I love this hotel. Very quiet. Everyone that works here is so nice, friendly, and will help you with anything you need. The pool is outdoors it is very well kept. My room was so nice clean disinfectant. I had plenty of towels etc. I would definitely stay here again. I would definitely recommend this hotel to everybody. Made a reservation through third party source. When I called the hotel to ask who I could talk to about predatory practices by the third party on their behalf I was told the GM was gone for the day. When I asked for the corporate number I was told, “I will have to find that. ” I was then transferred to the GMs voicemail. You guys got my money this time. I hope it was worth it.

My wife and I stayed at this hotel overnight after visiting some friends. The staff was super friendly and easy to get along with. The room was very clean and the breakfast was great. Will definitely stay here again.

It was very nice on the surface appearances however the rug in the room & hallways were so DISGUSTING dirty that they turned the bottom on my brand new clean white sox Black in 20 feet of walking on them… I highly doubt that l will stay there ever again!

Terrible. My bracelet was stolen out of my room. The manager told me there was nothing he can do. Are company spends about 20, 000 every time we come here. There loss.

Very nice hotel. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. The pool is slightly heated which was nice. The rooms are a good size. They serve Turkey sausage on Sundays. Good variety of breakfast foods and drinks to include different types of teas. The workout room has 3 machines. The breakfast and lounge areas are large and clean. Walking distance to a couple of restaurants.

We stay here often and it is always clean and comfortable. The staff is super friendly. They also have a good breakfast. I would reccomend staying here.

Staff wasn't nice and we only had to spend 2 nites there, we were charged 217.00 a nite we had a daughter in a wheelchair and they Couldn't come up with a handycappe room. Then when we did leave we I asked them why we were charged 217.00 a nite. They said it was motorcycle week. Then the prices went done to 130.00 a nite after this event was done. I wasn't there for motorcycle weekend I was there because we were on our way back to lllinois. I will never stay at a Hampton inn again.

Clean other than some mildew in ac vents. Multiple rooms. So allergy sufferers might consider that. Other than that it’s a very nice place and staff was great.

There are plenty of great restaurants around and the rooms are very clean and well made. Breakfast is provided and there are nice amenities.

Been staying here many times. I would not stay anywhere else. Clean rooms, sheets. Great friendly staff. Lots of parking. Love staying there.

This is not a five star hotel but in its class it's hard to beat. I rate it five star in budget lodging. Fitness center, breakfast, clean and friendly. It not cheap but is very dependable. I will stay again.

This chain has always been customer friendly, no matter what state or city I visit. Nice breakfast, this one had turkey sausage which is what I eat unread of pork. High kudos to the staff here for all they did for me to make my stay a definite returning one.

Rooms were great, breakfast would have been also but the eggs/bacon were pretty much microwaved. Otherwise a great stay, just get the waffles :)

Excellent excellent experience at the Hampton Inn. I was caught on the side of the road out of state when my car broke down. Not only were the ladies at the front desk hospitable, but they went out of their way to make sure we were taken care of. Thanks to Hampton Inn!

The hotel was very clean and the breakfast was very good too! But I thought the staff was great especially Gwen Allen at the front desk in helping me and my wife find the hotel since Google got use lost! An the cookies and snack bags all were an add plus too!

This hotel was nice. They provided me with extra pillows when I ask. The staff could be more adequate but other than that I had a great experience.

Only there for about 7 hours… Bed was comfy internet was good. Breakfast is always good.

Booked into this hotel Post Irma while in town to assist my daughter who lost her home. Approached the counter to check in and explain that I had to do two bookings because of availability but would like to stay in the same room during my stay. The front desk was more than helpful and Ida Jones was able to take care of my request without any problem. Ida was so friendly and helpful and it definitely shows that she loves her job and believes in the Hampton Brand. The room was very clean and neat as I would expect from a Hampton. Thanks again for the great customer service and quality room.

The front office staff was very courteous and professional. Loved the atmosphere! However, the door locks seemed to confuse me every time. Definitely not a big fan of the locks. Overall, a great hotel for a short stay.

Well maintained property, with a pretty standard, modern-ish room. My stay was brief — all I can truly vouch for is the fitness center, which was standard in size and available equipment, and everything was in working order. I would stay here again.

The staff was super nice and accommodating and they literally had the best complimentary breakfast that I have ever had at a mid-level hotel. The rooms were nice as well as all of the personable that they provided in the room. I will definitely stay there again.

