Good location. Decent breakfast. Free airport shuttle. The room was clean and comfortable. No problems with anything. I would definitely stay again.

I came to ATL for a friend's Graduation. I choose this hotel because it was close to their home and easier for them to pick me up from… I was concerned about hotel room based on some reviews. But This hotel is.

Booked a non-smoking room a month before. When we arrived they had no more non-smoking rooms. When I asked what about the reservation I made, the worker at the front desk said, "sorry" and then went back to looking at his computer. After I pushed harder he then said he could offer a smoking room. I checked it out and nearly choked when I smelled it. We ended up cancelling and spent an hour trying to find a room that late at night. I contacted Choice Hotels and they refused to help saying that its a Franchise and that they can't do anything even though they were the broker that guaranteed the room. They gave me contact info for the hotel and that person never responded. This was a terrible experience. I'll never use this hotel again and I'm going to use my "loyalty" points up and never use choice hotels again.

Excellent accommodations at a great price. Modern 60" TV, nice desk work area, very comfortable bed. All furniture seemed new. Breakfast sweet rolls, hot Belgian waffles, French toast, breads and muffins. Coffee, juices, and yogurts.

Comfortable place. Close to airport. Free breakfast & friendly shuttle drivers! (To & from ATL airport). Only downside was, TV channels seem to be low definition + limited selection. 4/5

A hotel with a great location for air travellers with transfer to the hotel included. The staff are courteous and the check in and out very fast. Recommended!

The room itself was nice & clean… left me presently surprised but the staff was rude & discriminatory. I asked for a late check out til 1. He rudely sad he couldn't do it but when I walked away he provided the person behind me (of a different color) the exact same thing I was asking for. I checked in at about 12 am & came back in around 2 am. No issues or anything. I guess because I always get a late check out that I was kinda expecting it even though checkout is clearly at 11… so if that's your policy I understand. But of course I felt some type of way because he obviously don't apply that rule to ALL people.

If I could share a — negative five stars I would. The customer service is beyond inadequate. It's from the pits of hell. Susie ($7 an hour bed wench) is the worst. Please. Stay away. They take your money and have the stinkiest attitude.

Well, the air conditioning was good. Walking hardly any significant food possibilities, breakfast is full, but is a single throwaway packaging battle. If you can book, you don't have to. The good thing is the free airport shuttle and the queen-size beds.

Pool was solid green the spa was a little green but there was a towel and a sock on the bottom of it. In the room we stayed in there was no trash can including in the bathroom. There was what looked like to be chilli splash on the walls. The couch had burn holes in it. The remote didn't work. The bathroom sink was cracked and the counter was coming unGLUED from the other part of the counter. I would not re command any one to this hotel at all. Only good thing was the bed it was like a cloud.

I liked the Knights Inn because the people there were nice, the beds were unbelievably comfortable, the pillows were so soft and they just let your head sink into them. There is so much more to the hotel but I don't have nearly enough time to say all of the amazing things.

Room was clean enough. Wifi was horrible. Breakfast was pretty much cereal and toast which is fine for me. The stairs always smelled like weed which I do not smoke but the smell doesnt bother me. I enjoyed my stay. Although I did find a bag of drugs in that stairway on third day of stay… In short, it is a good place to be just watch out for your kids. It would be a shame if they picked up something dangerous on vacation.

This place is very deceiving from the outside. You would think it was a nice place. The only thing nice about it was the lady at the front desk. I had an early morning flight and I live a little far from the airport so I decided to book a room close to the airport. I must say that you definitely get what you pay for. The room was $50 since I booked it online. I was a little hesitant since it was off Old National but I took the chance anyway. 1st the elevator didn't work and my room was on the 3rd floor. The stairwell and hallway smelled like a weed dispensary. Some other guests let their kids just run up and down the hallway all night. Then when I left the next morning I noticed glass around where I parked where someone's windows had been bust out. The room served it's purpose for the night but I wouldn't EVER stay there again.

