Everything about my stay here was brilliant, great and a belter. I'll deffo be coming back here again when I'm next on my travels :-)

The room is nice and the staff is friendly and very accommodating.

My request for ground floor was acknowledged! It was a good nights sleep and an adequate breakfast.

Best Western was a good overnight stop for us. We didn't realize they were pet friendly until we got there… we may have been tempted to bring our dog. Nice clean rooms. The only thing I noticed was the air freshener or diffusing system they used was quite strong in the hallways. People with sensitive nose issues might have troubles. The continental breakfast was good. I enjoyed the custom waffle maker that branded the Best Western logo into my waffle.

Showers are great the the shower head is like 7 and a half feet high which is awesome. Pool is open 24 hours. My major downside with this place is breakfast is open at 6am. Some people work for a living at 6am is to late to eat breakfast. So all in all if you're staying here for vacation or you're just passing through great if you're going to be here for a week straight I'd search somewhere else.

This hotel is in a great spot just off the highway. Plenty of restaurants and shopping nearby. The staff is always attentive and friendly and willing to help with any needs. We have stayed here twice now, and will definitely be back when in the area.

I have never had a bad experience at a Best Webern until today. It was bad enough that my flights had 8 hours of delays and changes but the Manager at the Best Western in Ontario Oregon thought it would be a good idea to make a bad day worse. All I want to do was transfer my reservation to another Best Western location near the final destination of my flight. I was told we are all independently owned so they would then make nothing from my reservation. Is it alright to make the full amount and provide no services? I feel cheated, lied to, stolen from and disrespected. You should realize you are part of a larger organization and you actions reflect poorly on the entire staff at all the locations. Writing negative reviews is not something I ever wanted to do but, your greed and lack of empathy for your customers pushed me over my limit. I am but one person but, many will read this.

This was an excellent choice for us. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. My young son desperately wanted to play in the pool before we had to check out, however the pool was closed for maintenance. When we asked to front desk they offered to let us check out an hour late so that he could have some time to play. That made his day! The hotel was super easy to find. The rooms were nice, although the bathrooms were a little tight. The breakfast in the morning was excellent and the food was frequently refreshed. Overall it was a great stay.

Best Western, Ontario OR, did an AWESOME job of combining friendly service and clean facilities! All the staff, from the front desk to the cleaning staff were friendly, service minded, and excited to see you there. Everyone went above and beyond to make sure our stay was fun and relaxing! We've stayed at 3 hotels in Ontario and if we are back in the area, we will be back at the Best Western!

I couldn't have asked for a better place to relax and stay after a very long drive. Gina at the front desk was very accommodating and extremely friendly and professional, and housekeeping was wonderful Karina and the rest of the staff were perfect. Coming from a person that works at a higher end motel (a competitor even) I can with-out a doubt recommend this Best Western to any traveler. The rooms are impeccably clean and extremely quiet, and you couldn't ask for better 5 Star service from Gina and the rest of the staff. Thank you again for making our stay remarkable.

My daughters and I stay at this Best Western at least twice a year. It started with the unfriendly local hotels that sent me their way. When I first walked in late 1 night, I was greeted by a happy friendly guy at the front desk who turned out to be the owner. We love the rest of the staff, the rooms are always clean, the showers have great water pressure unlike other hotels, and the pool and jacuzzi are so nice after and before a long drive. They even went as far as to give my 2 year old a fun floaty. Thank you Best Western staff!

The staff and facility was very good. The breakfast was always good. We had a great stay and whatever we needed we were taken care of. Our iron was bad and not working well. We asked for another one and we got a brand new one that worked perfectly. Everything was great with this hotel!

The purpose of my visit was to secure a room for friend that started one night there. The process of securing the room went very smoothly. My friends enjoyed their stay.

Hands down the BEST hotel staff we've ever encountered! From the housekeepers to the front desk associates, ALL of them went above and beyond and they did it with a smile! The front desk associates were all so very kind, helpful, fun to talk to, knowledgeable, friendly and you could tell they truly cared. At no point did I ever feel like I was bothering them, they're so welcoming at all times of the day and night. The housekeeping staff was also amazing. They were always so friendly, helpful, caring and they smiled all the time. They all acknowledged us whenever they saw us. Housekeeping is a hard job, I never got the impression that they "hated" their job. The staff is what made the stay so excellent for us. We'll always only stay there from now on whether we need a hotel or not!

I had a awesome stay at bestwestern. The staff friendly, helpfull. Breakfast was a lot of food, the hot food was actually hot. Bed amazingly comfy The treat me and my family really well. Even my dog.

Every time I stay In Ontario, Oregon I choose this Best Western. The staff is always very helpful and the rooms are clean and comfortable. Compared to some of the other hotels in the area, this is the only one that I have found to give me the biggest bang for my buck. The stay is worth way more than the rates.

We primarily stay at Best Westerns because of the good breakfasts plus most of very good mattresses. The one in Nehi, Utah has the BEST mattress ever and they change them out every 6 months.

I was moving a commercial truck I bouth half way across the county. This was my last leg. I rolled out at 0300. This property took the time to have a bag breakfast sitting on the counter, This was fourth BW in four days. None of the others did this. Such a simple act set the tone for the 400 mile drive, THANK YOU.

Let me say that I’m from California and this hotel is a fantastic surprise away from home. The staff went above and beyond and made my stay truly exceptional. I highly recommend this place if you’re in the area.

A wonderful place to stay, to unwind and enjoy the pool, spa. The staff very accommodating and pleasant. The room was very clean and well decorated. This best Western Inn will be our home away from home upon our next trip to Ontario, Ore. 5 stars. Oh, the breakfast and cookies topped it all off.