I stayed here for 1 night for a small family gathering and it was a good 1 night. The staff were very friendly and helpful, plus the rooms were well kept. Beds were fairly comfortable, good for a few nights rest but nothing to go crazy over. Overall would recommend for a few nights stay.

On November 19, 2016 the night manager was awesome. We have a resp at another place showed up to only find out the place had given our room away. The night manager was able to accommodate us on such notice. Thank you. We had a great time :)

Great stay. CLEAN, comfortable room. Great breakfast, nice pool. But… the staff was the highlight of our stay. Genuinely friendly, courteous, professional people. It feels really good to be treated like you are welcomed, and quite frankly… it feels good to know my family, and I actually got what we paid for. I would highly recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a wonder stay. Thank you to the staff… give them a raise. They are what makes the place so special.

Good beds, awesome pillows and nice sized rooms. Friendly staff, especially those here late at night for late check-in. Breakfast so-so. I usually just get cereal. I like the OJ and coffee most.

Location is easily accessible, rooms are clean and comfy, and service was nice and helpful. Door keys have issues and lobby smells a bit funky though.

WATCH OUT FOR ROBERT THE GM HERE! We booked this room and then due to road closures weren't able to make it there. We called a little late in the day when we realized and Robert said he couldn't refund us that we would need to call and talk to the GM tomorrow. When we called the next day he was the GM. He was also the GM on file at Hilton corporate. He falsified his identity and then was very rude and didn't care what we were going through. He wanted that money because they weren't full. We have three kids and stay at hotels for vacations and have had to cancel last minute multiple times and have never had an issue with any other chain. We definitely won't be using this chain again. I wouldn't give this place any stars at all based on falsifying identities and bad customer service.

We have stayed in this hotel several times, and while, I dont often take time to write reviews, this place has worked hard to get, and keep their customers! we go for Daytona Bike Week, and even tho we dont ride, we enjoy the beach! and we have family all over Leesburg and nearby. The management team, and desk were always friendly! and always took time to speak if we were passing thru, gave us directions when we asked, and very helpful w anything we needed. Housekeeping was above average, and when I left all my stuff all over the bathroom, always put away for me, always put the finishing touches, like just walking in, even when we were staying over several days! Everything was very clean! so far it has been too cold in March, to go swimming, but the pool is so beautiful and inviting, and CLEAN, even during winter months, when no one is using it! breakfast was always consistent, and good! my only thing was we didnt care for their brand of coffee, or maybe it was just made too strong, but there is a Waffle House almost in the same parking lot as the hotel, and also a Cracker Barrel, We originally had booked a room via priceline at a Days Inn, in Leesburg, and WHOA! when we got there, the room that Days Inn gave us smelled a STRONG odor of raw sewage!, and their furniture looked left over from the 70s! so needless to say, we left IMMEDIATELY, despite it being midnight, and worrying that w it being bike week, we mite not get a room at all.

Excellent service! Staff was courtesy and welcoming. Room were clean and I got the rest I needed as ax weary traveler. Close to restaurants and shopping centers.

First room given (room 211) dirty sheets with short hairs on the sheets. Manager came to room saw the hairs herself… gave us a new room 214. Woke up in the am with a bed bug on my pillow. Got full refund and will never stay at this location again.

All is well except for the stinky water, smells like sulfer. U might smell better before your shower.

I will discontinue using the Hampton Inn facilities. To wit: The so called "$81.00" rate as advertised under the Hampton banner is a bait and switch. There never were any "$81.00" rooms available and to get one at $91.00 I had to accept a non refundable reservation. Hampton Inns is a more reputable company than this suggests. I do not wish to do business with them again. Good local management and a bunch of crooks in corporate management level.

Both times I have stayed at this hotel it has been nothing less than the best! both times I have brought a group of ladies for Gator h-d activities, It's location is perfect for our needs. The staff, the cleanliness, the continental breakfast. All A+. And pricing perfect and in our budget so please don't change. Becky was very helpful in setting up our block of rooms. Their are so many things to do and see in the area. Lots of good restruants. I just love the area. And please continue to work with Gator Harley Davidson, they are our link to you. My large family recently got together at this hotel for my little brothers graduation and monique and robert went above and beyond for everyone. Thank you so much everything was perfect! We will never stay anywhere else in the area again.