DONT STAY HERE! The price of the hotel is not cheap, the bedrooms are big but they arent clean, there is not towels which we had to ask in the front desk and they said they didnt have any, we reserved a room non smoking early enough and when we got there they gave us a smokers room in the 3rd floor which smell bad (marihuana), the bed smelled like marihuana and there was blood in the sheets, the soup of the last costumers was in the bathroom, there was 3 condoms opened in the refrigerator and microwave, the A/C was broke it didnt even have buttons, because it was late we didnt have time to go to a different hotel but we have to say thanks to one of the mans of the front desk who worried and tryed to fix a little the issue cleaning it, also, the elevator smelled like alcohol and the last legal check that it had was 2016 and its already 2017 june, all the dirty towels from the other rooms were in the hallway, the breakfast is horrible their apple juice is literally water and all they had was cereal and milk thats it, the coffee was horrible and the pool wasnt working, also there was people smoking all around the lobby like they didnt care infront of the manager and they said nothing, the coffee makers in the room had no coffee and when we asked for it they said they were running out of it (they run out of everything). Dont ever waste your money on this!

Horrible worst hotel I ever stayed! I have seen a getto and this place makes the getto look like the Ritz Carlton. Broken cabinets nastiest pool I have ever seen! Pool makes a sesspool look wonderful. The free coffee is so weak you need to drink 10 gallons just to wake up. The ash tray/trash can was not emptied for two days. The second day I was there the local police spent the afternoon there! I wouldent even let the devil stay here.

I was pleasantly surprised. The place was very clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was comfortable, bed was comfortable, room was spotless & tub was big. Breakfast was decent. I felt comfortable all around. There was security. I've stayed at many high end hotels and had a much better stay here. Would definitely recommend. I will definitely stay again.

This was the most horrible hotel I have ever stayed in. Pre paid for rooms only to have given one of my rooms to someone else. As the other guests refused their room. The one room that wa left was filthy, our shoes sticking to the floor, smelled, broken furniture and had broken a/c unit. Had to get a refund from Wyndham and another hotel for our following night. The night desk clerk was very nice. The rest of the experience horrible. I have stayed in a lot of sketchy places. This by far one of the worst!

It was a cheap Hotel. The blankets noticed a bit dirty and the door did not close well. Lucky it was only for one night.

The room was just ok. Some of the lights were missing or didn't work which caused the room to be really dark. Also, the furniture needs to be updated or even upgraded. The sofa was almost like sitting on the coffee table it was that low to the floor. Lastly, there should always be two face towels in the bathroom! The front desk staff was great!

This Room was discusting… needless to say had parquette floors that were sticky, Broken Mirror on the wall, hair on the bed, dresser was broken w/ no drawers, just left there. Thank goodness we were only gonna be there for 5 hours… Oh & The Room reaked of Cigarettes & Cigars Gave me instant headache, wouldn't suggest this place @ all!

Staff was very nice but NOT what we expected. Our bathtub wouldn't drain and the ceiling was being remodeled and not finished. Pubic hairs on the towels. Yes… Pubic hair. Just gross. But that's what you get for 60 bucks a night.

I took pics and posted them here. We booked a non-smoking room, but they put my fiance and I in a smoking room. We woke up with burning eyes and congestion because of it. Also, there were no lampshades, the smoke detector was dangling, the mirror was missing corners, there was a lot of lint on the slats of the A/C door, and in the bathroom the walls were cracking. Overall, we haved always been ok with the Baymont hotels, but this particular one was terrible. : (

This was the worse hotel experience I have ever had. They don't clean the rooms. They had the sheets and stuff all over the floor. I needed a towel and they did not have any. This was just an overall bad hotel. The lobby has a bad odor. A car got broken into. I definitely do not recommend.

Avoid this hotel. Not even free parking made this hotel desirable. It is dated and dirty. A complete renovation is long-past due. I gave it a "one star" only because it is necessary to rate it in order to post a review. The only bright spot was the front desk manager.

Worst hotel experience EVER! The room was NOT what I expected AND my RENTAL car was broken into. Car handle broken and window cracked. I know that thw hotel is not responsible BUT if u have a dodge charger don't stay in the area PERIOD. A family member, police AND employee of the hotel stated that they are HUGE targets in the area. Oh and the website doesnt state that the pool is under construction, which it is. I brought swim clothes for no reason! I will never stay here again nor recommend this place!
