I had a reservation for mid-October for Falcons/Dolphins game. Called to cancel only to find out that "we are closed until Spring of 2018"… oh how nice. Do you think they might've left me know, seeing that I made my reservation months ago? Terrible! I don't even want to give them 1 star!

A terrible hotel. Ive never felt unsafe in a hotel room until I stayed here. (I lived in NYC for 13 years) Awful! Dirty beds sticky carpet and smelly rooms. I called the front desk and canceled the next night they said it was cool then found out they charged me for the second night. I called the main number and its busy constantly. I refused to write a bad review earlier because I didn't want to hurt their business but game on because they lied when they said they would refund my second night. ~Thomas Fluharty ps It wouldn't let me post this until I clicked one star I wouldn't even rate it one star.

A little old and musty BUT the staff is outstanding. Once you figure out the shower, the accommodating staff, rates and proximity to downtown (walking distance) outweigh the negatives.

Overall the hotel was decent. The staff were nice, the rooms were okay, and the location was close to downtown Atlanta.

Nice large rooms, however there was no internet connection. Some peeling paint in the bathrooms, and carpets were very worn. Standard continental breakfast. I would definitely stay again for the price if I could get a room with internet.

Room was large. Wifi available in lobby… but because our room was just above the lobby, we also had access within the room. Cleanliness could be improved. Beds were very soft and noisy. Quiet place, only a few blocks from centennial park. With free parking, we parked the car and walked to where we wanted to go, and saved on parking. The fitness center is very small… a treadmill, an elliptical (broken) and a few free weights. The personnel is very friendly. Free continental breakfast, but it only starts at 7:00 am. The lobby has been redecorated, but the hotel needs an overall updating. The carpets in the hallway are stained and disgusting. We heard they were in the process of redoing the upper floors. We still enjoyed our stay for the location, price and customer service.

Room is spacious and comes with free breakfast. Close to the Philips arena and world Congress center. Excellent customer service. They happily provide anything you need like fresh towels or extra pillows.

Great location, close to the Georgia Dome and the new Falcon's stadium. The hotel looks old and rundown, rooms are okay. No complaints with the service.

Reviewed January 9, 2015 via mobile Front desk customer service is extremely poor. The front desk checked me in under somebody else's name. Even when I provided an ID. Creepy hallways, dark hallways should paint to cheers the hotel. Beds are extremely old and dusty. The carpets are very dirty. I also encountered with a centipede in the the shower.

It was an amazing stay for the price. The staff was incredible and made the stay that much better. Rooms and bathrooms are spacious and it's a really quite hotel. Would definitely stay here again.

Dirty rooms. Bathwater can't flow away. Breakfast is oke.

I try to give this "place" the benefit of the doubt but I just got off the phone with "Chris" to confirm my reservation and get CLEAR details about the deposit. I was given her "undivided attention" regarding my concerns while she placed me on hold to answer other calls, talk to other guests while on the phone with me, and muttered under her breath like she was too exasperated to provide me with the needed information. At the close of the call, I brought this to her attention and she got very "snippy and ghetto" stating, "I am sorry, but I am here alone and trying to accomodate everyone" She said it sarcastically like I was the problem. JUST RUDE! I will be looking for another hotel. Just rude and unprofessional… wish I could give NO STARS!

Clean, big room, nice view, cozy, for its price is very good, my q me gust :) fourth vijar large, super clean, got nice view, glass out door, chvere and good breakfast, my family and I enjoyed it.

Its nice on the rooms but the manger is not a people person. So I didn't like the way he treated me and my Guess.

Hotel was very cheap looking. Towels had spots on them. Ive stayed there in 2012 but the Hotel has gotten worse. I would definitely not stay there again. The rooms smell stale. They are very outdated. Motel quality for hotel prices indeed.

For my layover it was just what I needed from the Greyhound station. Its decent and do able. The beds are fine, the bathroom was nice. The room was nice overall. For the price its what I expected. Breakfast was a little slim, but overall, its something, I didn't even really eat just looked to see what they had, service is good. Better than sleeping in the hard Greyhound chairs for my bus, now I'm not sick and well rested. I would stay here again if I was to have to wait 20 hours again for a Greyhound bus.

