This is our second stay here very nice room and friendly service.

Clean comfortable rooms, nice pool, friendly helpful staff.

Horrendous experience… last November several members of my family stayed at this hotel to attend my parents' memorial service. In the beginning, they were extremely unhelpful and rude while I was planning ahead to make a reservation for several rooms, so I just let my family members make their own reservations separately. I, myself, reserved and paid for two rooms through Expedia for my adult daughters. On Sunday morning, my oldest daughter called to tell me that they were asking her to leave the hotel by 11:00 am because she didn't have a reservation for that night. She did. I got on the phone and spoke to management and they were (again) rude and dismissive and insisted she did not have a reservation for that night. I had just buried my parents the day before so I just gave up and told my daughter to leave and come stay with me at my parents home. When I returned home to Nashville, I spoke with Best Western Corporate because I had PROOF that I had paid for two nights for my daughter. Corporate was very nice, but not much they could do since they are not involved in operations of individual hotels. They did, however, contact the Best Western in Leesburg twice and they denied that I had a reservation and refused to look over the documentation that I had or discuss it any further. I also contacted Expedia since I had made the reservations through them. They called the Best Western while I was on hold with them. Management at the hotel yelled at the Expedia rep and hung up.

The pool was great for the kiddos.

This is a very well maintained hotel. We liked the stay here. Very nice staff, and clean room. The only thing is, access to this hotel is not easy when you are driving westbound, and you have to make a U turn.

The room was clean, hotel staff were very helpful, enjoyed the sauna, pool, and especially the continental breakfast. Would stay here again.

Room was spacial and the breakfast was great. The gym is a little small but you can easily get a full body work out if you are familiar with the machines. Overall a great experience and as I have stayed here many times, it is safe to say I am a huge fab of the motel.

14.88 miles from FL TPKE, great. Wonderful fresh with HOT/COLD breakfast. Room on 3rd floor, 301, was big, clean and so comfortable. Stayed there on the way to Key West and on the way home. Couldn't ask for more. Highly recommend.

The pillows were so fluffy and the bed was even more comfortable. I gave a 3 star only because I feel the staff has been neglecting cleaning a few things in the room. It appears they only do a fast wipe down and vacuum. I know this because of the black ring around the inside toliet bowl and the glass closet mirrors have not been wiped down in forever. As far as channel selection on the TV my husband was very disappointed. Other then that the front staff was very friendly and I met a few of the hotel guest. The environment is very welcoming and that I do like.

Spent week there. Was great stay. Could use more bacon was scarce. But breakfast was really good plenty to eat. They offered quiche but never saw any the whole week but staff is. Excellent and room was nice.

My room had everything I needed. It was clean, well located, quiet, and the Wi-Fi worked well. The breakfast was well done and had a variety of items to choose from. The staff was most pleasant.

Felt the hotel was overpriced. Breakfast was your typical breakfast bar. Room was clean but too dark. Bed was comfortable.

Nicely decorated. Comfortable rooms… Pillows and bed the best. Loved the kcups for coffee in the room and yogurt with toppings was amazing.

Do NOT stay here. Beyond obscene and disrespectful management and employees. Our room was dirty, nasty water in the ice buckets, bedding did not appear fresh. Employee forcefully closed the door going out to the pool on my 7 year old. Our phones did not work in the room. Energency phone in the pool area also didn't work. Unacceptable on so many levels. Hands down worst hotel experience ever.

Beautiful quiet, comfortable room. Large bathtub for a bubble bath soak. We needed the down time and this was perfect.

Moldy curtains, musty smelling room (probably the moldy curtains). Stains on the comforter. Pool was locked every time we tried to use it. Long waits for asked assistance at the front desk as there was no one around. I really liked the soap containers in the bathroom. It's a great way to reduce plastic waste! However, they are clearly not checking to ensure it's filled, it was not fun to run out of soap while taking a shower. Was bummed we stayed here.

Staff is helpful. Rooms are clean. Breakfast is good. It's in a good part of Leesburg that's close to food and shopping.

We return annually for last few years. We can rely on the comfort and quality of the room. The wonderful breakfast and excellent rate and consistent good service as well.

The room I had, had dingy sheets and towels the room was not cleaned to well. The front desk person charged me a 35 dollar fee for checking in early. I'm a nurse that travels and I work overnight I explained that to him and he really didn't care. I stayed at holiday inn express down the road a few days earlier and they didnt charge me for the early check in and the room and towels were clean. The only reason I didn't go back to the holiday inn was because they were booked but that's where I'll stay from now on. Sorry not sorry.

Great hotel. It is extremely clean. The breakfast is delicious in all staff go out of their way to help you.

Loved staying in Leesburg to visit family. The lady serving breakfast was great. The whole staff was helpful. The room and service were excellent.

BW in Leeeburg, Fl. Is a last resort type of hotel. Bedding and towels are so dingy you are afraid to use them. Staff are unpleasant and tend to be unhelpful/unless problem solvers. Toiletries are in containers like at those 35.00 a night motels. Just terrible!

