The walls are super thin. Our ups.
Stairs neighbors were bouncing around until midnight, and were at it again at 6am. There was garbage — including bandaids — in the pool, and the initial staff we encountered were rude as hell. Their laundry service has been down for three days according to staff and they didn't know when it would be reopened.

They charged us a 100$ cleaning fee because the room smelled like marijuana, even tho we had none. Tried saying my husband admitted to having it, which he absolutely did NOT! Called corporate and they wouldn't help. The manager wouldn't budge because apparently the word of the maid is considered proof. We rented the room so we could go to a bar and not drive 40 miles home, like responsible adults. All they could say was " You're lucky we didn't charge you 250$". I would fight this with a lawyer but I can't afford to, because I have kids to feed and am a hard working mom. They should have to find actual proof. Because then they couldn't make money off of hard working, drug free parents. Sounds like they're just trying to make a profit from the legalized weed in their city. I will NEVER be staying at this hotel chain again and I'll be telling all my family and friends that live up there too. I don't care if most people say they didn't have weed when they did. Not everyone is a liar. Such Crap.

Clean rooms, good customer services, and had fun in the pool with the kids.

Staff are friendly especially the housekeeping staff! Clean room. Breakfast was nice. Good place to stay.

Very nice! Traveling with my pets and the room was pretty well done. I usually expect a whole lot worse. The room was quiet as well! Easy check in and out.

Close to lots of good dining options. Indoor pool was greatly enjoyed by my 4 year old, as was the Carl's Jr. Play area across the street. Room was very comfortable. Breakfast was nice.

This hotel is part of our rewards system. I love these hotels. We are always treated so well and everything is so clean.

Disappointed. After reading reviews, we're convinced we stayed at the wrong Quality Inn. Booked online, needing only a one night stay, booked 1Q bed room. Was at top of the stairs in what appeared to be previously a linen closet or something. VERY awkward and small space. Poorly laid out — no room to move. Bathroom was an afterthought. A/C unit extremely noisy and pulled in cigarette smoke from those who stood outside the building to smoke. Floor was uneven — you could tell it was not finished properly before they laid new carpet. Pros: Nice refrigerator. Clean room. Maybe we'd have a different experience in a different room? Not wiling to pay the price to try again. Sorry.

Room had been smoked in (non-smoking property). The front desk was helpful. We didn't ask for a different room, but they did give us some air freshner.

Very nice and updated rooms. The pool was great! The breakfast was wonderful and the lady who works the breakfast room was so welcoming and sweet. We loved our stay here and this is our new go-to for when we come to visit. It is also so close to restaurants and Wal-Mart. The bed was very comfortable as well.

Slept really well. Comfy beds. Nice check in. Only negative is my room was right next to dairy queens drive thru and garbage van so I heard banging if closing can until about 11am.

Joshua at the front desk was a raging donkey! He damn near refused my business upon telling him that I had 2 rooms reserved. Also he tried to get me to pay for the rooms a second time. All after 5 hours straight on the road. Hell no. The breakfast person was 100% amazing. I overheard that 2 people we're allowed to call in sick on Easter morning and she had to make up the slack for both of the housekeepers… ON EASTER!? That wonderful lady deserves better than the abuse they put her through. I'm not sure how she kept her smile but she stayed poised through it all. Happy Easter to her!

The lady at the front desk was very rude to my mother while she was on her stay here. She sent a man into my moms room in the middle of the night to turn off her t. V.! and then the next day kicked my mom out saying she was being to loud. When her boss was requested she said there was no one higher than her. Which I highly doubt. I tried looking up a corporate number with no luck. I wouldn't recommend this place at all. It's dirty and the customer service is absolutely terrible. Im still dumbfounded she sent a man into her room like that.

Nice clean rooms. Awesome indoor pool. Kid friendly. Close to all shopping & food.

Staff very friendly, especially Josh, he worked with us & acknowledged my gold status & honored me with extra points. Excellent breakfast. Nice room very reasonable price. Quality Inn had two queen beds in a handicap room, which I wanted. My only problem with room is the beds are high. How does a wheelchair person get into these high beds? My mom who is 94, she is short, I had to get a step stool to get her up in the bed.

Very nice & clean, staff friendly. Would stay again. Breakfast was very good.

I wish they had exercise equiptment but the beds were comfortable.

When we first walked in the lady at the front desk was not real personable but once she found out we were Elite rewards members, she was extra nice. I know they only give perks to rewards members but they should really be personable to everyone. The king room was a little cramped and small but very clean and the bed was comfortable. Water was hot which we love. Breakfast was great! Overall a good experience.

The people and breakfast was nice. Bathroom still had previous owners shampoo in it. But the towels and sheets were clean. F.

Very pleasant Hotel and Staff. It's a little older but very clean. Room was spacious, had a single Queen.

Super clean, not run down at all. We came here after finding bugs in our bed sheets at Motel 6. This place was incredibly nicer.

Room was a good size with two beds but smelt awful. I believe it was once a smoking room and never got new paint or furniture. The smell is beyond just smoke however and is nauseating. I asked the front desk to move me to a different room and was told there were none. "Girl if I could move you I would, " were her exact words. Completely unprofessional and uncaring at solving the problem. She told me she could refund me and I could find somewhere else to stay. Wow. Never in all my travels has someone cared so little.

Good location. Clean and neat. We were upgraded at no extra cost. Microwave and fridge in our room.

