Me and my wife have stayed here 3 out of the 4 times we have came to Clearwater and have always loved it! GREAT PLACE TO STAY FOR YOUR VACATION.

Place is great, my husband is working up the road and has built Marriots. The only problem is they didnt want to clean his room even 2 days a week. This is during Coronavirus and there was maybe 10 people staying here. The ladies working at front are great the men had attitudes. We can never go in rooms to clean from the guy, yet the girls was like yes we will have it done. My husband or myself had to call and ask to clean the room until this week, he has been staying here a month during the week. We understand all the virus stuff, but when you let them know your going to be here until August and your one of the only people essential to work and have to be away and you pay for it, clean the room. Empty the trash, straighten the bed etc. Overall a 4 rating of 5

What wonderful and helpful front desk employees! Every single person that entered hotel they greeted and asked if anything was needed or shared helpful places to eat or see. So helpful. Room, lobby, breakfast area, elevators, hallways… all clean. I will definitely stay here again.

Staff here was very helpful and friendly. The suite was comfortable and very clean.

Absolutely. I checked in with Assistant Manager Luke and he was amazing! The service was great, the welcoming was warm, the property was well lite close to everything I needed. Rooms were clean & recommend for anyone to allow them to accommodate you while you're in Clearwater.

Very pretty grounds when you look around and great pool area. Typical free breakfast type food but actually had excellent flavor compared to say a Best Western. The only reasons for 4 stars are the location is "different" as I am used to staying on the beach while in Clearwater, for some reason they had the temp set in the entire building at what felt like 65, and the rooms are just standard like any other hotel with no microwave. Not complaing and recommend it, simply giving a heads up on a couple things.

The room was clean so is the bathroom. Had updated TV with Netflix. It did not have any USB port so you could charge your electronics which a lot of hotels have already updated to make sure you bring your charger. I did not have breakfast so I can't comment on the free breakfast. There was plenty of parking when I was there so I'm thinking the hotel was pretty empty. A little shocking for a holiday.

Great experience and great location close to beach, business parks and great restaurants! The free Wi-Fi here was not bad at all. Breakfast is probably the only thing I would say needs minor improvements. The showers are great. The rooms were spacious flat screen few channels but great channels. The courtesy exuded from the employees was quite exceptional. I am recommending and will be returning to stay here frequently! I hope to see some other breakfast items in the near future.

I stayed overnight while visiting family in the area. The room was clean and the hotel amenities were nice. The online check-in process was very convenient. I plan to stay here again on a future trip.

This is a nice new hotel however the staff is very unprofessional and immature every time we were in the lobby area they were acting very unprofessionally. The cleaning service will only make your bed they do not refill any amenities or take away your breakfast tray, etc. Also they charged me three different charges without my permission, also had charged me an extra room right because they said they didn’t charge it initially. The billing is all messed up, the breakfast socks and we would not stay here again.

Stayed for 4th of july week 2018. Very clean. Breakfast was usual waffles, eggs, Turkey sauage, breads, fruits etc. Friendly front desk. Access to the hotel is right near a bridge intersection so can be tricky to navigate. Is about 15 to 30 mins to beach depending on traffic and times of the day. Great spot if you want to stay off the beach but parking at the beach is a nightmare and expensive. Plan accordingly. This hotel tho is great for the price!

My car broke down in their parking lot and the woman running the front desk and the security guard on duty allowed me to stay inside while I waited for a tow truck and made sure I was safe. Never had better customer service, especially since I wasnt a paying customer.

Issues. Loud AC in room. Told all the same so no point in moving another room. Had to run fan instead. Hot tub broken. Nice front desk people.

The hotel cleanliness was expectional! The breakfast food was good and fruit was fresh. The only thing, and this wasn’t the staff fault at all but we had picked this hotel because they had a hot tub because we had planned on doing a lot of walking and planning on soaking in the hot tub after. The hot tub was out for our entire 3 nights and that was the only disappointment.

Smaller room than I expected. Bed was a little too firm. Staff was friendly and courteous. I thought we chose a room with a view but that was not the case. Very clean. Whirlpool didn't have strong jets.

