People beware of quality inn at Stockbridge, GA. Better use cash to purchase rooms. First shift manager chongra will double charge your credit card, then tell you — your refunded. You check your account and nothing isi refunded you call to touch base with her and it's a game of she said you said. So I'm out of 80.00 dollars. Because her food stamp card ran out…

Nice location. McDonald's was right in front of our door. There is a Roses and Ollies right behind the hotel also.

Morgan and Chrisondra and Keisha were so hospitable and friendly during our three day stay. The room was clean and comfortable and updated. We travel for work and will be back soon!

Do not let the pictures fool you. If you're looking for something clean with little to none mold and spider/dust webs then don't come here. I gave 2-stars b/c the customer service was okay. They did almost everything I ask, but the place alone needs serious updates.

Definitely a traumatic experience the place wasn’t cleaned and I was up itching all night. The breakfast was poorly set out and disgusting the place smelled awful. At what point is this type of service stopped?

The stay was good. Absolutely cool. Improving the ambience would bring even more credits.

Please avoid this place. Rooms have new beds but flooring is not safe; especially on 2nd floor. Management is money hungry and the toilets do not work. The hotel is not safe and many kids from around the neighboring communities. Truckers are loud and the morning breakfast is a mere piece of toast and cold ice water. The manager is rude and condescending. This is a dump!

Good will next door was robbed, meth head outside yelling about cats trying to kill him. Otherwise a good stay.

Very surprised at the room we had. Did not expect a room with a full kitchen including a stand alone oven, cabinets and countertop with double sink! Very clean. Will definitely stay here again.

Quality Inn is a nice affordable hotel with just the right amount of things needed, amazing air conditioning and comfortable beds.

Very big comfortable room. I wished I found it earlier. Very close to restaurants, and convenient to the freeway.

I just went for my buddies birthdat party, but the room was nice and I have no complaints about the hotel. It was the one in Stockbridge right beside the McDonald's.

Not a family friendly place! Very high volume traffic of local walkers. Seemed to be almost like a hourly hotel! Horrible experience!

We stay there when ever we drive from MI to FL. Chrisanda the morning mgr. Is a delight and the comp breakfast has a good verity and tasty. The senior rate is acceptable and rooms very clean but no freezer in the little refrigerator…

Perfect location with food and shopping close by also access to the highway. Rooms are perfect and clean and the staff is amazing.

We had a pleasant stay during Hurricane Irma. The manager was understanding and accommodating. The breakfast offered had various items to choose from. The hot cakes were my daughter's favorite. The pool wasn't open which would be our only complaint since I booked it because it had one.

Nice, had an early morning visitor on the night stand. We killed him/her and left it there. Went to turn in the keys and the desk clerk was not very friendly. A guest asked "are these eggs"? Her response was, "That's what they call them".
Said the guy before her left her everything to do. I feel sorry for the guest on a busy day if she is this stressed on a slow morning. My husband tried to make conversation with her and she let him know that she only does this part time and her husband is a vice president something. She just dropped coffee grounds all over her foot (She has flip flops on) and floor. Stated they needed to get rid of this ragged old equipment.

Stayed here while driving through. Rooms were clean and cool. Good AC. Accessibility was easy. Plenty of shops and food to choose from in walking distance. Staff were courteous and attentive to our needs. Pool was clean. Price was cheapest in the area! I would recommend this place to stay. I would stay here again in the future.

The hotel room is spacious and clean. The staff are really nice too. As for the location of the hotel, it's perfect. Literally every shops, stores, and restaurants are within walking distance. Easy access to the highway as well. Love it.

Nice and clean — this is our 3rd time staying here. I saw a review where someone mention a broken bed & roaches, in all my stays I've never seen any bugs & the beds are very comfortable. The staff has always been friendly. The hotel is located in a main part of town with lots of restaurants & stores. There's a free full breakfast, you can't beat the price.

The attention to the need of having easy access into and out of the hotel parking lot and the adjoining local roads was especially nice. The fabric softener used was a pleasant surprise when drying off with the towels. (I usually take my own linens and towels when I travel but found I didn't need to bother whlist staying at the Quality Inn & Suites.

This place sucks also the people that work and run this hotel are VERY RUDE! I wouldnt even give this place a 1. Attn: dont go here its nasty and their very rude!

