Crazy it’s a motel but more like apartments with more than one room and kitchen and bathrooms super great place to stay in.

The suites were beautiful! Staff were horrible! They stole our deposit saying we were the first guests to stay in that suite. Went in our suite just hours after we checked in. Took a picture of some dirt on the railing and said it was cigarettes ashes and said we were smoking in the suite when we were clearly outside at 3 am after we checked in. After we got there and they wouldn't accept any cash so we drove around for an hour at 2 am looking for a Chase bank that had been moved and not updated on Google maps so we could deposit all the money in our account! This was after my husband and I drove 18 hours straight through to get to Georgia! There was no way possible we were the first ones in there because the kitchen floor was dirty and under the curtain in the upstairs bedroom was a huge long stain that the curtain was basically covering! At first I was using a can to put my cigs out in instead of throwing them on the property but after less then 10 hours after check in I hope they enjoyed picking them up off the ground around our suite! Get better staffing and management!

Staff was very kind. The suites were under construction and breakfast was underwhelming. The rooms were nice and clean.

These rooms used to be student housing and it shows in a good way. The place is actually nicer than my apartment.

I cannot say enough good things about this hotel. First off, Clarence at the front desk was awesome! He brought me extra coffee supplies (coffee is life when traveling! ) and was super helpful at check in. The rooms are fantastic. It's not really a room so much as a small townhouse! I have 2 bedrooms, 2 full baths on two floors with a full kitchen. That means so much, as it makes for an experience that feels more like staying at a friend's house rather than just another hotel. My only regret is that I only get to stay one night here. I will DEFINITELY be back at the next chance I have.

The suite was huge with full kitchens, big beds and plenty of room. The place is well lit at night. The breakfast was awesome. The check in process was very smooth. The staff was very friendly. I will definitely stay again.

I love this place. It's just like home away from home. The staff are really nice and respectful. Will always use here anytime I come to Atlanta.

DO NOT stay at this hotel as they are undergoing serious renovations, which are clearly nowhere near being done. Upon arrival, we had issues as there were several men on ladders blocking the walkway and throwing trash down as they painted the units. Once we were able to get inside our room, there were many stains covering the furniture and carpet, the flooring was slanted and uneven, and the furniture was very old and shabby. The pictures for this particular location are extremely misleading, as the rooms only match if you were to add a layer of filth and age the furniture 20+ years. We only stayed in the room long enough to find another hotel, but during that time my 3 yr old niece sat on the floor momentarily and had her legs covered in bug bites by the time we left. The only positive about this place is that the lady working at the front desk was extremely helpful and understanding when it came to giving us a refund quickly. I think the owners of this place realize that most people would not want to stay in such conditions and are willing to give money back to those who ask. Its a scam and this place should be closed until they can get their establishment to match the pictures they advertise it as.

The worst experience ever. Arrived at our hotel at 11pm after a long day of travelling. Without any appology they informed us that they were overbooked and we're moving us to another hotel 20 minutes away. I had made a reservation 5 months earlier. We drove exhausted to our new hotel. When we arrived, we were given a one bedroom room, not a two bed room that we had originally booked. This doesn't work for 3 people. The room was also filthy. There was an empty chip bag near the bed and the carpet and furiniture was badly stained. It was a terrible experience.

This was just outside Atlanta, GA. So they put me in this unit which didn't have parking spaces because the adjacent units were under renovation. This was so unacceptable so I asked for another unit. Next morning we woke up to the noise of banging and construction equipment, not to mention the dust (hopefully not asbestos) that covered our van 60 meters away. What hotel manager in their right mind would sacrifice the health & safety of children and adults in their hotel just to earn that extra buck? Of all the Sonestas I have been in, this was the worst. In this Sonesta, looks like safety took a siesta.

A friend of ours stood there after the string of hurricanes which damage U. S. V. I and Puerto Rico. Loved it and was happy with the accommodation.

A bit noisy and I suggest an upstairs room. The free breakfast is okay, but nothing great. The shuttle is nice but sometimes late for pick up. Rooms are fairly clean.

This was a fantastic hotel. The value was great, and there was a lot of square footage. I believe these are former apartments that have been converted to hotels. The staff was also very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend.

The hotel look like apartments. My kids and me enjoyed it. It felt like home. The staff was so friendly and nice.

Rooms are nice, staff were polite but was not notified about a $150 deposit until I was checking in… And may not get it back for seven days after I check out… Beware of hidden fees.

I thought the hotel was very nice. The staff at the front desk is excellent. They are doing renovation. The breakfast they offer in the morning pretty good. My hat goes off to the staff at the front desk. Thank you so much when I come back to ATL I’ll be staying there.

The room was very nice and spacious. I do wish, however l, that the entrances to the rooms were inside rather than outside because it was below freezing when I had arrived and when I had left. The lobby is clean and the staff seemed nice.

I was very impressed by this place overall. It truly caters to the extended stay culture. And actually, I'd stay here whether it was overnight or over a month or so. They have breakfast daily. And Monday — Wednesday they have special arrangements for dinner and quick dessert options accompanied by some wine. MOST of the staff is very nice and they become like a second family if you stay there long enough. And they clean the rooms very well, and even put the dishes in the dish washer for you. I was amazed that they had pots and pans, and plenty of utensils for eating and cooking. It is in a location that has heavy, heavy traffic, but it's also just one exit away from Perimeter Mall, a great mall, and 400 will get you into the city pretty fast depending on what time of the day it is.

