This has been the BEST hotel EVER! They’re very clean and has a bathroom, kitchen, TV and Wi-Fi. They provide cups, plates and silverware and you can purchase a set of pans from the front desk for like $25. They have extended stay (weekly) prices but they’re hardly ever any available but they are willing to rent you the room at regular price. It’s like $65/weekdays and $75/weekends.

Well worth the money. Great clean motel. Friend and helpful managers.

The lady working at the front was very very nice. That is about the only positive thing I can say. The rooms and beds were very small and the paint was peeling off the walls. I'm pretty sure there was a bullet hole in our fridge. The website said it slept three but there was one bed in a tiny room when we got there. There wasn't even a couch.

The owner Mr ken cancels your reservation then tell he will honor your online account thru Expedia. Never honoring his word, saying that I was problem when I spent 800 dollars. He cancel your reservation so Expedia don't get paid. He gets all the money. I'm not the only one, if you have a reservation from on line Mr ken will cancel it, then tell you your reservation never came thru.

Cleanest rooms around safe, quiet, elevator onsite person. Feels homey here. Thank you.

The house keepers fo not come in your room you have to call and ask for service like just because im in my room doesnt mean I dont wont any service only if I have a DND on thr door and they dont have breakfast I guess because they have a stove IDK but other than that its a clean area.

Location is near interstate and a lot of food places. Close to walmart. Room was clean. Neighbors were a tad loud but not all evening. The stay was good.

Outstanding rooms; very nice and clean; top notch security; staff is very helpful and friendly. In suite kitchenette, big screen tv, free Wifi. Plus it is very affordable. I really enjoy staying at the Stay Inn & Suites. I highly recommend it.

Great place to stay for a couple nights, while getting your rig repaired! I would visit often in my work as a professional truck driver, if needed cause it's cheaper than the others in the immediate area.

This place is always clean stays spotless inside and out I choose to stay here over the main stream hotels because of the the great service and staff.

The hotel is outdated. There has been so much water damage in the rooms and when we called the front desk to ask for a new room the girl at the front desk on Saturday morning was not accommodating at all. She was very rude. She was yelling at the guest and I was told that she was a sex offender. I was provided her name and yes she is a registered sex offender. I can not believe that the owner would have someone like that working there, knowing a lot of families check in and they have kids. There are so many children there that play outside when she is working. Please if you stay there or planning to stay there keep your kids close to you. I think the owner should be sued for putting people in harms way!

Nice amenities and upgrades… but don’t refuse housekeeping. You will be put out. They told us it was a sanitation violation but there is a man living with a dog on the third floor and people bringing Kroger buggies in their rooms overnight.

The staff is very nice and the rooms are clean with a full size refrigerator and a double burner cook top.

If you pay by the week, housekeeping only comes 1 time a week. Different rates for everyone. Good thing is cameras on the property.

I actually work for the hotel. The owner is a great guy, however, he needs to get the front desk in order. I'm tired of the drama from two of the workers there. Also, he should conduct background check. If you have kids be careful staying at the stay inn and suites. There is a registered sex offender working at the front desk.

I've read the reviews and have had no problems at this establishment. The staff is friendly to me. They clearly state that room cleaning occurs once a week which isn't a problem since I'm not messy anyway. It's true comforters have cigarette burns in them and towels look dingy but all in all the rooms are clean, mine were bug free. As far as the noise, only one occurrence where people were loud I can recall. For the most part it's quiet and as far as the incidents of crime, those were in the past and I've seen police come through on patrol often so all in all I've had no worries. Come on in.

Our key card didn't work and we had to go back to the office to check the card and the second time it didn't work and the clerk came and used the master key to let us in, she explained the system was new but it was 40 degrees and me and my hubby was cold. But it was cozy and clean and warm.

The reason why I gave this one star is because you can't give them zero. Room was small. Carpet looked pretty old. T. V was okay. Me my eldest daughter and my 1 year old son stayed here. Housekeeper is never to be seen but on Thursday when she did come we didn't need any cleaning sense we just got their a day and a half prior so we just asked for toilet paper and some more towels. She had no problem with that clearly grateful she didn't have to clean another room. Next week came around accidentally forgot to take off the do not disturb sign so the owner comes knocking on my door saying its mandatory for her to come and clean the room. Had no problem with it we left the room for breakfast to give her space to clean. Maintenance men came 3 days in a row painting the inside and outside of the doors didn't have a problem with it until the manager comes knocking on my door complaining of the orangy red dust on the outside the door on the floor. He claimed sense I had a little one he assumed it was kool-aid… clearly racism sense we don't even drink kool-aid but okay. He said this is my first warning and make sure it doesn't happen again. I was pretty confused sense I don't let my 1 year old son walk outside especially not by himself but I just said okay.

The hotel is nicer looking from the outside than the inside. Room was clean as far as the bed, bathrooms, and kitchenette are concerned. Though someone did forget to take their coffee filter out of the little coffee maker and I have no idea how long it's been in there. The carpet in our room definitely looked old and dirty, but didn't leave black stuff on our socks so it's just old. AC unit practically blew snow, but the controlls were wonky so we had to keep fussing with it to get it to not freeze us out. Pros, relatively clean bedroom, no bugs, good shower, elevator, large well cleaned bathroom and kitchenette, reasonable price. Cons. Carpet and chair, and drapes look dingey with age. Some surfaces in the room had cigarette burns on them (we asked for a non smoking room but got a smoking one). Overall. You could probably do a little better for a bit more money, but if you're really focused on finding a budget hotel you could also do a lot worse.

This hotel is pretty nice the room is really neat but it is a little small when it come to more then one being with you. It do have a mini kitchen and the bathroom is pretty big.

Had a cool feel… if it were newer. It was so old that the carpet was bunched up and gross like sticky in some areas and just yucky. But it was cheap enough.

Out dated and needs to be updated. The guest service can have attitude and lazy.

Roaches! Very nasty place to stay. Homeless people sleep in the lot at night breaking into vehicles. Horrible never again!

Very friendly staff, room service was very polite and caring. They made sure me and my husband were comfortable. Our room was great for a smoking room. We had stove microwave fridge and Queen bed. Great places to eat within walking distance and neighborhood was clean and decent. People that live here very nice. I will definitely be back if I have to. Been here 3 days already probably another week here. No complaints. Wi-Fi great. Good job guys.

First time staying here was horrible! When we first walked in the check in the clerk at the desk warned us the hot water heater was out and we were not guaranteed to have hot water. We were ok with that because it was just my husband and I for one night for a business trip. Then when we get to our room, just walking through the parking lot we heard somebody hollering and laughing real loud. We got there at 10:00 PM. Then to top it off our room was 2 doors down from the lady who was being obnoxiously loud. From the time we hit the steps to go up to the second floor we could smell the weed that somebody was smoking. And the it so happened to be on the same floor as our room. It took my breath away! My husband is an officer so he recognized the smell right away. We had to HOLD OUR BREATH to walk down the breeze way to get back and forth to our vehicle. Then our room was decent but really small. I paid for a queen size bed and the bed we got was a double. The air conditioner was not turned on but thankfully it didn't take long to cool off. There was a dead roach on the floodr. And the bathroom shower head was falling apart. I was ready to leave but being it was already late and we had to get up early the next morning we needed to get some rest. I will not be back! The visit all together was NOT was not worth what we paid for. I was very disappointed.

The rooms were clean. The kithcen was a nice set up. The two ladies at the front desk were so very helpful and friendly! Perry and the redhead were just the most accomadating duo. Would most definitely recommend and will be returning!