You get what you pay forward not the worst but not the best. Should definitely lower the prices but I guess its the location.

The front desk staff was great. Very friendly and helpful. The location has lots of places to eat in the area. The parking wasn't the best. It was hard to find a parking spot near my room that night and it was raining. I didn't see any bugs. It feels like it has been around for quite a few years without any major updates. The price was affordable so no complaints and the shower was hot. I would have like better sheet they looked like they had been around since the early days. Not bad for a quick affordable place to rest.

Great service and very clean rooms. The manager, Crishonda, was great! Customer service is obviously extremely important to her and it shows!

The room was in a bit of disrepair, the jacuzzi tub looked nasty and there was visible water damage on the ceiling in my room. There was chipped paint in areas and stains on the couch, one of which looked like blood. This would not be a hotel I would want to stay in again.

Great stay. Walmart and other shops are in walking distance.

I didn't even stay, which should speak volumes… but I'll elaborate. I stopped in @ 11pm to check in for the night just to sleep and get off the road. I had asked what the rates were and the Indian gentleman at the front desk said 74 w/o taxes. I politely asked why his online rates thru the website were less and also asked to have him honor the online price as well. He said, and I quote "the website isn't a representation of his location, it could be for a different location. " As I started to get upset, I asked would he rather I book on the website instead of taking care of the customer in person, and to my astonishment he said book online! Obviously I left, pissed off. Please don't give this man any business, if customer satisfaction and convenience isn't a top priority of his.

The room here is nice and spacious with a refrigerator and microwave. The bed is very comfortable. The service was terrible. I forgot my phone in the room. We went back 20 mins later. The front desk assistant was rude, slow and deceptive. Went to the room and my phone was gone. Went back to the office and she called her staff. My phone was in the bottom of a cotton bag. I had to get heated before I got my phone back. Very deceptive and almost stole my phone.

I've enjoyed staying here. Quiet atmosphere.

Do NOT use for your company! I am an office manager for a new construction plumbing company, which means I do a lot of reservations for my technicians when they work out of area. An average job will take 3-4 months to complete, so I usually develop a rapport with the hotel staff and they, appreciating the volume of business I send them, will happily work with me if any issues arise. That was not the case when two of my guys attempted to check in late on a Sunday night, as they were working third shift on a remodel in the area. Quality Inn's credit card authorization form (something I have to use, as the technicians do not have a company card with them) has a section where you can check a box asking the hotel to use the same form for 60 days. Despite this, I have been asked by staff to send a new one every week, which meant they had approximately 5-7 on file prior to this incident, the last one maybe two weeks old. I faxed the paperwork for my techncicians' stay on Friday, but the front desk man I spoke with said that because he couldn't find it and it had not been entered in the computer, I had to resend the fax even though they had all of my information on file… in quadruplicate. As this was around 10:00 pm at night and my office is approx. 45 mins away, I was loathe to do this. But the man at Quality Inn told me that was the only way my men would have a room, and I didn't want to start the hunt for a new hotel on a Sunday night.

Very unprofessional. I travel for work and stay in hotels all over and I promise we will never stay here again! The so called managers do not know how to do their jobs. We make reservations every week before we stay here yet when we arrive the impeccable staff has no reservations for us. Lack of comunication within the quality office? Idk but it has happend the last 6 times we have stayed here! Also we work third shift and sleep during the day, even with DO NOT Disturb sign on door the maids still beat on door and open it every single morning! When we check in and make our "reservations" we always make it clear how many days but the staff likes to call us at 11 am and verify our checkout date! Smh! I could go on and on but I feel this should be enough.

Worked all night and every hotel my company usually has us stay in was full so as a last resort at 6am I found a room here. My room was clean and breakfast was decent then it went downhill at 11:45am, I was woke up to housekeeping banging on my door telling me it's check out time (when I just arrived 6hrs earlier) then at 1pm I was woke up to the lawn care crew blowing off the hallway and now I sit here at 2:30pm writing this with kids running up and down the hallway playing, room doors banging shut and ladies talking very loudly back and forth in a foreign language. I stay in a hotel twice a week with my company and have used several hotels in this area and I can assure you I will NEVER stay here again.

Really enjoyed my stay at the Quality Inn in Stockbridge Georgia this weekend the rooms were very clean and Cassandra at guest services was very courteous and very helpful I would definitely stay here again.
