Nice hotel. We were early and just wanted to drop luggage before cpuld check in as we were going to go eat and they let us in the room early. Room was nicely updated and clean. Staff was nice. Not much around but there are some restaurants and fast food and a CVS within walking distance. I would recommend!

The room I'm in, is very clean and great customer service. I will come again. I love it.

The staff was awesome and extremely helpful and caring. They went above and beyond. We felt at home! The location was central to all the beaches in Clearwater, St. Pete and also Tampa!

We checked in room on 8/26 at 2pm. We discovered Bugs in the room 221 bed 8/27@8am. Bugs were on the desk, night stand and everywhere. We attempted to call from the room but phone was not working. I attempted to speak to manager on duty at front desk explain that there were bugs and showed her video of them. Her response was look like ants were you eating in the bed. The most professional response. I plan to call the corporate office. We are concerned they are in our clothes and no appropriate solution was given. Your immediate attention to this is greatly appreciated. We are currently here on vacation spending our time looking for new accommodations, don’t feel like we should pay for sleeping with bugs.

Stayed here 7 Days! Loved the New memory foam King size Mattress! Loved watching the Airplanes land behind the hotel! Very Clean rooms! Had maid service every day with clean sheets & Towels! Heated pool/Hot tub. Serves Breakfast if you wake up in time to get it! We will be back! Cracker Barrel right next door! Thanks for making our stay Perfect!

Very nice rooms. So close to the Clearwater St Petersburg airport you can sit out by the pool and watch planes take off and land. Never until today have I ever seen a beer and wine vending machine very handy. Would stay here again for sure.

Only stayed one night at the hotel while on vacation cause it’s like a 3 min drive to the airport. The hotel was clean and quiet while I was there! The front desk was very nice and helpful! I saw they even had a free breakfast! Only 1 issue I had was the door to the room I had didn’t shut properly and u had to slam it shut! But other than that silly issue ur crazy not to stay here!
I’ll be back in January!

Absolutely beautiful. Very clean, very modern, all staff greet you with a warm smile. At first, it looked a little small and I don't always like having to go in through the front lobby every time to leave and come back, but everything else made me completely forget about that. The pool is so nice and also comes with a hot tub / spa area. Very cool. Free breakfast is nice and the sitting area is very pretty. I love the pop of orange color throughout. Our room was incredibly spacious and the bathroom was one of the best in a hotel I've ever seen. For the price, this room and experience was a steal! I have recommended this place to everyone and I will definitely be coming back.

Very disappointed in hotel and management my car was hit in there parking lots when I said something to management I was disrespected and treated like the criminal they had there kids at work laying around on bed in room very unprofessional then I wake up to these emails from owner she really needs to go back to customer service school because she is trash I wouldn't suggest my dog stay here do ur research before u stay here spend ur money were ur car went get vandalized and management put the customer first not disrespect you they get a 0 in my book.

Hi! Let me tell you how nice this hotel is! I made my reservation over the phone and then verified my stay directly with Jeanine, she was great and was there at my time of arrival. Set me up with my room, this place has smoking and non smoking rooms, handicapped rooms too. Excellent parking front and back. Pretty pool and hot tub, with a handicapped chair for both to get in and out of. Your at the foot of a airport run way however the building is well insulated and you would never know it. Breakfast is tasty, cleaning staff is nice and efficient. Athletic room is in great shape. Over all great place to stay long or short term. Beds are comfortable. I would really rate this a five star for the working person, or the family that wants to have a safe clean and friendly place to stay! If you book, please tell Jeannine Sue says hello. She welcomes me back every night she works, her/their customer service is fabulous! I know you will enjoy your experience here.

This hotel was fantastic! Its a good location and reasonably priced. When you are outside you can hear planes but inside the rooms you would not even know that you are by an airport. The rooms were clean, beds comfortable and AC worked great. Breakfast was great, waffle machine, eggs, sausage bagels etc. To top it off there was a beer/wine vending machine! I would come to this hotel again.

We have been staying here for over a month doing a job here in Clearwater, I could not asked for a better group of staff than what works here. My room was always clean. Rates was great. If you are looking to book a place in Clearwater I would come here, you won't be disappointed.