Dirty, small room. Place looks like it has not been updated since the '70's. Room I'm staying in, the door got stuck so that it would not open. When brought to the attention of front desk staff, I was told to just "throw your body weight into the door. That one sticks. " When I asked what assurances I have to not be charged for any damage that may be caused by me opening the door in such a manner, I was told that "I guarantee that you PROBABLY won't be charged for anything. " The fact that they were aware of this issue, and have yet to fix the problem, is crazy to me. Also, what if I were elderly or disabled somehow? It took quite a bit of effort to open the door. Will not ever be staying here again.

Great room, good breakfast enjoyed our stay see ya on our way home.

Room was nice and clean didn't smell had a fridge microwave AC stayed 3 nights service was awesome breakfast was really good breakfast room lobby hallways were nice and clean awesome job keeping the hotel nice and clean I will stay here next time am in the area. I recommend it.

Friendly staff. Clean rooms. Comfortable bed. Only complaint is that the coffee with my morning breakfast was full of grounds. Also, breakfast only served until 9; I waneed to sleep in a bit so I would have preferred breakfast until 10.

Very nice place. They are currently remodeling the exterior. The building itself is clean and newer furnishings and the bed was very comfortable. Would stay again.

Absolutely filthy. The floors were dirty hair was in the draws. Coffee pot fridge and microwave were dirty. Beds had hair on them. The ice bucket had melted ice in it. Tried to talk to the manager she immediately got rude and because we went to eat before going to the room she couldn't do anything. We tried to take a shower the curtain was dirty there was a dead spider and hair in the shower. I took pictures of every thing in there.

My wife, my 10 month old baby and I had being on the road for 11 hours, This little gem was a highlight in our vacation this summer, one of the cleanness and most friendly hotel we had stumbled in right off the freeway, price was right and the service and attention to details was excellent.

This is the best hotel we have stayed at. We get the handicap room everytime we stay here and there is sooooo much room that my walker can get around in the room. Jewel is always at the front desk to greet us with a welcome back and a warm smile. Highly recommend this hotel if you are needing a place to rest your weary head for an evening or more.

Rooms were cozy although the outside looks old.

I want to like this hotel. I really do… and I don't like to write negative reviews. But, if this one helps them to become better — then so be it. The ice machine. That rattling, belt-squealing machine just 25 feet from my door is the bane of my existence at this point. It kicked on about every 8.5 minutes, ran for two and would almost give a person enough time to get to sleep before it would scream to life again. Recommendation: Get one of those that requires a room key and put that thing OUTSIDE! I even heard the guest in the room next to me (closer to the machine that I) yell "Are you ****ing kidding me? " at one point as it kicked on. The room was tiny but adequately furnished. It was overpriced for certain. Again, I want to like this hotel because I need to stay in Ontario a few times each year and have yet to find a hotel that balances value and quality in this town. And, finally, I know they have no control over this — but why must guests slam their doors or simply drop them when they exit or enter the room? Other people are sleeping! And yes, we can hear you when you're standing right outside the door talking. I know there are people who don't feel safe staying in hotels that open to the parking lot — but they have their advantages. No echoing hallways! Also, I could get the cable to turn on, but not the television. I even searched for manual power buttons — but to no avail. Maybe it's only decorative? Okay — that's my input.

The room was as advertised. The hotel was easy to find, right off the freeway. Customer service representative was nice and quickly checked us in. The hotel did not have an elevator though so it was tough to carry all of our luggage up. The breakfast was standard, had eggs, sausage, cereals, Apple and orange juice. It was quiet during the night, no disturbances. Overall, it was a pleasant stay.

I stopped in while driving through. Was only in from 4am-11am, but it was clean and I was able to sleep well.

The room was nice and clean, and the free continental breakfast was great, the only thing I have to complain about is the bathroom could have been nicer and cleaner, it didn't seem to match the quality of the room itself to me, it really wasn't that bad though.

We stayed at this Quality Inn because we had such an amazing experience the previous night at Quality Inn in Durango CO. We checked in late in the evening, the lady was pleasant enough and got us our rooms fairly quickly. On our way up to the rooms, we noticed that the overall decor is very outdated and fairly run down. Once in our room, the room was mostly clean. The hot water was not as plentiful as we had experienced the night before but, still got the job done. The continental breakfast the next morning did not have many choices but, the waffles and sausage were hot. The gentleman that was working the breakfast room was not super friendly, he stood in the doorway of an office as he watched us. During checkout, we found out that the woman who had checked us in has already charged a credit card that we specifically told her not to. The credit card ended up getting double charged for the room. The woman at the front desk was having an extremely difficult time sorting out the situation and did not give us much confidence in her competence of the system. Overall, it was a place to the stop for the night but, I wouldn't necessarily recommend it.

Room was clean and fairly modern, and only cost about $90 — great room for the price. The hotel was quiet, too.

Save your money and stay at a motel 6. This hotel is anything but quality. It stinks, room smelled like stale cigarettes. It is noisy, outdated, poorly lit rooms, shower for a four foot person. I paid $185, it wasn't even worth half that. : — (

Older than the hills tv, poor customer service one person to the next seems to not fully know the rules, pool said to be open til 10 yet there isn't even a light in the pool room once it is dark outside, don't even ask for extra towels they charge you and you have to use your bathing towel for the pool as well, front desk KNEW we were cooking dinner in our room as I had to take one of our meals to have them finish cooking in their office microwave because the one in our room is of poor quality… nothing ever stated we couldn't but after I complained about the towel situation we had knocks on our door stating it wasn't allowed and they were rather rude about it! We live in hotels from town to town and there are some that you can't cook in but they let you know up front this one nothing anywhere states it. If you have over 1 child per 2 adults they charge extra for kids. Sadly paid here for a week. You are better off at their competitors around them than wasting money here.
