Great place to rest your head.

I only stayed one night but the king size bed was amazing and the breakfast spread they put out is fabulous. And they have a really nice pool also, The manager Joyce is very kind.

The staff are friendly. Check in was smooth. Room was in perfect order. The free breakfast was delicious too. They just need some more seating. Didn't use the pool, but did check it out. It was clean and the seating was orderly and ample. The new owners have really made a huge difference since we last stayed here.

What an incredible experience! For what most would consider a moderately priced motel, I was thoroughly impressed! Polite staff, clean rooms, perfectly maintained pool. You couldn't ask for more if you tried. We will always book our stays with Sleep Inn of Leesburg, Florida. I'm told there are new owners. That's probably why our experience was so great.

This is my home away from home the staff is exceedingly responsive to my questions, concerns, and needs are met without a hassle. If they can make it happen they do it without hassle. The rates are worth every second of my stay. Shout out to Miss Joyce and her excellent team.

I stayed here 2 yrs ago as I was searching for an apartment for several weeks. I can not express how clean prompt service and respectful ALL employees are. I highly recommend staying here with no worried. Connie Willis.

Police knocked on a door on my floor at 5am. Manager compensated by letting me check out at 5pm and took 20% off my bill. Satisfied customer.

Please shut this place down. Lukewarm refrigeration. Terrible smell in the hallways and rooms. Smells like mildew. Poor room service. I have been watching the older gentleman at the front desk smoke a couple cigarettes outside for the past couple hours this evening. I had to ASK for clean towels. Housekeeping was told we didnt ask for service or saw a do not disturb tag on our door. Neither of which happened. They called the room at 5:30 A. M.! I seriously have ONLY stayed because I paid and did not feel like fighting for a refund. But I swear do NOT stay here. I've never written a bad review before, but this place HAS to be lying in the reviews. I literally picked this place because of the reviews. There's no WAY they are real. If you dont believe me… go right ahead and spend just ONE night and you'll be just as disappointed.

Very friendly and traveling with my dogs which there are bigger breeds. There are animal lovers. Make my stay welcoming.

The staff here and the management is amazingly great they will go out of their way to make you comfortable. Clean rooms and a decent breakfast.

Nice clean place close to the interstate and several choices of restaurants really nice staff rooms a little bit Dusty but overall pretty clean. However not a full breakfast as we expect it but price was reasonable.

Very nice and clean. The staff is very friendly and helpful if you have questions about the surrounding community and local attractions. Will stay here if I come in town again.

If you want a place to stay rather it's away on business, a family outing, or just to get away. The Sleep Inn hotel is one of the most comfy places to stay. They have very friendly staff a delicious breakfast and a heated swimming pool. The beds are extremely comfy each double bed has four pillows and each King has six pillows. So if you're ever in Leesburg Florida or the surrounding area the best place to say is the Sleep Inn hotel.

Slightly tired looking lobby and rooms but clean. No smoke smell or musty odors. Friendly and helpful staff. A really good free breakfast is offered and cookies all day.

Very friendly staff. Nice breakfast. Very thin walls and. Got no sleep. Must have been a local hooker using the room above us. Every 3 hours they were going at it.

This place has friendly staff, breakfast, clean rooms, comfortable bed's, and all at a reasonable rate! This hotel is my go to for rest & a hot shower!

For the price, I’m happy as can be. Close enough to my venue and food next door. Shower door sticks a little but that’s all I could complain about.

Clean. Good breakfast but no place to sit. Halls dark and dated. But employees nice and helpful.

A dump. Looks like the Police know where the local fugitives hide. Trouble just a minute away here. Avoid this lowbrow dump. They can film episodes of COPS here. Daily. This is not a place to feel SAFE. Enough said. The Police were there twice within 8 hours. The carpeting is worn out and dirty. Place has a bad feel to it.

Check in was smooth. Floor smelled like weed and smoke. Just ask that next time the maid leaves more towles in the room. Other than the smell we enjoyed our stay.

The beds were so comfortable we wanted to stay more than 2 nights. Only downside was the inside doors are hard to open unless you have relatively good upper body strength and the breakfast hours are 6am-9am. The least they could do is extend them until 10/10:30am like other places.

Front desk and manger was very nice BUT the rooms are very small, all rooms only have shower not bath tubes so trying to bath my 2 months was a joke! The carpet was damp so now my 2 month old, myself and my mom are all stuffed up! The carpets were so dirty we had to wear socks at all times when we were in the room so our feet wouldn’t get black! Beds were suppose to be a full size and they are not! There is no ice in the ice machine!

This place needs to be demolished and rebuild to code standards. Before putting in thing room, I sprayed nthe room with Lysol. The room wasn't cool until the last day. The hall smelled of cigarette smoke that traveled into the room. Once in the bathroom the toilet seat had burn marks along top of the cover part, and the toilet was shaking. They need a better system for breakfast, didn't eat the continental breakfast. I know some people may say why stay, but this place was close to my mother and father's house. Yes, I was trying to save money, but I will travel 30 minutes and pay more to sleep comfortable. The parking lot is terrible you don't actually have a good parking system for your guess.

The people here are really nice and clean rooms very nice place to stay at and can get Brekes here to eat.

Thankful to got this beautiful, clean and spacious room during Hurricane Irma is in her way to Florida! We feel save in this solid building. The reception was always kind and helpful. We would definetely recommend this hotel!

The bathrooms are a little on the small side but the rooms are very nice and clean. They have this detox water made with lemons and cucumbers at the front desk and they serve it with cookies and both were amazing. Like the Irish Mom that works at the front desk.

Very nice facility. Rooms 5 star. Very much a challenge for the worker's here. Seems from setting outside there's illegal activities. The lady trying very hard to clean it up. I appreciate her efforts.

This is the most cleanest & most affordable hotel in the area. The staff is very helpful. My family enjoyed the times we've stayed here. The beds are so soft! Rooms are so clean! Breakfast is good too!

Not bad. But not great. Was OK for an overnight stop on our trip but was not that clean.

I was very impressed with the breakfast they made available. My daughter even enjoyed making her own waffle in the waffle iron.

Nothing fancy, it had 2 beds that were decent. Bathroom was tiny, but we didn't need much. Overall it served our purpose and we had no complaints.

This is the best in Leesburg, I have never had a problem here, the only thing I really do not agree with is their check in times. If I have been traveling all night and I stop and want to check in at 8am, do not tell me I have to wait until 3pm (7 hours) if I am checking in at that time of morning, that means I have been traveling all night and I am tired, I do not want to wait till 3pm to check in, if you have a clean room, rent it to me, if not, rent me a clean room when it becomes available. But the rooms are nice and the location is safe.

Everyone here is very kind and eager to please. Rooms are very clean and spacious. I've stayed here multiple times with always a great outcome.

This hotel gave me the worst cumulative hotel experience I think I've ever had. This Hotel was booked via priceline. We received a 45$ rate but found the hotel is "renovation mode". No amenities that were advertised were available, there were prank calls early in the morning coming in on our room phone, the hallways were full of epoxy and paint fumes, and the fire alarm was set off by the renovation crews. We asked to check out and have our unused reservation be refunded back to us, the manager refused to reimburse us the 200$. There is emergency vehicle traffic at all hours of the day and night and the traffic is horrendous around the hotel. I would not recommend this location to anyone. The manager is dishonest and is running a very shoddy business.