I enjoyed the decor and the vibe of the hotel. We went the week of Thanksgiving 2017. It was cold and rainy so we were not able to use the outdoor pool as often as we liked, but who can control the weather. Breakfast was nice. I enjoyed not having to season my eggs. Coffee was good My son enjoyed creating his own pancakes. I look forward to staying at this location again.

To start, the staff was friendly, the breakfast was not that good, so we went to Wolfy's down the street, well worth paying, the bed was uncomfortable, the ac kept going off even when it wasn't on AUTO setting, but we lived, lol. If we had to stay here again we would.

Stay here 4 nights. Very clean, the only issue I had was the bed was wore out. Woke up stuff and sore. In there defense I didn't complain until checkout. They did act concerned and said they would have maintenance address it. I should have complained earlier. Everything else met my expectations.

This used to be our go to place every time we were in Leesburg, however something drastically changed. Our room was far from clean with trash on the floor and cobwebs by the door. Our shower curtain was broken and hanging off the rod, the light switch appeared to have been punched into the wall. It had a very strong musty odor to it. When we asked for new towels the replacement was full of holes. The bedding was extremely questionable, the "accent pieces" on the bed were filthy. Just go ahead and prepare to buy breakfast too. Pancake maker didn't work and the rest appeared to be yesterdays leftovers. Do yourself a favor… go to the villages or the Hampton by lake square mall.

We had our vehicle totaled. We stayed here for 8 days. It was clean. The people friendly and professional. The breakfast was great. Everything was beautiful in decorations ecspcially the wood carved alligators. Pool closes a little earlier then I'd like. But was a great experience small bar/restaurant in front of it called ramshackles and CVS next door everything you could needed.

My only complaints were spotty, sometimes non-existent Wi-Fi internet and room location, even though I had made a request to be elsewhere over 4 months prior to my stay. Otherwise, very clean room and property, good hot breakfast, and comfortable room.

Nice hotel! It has a great pool, fitness center and business center. The hotel is taken care of well and is very clean and modern! I would recommend it to anyone!

Affordable price. Lovely lady at the front desk; sweet and accommodating. Business center had a working computer and printer! Well lit parking lot. I had a huge hole in one of the towels. There was an overwhelming stench of urine coming from the sink. Imagine trying to wash your face and brush your teeth…

Great breakfast.!. Very helpful and accommodating staff. Dog friendly. Eco friendly products. Great a. C and comfortable clean bed. Semi spacious considering the price, nice couch to relax. Yes I would defiantly go again.

Nice hotel! It has all the amenities needed. It is also located near plenty​ of restraunts, and stores. The staff was very friendly, and everything was clean and presentable.

Room was great, very clean! Bed so comfortable. Need blackout curtains, very bright out front during the night. Breakfast not good but coffee was.

Upon arrival we found out the pool was non-operational. Even though we had made our reservation months ago all that was said was that it was posted on their web site. I asked for compensation to our bill as we had to pay to take the kids elsewhere but we're told he could not do that. We checked in anyway as could not find another room on that short of notice. Plus we were part of a much larger wedding party who were all staying there. Upon arriving to our room and getting r…eady to bathe the children we found a dirty wash cloth in the tub. Called the front desk and since only one person was running the entire hotel she finally agreed to bring me cleaner so I could scrub the tub. The man staffing the front desk during the day was rude and very unfriendly and not willing to compromise about anything at all. No customer service at all.
The maid service was great the rest of our stay. The beds were very hard and uncomfortable. Painful to sleep on but our beds were made up nicely every day.
They did have a great breakfast that was complimentary every morning and a nice place to eat it in.

Location is close to several places to eat and shop. Reasonably well priced for a quiet and short unexpected overnight stay. Good hot breakfast in the morning. Would stay again if in the area! :)

I was pleasantly surprised by how wonderful our entire stay was. Rooms were impeccable, service was great, and the breakfast buffet did not disappoint. Looking forward to staying here again in a few months.

We stay at this hotel whenever we are in the area. The rooms are clean, roomy and comfortable. The price is moderate. They provide a hot self-serve breakfast and ensure the food doesn't run out. Plenty of seating for the guests. Staff are nice. Overall a nice experience.

Have a very dear friend with crowns, whom I must say stays at best western all the time. Had an emergency and figured best western would be the best option to alleviate his situation, since normally they are the most hospitable and cleanest atmosphere. No one was at the front desk to confirm approval to use their facilities. Once finishing, he exited the restroom only to be accosted by the manager and another employee. They treated him rudely and pounded in the fact they had every right to call the police. This was done in a very rude and sarcastic manner with absolute disregard for a human, with a very obvious situation that needed to be met. I will never darken the doorway of any best western. I remain William Smith.

Very pleasant stay. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was clean and modern. The only thing that could be improved was the bed. The mattress was SUPER firm and both my wife and I woke up with a backache. Other than that I highly recommend!

