They have nice clean staff and they are willing to help anytime. It is close to restaurants and fast food. They have a pool that's clean and enjoyable. They have a good breakfast there also eggs sausage and biscuits and gravy, waffles, yogurt and fruit I really enjoyed the time.

Good customer service, But the rooms have a odour and the towels weren't very clean.

I had called to confirm they would not charge me if I cancelled my stay with them. Imagine my surprise when I was charged 250$ for a room I never stayed in. To add insult to injury, the customer service was horrible as they did not care what they had done to me and that I needed to borrow money from my parents to finish my trip. In fact… They called me a liar. And it took 4 phone calls and a visit to their site to finally be credited what they wrongly took from me to begin with. This hotel is also right in the middle of a drug populated area where you will not appreciate the lack of safety you feel coming and going to your vehicle… Let alone allowing your vehicle to sit in the parking lot. I will never book with them again and will forever tell of their horrible service … As they all but spit on me in my famlies time of need.

Haven't been here in in a while but when I was it was a great place not too expensive I don't think.

I was going to knock 1 star off due to the fact that I litterly have to bend over to reach the low sink in the new looking vanity in the bathroom… but when I noticed the air conditioner in the room had a remote… I was in love lol I have never seen a motel room with an ac remote… top that with fresh cookies in the lobby! Ughhhh man it's going to be hard to leave this place.

Don't recommend this hotel at all. The rooms are too small and not clean and have bed bugs! we moved rooms 2 times due to overflowing toilets. The beds are uncomfortable. The manager called my boyfriend a liar when he showed him the bed bugs we found in our bed. Horrible experience!

The roof in the lobby was leaking… not a rainy day. The bathroom was atrocious.

Walked in pulled back the covers, bedbugs and we checked out and moved on down the street. Most disguising feeling ever. Someone is getting a phone call.

Awful. Smelly air conditioner, had to shut it off. Unable to open any windows. Needs a complete renovation. Dirty, stained rugs, scratched furniture, motor ran so loudly on refrigerator in room we had to shut it down. Just a really bad experience. Staff is friendly and cooperative.

Stayed for 4 nights in Feb. A clean place, beds are comfy, refrig & micro, coffee pot. Free Breakfast consists of fried eggs with sausage, biscuits & gravy, bagels, English muffins, waffles, yogurt, juice cereals coffee & tea. The pool is too close to the main drag & not at all private, not sure how clean it was, didn't use it. Because of the very tight room, I would not stay there again for a long stay.

Good value for about $70. Clean beds. Waffle maker is good.

When I visit Leesburg Fla, I look forward to staying at Quality Inn & Suites because the prices are reasonable, the rooms are very clean: Access in and out are very simple: They offers a nice good complimentary breakfast: Check ins and out is simple: The surroundings have always been quiet: Close proximity to a lot of dining facilities:

Great Place Nice price and great customer value, great staff. If I compare Upbrand motel with Quality Inn, I will always find Mistake. I always like this motel staff.

If I could give this place zero stars I would! They’re lying cheating scammers. Do not stay at this roach motel. They should not be allowed to be a choice hotel at all! Trust me you are better off sleeping in the car!

During my stay at Quality Inn, all I can say is peace, rest, and relaxation! Although, their breakfast selection wasn't vast, it was very tasty! :) Also, JT the night concierge is very kind. They have a very hard working staff! 10/07/2017

I'm in the area once every one to two months and have been staying at this quality inn consistently for the past two years. They are consistent on price and always provide acceptable accommodations at a reasonable price. It's not glamorous but it's clean and comfortable, with an A+ staff which is a huge plus. Unless you're used to sleeping in nothing less than a 5 star high rise with golden sheets and towels, I recommend it for a good night's rest.

Arrived at the hotel and the guy who works front desk at 530 pm 10/1/2017 told me that there was no-one to stay there for 30 mnts until he showed me the room. I really got a sense of him being allergic to children I walked in with my daughter in law and her family whom are Florida residents. That said I think he thought the kids where staying with me and my husband! never assume!

Staff is super nice, quaint hotel, good hot. Breakfast. In the center of everything.

