floor. Bathroom door couldn't shut. Nowhere to hang clothes. Paper blinds. Plus no frills. One star for comfotable bed. Wouldn't recommend.

Good nights stay. Average hotel no frills but if you just need a warm comfortable place to stay will fill the bill. I process of remodeling so it might be nicer in the future.

Hotel is under renovation, nothing to bad wasn’t any noise at night. Stay was a little upsetting thou, I paid a high price for a room that wasn’t completely finished. Desiree was wonderful at check in, breakfast was good. Only thing I recommend about this place is wonderful staff, good breakfast, comfy beds and amazing mirrors in room.

The room was very cold and uninviting they had paper curtains with the rips in it, vinyl hardwood looking floors, the bathroom was so tiny it was hard to shut the door. I knew that the hotel was under renovation but never did they tell me the whole bottom floor was out of commission and there's no elevator to get to the second floor. However the beds and pillows were extremely comfortable.

Renovation is good, but bathroom is too small, no hooks to hang coat, no closest. Breakfast eggs look like a child's toy.

They are definitely in a construction phase! Sure it will be a nice place when they get finished. As long as I get some sleep I will be happy…

A whole in the wall box of a room, charged my card literally 5 minutes when I got there. Left and moved to another motel, way better for cheaper price.

The hotel is being remodeled, and I'm sure they will work out the issues with that soon. Beds are comfy, place is clean.

Read the reviews before staying here! I had been on the road for a week. Me and my companions wanted a hot tub and a fitness room for accommodations. We called and booked a room because they had those listed on their website as accommodations. We would have stayed at any hotel within 60 miles that offered those things. Upon arrival the hotel was getting renovated. They accidentally put us in the wrong room, but they were sweet about fixing it. The halls were dirty and had drywall flakes everywhere. That doesn't bother me much tho. The key cards didn't work well. Every 10 swipes it would register. The hot tub was cold. When I told the receptionist she wasn't concerned and said it must be broken. Then we discovered that the fitness room was unavailable during renovations. At this point it was late and we weren't about to try and find another place. Red lion has promptly responded to my concerns, but they have not offered any sort of discount or refund. I would have preferred to spend $80 at a basic motel and not spend $132 for a hotel that offers amenities that don't exist. I always reccomended the red lion in my home town, but considering how ripped off I feel I will need to find another reccomendation for company. Hopefully these renovations will be done soon, but seeing old reviews it sounds like they've been going on as far back as April.

The hotel is currently undergoing renovation. The 'room' with the bathtub and toilet is so small you can barely turn around​ but the shower had great pressure and was clean. Bed was comfortable.

Stayed here in April 2017. When we arrived, we found out that the hotel was undergoing renovations. That wasn't an issue. What was the issue was our room. We reserved the suite and the Jacuzzi tub was awful. It was dirty and there was a some kind of sponge that was left in the room. We also found an old key card in the room. My wife went to ask for another room and when she returned, she just walked into the room. The key card reader didn't work and the door didn't lock. When we moved into a downgraded room, the refrigerator was loud all night. My wife opened the door to the bathroom and a price of the door fell off. Because of the remodel, the pool and Jacuzzi area were closed. When we checked out the next day, we were offered a free night. Due to my wife being diagnosed with cancer, we finally were able to make it back mid September 2017. They honored the free night. We found out that construction is still in going. We weren't put in the suite, but a room with 2 queen. The newly remodeled room is nicer. No smell, but the curtains were paper. Apparently, they haven't received all their furniture to complete the remodel. There weren't any chairs to sit, and no place to hang our clothes. The towels is were laying on the luggage stand, as there were no racks in the bathroom. The bathroom door doesn't close, unless your standing in the shower. If we hadn't received the free night, we would have left. They stay is very friendly and helpful.

The Lady who checked me and my wife in was very sweet and helpful, amazing service. Room was wonderful, beds were very comfortable. Only thing was bathrooms were a little small.

Going through renovations and still clean. Friendly service at the front desk. The work our room happens to be the size of a closet so I hope that's part of the renovations, but otherwise nice hotel and good rates.

Found a bug in my bed, bathtub didn't drain fast enough, got a hot tub room for my birthday and it didn't work and they had no interest in doing anything about it. Why pay for a hot tub room if it doesn't work? Not pleased at all.

Was very surprised the motel is a little older, but clean well kept up. Beds were very comfortable, the breakfast standard but well stocked, enjoyed. Most impressed by staff, courteous and helpful. Booked a stay for return trip, good rates.

Great value for the price. The beds were very comfortable, and the breakfast in the morning had more options than I expected. We'll certainly be staying here again in the future.

Easy to find, easy access from freeway, nice and friendly staff members. Even though they are remodeling, it was still nice, quiet and clean. Will Stay there again!

Clean, cheap. We worked well — even has a swimming pool and machins for making exercises. But the breakfast is only served until 9, and for us that we arrived very late and we got up not so early, we didn't get to breakfast within the stated time frame. There is also no elevator; a thing that not we liked being that we were on the first floor with heavy suitcases. And there are only like 3-4 outlets in the room, all already used. But it was good for the price.

Pretty generic motel. Priced well per night especially for the extended stay options. Rooms are always pretty clean. Breakfast is nothing to write home about but fills the void in a pinch.

Right off the hwy, clean rooms and minimal smells make this a great hotel stop. Nice pool and hot tub.

I have stayed at this Hotel three time now on travel to see my Grand Daughter. It's always clean the staff is outstanding. Yes I too checked for Bed Bugs. There was NONE! It's with walking distance for the small shopping mall and Wal Mart. Well be staying again in Oct for a wedding with a group of people all using this Hotel for the Wedding party. :)

The nicest hotel staff and rooms for the price. They treated me like family. Very clean and well maintained. Excellent fitness room.

Had a very good experience. Rooms are clean and spacious. Friendly staff. Free internet. Quiet night free of outside noise. Fair pricing with free breakfast. Will definitely recommend to friends and anyone.

Bed Bugs! We found bed bugs in this hotel which is disturbing enough but after asking for a refund and having been given the run around, they refuse to refund our money! They claim they did an investigation and found no bugs, but I closely inspected the bug I found and checked it against the thousands of pictures on the web and it indeed is a bed bug, no doubt about it. Beware of this hotel's infested rooms and their terrible customer service.

Quiet, clean, spacious and bright room. Room was not filled with dark furniture as some other ABV Inn have. A perfect ABV Inn.