Spent a weekend here while attending a football game at the Georgia Dome. It was really nice being within walking distance of the dome. The room was fine and roomy, but its definitely not 5 star lodging. There isn't much night life going on in the immediate vicinity, but that stuff is a quick car ride away. The staff I dealt with were all pleasant. I would stay here again.

DON'T book in this hotel my family and Me had so bad experience there, when you pass the lobby everything is like another place, The carpets were stained & dirty the halls & the room. It smelled of cigarette smoke in the halls & in the room I was moved to. The smell never went away. The room was dusty, the curtins would not cover the Windows totally for privacy. I had to put something to keep the curtin closed around the Windows. I was there for 4 days and the first day they had garbage on the stairs and we checked out and the garbage was still there, they never vacuum any room just dust and no very well, we had the do not disturb sign on the door, and we went to the Dome and when we come back everything was removed in the room, she came in anyway. My point is she should have never opened the door. And then one day after, they clean the room and stolen cash that was on one of our luggage and they check everything looking for I don't know what and when we went to guest service they only said oh sorry the manager isn't here and 2 minutes later 2 or 3 people more came to guest service because the were missing credits cards, jewelry and more stuff in their room and about the breakfast forget it. Don't expect to much the menu is cereal, yogurt, some juice, very bad coffee and they have a waffle machine, for my next trip to Atlanta I Will prefer pay more and be in a Clean and Safe place.

The cost for my husband and I to stay here for two nights in a King-sized room was $245. The first morning, we went down for breakfast at 9:42 a. M. Apparently, breakfast items are put away minutes prior to the end of breakfast so needless to say, the only thing we had to choose from was either yogurt or cereal (no thank you). What ticked me off is that there were two employees standing in the breakfast area conversing, but neither of the two bothered to share with us the status of breakfast. Instead, they just walked off. This I expected, because the majority of the staff had bypassed us and other guests without as much of a hello. The room itself wasn't too bad, I could tell that no one had in our particular room in a while because the lamp was dusty. If you are not a person that can deal with the very urban part of the neighorhood, this hotel is not for you. We stayed here because it was only two minutes away from the college that we were dropping our daughter at. The name and price eludes to it being comparable to a Drury Inn and Suites, but the overall hotel is more along the lines of a over-priced motel.

I or anyone I know will never book a room here ever again. I book a double room in January for july. Called the day before to confirm my reservation to make sure I have a double room because I do not share a bed with a male co-worker. On check-in day the room was not ready, and when I came back later, there was no more room. I asked to talk to the manager, he/she was not there and when the worker called them for me they refuse to talk to customers over the phone. Apparently it's a first come first serve basis, NOT first reserve first get. I wouldnever recommend this place to anyone.

Great hotel. They fed us breakfast rooms was nice bathrooms good size and clean staff was helpful! Burger king right across the street, Only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is they don't get but 27 channels on TV and the gym is small! Overall a good place to stay.

Friendly Staff & fine location.

THIS IS A MOTEL with hotel prices. The lobby looks fine. The rooms are all outdated and the hotel has a stale smell throughout. The hotel need to be upgraded 100%. I cost WAY TO MUCH for what you get. Hotel staff was pleasant enough. We walked got on the elevator instantly smelled weed. The whole walk on the second floor smelled of weed. Our room smelled stale. The smell of weed was so strong my nose hurt and my sister had a headache. They switched our room. The room on the first floor smelled stale also. To the point we went out to buy air freshener. We checked in Thursday there was NO hot water. Until Saturday. I asked for a manager on Friday they lied and said he called me. So finally after talking to him on Saturday he gave me 20% off 2 of my 4 days. The best thing about it was that it was very close to my destination.

Never will go back. One of the front desk clerk stole my credit card (business cc), good thing I check my credit card account everyday. The hotel is very run down.

