Clean & just a wonderful experience!

Was only there for a few days but it was a night very stay.

Clean rooms and great employees.

Very nice greeting, room is very nice with couch, good price, exercise rm, pool. Will come again.

Front desk office managers she was awesome very very friendly and help me out a lot.

Staff is friendly. Hotel is clean and comfortable. Shower had plenty of pressure and there are plenty of dining options nearby.

Nice hotel, decent pool for a good price. They were in the middle of renovations, so it was a little rough around the edges, but no real complaints.

The rooms are incredible! I only stayed there for one night and have no complains. Every amenity was present.

Great room. Even better staff. Everyone was so friendly and accommodating. Was in town working, but with the kids out of school the family came too. We had a blast in the indoor pool and the wife loved the hot tub. Right outside the have a very nice fresh air patio. Will stay here again for sure.

Excellent location between I75 and I675. Spacious clean rooms, new carpets being installed. Would like to see breakfast served a little later on weekdays though.

I stayed here this past Saturday and my stay was TERRIBLE. There were kids running all the hotel making lots of noise. The smoke alarm was going consistently because it clearly needed new batteries. When I called the front desk the young lady tells me that she is very busy can I call her back, although I felt like this was ridiculous, and asked if I could just leave and get a refund? She informed me that I couldn't so I did comply and called back she then tells me that she can move me but it will take a minute and that she has to change it in the system and she would let me know when I can switch rooms. She moved me to the 4th floor bit there were people outside partying until 4a. M kids still running around. Kids calling the room laughing and playing games. I couldn't get in the pool/jacuzzi because it was invaded by children, it was crazy! I ended up leaving and going to a friends house to get some rest and then came back and they were STILL at it. The girl at the desk told me that the manager would be in the morning, however when I went to the desk the next morning. The manager NEVER came to speak me the young lady came back and said she said she is on the phone can you leave your information and she will call you. As of today I have not heard from her. I have filed a formal complaint and am requesting a refund.

This place is beautiful and makes you feel right at home. I was very impressed with my room as well as the hotel itself.

This hotel was great! We received great service from the reservations on the phone, to coming in to get the actual room. We specifically worked with Shante & Jasmyne — ask for either of these 2 ladies for excellent service!

This Comfort Suites in Stockbridge GA is my favorite hotel. It's always clean. The employees are so friendly and make the guest feel at home. I always stay here if I'm in the Atlanta area. They have an area for semi trucks and RVs. It is very close to all different kinds of restaurants and even close to a Kroger's grocery store. It's between 675 and 75. Both interstates are close enough that you can choose which one you prefer depending on where you are going.

Nice location not too far from airport and downtown attractions. Clean and fresh room was a happy site to see after our travels.

We stayed here for my daughters 3rd birthday because they had an indoor pool. It was nice, clean and quiet. Breakfast was great especially the waffle maker which was a hit with the kids. Checkout at 12pm is also a plus! We'll most definitely be back.

Room was clean and comfortable. Having a two section room is great with 2 TV's if you have kids. Not a bad drive into downtown which is about 20 mins with normal traffic. Pool and fitness were decent and on standard with most other hotels. Breakfast was your typical continental waffle, cereal, etc. Overall a great place to stay.

So far it's ok. Rooms smell heavily cleaned. Kind of overwhelming. If you stay on first floor. You will hear everyone above you. Hot tub was foaming like crazy. Let's hope for decent breakfast.

Very clean with a nice location off the interstate. Lots of restaurants in the area, some within a short walk. Comfortable beds with 4 pillows, always a plus! Big rooms with a couch. Shower/tub is nice with great water pressure! Breakfast is good.

This hotel has nice rooms the staff was very unfriendly my fridge in room 204 didn't work but didn't want to give me another whirlpool room of equal value after the cold foods went bad. So we stuck with the room with no fridge. I will be calling corporate I am mostly mad at the treatment the staff gave us. Rediculous! If you don't like your job quit or if your having a bad day at home don't bring it to work. Rediculous! Is the only word for it.

A nice place for anyone looking for somewhere to stay for the night or for a nice vacation. With a pool and hot tub and contenental breakfast in the mornings. A pool area with gym and hot tub. Along with a small store for items you may have forgotten like toothpaste, asprin, and snacks.

Front desk receptionist was friendly. My room was very nice! The king size bed and pillow… I slept like a, baby.

The clerk (Monique) was extremely rude and condescending. She told me there were no rooms available even after I had made a reservation online. Yet somehow others were able to check in without issue. I have a speech and hearing disability and the clerk mocked me for it in front of other guests. I haven't been made fun of and mistreated like this over my disability since middle school. She was absolutely unprofessional. She has no business working in customer service. I highly doubt she is the only unprofessional clerk employed at this Comfort Inn. If this was the only motel available, I'd sleep in my car before booking a room here. By the way, I checked on a few bed bug alert websites, and there have been several reports of bedbugs here.

I need a room and it the last minute I called the comfort suites. Rosie the front desk agent help me out. When I get here the hotel was so nice and well keep up. They checked me in fast. When I get to my room it was very nice. It was will keep up.