Was met with Mike at reception. Very outgoing, friendly and professional. Could not do enough to satisfy the customer. Excellent. Breakfast gal was wonderful also. All staff were very accommodating and greeted the guests (I was outside at 0545 hrs and the staff greeted me on their way in for work). Kudos to Mike. Breakfast had several hot/cold choices, well laid out and checked/replenished which is very important for food safety. Good bed, linen, towels etc. No scrimping here. The property is older but very well maintained. Absolutely neat and clean. Clean and neat is not always a trait of hotels. Outside area was clear of debris, good landscaping including what looked like some new trees to improve the area. Internet very fast, excellent TV. Anthony of Hotel Impossible would be happy! Well Done!

This hotel is conveniently located on the border of Idaho and Oregon so it is a good stop for travelers. We were comfortable enough but would have liked a bit more lighting for reading. Too many hotels design their rooms for daylight and forget that it gets dark for their customers. The bed wasn’t as comfortable as I like but my husband said it was fine for him. The internet speed was sufficient. We ate nearby at a Country Kitchen restaurant that had good food. The breakfast in the morning was pleasant. We will probably stop here again as it is a good value.

We consistently stay at Ontario's Best Western on our way to Reno. It is a very clean, comfortable hotel. The staff is most pleasant and courteous. We will continue our pattern of staying at this hotel.

This was a wonderful hotel. The bed was very comfortable, the room was clean, it was quiet, the parking was safe and very will lit up. The breakfast was amazing and all of the employees were very friendly.

Best Western is a wonderful place to stay! Not only do they provide the standard amenities (pool-spa-breakfast) all of their rooms are clean and comfortable. The staff are also wonderful and make sure your stay is a pleasant one. Their rates are also economical. I will recommend this Hotel to all my friends and family.

We arrived late & left early. The motel was clean & well taken care of. Our room was spacious & clean & well decorated. The beds wee comfortable. Breakfast was very good and the staff was friendly. The only thing that I didn't like was that there wasn't an ice machine on the 2nd floor & there wasn't an elevator.

Our three nights at Best Western Ontario were without any disappointments. Our family members had adjoining rooms which were both clean, well supplied and the beds were totally comfortable. Great location, removed from the highway and with plenty of shopping nearby. Wonderful breakfast, great fruit-infused water in the lobby (wow! ) and friendly staff. Would stay again.

Our family was traveling to Newport Beach and had total trip time of 17 hours each way. We stayed at the Best Western in Ontario, Oregon on Goodfellow Street. The location was excellent, easy to find and lots of surrounding amenities. The front desk was friendly and accommodated all of our various needs. Clean rooms, delicious breakfast and coffee, 24 hour pool and hot tub. We highly recommend staying at this hotel.

This Best Western in Ontario, OR is an excellent choice. It's clean, efficient, friendly, comfortable, and offers a good meal choice in the a. M. We enjoyed staying there. They were also pet friendly. My only advice is that if you have trouble with physical movement be sure to let them know. There is not an elevator; not very difficult stairs, but FYI. We have a dog which is easy to take out on the ground floor, but I also had to spend a lot of time on my feet for a convention and the stairs didn't look friendly after an all day thing. BW was a good choice. Forgot to mention there are lots of restaurants close by.

Walked in without a reservation and was checked in fast and easy. The rates are reasonable and the room was clean. Continental breakfast was good and there were many options to choose from. The bed and pillows were perfect comfort for me. The Wi-Fi was wonderful, especially since my phone had no service while on the road. Will stay here next time I am traveling in the area.

The Best Western was in Ontario, Oregon. We had a double queen room and found it to be a clean and spacious enough. The beds were comfortable, Wi-Fi solid, and breakfast was quite good. I would recommend this hotel.

Stayed in Ontario for a night. Beds are like bean bags. They were murder on the back! Their "hot breakfast" was microwaved pre frozen "omletes" that were just rubbery egg with salsa inside. Timed AC unit was useless. The room was clean at least. Didn't receive or request service so I cannot comment on that quality.

A nice, clean, efficient motel. Bonus on the heated indoor pool and hot tub being available 24 hours. Breakfast buffet was well-stocked with a very busy staff member keeping the bins and beverages full. Wifi was way slow, thus 4 stars.

Just stayed two night. The room service was excellent. Very clean room and tasty breakfast. I would definitely go back. Also loved the shower.

The room was great. Friendly staff and the breakfast was one of the best I've had at any hotel. My two young kids got lost… Bad parenting… And the front desk lady walked and talked with them until I found them. Minus one start because the hot tub was out of service. +4 for saving my children.

The stay was fine. Thing that usually bugs me is charging gadgets, plug ins can be a pain. Also shower temps can't be related, it's up and down constantly. Heater blower never shut off.

I'm actually apalled by this place. First, the woman at the desk was having an argument with a previous guest about their stay. Not a good sign. Reservation for non-smoking room but was given a smoking room… with a giant hole in the wall. Moving to the phone, my foot caught on a hair pin. Sitting on the bed I notice an eyelash on the pillow. They quickly moved me to a non-smoking room and apologized. I hoped the next room would be better. Nope. Temp is 84 in the room, air working full blast. Same uncleanliness. Fridge doesn't work and smells of mold. This is hands down the worst hotel I've stayed in. I've been in Motel 6s that far exceeded this dump. This place is really messed up.

Clean, quiet, free Wi-Fi and parking, good hot breakfast. They also match my online price.

Wish the hot tub jets worked, but pool was nice.