Very nice, clean place to stay the night, but do look over the towels before using. Great customer service. Price rates are great. I definitely would stay here again.

The place was comfortable, clean, quite and close to our destination. The woman at the front desk was helpful with all of our questions. The continental breakfast was hot with a variety of items to choose from.

What a great place to stay! Most important it was CLEAN! The bedding was so white, clean and comfortable! Breakfast was nice and the lady who prepared it was a very hard worker, who takes pride in her job. The general manager did a great job at making us feel very welcome and hopefully we'll get to come back again! Anthony from Hotel Impossible would be very proud of this establishment!

I spent there a couple of days. The hotel was always very clean. Employees were very polite. Their breakfast was great. Next time I’m in Florida I will certainly go there again.

Very clean basic hotel w/ a great breakfast and amazing helpful staff. Outstanding beds with great pillows. Have had multiple stays with complete satisfaction.

One or two employees could have been more pleasant. A co-workers shirt was left out on top of his bag and after returning there were bleach spots on the shirt that weren't there before. Didn't see any bugs and the beds weren't the worst I've slept on, so that's about all I can ask for.

I had a 2 night stay at this hotel and it was lovely! The room was really nice, updated, and clean. The bed was outstanding and seemed brand New! The staff were so friendly and accommodating. The free breakfast was delicious, by far the best hotel breakfast I've had in a very long time. I will be returning to this hotel! I didn't want to leave!

I was pleasantly surprised! I had never stayed at a Sleep Inn and didn't expect much but it was so much more than what I expected. The room was very nice. Bed and pillows comfy and everything was clean. The front desk staff was helpful in getting us an early morning ride to the airport and even though the breakfast was not out yet, James made sure we had something to eat before we left. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Sleep Inn Clearwater Room was fine, internet seemed good in room 320. Shower head is one of the best I’ve ever used. Heater didn’t work — the desk clerk explained that providing heat isn’t mandatory in Florida, but the motel provides space heaters, which worked surprisingly well. Value 5/5. Overall 5/5. Internet 5/5.

Last minute check in was painless the receptionist we dealt with was knowledgeable and straight to the point with a sense of humor. Our room was beyond comfortable with a nice view. Parking easily accessible. Super surprised with the alcohol machine in the lobby a small beer assortment, didn't take advantage of this I this visit but good to know for future considerations.

Great place to stay nice rooms and friendly staff the y always remember me. The owner is a great guy very nice and helpful. I will and have drove 30 minutes out of the way to stay here because I know it's clean and everyone on the staff is top notch.

Hotel has been renovated. my room was 3rd floor right and it was pretty nice beds are comfortable, linens new. They have 2 power plugs into table lamp light on the wall and in the entrance TV is nice size probably 40". Fridge and microwave are there. there'a a closet to hang clothes on the left of the room AC works fine. Well it was 50F outside, so I'd like to see it working when it is 80F. bathroom shower and faucet working fine. they also have a gym breakfast is essential but the room is pretty nice pool outside looks like gorgeous, size is nice.

This sleep inn was a fantastic hotel! Priced right, clean, and decorated very nice. Staff was very friendly. We would go back again!

The rooms are very nice. The prices are fair. The lady at the desk was friendly and even arranged for a taxi to take us to the airport in the morning. They let us keep our car there until we returned 10 days later. This is where we will stay every time from now on.

The prices were pretty decent. I booked a Double Bed room for 85 dollars. So considering I was splitting with a roommate, the price for that room was not bad at all. The room itself was clean, so no complaints there. Plenty of charging outlets in the room, which were located in the lamps. My only complaint had to be the A/C. The lowest it would go was 60 degrees. To add further, even though I had the fan settings on high instead of auto, the A/C would randomly turn off the fan for a while and turn back it on again. While it kept the room at a decent temperature, I was hoping for it to be colder. Other than that, considering how much I paid it wasn't a bad experience. Plus they also provide free breakfast as well.