The customer service at this place was ridiculous. My boyfriend wanted to ask the hostess (Monique) simple questions about the room and other amenities. He was trying to ask her if the room came with a refrigerator, and she basically looked at him like he was asking a stupid question. Then he asked her if the hotel served breakfast and what were the options. She kept questioning him about what does he mean by breakfast and started listing everything out as if she were annoyed with him. He came back to me and told me what happened. She must have over heard us because said that we didn't have stay here and we look for other places. She even fustrated with us for asking to speak with the manager. I ended up canceling the hotel and went to another one. This was the worst experience I have ever had with customer service at a hotel, and I would not recommend this place to anyone if they expect excellent service.

Very clean rooms. Breakfast not so great anymore as it used to be. Lobby is exceptionally neat with business center. A nice hotel, but with some room for improvement.

Bed Bugs! Please read all of it. So I based my choice in picking this hotel strictly off of reviews. To cut to the chase, I inspected the room before taking any of my things into the room or settling in. I checked the sides of the bed and under the mattress and everything looked good, until I looked at the front of the baseboard cover (by the headboard). It was filthy. You could see blood spots (a lot of them) from the bed bug or bugs. There was also a lot of black crusting spread in the corners which means those sheets have not been changed or washed for some time. If housekeeping changes and washes the sheets like their supposed to, I wouldn't have seen all the crusting. I also saw a little bed bug when I inspected the flip of the cover. Housekeeping inspected and confirmed bedbugs as well. Here's the kicker. So, the lady at the front desk definitely offered me another room (on the same floor), of course I rejected. I inquired as to how they would handle that room being that there's an infestation. She stated that pest control comes in every Monday to spray (this incident occurred on a Friday). My response was, "so you're going to let it sit like that until Monday? " Hesitant, she was like, "oh, um, no maintenance will go in and spray". I know bed bugs can happen at any hotel, but what's important is, how well do they handle it, and how sanitary are they? And I'm telling you, from the looks of the sheets, they do not clean them like their supposed to.

Grew value. Clean, spacious rooms. Small fridge, microwave and coffee maker (need to purchase cone filter) for coffee snobs like myself who prefer high quality coffee. Courteous and knowledgeable staff. Delicious waffles at breakfast. Close to restaurants and shopping for pool gear and toiletries if needed. Walmart and Dollar Tree nearby as well as grocery store.

My stay was good. Stayed for 4 nights for a wedding. The rooms were spacious and clean. The staff were generally friendly. The elevators always stunk really bad which was annoying. My shower didn't put out a lot of water pressure but it was ok. And one annoying thing was we talked to the front desk about a late check out being that our flight wasn't until 9pm. They ok'd at first then changed their minds. We had 3 rooms for checkout that day and only were asking for the late check out for 1 for that day (total of 7 rooms). Then she had an attitude about it. But overall it was decent. Thankfully I got the govt rate as well, it wouldn't have been worth the full asking rate.

I was in Stockbridge Georgia on 3/15/17 for a funeral. We stayed at Comfort Suites (GA483) Stockbridge GA. Our room was $174.70. After checking in around 8:00 we left to get something to eat. After returning to the room and getting ready for bed, I turned the covers back and my bed had soiled linen. Not just a spot, but a spot with hair. We phoned the front desk and she came to the room to observe things. She moved us to another room and instructed us to speak with the manager the following morning. While checking out I spoke with Tanya and explained everything to her. She never offered an apology or anything. I am very disappointed because we traveled seven hours and after showering and attempting to rest, we had to get dressed, repack and move to another room. Inspite of our unconvinced, the manager was unconcerned. I feel like customers should be satisfied and we are not. I have pictures if you would like for me to share them with you.

Not to pleased! Couldn't get a top floor room. Room still has crumbs and a little trash on the floor. No remote had to ask for one. Then found the other under the mattress which the mattress skirt needs to be washed. Coffee maker won't close. And when I made the reservation I specifically asked if the hot tub and pool was operational and when I arrived for check in it was empty. The pool guy is now here fixing it. Hopefully the rest of my three nights will go a little better. All my stays in comfort suites have been excellent except this one.

Attitude of Monique upon check in. She was not at the desk — and took over 5 minutes to get there. I was even using my cell phone to call as well. She was very rude when I said something to her, once she finally came out of the back. I have never had a staff member raise their voice at me at one of your hotels. She offered no apologies. Just yelled at me. Please look at the security video (check in 9-21). In the morning, no one was able to hear my concerns from check in. They… didn't have time to talk to me, or didn't care. If I wasn't past my cancelation deadline I would have left. Although I was really pleased with the hotel in general — the staff made it so I never wish to return. I travel an awful lot and expect more from your brands as an elite diamond member.

The place is pretty nice and clean plus there is a pool and fitness room. The rooms are nice but there is 1 bed and 1 couch that u can convert into a bed, but overall it's a pretty nice place and experience.

I travel for business often and love when I come across a gem like this Comfort Suites. Everything was exactly how it is supposed to be, clean, new, friendly and hospitable.

Stayed overnight at the comfort suites in Stockbridge, Ga. Nice room. Comfortable bed. Shower had plenty of water pressure. Unfortunately cannot comment on breakfast as I elected to sleep in. Front desk was efficient and helpful. Would stay there again.