The room was nice and clean, the bed is amazing and I love the full kitchen with updated appliances! The shuttle is very convenient and the mall is super close. Lanecia helped me check in and she gave me loads of helpful info about the hotel and the area in general. Great job, Marriott!

I love visiting Marriott hotels to see what they have to offer. This one was no less than I expected. The hotel was clean and pleasant to be in. I would definitely like to be an guest here.

The staff is AWESOME! EVERYONE is so friendly, helpful and accommodating. The front desk ladies are the bomb, always helpful. All of the other staff on the grounds, the cook are great as well. The rooms are nice a good size lots of space full nice kitchen with everything you need. I like it because it seems more like an apartment community than a hotel. When your away from home for a long period of time it's great.

Got a 2 level room with 3 TVs, 2 beds, 2 bathrooms, a full kitchen and living room area for under $100. Was worried about the cleanliness but it seemed to be above average. Breakfast sucked but it was free. My only issue with the place was the only way to get to my room was to go around behind the building and climb up the stairs. It was not well lit and didn't seem 100% safe, but we made due and everything turned out great. Overall, I'd recommend the place because of the value and its free amenities.

My room was clean and comfortable with a full kitchen, to include a full-sized refrigerator, and a dishwasher, a living space and good closet space. The staff are friendly and accommodating. The location is great. It sits alongside the Interstate, but there are sufficient, tall trees all along the road in front of the hotel, so you don't even know that it's there. You can hear, somewhat, the passing traffic, but not enough to really disturb your stay. There is a pool, small fitness center, dry cleaning service, and an on-site laundry room located behind the office. They offer a daily breakfast and a social mixer Monday to Wednesday. Just a couple of minor things that, for me, were not so positive, but absolutely did not ruin my stay, were the bathtub, and the suite above mine. I was happy to find a bathtub in my suite, but slightly disappointed that I could not enjoy it. This is because the texture on the floor of the bathtub was very prickly, and not what be pleasant to sit on. I can only guess that it is for safety, providing a non-slip surface. The suite above mine was not completely soundproof in a way that, I could hear every step that guest made. I also could hear, quite clearly, that guest running water in the bathtub to start a shower. All in all, my stay was really great. I was very pleased with my suite from the moment I arrived. I would definitely return to this hotel.

The Marriott Residence Inn is a great place if you need a comfortable home base while traveling or a cozy home away from home. I've stayed here twice for extended periods while my house was being renovated. My stay was a pleasant one both times. The reception staff is very friendly and helpful. The rest of the staff is great as well. Breakfast is served every morning in the reception area and includes lots of options from fresh fruit, cheese, yogurt and cereal to hot items like eggs, bacon, waffles, and oatmeal. Each evening, there is a happy hour reception which includes free beer, wine, soda, and water as well as food. During my stay, happy hour food included chicken and cheese chili, meatball subs, and a bunch of desserts to name a few. It's an easy dinner option about two thirds of the time. The rooms are clean and well appointed. The penthouse suite can sleep six in three beds (and has two bathrooms and three TVs) so it's a good option for larger families. My only complaint is its proximity to the highway. Traffic noise can be heard easily from units along the front of the property.

My room was exceptionally clean, which kind of surprised me because I'd read the previous reviews before my arrival. I was in building 5 and had A slide in door which I enjoyed for fresh air. I didn't get up for breakfast, or the evening wine & cheese as advertised. Check in was easy & fast!

I just relocated to the atlanta area with my 15 month old and have had issues with MANY hotels/extended stays. This is by far one of the best hotels (if youd even call it a hotel it looks and feels like an apartment) mind you I never write reviews. Full kitchen and dining table nice maroon and brown furnishings dishes all types of kitchenwear everything youd have at your own house. They have a grill and charcoal. My room has a fireplace. The carpets, tile and everything looks new. If you stay over 30 days the rate is only 99 dollars. Ive stayed at many 99 dollar hotels that were nowhere near this. I cant even see this as a hotel. Its crazy.

Came here for Valentine's weekend. I was actually pretty impressed. The room was so cute with our little kitchenette and very spacious. The bed was super comfortable. I also really liked the complimentary breakfast every morning. Great variety.

Ok I just moved to GA from another state and the remodeling of my home wasn't completed on time of our arrival so my 14 year old stayed there for one night, which turned out to be two but the hotel charged me for 2 nights but put three different authorization holds on my credit card three different times. So it appeared that we stayed 4 nights when we only stayed two at that given time. Don't get me wrong the rooms were nice but because of the holds to my card and the expenses of moving across country, my son and I had to sleep in our car. I have no friends or family here but when I went back to the hotel they said I would have to wait until the manager can back in on Monday, so because their system was messed up at the time of my check in and put a hold on all my money, my son and I have to suffer and struggle through the weekend. What is really sad is two of their staff members saw the mistake and said it will drop off in a couple of days. All I can do is cry at this point.