We got a block of 4 double bed rooms for under $300 w/tax the breakfast was the usual stuff cooked fresh and brought out at 5:50am the Staff was A-1 very helpful and friendly the rooms were very clean small signs of wear on the furniture but had a large flat screen TV, mini fridge, coffee maker, hair dryer AND THE POOL WAS OPEN ALL NIGHT AND VERY CLEAN! I'd recommend this place I've stayed at Quality inn's B4 that were a NIGHTMARE … THIS 1 IS DEFINITELY A GREAT BARGAIN ID BRING MY FAMILY HERE WITH NO WORRIES… PAUL / DELTONA FL. kingsmen mc deland chapter.

Worst experience I have ever had in a hotel. There were roaches and spiders all over the room. Stains in the bed sheets and towels. Do not stay at hotel even for a second. Pay the extra cash to stay at a better hotel.

I love to stay at this hotel. I love everything about this place. Please stay here, I am not going to miss lead you in anyway. The beds are my best part.

When checking in we were required to pay for our entire stay up front. I particularly didnt like that. The carpets in the hallways need to be replaced or a deep cleaning. Lots of spots. Also front desk staff when we checked in on Thursday 6/22/17 was wonderful, very polite and accommodating. The staff during the complimentary breakfast on 6/23/17 was kind, very helpful. She went out of her way to make sure we had what we needed. Front desk staff on Friday 6/23/17 not so much. He was in fact rather rude. My family and I were in the lobby waiting to be picked up, as we were in Florida attending a Family reunion. We were talking and sharing with one another and our volume during our conversation got a little loud. The front desk staff was checking someone in, instead of asking us to keep the volume down. He screamed at us. I thought it was very unprofessional. I think he could have handle it in a more professional manner.

Hallway are really dirty but room is clean and service is great! Breakfast is good too. Great price.

Specifically asked for a ground level room when reservation was made a month ahead of time. They said call the morning of your arrival to confirm. I did they said they blocked off a room, get here no ground level room available. Then my second level room fridge not working full of water. Had to change rooms again to 2 queen beds instead of king. Shower is horrible no pressure out dated. Got bit by something on my leg my first night. Only good thing is the front desk cleark very nice.

The location was in a good spot there was alot near by. I would have liked the room to be a little deeper. Service was good.

The staff here are very friendly and the rooms are very clean. Rooms include microwave, free Wi-Fi, and fridge. Hot breakfast in the morning included eggs, sausage, biscuits, gravy, waffles, and assorted toasts and pastries. Very close to many dining options, if you feel like crossing 6 lanes of traffic.

I'm homeless right now, so needing a place to sleep since I work 3rd shift. Thought I had paid up till Monday the 14th of March apparently I didn't. When I checked in though the lady said I was good till Monday, I got woke up to fire alarm at 8:50a after going t to bed at 8:30a. Then woke up every hour after that, house keeping. Then telling me I read being kicked out, I would NOT re commend to this place to anyone.

Used to be a Motel 8 was renovated, and opened as a Quality Inn, and to be honest they are a bit over priced, and they are not that clean. I won't stay there again for the price they charge. I would suggest to the management that they get their act together and get the rooms up to par.

This equals false advertisement. My husband and I along with our 12 year old went up for a last minute basketball tournament. The pictures on the site looked decent for a quick 2 day stay but once we arrived the front desk lady did not even greet us and I knew in that moment we were in for a treat. Once we got to our room, all 3 of us started itching. In the lobby it says "smoke free rooms" but our room smell like an ash tray. I was trying to keep my cool and stay positive but when my son changed into his pj's and jumped I'm the bed, there were stains on it. Then we looked to the window and there seem to me some kind of yellow substance/stain in the curtain (almost made me puke as it looked like semen). Right away we head downstairs and kindly ask for our $$ back, I took pictures and showed the front desk girl. To make a long story short, we never got our $$ back, this hotel is horribly kept and should be closed down as it is a threat to people's health. We were there not even an hour and they charged us both nights.

This is a great place to stay! The whole place has been remodeled and updated, yet the rates are still affordable, and the staff is so friendly. I would definitely recommend to anyone passing through town. Great location too, right off 441/27.