Wasn't anything wrong with the hotel it's just not what we had expected. The room was very small and compact, it didnt have a view, or balcony. We may have picked the WRONG room due to the want of the king bed and hot tub. Otherwise a great stay.

The night was wonderful I had a good view of clearwater with a stocked fridge with liquor. Then I ordered a baked chicken dinner wich was wonderful.

Everything was perfect and clean, my room was exceptionally nice and the staff was even nicer. Everyone was very helpful and polite. The pool was heated, so that was a plus and the hot tub felt like a saltwater tub instead of straight chlorine. It was very pleasant and my skin didn't feel all weird after getting out.

We loved this hotel. Super clean and inviting. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast is delicious and has tons of options. The location is great. Easy to get to the beaches and easy to get to Tampa. Also just across the bridge from the airport. Lots of conveniences near the hotel such as shopping, restaurants, and grocery stores. I didn't give the hotel 5 stars for two reasons: 1. The heated pool was freezing. 2. We were there 6 days and 5 nights and only had housekeeping service once. For a family of four, we really needed it more often. We would definitely stay here again. It was a great choice for our Thanksgiving holiday.

It is alright. Tv channels require adjustment because the picture quality is poor. Free Wi-Fi is always a great giveaway and late check out an added bonus. Overall great stop over hotel, we stayed only for one night.

Good price with what they offer. Our room had to king size bed with the jacuzzi (spa room) microwave and mini-fridge etc plenty of room for 2 and the hotel offers hot & cold breakfast and a swimming pool with a spa next to it.

Just can't say enough about this hotel. First impression to driving away we were blown away with the awesome staff including the manager, Marc. Going above and beyond in every aspect of our stay from check in, pool, concessions, fresh coffee and tea. Along with lime infused cold water in lobby. Room was spotless and stocked well with fresh linens, shampoos, soaps and walked in to a very comfortable room as well. Thank you once again for an awesome stay with our family. We look forward to our next trip. Thank you again MARC. Won'd forget how you we so out of yourself and were genuinely concerned for our stay and if we were happy. This place is a "gem". Clean, neat, courteous staff, … love the shuttle! Breakfast was plentiful, not one negative thing! Would definitely go back. And will definitely recommend this place to others!

We love this place. We have been there twice. Very clean and very friendly/accommodating staff. Breakfast is good, but might want to change up on hot items, like adding regular bacon and hash browns.

Housekeeping does a phenomenal job at keeping the hotel (hallways, guest rooms, lobby, dining areas) exceptionally clean! The staff is more than welcoming. The amenities that are offered are great! They even offer complimentary Tide laundry soap and Bounce dryer sheets when using their washer and dryer. Breakfast is great! Pool is well maintained! Rooms are very spacious and clean! The location is great — Walmart, Target, and plenty of restaurants are just down the street. Clearwater Beach is about 10-15 minutes away. We stayed for 7 days and I really enjoyed our stay.
The downside (s) in my opinion: only one washer and dryer for the whole hotel to use, beds and pillows were not that comfortable and the walls were not well insulated. I could hear the kids running around most of the night. And, the AC unit was a little loud but that did help drown out some of the excess noise. Had the beds and pillows been more comfortable, I would have given 5 stars. But, don't let that stop you from choosing this hotel. I know when I visit Clearwater again, I will definitely choose this location! Thank you to the wonderful staff and keep up the excellent work!

Excelente! Sweet, warm, genuine, authentic people, open to feed back when I mentioned to the gentlemen at the front desk that the coffee maker was not working properly, the gentlemen at the front desk responded with "I am sorry to hear that, I appreciate you letting us know, we will take care of that". I love his response. The front desk and staff made me feel comfortable, appreciated and welcomed by just genuinely being present and listening to what I had to say. The breakfast has a little bit of everything and its included. Clean and bright rooms with comfortable beds and pillows. Enjoyed the pool and the hot tub. Hotel is located about 15 minutes to Pier 60 Clearwater. I love this place! I will go back.

Stayed at this hotel for one night with family. Room was clean. Beds were not that comfortable. Breakfast was good. Overall had pleasant stay at hotel.

The property was clean and in good repair. Comfortable rooms and a reasonable price. This will definitely be my go-to in Clearwater.