Hotel in bad neighborhood! All stereo equipment stolen out of auto over night. Parked under light and in view of security cameras, high fence around parking lot and it still was broken into. Front desk was very unhelpful and I should have received a refund for at least one night if not both. From reading all other reviews it sounds like they need to greatly improve their security.

I am highly observent and detail oriented, so my review may seem harsh. But, if you're like me, look elsewhere. First things first, a warning to all parents and single women, this place is in a very rough area and surrounded by section 8 housing. On to the room, dust over one pillow as if they tossed it in the corner where they never vacuum. Bathtub had pubic hair and a soap scum ring. Bathroom exhaust van does not work and the rooms are small so the whole place steamed up. Turned on the AC to try and dry the place out and there was barely any air blowing. I pulled the filters to see they were completely clogged allowing no air flow. Everything you touch is oily due to using way too much pledge/furniture cleaner. Smears all over the TV screen. Chose this place because of the distance to my event tomorrow and because they have a fitness center. Warning: this place does not have a fitness center. It has a cardio room. A bike, treadmill, elliptical and weights up to 20 pounds. No bench. Very dissatisfied with this. Also my room has one of the old school joined rooms with a door. I hear every word my neighbors are saying. Good thing I have ear plugs for tonight. Front desk attendant was polite and helpful. I do not mean to be harsh but I feel these issues could have been avoided and a little more forthcoming. For a little under 80 bucks. At least I'm not sleeping in my car.

Idon't believe these other comments are from this place, I've been coming here for two years and I love the service and the rooms. 10/10 Would rent again.

Don't do it! They have bed bugs! Was in Atlanta for a convention with coworkers, stayed for 3 days after our first night we were waking up with bites on legs and arms. Rooms don't have a clean feeling, don't recommend at all.

Sister in law rental vehicle was vandalized on the property, no hot water for a day and a half, the Wi-Fi never connected on the third floor, the cable TV wasn't visual, and the hotel supervisor wasn't sensitive to the fact we were a victim, she left the premises during the investigation. peoria, ill.

FOOLED! I stayed here with my younger brother and sister, and my mom. The lobby was really nice so surely the rooms must be somewhat nice. Nope. The hallways are sketchy and they placed us in a handicap room. Now I have nothing against the handicap, but don't you think the handicap should stay in the handicap room? As soon as we entered the room the first thing we saw was a termite, and later on that night our toilet was stopped up. My grandfather also stayed in the same hotel and the same night someone called his hotel room trying to run a credit card scam. Someone called his room stating that he was MARK from the front desk and they needed his credit card information because the computers were down or something like that. Keeping in mind that my grandpa was on the Wi-fi during the call, he knew obviously that the computer wasn't down. He then told "Mark" that he would come down to the front desk. When my grandpa got down there, it was still the same lady sitting there from earlier. Come to find out this same thing were happening to other residents. Now I read the reviews before I came and someone said they also had a credit card scam ran on them also. There are no pools/hot tubs, in the HOOD. Wouldn't suggest staying unless EVERYTHING is booked. The place makes me itch. The only plus is the location. It's close to downtown and the Dome.

The hotel gets one star based on its location. We were in town for an event at the Georgia Dome and the proximity of this hotel is what saved it. We booked a room with a king bed with the intentions of requesting a roll away for our son. I called two days after our reservation was made to request the roll away bed and I was told that there would be 10 dollars per night added to our bill but it wouldn't be a problem. I was fine with the extra cost. When we arrived at the hotel my husband went to check in and reminded them of the roll away bed. We got to our room and I was dumbfounded by the size of the room, I have stayed in bigger rooms at Days Inn. We noticed that there was no roll away like they had said there was so I called the front desk. I was told they would send one right up. We waited 3 hours and still no bed, went to dinner came back and stopped at the front desk to inquire about the bed. At which point we were told that they had given them all away. However the manager assured me she would make sure we got one first thing in the morning. First thing the following morning I went to check on the bed and was informed by the same manager that a roll away would not fit in our room so they couldn't give us one. By this point I was aggravated and asked what was going to be done about the situation. The manager informed me that if I seen where there was room to put one she could have it sent up. I asked what good will that do if there is no room for one.