I have stayed in this hotel several times while here for work. The first few times were great. This time (I am here right now), it is filthy, and the rooms smell like mildew and pee. I would not be shocked if I catch bed bugs. I actually checked the bed last night. The cleaning was not done today. The same food and pubic hairs are still on the floor (here when I arrived — not mine). The same crumbs are still on the tables. I've got a stack of pictures to show the hotel manager in the morning. I should have changed hotels, but there was nothing closer to the place I am working, short of driving 30 minutes every morning. I will never stay here again.

What a wonderful find. The employees were all welcoming and went out of there way to make you comfortable. They allow pets and even had a pet area and doggie snacks. The rooms were very nice, comfortable and extremely clean. We will stay there again!

Beautiful hotel, but if you like to rest and sleep in a clean room, the housekeeping is too bad, We was here for the las 5 night and only make the bed y change towels, no vaccum and the highdusty in the room is like a snow, very poor the service, I told in 2 times to the desk services, and anybody do NOTHING.

The room was ready on time. It was clean and the personnel were nice and helpful. It is easy to get too and close to my family. Breakfast was good. We have stayed at least 3 different times and will continue to choose this hotel when staying in the area.

Room was nice and clean, not enough seating in the breakfast area. Air conditioner was loud in the room but still overall a nice stay.

Don't hope for any sort of help when at this hotel. You'd think if for some reason your trip is cut short and you need to cancel a day off the end of your stay, it wouldn't be a problem… I gave them days of notice and they would not grant waving the cancellation fee. Talked to multiple employees all directing me to the manager who was very dismissive and walked away mid conversation. The room wasn't bad but won't be staying there again.

I'm staying at this hotel before heading to my vacation spot. With my fiance. Checked in Wednesday night checking out Friday. Decent price. But wasn't to fond of the lady checking us in Wednesday night but loved the two guys at the desk the next day. Nice ppl and such a well kept nice hotel. Best Western had always been a top list of mine. And decent places to eat right close by and some shopping if needed. Was completely satisfied.

Had a sickness in the family and had to cancel 3 nights in advance for a one night stay. They still felt it appropriate to charge us the full amount. Will never do business with Best Western again.

Check in and out were a breeze. Anyone I dealt with was friendly and helpful. We had a dog and they gave us a first floor room for easy access to walk the dog. The room was huge and clean and well equipped. The free Wi-Fi was an added bonus. We had 2 queen beds and they were very comfortable. I had to have a surgery at The Villages Regional Hospital and I live 3 hours south of it so this was a great choice, close, clean, friendly. I cannot comment on breakfast as the surgery was at 5:30 am, and it doesn't come out until 6 am. I am staying there again this month as the stitches have to come out. I would recommend this hotel to everyone.

Very clean. Front desk person and manager were helpful and friendly. Good morning breakfast. Close to everything and price was great! I would definitely stay here again! The only thing lacking was being able to have movie channels. It would have been great to have movies on demand.

I stayed there few times and will continue. Brand new, clean,. Bed is not the best quality for me, breakfast is decent. Still the best in the area.

I stayed at this location for 2 nights. For the price of $85 (AAA Rate) out the door. The breakfast was great. The room was updated and clean. The hotel is new (not like some many "budget" places out there). Overall I'm happy with the stay. The only reason I'm leaving a review is because I think the hotel and staff did a good job. I don't like reading reviews that are misleading or incorrect and I believe one of the reviews could lead you away from this place. I would definitely recommend staying at this place. Also, there is a restaurant 200ft in front of this place that had great food. That was also very convenient.

At first glance it looks like every other chain hotel. However, it soon became a nightmarish experience! Things can look good in any establishment until there is a challenge! On the second (and final) night of our stay, we were awakened at 4:00 am by a stairwell door and the adjacent outside door situated right next to our room slamming repeatedly for a period of one half hour. I contacted the front desk who probably did take care of the problem stating that she will find "whoever it is" and have them exit through the lobby instead. The slamming finally ceased. However, at 9:30 am, we received a call from the manager, Mr Patel (an hour and a half before checkout), stating that we had 10 minutes before the electricity would be turned off for the next few hours. As we stated our thoughts/feelings with regard to this matter, as we had a meeting where appearances were of the utmost importance, he hung up on me abruptly. Meanwhile, we left with hair dissheveled and with make-up applied in the dark. When we checked out, we confronted him with regard to his rude behavior and our extreme inconvenience. He denied that he was responsible for the hang up. "it must have been someone else. " However, he later admitted that he made the phone calls to notify all the patrons of the hotel about the electrical issue.

Best Western always makes me happy. This one hotel is super great. Everything smelled clean looked clean, everything looked very luxuriant. We stayed in the Suite and let me tell you, it was marvelous! I loved the beds. They were extremely comfortable. The breakfast I THINK could have been a litttle better maybe upgrade the menu a little since the hotel had an expensive feel to it. But all in all, the hotel was great staff was great, my stay was great and I will be staying here again.