FILTHY ROOM! Urine, Vomit, Mold, Bug Infestation!   I checked into this hotel while moving out of my apartment so for the first few nights of my stay I didn’t spend any time in the hotel room. Upon checking in I did notice that it smelled funny inside the room but I didn’t think much of it as I had more pressing priorities to take care of. After finishing packing out the rest of my apartment we moved fully into this hotel. It was one of their suites which was basically two hotel rooms converted into one. My wife complained about the smell and general cleanliness but I told her we should just deal with it for the next few weeks until our house would be ready to move in. My wife spoke with one of the cleaning staff and they told her that the people who previously had rented the room did not allow cleaning services to come in for long periods of time (I think they were in the room for a few weeks because of Irma). When they did get access to the room to clean they found lots of food left out and trash strewn about. They also said that someone urinated on the floor and on the couch. The cleaning staff took the pillow cushions for the couch. The next day I was attempting to work on my computer and found ants running all over the desk and around one of the air conditioners. After looking around more closely I discovered that the room was completely infested. I notified one of the staff about the infestation and they said they couldn’t do anything until the next day.

Management was horrible I've never been to a hotel where they count the towels after you check out. Management accused my family and I of taking 5 dry towels. I recommend taking before and after pictures as well as keeping track of the number of towels you're given and returning. My main concern was making sure there was no damage and no smoking. Didn't feel the need to keep a close eye on the towels. I let my children swim and they may have left some towels outside, never did I think that we'd be accused of taking towels. Strong possibility that housekeeping misplaced or even took the towels.

My stay was nice… I came to visit for my birthday however on the way there I received tragic news that my best friend had been shot 6 times and put on life support. The staff was very pleasant showing concern for my lost… The property was VERY CLEAN I will be back… Thanks again to your great hospitality and concern…

Just after Hurricane Irma, I stayed in my home for 2 days without power. Then I spent 2 days at this hotel. I was SO grateful for the extreme kindness of all the staff I encountered. From everyone at the front desk, to employees, & housekeeping! They were all very accommodating, & as happy for me to be there, as I was! Very upscale room, super clean, that cooled down very well! Free complimentary hot breakfast. Was a better breakfast than I've seen in some restaurants! I will recommend this hotel to everyone! Thank you for your excellent service. I look forward to seeing you again!

VERY BLESSED to have gotten a room day after hurricane Irma when power was out at home! Very friendly, helpful staff, nice room, affordable, close to home and work, full service breakfast. Highly recommend!

This hotel was on my companies list of approved hotels, and I was glad. I have stayed here before while visiting the area on numerous occasions. This area has a lot of hotels but they are hit our miss on comfort, quality and price. This particular one is good all around. It is not the fanciest, but it is by no means old looking and has plenty of amenities for the price. Similarly priced hotels in the area are a bit sketchy at best. In the past with work and having to choose from corporate list, I have tried a lot if them, hoping to find a good one. This is it. I was not scared, creeped out, nor disgusted, and I did not see heat our bring home any little creatures! If you are looking for a clean, comfortable, bug free and reasonably priced hotel while in this area, you would do yourself a favor if you stay here.

The location itself is in the smack middle of clearwater. Its about 15-20 mins from the actual beach, and about 20 minutes to tampa or st pete. The road leading to the hotel is under construction. This hotel is RIGHT next to an airport. You can literally hear the engines of planes landing and taking off, (light sleepers, beware). The interior of the hotel is remodeled and looks great. Our room looked amazing. Everything was updated with the exception of the door to the toilet/shower. It was a very thin, old, wood SLIDING door. The door was the only outdated thing in the room. TV is your standard 50 channels, showtime included. THE BED WAS EXTREMELY FIRM (this might be an issue for those who are pillow soft sleepers like me) The pool and hot-tub was always clean and welcoming. The breakfast is OUTSTANDING considering the setting. Yes its the same buffet layout every day, but theres tons of choices to choose from. They had boiled and scrambled eggs, sausage, waffles, oatmeal, yogurt, bran cereal, along with bagels, toast, and danishes. Plenty of options for it being a free breakfast with your stay. The woman that ran the breakfast was super nice and professional, always making sure that everything stayed replenished at all times. The hotel desk staff could use just a little training on professionalism. You could literally tell when the franchise owner was present or not, by the way they acted.

Clean room ample parking. There is construction currently on the street. Overall great experience. We had an issue with the first room that was quickly resolved. Staff was responsive and helpful.

Tried to book a night here but manager bhur is extremely rude and made sure I will never be back to spend my money at this establishment. Here's a tip: when a customer walks in in the middle of the afternoon to book a room make sure you don't leave them standing at an absolutely abandoned front desk for 10mins…

Room was clean, prices were reasonable, service was friendly, beds were comfortable. The continental breakfast was very good with plenty of selection and served from 6:30-9:30 You are near the airport but it's not bad at all for noise. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

The location was fine and the room was clean. It is near the airport and you will hear airplanes flying over. Other than that, the stay was quiet. One little mishap with small bugs crawling on the desk, wall and nightstand.

Nice clean hotel. Shower/toilet area a bit cramped. Breakfast is only served in a 1 hour window, 8:30 to 9:30. Pool and hot tub is nice but small. Has fitness area and also loads of vending machines. Near airport but noise is not an issue.

Haven't even arrived yet, found people rude, transfered to at least 5 people. Made reservations and it indicated free cancelation, pay amount, then it states you can't cancel. Called hotel, and everyone said basically stick it. Will not go there again and will let others know.

Have never felt more unsafe in all my years in hotels. I arrived at dusk to find all the doors to the front lobby wide open. When walking into the lobby I realized there is no one there. After stepping out front I then realize that the front desk clerk was next-door at the vapor store. Checking in was easy once the clerk came back, however not very friendly. I then went to my room, to find out the room key and door does not seem to be working and opening. After returning to the front desk so that I could gain entry to my room I was told "the lock on that door doesn't always work". Once I finally gained entry into my room and unpacked, things got very loud, as I realized the hotel sits at the end of a landing strip for the airport, and there were 747 landing right over top of the hotel. Right across the street is the view of the Gentlemans's club. When walking out into the parking lot it doesn't feel the safest as there are people begging and picking through trash, which again makes you feel unsafe. I then realized that the doors to the hotel were still wide open and once again there was no one at the front desk. There were strangers that did not appear to be guests of the hotel wandering in and out to the vending machine in the lobby in which you could buy alcohol. Overall, there was no level of service. When I checked out the manager was there, he didn't know how to use the computer, had a baseball cap on backwards, and was in plainclothes.

If it were this dump would not even be able to get a star. Check in: 14:00, we at 15:30 were there. First room not made and musty. Second room and according to the front desk only that was still available was indeed made, stank but in our opinion, after welding. Since we have paid the room in advance we took this in stride. An error as it turned out. The room was damp, the smell of sweat later gave way to a mold smell. The mattress was hard and the hotel very noisy and thin. We haven't been sleeping much. Then in the morning, we discovered that a horde of ants on the shelf scrabbled around. We reported this to the Lady at the front desk. This info was her so no matter how nothing else and we were rather rudely handled. A terrible service. Once and never again. On our two Monatigen travel, that worst hotel.

Newly renovated (the room was beautiful, relaxing earthy colors), surprisingly clean, suprisingly quiet, comfortable, and relaxing. I slept so good. I was on the 3rd floor and it was very quiet which was wonderful. The location is good. There is a Starbucks across the street, a Cracker Barrel next door, a Publix and a Burger King just down the road. I was very pleased with my stay. The rate was reasonable. I paid something like $123 for two nights that included taxes and fees. The staff was friendly and forgiving when I checked out a little late. The room had a nice sized closet with hangers, an iron and ironing board, coffee maker, a hair dryer, microwave, and refrigerator. The TV was a nice flat-screen, but unfortunately the channels that were available weren't that good. I was hoping for more variety, but I had my laptop and shows to catch up on. Overall great experience. Oh yes! They offered breakfast between 6:30 and 9:30. I didn't take advantage of it, but it's nice.

The room was clean and a good value. We had ants show up from somewhere getting on the desk and to the trash. Bug spray was provided to deal with them. The light was out in our shower, but it was only a minor inconvenience.

Owner Bhupi Patel is dishonest. Left my empty golf bag. Maid took it to owner and he had it in his office according to multiple employees. I call a couple weeks later and he gets nervous, says he will call me back and doesn't. I finally reach him and he says it's gone? Say what? Karma will get you Bhupi. FYI my room smelled like a wet diaper near ice machine.
